They are a pair of Dual Ranged Shot Gauntlets. Also acting as a sort of 'Ki Stabilizer' for Kohl, or Kloe's, unstable fiery Ki energy.
They appear as bracelets at first, but when activated, they cover Kloe's hands and forearms gauntlets, acting as arm guards. The gauntlets have a golden color and the shells inside are red and orange.
They were created by Hanako for Kloe to address her Ki issue. These weapons allow for her to freely use energy attacks or transformations without burning her skin.
The ability to fire shotgun shells adds extra bang to Kloe, or Kohlrabi's, strikes. (Flavor-wise, of course~)
