Backstory: Once upon a time, a humanoid clan of demons from the demon realm known as, The Recusants. The notable features of these demons were there charcoal black skin, snowy white hair, and crimson eyes with black slits. They were a small clan that wanted to live their lives without anyone telling them what to do. The clan had no leader. They all looked out for each other as equals. They however didn't treat outsiders with the same respect. Like savages, this clan would torture, maul, rob, and rape those unlucky enough to cross into their territory.
Among one of their most recent victims, was a female low class saiyan, Ava Kado who unfortunately stumbled into the realm.
Upon managing to make it out alive, the saiyan soon found out that she was pregnant. Knowing that she hasn't been with anyone in the pass, she knew it was a result of of what happened in that realm. Traumatized, and ashamed of what happened, the saiyan left her home planet, and decided to settle on Earth, believing that she has disgraced her race, and doesn't deserve the right to be a warrior.
Nine months has passed, and a baby boy has been born. But his overall appearance struck fear, and disgust to the mother, and doctors. The baby had black spots all over his flesh, and the same eyes that the saiyan could never forget. She contemplated on killing the newborn, believing that having him around would just be a constant reminder of that day, that traumatizing day. But she made up her mind, and kept the baby. He was hers after all. She wanted to give him a saiyan name, but feeling that she didn't have the right to do so, she settled with a name she has heard before, and was quite fond of.

Everything between the child, and mother was normal, or as normal as it could get.
But things would grow unfortunate for the child fast.
Marcel's childhood wasn't all too good. From kindergarten to grade school, Marcel would get picked on for his freakish appearance, saying that he had a disease, that he was a monster, and that he should just die. Even the adults there were hesitant on being around him. This caused Marcel to become a hesitant, quiet mess with low self esteem who'd come home to his mother everyday with tears.
It was sad, and extremely frustrating, but soon things would take a lighter tone.
The mother fell in love, and married a male human, Mikado Law who appeared to be pure of heart, seeing things on a much more positive scale. He quickly became the perfect father figure to Marcel, and taught him how he should accept who he is, what he is. It didn't work at first, but over time, he came to terms with himself, and no longer cared what others thought of him.
As he got into his teens, the black dots around his flesh slowly faded, making him appear more "human" save for the eyes. He remained distant from people however, but became more quiet, polite, and observant than hesitant. His lack of social activities has left him a bit socially awkward however He has also learned how to fight, and how to defend himself from his father who knew a thing or two about martial arts. His mother, whose fighting spirit has been rekindled from observing the training took it a step further, and taught he son how to be more...aggressive when to came to fighting. This led to arguments between the couple. Mikado believed that Marcel only needed to be more defensive to protect himself, and others while Ava believed that he could be as destructive as he can, that the world has resented him, calling him a monster, that he doesn't have to do anything for this world. Marcel believed that both of them were right in their own ways, and decided to follow both their teachings, leaning more on his step father's idea of protecting people. Ava who was infuriated took that as a sign of weakness, and betrayal, left the two for who knows where. His mother now gone, Marcel only had his step father to turn to.
But soon he would end up losing him as well....
At the age of nineteen, two years after Ava's departure, things were going normally, until an illness struck its latest victim, Mikado. This illness resembled the common cold at first, but it would get worse over time to the point that even doctors couldn't diagnose what this was, and that they should prepare for the worse....
Marcel didn't give up however, and took care of his step father, trying to get him better. But after a few months, the illness finally took him, leaving Marcel with the feeling he hadn't felt since he was a child.
Loneliness.
He grieved for what felt like ages, but would soon get over it. Echoes of his mother telling him that he's a warrior, and those of his step father telling him to look at things on a much lighter note, how this world is filled with more light than darkness filled his mind, eventually leading him into wanting to become someone strong enough to protect this world.
This is where his story begins....
