It was now the time. The human crossed her arms and looked out through the lands with her arms crossed. She looked down now towards the tiny village down... Children running around and playing. Adults taking care of cattle and such. She took a big deep breathe and exhaled herself. "So, Kami is no legend. The Z-Fighters were with the Kami and protected the Lookout and Earth as her protectors... With my good friend... The Kami..." she said, pausing herself with her eyes wide open. "Wait... If the Z-Fighters are gone and no longer exist... Then Earth and the Lookout are left unprotected against a suitable force that could challenge Earth," she said out loud to herself. She took a big deep breath and sighed. "I need to be that protector. Officially," she told herself. It was time to start shaping the world. Time to bring back legends and make them real again. She'd smirk a bit, thinking about this idea...
"Yeah... I've got it all in my mind... If I bring back the Z-Fighters and start a Task Force that's great and bold enough to protect this planet than we'd be a safe and happy place! Just like my dad wanted this place to be..."
Tau had a smile warm on her face. "Well, if I'm going for the spot... How do I actually know I'm worthy enough...?" she bit her bottom lip, thinking hard. "I fought that Saiyan and defeated him with Arion... Doesn't that make me worth something?" she said... Bah, that just wasn't enough. "I am friends with other mighty warriors who well surpassed me! Hmmmm," she thought and shook her head. "No... That just isn't right at all. I can't simply claim I'm worthy because I know worthy warriors..." she thought and took a deep breath once more and sighed. She kicked a rock off the edge and looked over the valley a bit more closely. She would slowly turn towards the great fall below her and thought to herself. "I, a loyal being of Earth... Swear upon Earth, the Lookout, and our Predecessors... I, I guess the name goes here, will protect and fight for- No, no... That just won't work. There must be another way." she said before sighing a bit.
It was tough but she needed to come up with something before stabbing the flag as leader. She needed to organize it by cracking her knuckles and giving it a proper presentation to show with the younger ones who will serve. She bit her tongue's tip a bit, thinking more of what she needed to do. With the Kami's support she could easily do this. Now, she needed an idea. An idea that would spark her father's stories and make them become a reality. A reality that this planet has no seen for centuries. Tau felt responsible to bring this group to life. No one around her knows about the Z-Fighters expect the Kami and perhaps those who follow that area. She sighed and turned around... Getting ready to head to the Lookout to purpose this group and start Earth's own Task Force for Earth!
The brenchian woman was still trying to fulfill her mission. Her little adventure on West City was interesting and dangerous, but it wasn’t really useful towards getting a track on that criminal named Jarvis. Therefore, she had to continue looking for information on the man. One thing she learned, though, was that a lot of powerful people, something like a secret group that looked after the planet. – That seems like people who should know where an intergalactic criminal would be! I hope!! – she said to herself. Keeping tabs on who was getting in and out of the planet was very important in order to keep the planet safe. Although, from what she had seen, it didn’t seem like the earthlings had such a good protective system.
Then, her green basic scouter beeped, indicating an absurd power level of 25,427, which made all of her body to be paralyzed with a terrible shiver running down her spine and spreading to her limbs. – S-so… powerful!! I-I’m scared! S-so much strong people around here!! What should I do?! – she gulped, with cold sweat running down her forehead. Her body was shaking a little bit, and she stopped midair. She knew she was close to the source of that power level and, right now, she could only hope it wasn’t a hostile.
She took a deep breath and felt something coming... It was rather iffy... She thought? She cracked her limbs and turned her neck towards the direction. The wind flowed through her air, "So... There's someone fresh here. They feel nervous for some reason... I can feel it in the senses." she said to herself. She stepped her feet down firmly against the floor and shot herself in the air. She flew quickly towards her destination and got closer and closer to the scene to investigate the new comer. Within moments, she arrives to the scene to see the girl. She stopped in the middle of the air and crossed her arms slowly. She gave her a serious look, looking at her eyes with her Blue eyes. "So, you new around here?" she said, giving her a very frightening look.
She was not very fond of new comers to the planet. They could pose a threat to the entire planet and if she needed to become Z-Fighter she needed to know who comes into the planet. She looked at her uniform slowly and bit her teeth down. "So, what's your occupation? Friend or foe of Earth? I don't like enemies and if you're one then I give you two options... Get off my planet OR fight me. I would rather not fight but if you tell me you're a baddie then well..." she said cracking her fists calmly in a serious situation... This was a back-off warning in case the girl wanted to throw some evil in on the planet. "We'll have some major problems, believe me," she said putting her arms down. Now at this time... She awaits her response.
A true Hero was always on important mission, but that day the Human was on the most important ever: taking a decision. A decision can be a turning point in someone's life and at that point he was going through the decision of what he had to eat. "Udon noodles or steak.. now that's complex. Perhaps some french fries with a good piece of meat would be perfect, though Udon has a good taste. Though, I don't even know if I have enough Zeni.. dammit. Maybe I should just order up cheap food. I'd have enough to pay that much at least.." - he thought to himself.
His role as a Hero didn't even grant him a payment, which would have been comfortable, but after all he didn't want to be a Hero for profit but for fun and justice. He could definitely other ways to earn Zeni, that was for sure.
The Hero was walking through a forest for the moment, but something had caught his attention: another Human flying away to the opposite direction. The Human stared at the sky blankly for a moment. "What was she doing up there?.." - he wondered. But he thought it might have been worth a shot to give it a look. The Hero took off and flew towards the two women, he tilted his head lightly as he definitely recognized the red one. "Oh. A few familiar faces, apparently." - he thought to himself.
The Hero was wearing his uniform, he didn't seem to have a smart look on his face, he had no reason to be serious at the moment. "Hi. What are you doing here?" - he asked, he didn't seem too dense but quite friendly.
Earth seemed to be at peace in the area Arcel had began to patrol. He could still see the fading trail of dust in the sky from his pod's crash site, so he didn't worry about forgetting where it was. For now it was best to scout out the area and maybe find a place to crash. He had no place to go for now, and he wouldn't find one by sitting around. The Kold demon also figured the towns would not be so accepting- aliens like him probably were not the most welcomed and accepted thing. Combine that with his race's reputation, and bam, he was essentially screwed no matter what town he went into. The Kold demon considered some kind of disguise, but there was no way to hide his tail and his armor- two big giveaways. His options were limited to say the least. But he had to familiarize himself with what would be his new home. As he flew around, the Kold demon passed over a small human village. He could see some children playing below and some adults farming. Everything was quiet compared to the Kold Planet. Was this what peace was like? It was a nice change of pace for Arcel.
The Kold flew down- below the clouds to get a look once soon slowed down his flight and came to a stop as he saw three other beings in the sky near him. He couldn't sense energy, but the two were close enough to be in his eyesight. One appeared to be a red-skinned woman, but he couldn't make out her details because of the distance in between them. There was also a bald man- human, he presumed. The other person was a lot closer- they both were several meters away from each other, she had probably caught sight of his jet of ki as it flew down from the clouds. Arcel backed up a little, a bead of sweat on his helmet-like forehead. Man, would these people think he was evil also? Probably. " Eh.. Hello! " If the girl near him already took notice of the Kold Demon's presence, he'd respond in his usual chipper voice with a wave, but he still was nervous about the whole situation again. Geez. This planet was not as relaxing as he thought it would be. Maybe it would be a little more tranquil for him if everyone didn't assume he was a threat on sight. But he couldn't change a Kold demon's reputation so easily.
WORD COUNT: 419 OOC NOTES: Hope 'ya don't mind me popping in :3
Frayna was startled when the human girl with that mad power level spoke to her, and her body shook even more as the brenchian woman gulped. ”Trouble, trouble!!” she couldn’t help but to think that. She wanted to flee, but she knew she wouldn’t be capable of doing that, even with her superior genetics and amazing speed for someone of her power level. Then, the girl seemed to be interested in talking instead of just attacking her out, and that made her calm down a little bit. Frayne took a very deep breath and stared back at the girl down there. – I… I h-have nothing against this planet! I’m just here on a m-mission! Looking for a wanted intergalactic criminal that is hiding in this planet! – she spoke the truth and there were no traces of lies in her crimson eyes.
After she answered, though, she got even more scared when she saw the human she had met before, on West City, the bald one with a cape. ”That guy!” she exclaimed to herself. Then, out of nowhere and to her greatest despair, a Kold demon appeared! Her scouter beeped indicating a power level of 12,056, bus she knew it enough to know that he was on his suppressed form, and could rise far above one hundred thousand in the blink of an eye! She screeched in fear and pointed a shaking finger towards Arcel. It was clear in her eyes that she was desperate. – Kiiiyaaahhh!!!! A KOLD DEMON!!! WE ARE DOOMED!!! – Frayne screamed, putting both her hands on her head and shaking like crazy. ”I don’t wanna die!!! I don’t wanna be killed by that beast!!!” she was on the point of breaking down, and her heart was pounding at an almost insane pace; she really didn’t look like a threat.
Tau's eyebrow would slowly raise as she would explain she has nothing against the planet. Ah, good than there's no problem. She would nod slowly, "A criminal you say...? So, you're going after criminals on Earth without the Kami's guidance or anything? That seems really fishy too me you know..." she said... She'd rub her chin and turn around, "I guess you're okay in my book... I just don't like it how you're here and not going towards the Kami for that guidance like I said... Perhaps, I should summon the Kami here later for you so you can find this fugitive..." she said before someone new appears. She would turn her neck slowly towards the man who is hovering. She quickly gasped!
"Another human who can fly?! Holy crap! We're finally seeing a change for once!" Tau said in excitement! Tau felt so relieved! ANOTHER HUMAN! SOMEONE WHO HAD POTENTIAL! She for once in a very long time smiled... "I'm sorry... I'm just glad to see another human to fly. That's rare to see... You have some decent power in you, hmmmm..." she said in amazement. She was so tingled to the heart and turned herself over. She would feel his power and felt something else coming... Another signature approached! Someone at a Mid-Tier power. She turned her angle over and looked towards the direction the next figure was coming. Finally, she saw a new alien beyond her. She stood at a stance that was actually protective. He looked average for his size but he had a power on him! She sucked her teeth in as the girl panicked.
"Please don't tell me, you're not someone who's here to cause harm..." she said gripping her fists in to feel the immense pressure now at this point. He was probably not bad but better be safe than sorry!
Aayla was flying high in the sky above the desert with her arms outstretched on both sides of her body. If there was one thing involving ki that didn't constantly worsen her sickness it was flying, and she absolutely loved the sensation! She loved being high up in the clouds with the birds flying by as if she was one of them. She had a big smile on her face as she flipped herself so that she was facing up, looking higher up in the sky as she continued to fly.
The sun would beat down on her face, warming her body just as the heat of the desert would warm her back. It was like a comfortable sauna! So toasty and relaxing! Aayla let out a content sigh as she stretched her arms and yawned.
"This feels great... I haven't been able to really relax since those guys attacked the village... It's either fight, or hospital... too extreme for me... wish I could just fly forever... but then I"d never get to talk to anyone or get any money to build the new dojo... hmmm that's no fun..." Aayla would mumble to herself, flipping herself back over. Below her, the desert ended as tree's began to sprout out from the grow, covering the dry sand with shade and soon giving life to all sorts of plant life. Her smile never disappeared as she looked at this. The world truly looked at peace from the skies. Even those people off in the distance...
"Hunh?" Her attention snapped up to the tiny people she could see in the distance, looking at them curiously until her smile widened even more (if that was even possible).
"This is awesome! No way I didn't think anyone but my family could fly! HELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" She called out to the people off in the distance, waving her arm before stepping on the imaginary gas pedal and surging forward, a trail of multi colored energy being left in her wake, almost resembling a rainbow.
"Hello! Hi! I'm sorry if I interrupted anything! Oh this is so exciting I don't know anyone else who can fly!" Aayla flew up to Tau, taking her hand in her own and vigorously shaking it excitedly.
"My name is Aayla Mizune! It's so nice to meet you and.... GASP" She finally spotted the get up the man was wearing and her eyes widened in excitement.
"ARE YOU A SUPER HERO!? NO WAY!" She exclaimed in excitement, flying over to the hero now and flying around him to get a good look at his costume.
The man looked at the red girl curiously, she didn't seem that happy to see him. "..What is with this girl?" - he wondered. Perhaps she was afraid of him, even if he couldn't see why, he was not that much of a scare to look at. Or at least that's what he thought. And they were not alone, there was also a little Arcosian with them, the man simply looked at him for a brief moment and offered a nod. The Human girl seemed quite happy to see him, while he couldn't exactly understand why.
"..Uhm, I.. suppose it is quite alright. Pretty sure everyone can do that, I know how to do that just because I was trained by a certain Natto and another Saiyan. That's all, I worked on the rest by myself." - he told her, shrugging lightly. He didn't think himself of anything special, just a guy who wanted to be a Hero.
Then, apparently another person had joined them, another girl by the looks of it. "Am I wrong or this planet is full of women?.." - he thought, tilting his head for a brief moment.
The girl brought a smile to his face, while he didn't want to be a Hero for admiration, it was good to see someone fond of what he liked to do. He'd stand still, nodding. "Yeah, I am a Hero." - he told her. "If any of you ever need help, I am here." - he said.
" Welp. There it is. " Arcel spoke bluntly as the red-skinned woman panicked at the sight of him, sticking a hand out for a moment with half-closed eyelids as he spoke. Yep, the whole Kold-Demons-Being-Evil thing was something he figured he'd have to put up with here. He did note the PTO logo on the woman's armor, but decided to save his questions for later. Seemed like he'd have to go through his life story again. " Call me crazy, but I'm not evil like the rest of the bunch, I swear! I haven't hurt a fly! I only came to this planet to get AWAY from the Empire. But don't worry, I toke every precaution available. They won't come here unless it's of their own accord. They probably all think I'm dead, even! So, good for me, I guess! You don't wanna know what they do to people there. " He didn't know if the humans had any idea what he was talking about when mentioning "the empire- it sounded like something straight out of a sci-fi movie. He'd explain if he had to, but he figured the one with the PTO would know of the Kold Empire, hence her panic. It was reasonable, but Arcel could understand it if she was still uneasy even with his explanation. " I have no intentions, nor will I ever have any, to hurt anyone. I've made it this far without killing, and I'm not gonna stop now! But I get why you'd think I'm evil. Kold Demons and all. I know how it is. "
Arcel's eyes widened a little at the entrance of another human- this one had long, cyan hair and what seemed like a neverending supply of energy. Well, he wouldn't judge. She seemed to take interest in the bald man, thinking of him as a superhero of sorts. Arcel couldn't help but to feel happy also, her emotions were almost contagious! He folded his arms and watched her for a moment before bringing his attention back to the other two females who were on guard around him. "So uh... Are introductions in order?"
The human girl said that she should look for Kami, for guidance on her mission, which sounded rather odd, since, well, on the brenchianess mind, Kami should have many others concerns into his or her mind rather than be bothered by some intergalactic criminal, but, if that was really required, she wouldn’t complain. Another girl appeared on the scenario, but with the Kold demon there, Frayne was losing her mind and couldn’t even pay attention to that. She didn’t even listen to what the Hero said, mentioning that he had been trained by a saiyan.
The Kold demon claimed that he wasn’t evil like most of his kin, and that he was not even capable of hurting a fly, and the brenchianess could only think that he was lying to earn their trust and attack them when they weren’t expecting. Arcel had fled from the Kold Empire, and that was something she had never ever heard about: a rogue Kold! When he finished speaking, she pointed her shaking index finger at him, still filled with fear in her heart. – L-lies! He must be l-lying! Kold demons are always evil! They enslaved the whole universe!! M-my race was slave to these evil creatures for almost a millennia! H-he… He m-must be trying to deceive us!! – she exclaimed, too afraid to be able to think properly. Once she calmed down a bit, she would be able to realize that Arcel did, indeed, seem harmless, but right now she was letting her deep dark fears take the best of her.
This was all now turning into a confusing mess. There was a lot of confusion going on and now another human appeared! It was starting to increase tension as the power level in this area was fairly mild but her own giving it the spiciest flavor in the pot. She didn't expect the other girl to come by and shake her hand like this but it came so quickly! "U-Ugh, nice to meet you?!" she said in a loud yet confused tone. She had to quickly get her shake in before she suddenly pulls herself off towards her next visit towards the other human. She smiled warmly as she felt relieved for once in her entire life that there were now potential humans arising from the world we know as earth. She would chuckle and briefly make herself the one talking.
"It's so interesting to see all these people around here! We have a majority of humans over aliens for once and it's finally come true! First it was the Saiyans and demons seeming to overrule the humans but look at this! This just proves we're taking a rise a bit in the galaxy... Haha!" she said in a joyful tone. Most of the people around her might look at her funny but she slowly chuckled and cleared her throat. "Sorry... Nothing rational, I'm just excited to see that humans can fly and have some kind of power in them! Oh and yes... I can sense each and every one of you... I can't really tell your number but I can feel your powers being low. The strongest around here other than myself is actually that alien guy right there that the colored girl seems scared of..." she said pointing towards the Kold demon. Tau wasn't much hostile towards them all but she was starting to question things a bit, "So... You're from a blood thirsty empire? If what the girl is saying is correct then how come you're so different from the rest? As a matter of fact... Why are you here out of all planets you could coward yourself too?" she asked him once more.
She sighed and chuckled, "Well, if you won't harm anyone then, I won't bother with it. I'm Tau Starrk... I'm planning on bringing forth a Z-Fighter group again that hasn't existed in so long... We will defend the Earth and the people on it from all harm. Anyone interested?" she advertised this like some commercial but she was rather serious.
If Aayla's eyes could sparkle they would have lit up like the fourth of July as this man admitted to being a hero. This was so exciting! A real life super hero! In the flesh! She wanted to know everything about him, what heroic deed he did last, what food he liked to eat, where he was from, everything! She very nearly squeaked in excitement, her ki unintentionally flaring up around her and... quite literally... sparkled. She hadn't meant to let her ki get so out of control, but there it was.
"Wow, Mr Hero! Do you have a name? oh oh... I mean your superhero name! Don't tell me your secret identity that'll ruin all the fun! Eeee you're so cool~" She finally straightened out, only now noticing how rude she must have been. She blushed brightly as she finally surprised her sparkly ki.
"Oh I'm so sorry for being rude... I just don't get to meet many others who can fly, let alone a super hero! Did I interrupt anything important? I'm so sorry!" She apologized, turning around to face the others and bowing lowly in apology. As she stood up straight again, her eyes finally caught a glympse of the girl with the red skin and the lizard like alien. She tilted her head curiously as she looked from one to the other.
Even to her, there was an obvious tension there... Nothing hostile but an un easiness in the air. They both seemed nice enough to her though...
She then looked back up to Tau, and beamed brightly.
"The Z fighters? That sounds cool! ... What are they?" She asked curiously, laughing nervously as she rubbed the back of her neck.
The Human was quite fond of the girl already, or at least she didn't seem like a bad person to talk with. But after all, she was simply surprised by meeting a superhero. He was not used to such though, people didn't usually even consider him, some thought he was just a weirdo. The Hero smiled lightly and shook his head lightly. "I have no superhero specific name, I am just a Hero. Then if someone would give me one, I wouldn't mind.. I guess." - he told her before glancing between the Kold demon and the red girl. "..What's wrong with them?" - he thought to himself.
"I doubt that kid is dangerous. I think we can just let him be, then if he tries to do something, I can beat him down. Unless any of you would want to give it a shot." - he said before looking at Tau curiously. He had never heard about the Z-Fighters, it seemed like some serious business though. But he didn't know if it was the case to join a group, perhaps he could consider that.
"Well, I suppose this is kinda of a professional thing, right? I'll have to think about it, I am just a Hero for fun and justice to be honest. I don't look for Zeni." - he said, though he knew he could use some Zeni.
Arcel recoiled a little when the Breachian still didn't seem to trust him, his tail raising up against his back. He quickly calmed down from her remark though, shaking his head and speaking to her in another attempt to enforce his peaceful nature. It was true that they were all evil, but it seemed like Arcel was that one glimmer of light in the darkness of their race. "...Well, you work your corners and I'll work mine. I don't intend any harm. "
Upon being asked why he was so different and why he fled to Earth, the Kold demon put a hand to the back of his head as he spoke with a nervous smile. He was a coward for fleeing, but it worked out well for him in the end. He hadn't even got one Ki blast to the face yet, and he already met two Saiyans! The Kold seemed mildly amused by the banter between the caped man and the blue-haired human, but focused back on the matter at hand. He really needed to stop getting distracted. "Well, I'm just doing what I think is the right thing. I couldn't bring myself to purge a planet or anything like they wanted me to... You can imagine how well saying "no" went. " He spoke, a bead of sweat on his forehead as he finished his statement. Hoo boy, he couldn't count how many time his superiors pounded him down when he refused or abandoned a mission that required killing. As a kid, he saw what happened, and of course was traumatized. But he resolved to never give anyone that kind of pain. If anything, he'd rather take a beating for someone else, but his shtick was looked down upon back home."As for why I came here of all planets... It was a combination of button mashing and process of elimination. Most planets were either barren, PTO controlled, Saiyan controlled, and so on. Besides, so far Earth's one of the nicest planet's I've ever seen! If the Empire tries to take it somehow... Well, count on me to help, I guess. "
When Tau, as the human called herself, brought up a group known as the "Z-fighters" that protected the Earth, the Kold's curiosity was peaked. He'd like to possibly get in on that now that Earth was his new home, and it would need a defense against forces like the Saiyan and Kold empires. If the Kolds were to attack, Arcel himself could help with his vast knowledge of their workings. He almost knew the entire layout of their planet by heart! "Protect the Earth? Well, You have my interest. But I'd understand if I wasn't allowed in or something- Kold Demons and all. But anywho, I'm Arcel- Ex-member of the Kold Empire. I won't get my hopes up. "
