He was feeling bored as the time stretched by.
Most of what the people hanging around the area said was immediately tuned out, deemed as not really important for the Anubian unless it directly affected him. All he got from their tones were talks about right and wrong and even complains about missing members from the faction that didn't help in some sort of catastrophe in the past. It just made him roll his eyes towards the darkened skies, wondering if these people were such babies that they needed a babysitter to hold their hands twenty-four seven because they were too incompetent of doing things on their own.
'That's the beauty of it, isn't it. The faster you learn to stand on your own, the quicker you'll learn to not expect things from people, as you'll only get disappointment in the end.' He shook his head and sighed through his nose, half-lidded eyes watching the drama unfold in front of him. 'How curious. For a race that is quite known to be full of pride and blood-lust, they sure love to talk a lot. Also being very dramatical... but then again, they're Saiyans. They're loud.'
Many things happened in quick successions after that.
For one, opponents were being handpicked personally by those that were already itching to go for a bit, a Saiyan going after his brethren, Sinthe with a bullheadedness that would surely spell his downfall if the Saiyan Warrior didn't take his fellow Anubian seriously. For another, Nasu's companion was saved by his timely arrival, and with the leftover energy of Komatsu's energy ball, he redirected the blast straight at the parasitic Tree of Might!
Immediately, Cervez jumped away from most of the blast zone of the explosion, his vassal immediately taken that action to hide in the ruckus, his power level plummeting until it was almost nigh undetectable; his sandy furred form nowhere to be seen among the creaking ruckus of branches snapping and the humongous dust cloud that rose from the point of impact.
Still, finding his energy signature was easy for Cervez, considering they have lived and sparred for the better part of almost a year. Knowing that Samael must have a reason for going into hiding, the Anubian pushed that thought from his mind and instead focused on the almost blinding ball of energy that Chris was holding over the Saiyan named Carva. Looking at that radiant ball for too long was almost hurting his eyesight, the Anubian could easily feel how the energy seemed to latch and eat away at the evil energy that Carva was exuding.
'Is that... the same energy I felt long ago?' At the core, the energy felt the same, but it lacked the mixture of other familiar energy signature added to it from the past time he had sensed it. He deduced that at the base the energy ball was merely Chris's power, and somehow, someway it could receive the energy of other people added onto it. 'Truly a dangerous technique if left to charge with the power of your allies.'
He made sure to record that important piece of information at the back of his mind, knowing that someday it would probably be used on his person if he ever went to go and make sure the balance of Creation and Destruction were sure to remain in place like he did with Planet Vegeta. He remembered how Chris had reacted when Sinthe informed him that they destroyed a planet, even though it was practically dead and wasting space just laying there the Saiyan still didn't understand why it had to be done.
Speaking of the Saiyan, his voice filtered his mind, almost breaching into his own thoughts before he made sure to wash those away, he didn't need Chris to read his mind and see what he had planned in the near future. With a clear mind, he listened to the Saiyan's request with a deadpan expression, though an eyeridge began to rise as he finished his wish for aid. So Christopher wanted him to kill this Saiyan, eh? Fine, he'd do as a nice warm-up to test if his time back in The Room of Spirit and Time was a waste or not. 'I'm already at full power, Christopher, but sure. Just know this...' As he disappeared from sight and reappeared beside Chris and Carva in a burst of speed, Cervez's bass tone tickled the Saiyan's ear. "You owe me one..."
The short phrase had a foreboding tone to it, almost like a deal made with a devil of some sorts.
Almost casually, the Anubian laid a hand on the Saiyan's shoulder, his muzzle hovering over Chris's shoulder as his eye would look to meet the Saiyan's, a smirk quirking at his lips. "You know, your Kami seems to be fighting this Caesar fellow, are you sure you made the right decision to leave him alone with such a powerful individual?" He had sensed Chris's energy alongside Jie's when he left the Chamber, alongside Galen's, the three of them fighting an energy signature that was almost godly in its core, almost like that of a Kai.
With those parting words, Cervez would put his sole attention on Carva now, and with a burst of speed, he'd grab the Saiyan's shoulder and attempt to forcefully remove him from this location and appear somewhere else. He spotted Cornatto along the way, the Saiyan Warrior and his daughter seemed already caught in a battle of power with two very powerful Saiyans, he sincerely hoped his... friend would come out of that one alive; it'd be such a shame if he were to die here today without them having settled their score first.

Indeed quite a bit was happening around here, it was almost too much to keep up with to be completely honest. A lot of those here felt she shouldn’t be here in the first place. It wasn’t that she could blame any of them really. She was far weaker than most of those here, she was willing to admit that. However she was also quite willing to admit one other detail. ‘Supreme kai, trust me when I say I do have my own backup plans in place. Right now I have the earth evacuating in case these situations boil over beyond our own control. A good friend of mine, one I’ve known for a very long time is leading that evacuation under my orders. She’s the one I’ve chosen to replace me if I was not to return. Her family name carries the power with it to help her lead them.’ Rinako would send, a chuckle escaping her young lips. ‘Besides this is my own choice, I couldn’t bare with myself otherwise if I just sat on the sidelines like always.’ She would assure the supreme kai, frankly ready to face death if so be it. She wasn’t going to run anymore. At worst...at least she would get to see her mother once more.
“My mother fought with the Saiyan Alliance...the Original Saiyan Alliance to help your people battle the Empire, King Nasu. I promised by my mother’s spirit that I would protect whatever was left of my own home to my last breath if needed. You still even if you have destroyed that parasite of a tree, have killed half of my home, have doomed a considerable amount of my people. You try so much to act like an adult and yet at times it almost seems like your nothing more than a spoiled brat.” Rinako would speak her own words towards the saiyan king. Even if she couldn’t see it, she could feel something behind her own words, her mother’s own spirit pushing her from behind...Vulpes’s as well. This next attack could easily be her last one, it only worked somewhat once before, hopefully with more of them busy now she could actually stop more of them. She focused everything that remained of her energy, she would be leaving herself wide open after this. That was for certain. However if she didn’t do this then more than her life was just saved, she would dishonor her own very ancestors. Her people were in safe hands. She trusted Holly to make the right choices.
‘My people I suppose it is time to say it myself, I can feel many of your energies and I have come to tell you all my final message. The one leading your evacuation, Holly, She is a dear friend of mine, one of the Valiare family. To that I can’t help but say she is one of my greatest friends. She is the one I promise you all will be able to lead you if I am to vanish this day physically. Look between all of you, each and every one of you, even if one of you were to die, a piece of you always will live in those you know. Holly I hearby name as my successor, if I am to die today. Let them lead you all to our next generation. Earth will never truly be gone however. As I said, everyone you care of, even the earth itself...it will always have a piece inside of you that not even death can surpass.’ Rinako would send her final message to the people of the earth. In her hands the two ki blast hovering began to split more and more once more like a meteor shower in itself. ‘Small I may be, but I will at least buy whatever time I can for the others to gain their own energy. There’s a moment in time when there was no going back, where one couldn’t be pushed anymore...that was when they released their attack, to defend the very humanity that was in jeporady.’
WC: 711
Contacted good people of Earth via planetary telepathy
Used VT-1 Meteor Split to target Miso, Karota, Luffa, Nasu, Tomina, Kinoko for 33,235 each for the targets to either Block and drop charge, Beam Struggle, or launch attacks too early!
It seemed that their words had reached Nasu's core, and had prompted the Saiyan King to destroy the Tree Of Might before it could finish what it had started, thus sparing Earth from its destruction. The Supreme Kai bowed their head towards the Saiyan. <When the situation is not as volatile your highness, perhaps we can speak in more depth about what I've already told you. You have my thanks.> Mayuri telepathically said to Nasu, even as they received numerous communications themselves. Thankfully being a Kaioshin they could handle and deal with the bombardment of thoughts coming their way.
With Komatsu's request for the Potara, the Eastern Kaioshin slightly nodded before transmitting the ear-rings into his pocket. <Just remember, it'll last for only an hour at most since neither of you are Kaioshin's performing this.> Mayuri warned him, sending the message to Chris as well in order to give him the heads-up in regards to Komatsu's plan. They did not need anyone screwing this up right now by missing the damned ear-rings if Komatsu chose to throw one of them to Chris.
The Queen of this world was next to be addressed. <I think that sidelines line is mine to use.> the Supreme Kai remarked with a psychic chuckle. <But I understand. You've considered the variables and have acted accordingly. Let's just hope that things don't go as we fear they will so that this world can try to recover.> they said before returning their focus back to the situation at hand regarding the multiple warriors gathered here.
It seemed that even with the Tree gone, everyone here was still gearing up for a full on brawl, some of them even firing off their own attacks in the process. There was one common factor amongst the majority of those seeking further conflict that caused the Eastern Kaioshin to chuckle out loud. "My apologies, but even with one of the threats to this worlds existence destroyed, by the hand of the one who planted it no less, you are all still focused on fighting one another here and now. I can only think of it being the Saiyan blood that runs in your veins that's causing this much battle-lust." they said aloud, as well as telepathically to ensure that their words were heard by all present over the cacophony of their energy attacks.
The fact that Chris was charging up a Spirit Bomb no less was definitely worrisome. With the planet in the state that it was, if he charged it by just too much that on impact with his target it would continue on its path, then he could accidentally wind up destroying the very planet he was trying to save. Did King Kai even tell him about that possible outcome, or had that little beetle forget to mention it to him? Or had Chris even paid attention to that part of the explanation?
<You had better hope you don't miscalculate or miss with that technique.> they telepathically said to Chris. <If you're off ever so slightly, you could accidentally wind up destroying the Earth, given the fragile state that it's in right now. I'll do what I can to prevent that if it is the case, but be forewarned all the same.> With that said, Mayuri's hands began to glow with a yellow energy, as they charged their power, just in case the situation did in fact escalate to the point where they had to truly intervene. The fact that the conflict with Jarvis was still going on concerned them, but they had to focus on this battle here and now. Although come to think of it...
"Perhaps a more productive use of all that pent up energy everyone here is so eager to unleash, would be against whom I think we can all agree on is our common foe and threat?" the Eastern Kaioshin suggested to all that were still gathered here, gesturing with a hand in the general direction of where Jarvis' energies could be felt. If they could get their attention redirected towards the mad faux god, then it could not only stop this worlds possible destruction from everyone here clashing with one another, but could also be the first step into ending this civil war in miniature between the Saiyans. One could only hope after all, especially when it came to Saiyans.
Telepathically spoke in order to Nasu, Komatsu + Chris, Rinako, then Chris again.

Instead of striking the Anubians face, Kinoko's elbow collided with the blunt of a sword and deflected. Angrily, she followed up with a kick to the intruder which at least found home, knocking him back quite some distance. It didn't do a hell of a lot to the man though to which Kinoko snarled. Had she still been in her brutish form she might have seemed much more intimidating with a snarl like that, but she was once more in a slim, smaller form. Her increase in power was so perfectly contained within her body it didn't need to extra mass to escape her.
Her now green hair billowed with her ki, her tail flicking angrily as she eyed Ragnarok for barely another moment before returning to Sinthe. She started towards him again but was interrupted by one of her own, the small brat that had come along with them for the invasion. It was irritating beyond anything else in that moment and she was quick to let him know that.
<Moron, what the hell are you thinking, stepping in and taking MY target?! You better make sure he's fucking dead or there will be hell to pay.> She warned him seriously, clearly unimpressed by the fact she was being overlooked in such a way... not just by her own soldier but by the Anubian himself. If he really was the same species as the god of destruction... could she really trust the squirt to take care of him? She supposed she didn’t have much of a choice, as the fiery red headed bloke stood in her way now, stopping her from going after Sinthe without going through him.
She really couldn’t muster up many words just then, clenching her fists tightly and bringing them to either sides of her body. Thanks to Nasu, she had a bit more self control now with a stronger will but… these forms were still quite the handful.
She wanted to say something witty about how he was going to die, or about how she was only using about 25% of her power just then but no words escaped her lips. Instead her snarl just turned into a cruel smirk as a laugh escaped her lips, low at first but it quickly built up and as her laughter grew louder, she launched herself towards Ragnarok, this time limiting herself to using her fists to attack him. Sure he had a sword to parry her, but her metallic bracers would be enough to deal with the sharp end of that sword until she could break it and get through to her intended target.
However, she only closed about half the distance to Ragnarok when Nasu’s blast caught her eye, distracting her for a brief moment as she watched it collide with the tree of might!
“What!?” Finally escaped her lips as her eyes then travelled over to her mate, uncertainty written in her gaze… the look in his own eyes however told her that he did in fact mean to do that… that some revelation came over him and caused him to act as such… but what… what caused him to do it?
She supposed it didn’t matter too much, she had eaten her promised fruit, and now this creature stood against her. By the way he stood and the way he spoke, Kinoko couldn’t help but feel he thought himself better than her, and this line of thinking was going to have to stop…
Again and again people underestimated her, seeing her as nothing but Nasu’s chosen mate, or the saiyan spawn of the Demon Queen… not as Kinoko, Queen of all saiyans! She might not act like a traditional Queen, but god damn it she was going to start making people fear her and her power!
Her hands began to glow with bright green energy, the very feel of it would feel wrong to most… not corrupt, not evil but there was something ominous about her ki in this form. She would quickly thrust both hands towards Ragnarok and firing both beams of energy. They combined as they fired from her hands, the power from each hand doubling as it’s strength suddenly increased sharply as it soared directly towards Ragnarok, aiming to engulf him.
WC: 712 Used: --[OT-2] Beam Cannon: By charging Ki in both of her fists, Kinoko doubles the strength of her Crimson beam. She then snaps her hands forward and fires both beams at her enemy which combine into a single massive beam as they are fired. [Deals 978,072PL Damage]

There was so much going on all at once, that there was no way Komatsu could feasibly act on all of it. For starters, Nasu said that Komatsu was missing the big picture, and that had piqued his interest quite a bit. What had he been missing? Had he truly misjudged his brothers intent? He was determined to save the lives of the saiyans that still remained, determined to bring back those they lost even if it meant splitting them between himself and Nasu… but what was Nasu truly up too if he wasn’t just war mongering? Nasu was paranoid… he saw enemies at every corner and attacked them without mercy, thus putting many lives in jeopardy… if he was missing something, then he had to know what it was. Though there would be a time to ask him.
What truly surprised the saiyan were Miso’s words of praise… Miso saw it how it was… a shitty situation all around but he didn’t blame him for Natto being destroyed. He knew that Komatsu gave it his all, that in the end he killed Jarvis for what he had done even though it had been far too late for the planet. He had made a mistake, they had all made a mistake in trusting a deal he had made with JArvis. Koma had placed too much faith in the magic behind their deal to see how Jarvis could pull this off.
He didn’t respond to any of that though, as the energy blast was leaving his hand and heading towards Carva with enough power to knock the man out instantly if uninterrupted. He started to look away from Carva, not caring what happened to the man once he was out, going to look back towards Nasu but there was only a blurr left behind where Nasu once stood. His eyes had barely been able to follow his brother as he had flown between his blast and Carva, catching it with his bare hands then tossing it away from Carva and towards the Tree of Might.
Komatsu raised an eyebrow, but then looked genuinely surprised when his blast collided with the tree and instantly vaporized a large chunk of it. The roots would visibly sag and slowly begin to crumble with no actual tree to feed the live energy of the planet too. Koma looked from the tree, back to Nasu with a questioning look on his face.
He wasn’t at all surprised that Nasu could stop that blast, of course he would it was the most basic of energy he could output, but it hadn’t been meant for him… so when everyone else looked shocked, and even Nasu gloated about being able to so easily redirect his tech in nothing but Super Saiyan two, the younger brother rolled his eyes in annoyance, crossing his arms for a moment.
In the background, Tomina spoke to him, taunting him further and going so far as to saying she was building him up to take his fathers place. She even claimed to be Lettis’ daughter which just ensured she’d be killed by him at his first chance… Even Tarro spoke to him once more, sounding absolutely furious about him leaving Jarvis and choosing instead to fight his own kin. Those words bugged him… because once again Tarro didn’t understand the situation Komatsu had been faced with. He placed his trust in his allies, which was a dangerous move of course… but their new home, Planet Namek had potentially been in danger. While Koma made alliances with various species, his people would always come first, and the threat to them would always outweigh Jarvis.
Then there was Flare, yelling angrily at those that belittled him only moments ago. He would have smiled towards her, thanking her as he would have with Miso if things weren't so tense just then. He didn't say anything to her though, choosing instead to keep his focus on the potential danger ahead.
“Don’t gloat you idiot. You know damn well that attack was barely a fraction of the power I have now. It wasn’t even aimed to kill someone so weak, so of course you could stop it… but why did you use it to destroy your tree? That part… doesn’t make sense to me. Why the change of heart?” He asked seriously just as Chris’ words rang in his mind. He kept a straight face as he listened to Chris, glancing over when he now used Carva as a hostage against the Saiyan Galactic Kingdom.
‘Well… not very hero like… but I guess everything goes…’ He thought to himself, raising an eyebrow as he sensed the familiar spirit bomb being charged so close to Carva it was eating at his energy. He instead returned his gaze to Nasu, wondering if he would even care about the life of this one saiyan.
“ Nasu… planet earth has never been our home, no matter how long we’ve lived on it. Though it has been, and still is the home of many of our kin. There are as many saiyans living on Earth as there are in your Kingdom or the Remnant Alliance. I will fight to protect them as much as I’ll fight to protect our own people.
The Earthlings, saiyan or otherwise will always fight differently than we do… apparently… and so you’ll always be met with this much resistance. You want to know why so many of us feel like you’re following in Lettis’ footprints? Because your intentions aren’t made clear. All we can see is your desire to destroy your enemies… those enemies? They weren’t even that until you attack them. The Kolds, and the planet Trade Organization haven’t been a problem in years. They’ve kept to their own devices and let us do the same. The same thing with Earth. You might have come to challenge one person, but you’ve done too much to threaten the planet as a whole with the Demon Queen’s magic, this tree… Sorry if I can’t see that bigger picture.” Whenever Komatsu stated that the Earthlings fought differently than them he looked over towards Chris once more, a frown now on his face as he was clearly disapproving of Chris taking a hostage. If anything he should have just knocked Carva out and be done with it instead of showing a darker side to himself.
“What more do you hope to gain Nasu? With your tree gone isn’t it about time you went home? There’s another problem we need to take care of to make sure another handful of saiyans don’t disappear.” He asked of his brother now, finally moving his arms back to his sides as he waited to see what Nasu would do. Would Nasu keep up this fighting between the factions? Or would be take his soldiers home as Komatsu suggested and let him go take care of Jarvis?
However, what Chris suggested to him telepathically had Komatsu frowning.
<No… He’s only in Super Saiyan 2, not even Super Saiyan 3 let alone that ‘god form’ mother and Mayuri told us about. There’s no way of knowing his true strength, but he’s too strong for us to fight like this. Even my Super Saiyan 4 can just barely hold up to his Super Saiyan 3> Koma countered, feeling the tiniest bit of weight added to one of his pockets. With a quick word from Mayuri he knew that the potara were there, and that he needed to get passed Nasu to Chris if his brother didn’t chose to take the Kingdom back to planet Saiya.

The mortals of their universe were indeed becoming quite troublesome. So much so that it warranted frequent visits from himself and Lord Lagerus to keep things under control. The smaller, inhabited worlds of the universe were deadlocked, none wanting to leave their planets and explore as they once did for fear of running into factions such as the Saiyan Galactic Kingdom or the Cerulean Empire and even the Makosian confederate! Those little Demon's were swarming endlessly in their nests, and it seemed if their Queen continued on her path of manipulation she would get exactly what she wanted... a universe to herself. Though he doubted she would be able to create enough sentient beings to inhabit it before he took note of the barren universe and destroyed it.
It would truly be such a pity, he had spent quite a long time in Universe 7 and would hate to see it go... but alas if things kept going the way they did then he would disappear and no doubt be reassigned in a few million years. This was one of the reasons why he had been so infuriated with Lord Lagerus' decision to teach that Saiyan the secret to becoming a god... a single blip of power in an empty universe wouldn't save them... It seemed Lord Lagerus had much more up her sleeve than she even divulged to him.
Whis appeared on a far-away root of the tree of might, one that had curled around the top of a snowy mountain pique that made it easy for the angel to overlook the situation unfolding below, using his staff to get a clearer picture and audio of the events that unfolded.
"Interesting... it seems he hasn't even used that form yet. I was so sure he would have flaunted it all over the Galaxy by now... maybe Lord Lagerus wasn't wrong entrusting it with him..." Whis thought to himself aloud as he looked through the magic ball on his staff. A bento box would suddenly materialize on his lap, and as Whis stuck his staff in the snow he began to oven it up to begin his lunch.

The blast Nasu redirected at it had enough energy to make a large hole in it, enough to kill its core and thus make it nothing but a gruesome memento of the destruction it caused. But that alone didn’t stop the damn defenders to keep on joining in by the dozen and this time it was the little flame’s turn to shine. Instead of fighting Jarvis, she too decided to come to the North and face Nasu’s squadron and this time she wasn’t alone, but she brought her whole gang, one of which saved the anubian nobody from Kinoko’s grasp, but of course it wouldn’t stop at that. One of them began charging its ki and Flare, while doing the same, decided people wanted to hear her annoying voice. ”I should’ve killed her at that damn tournament…” he thought to himself in mild annoyance.
She spoke plenty and Nasu was tired of answering to the same shit over and over again so he just glared at her when she finished her long and idiotic speech and scoffed. ”Fuck you.” and the annoyance overlapped the anger in his tone at that moment. When she addressed Miso, though, he chuckled. ”Ain’t you stronger than back then? Heh. Still, not gonna happen. You should’ve stick to the fight down south, I have no grievances against ya for helping out, but I will kill ya if you stand in our way. Heh.” the way he put it was way too casual; Miso was a killer and he didn’t care about many things when tasked with the job of doing that.
Komatsu spoke next, saying he would protect it even if it wasn’t their home and Nasu scoffed at that. ”That’s why I always call you an idiot.” he interrupted briefly before allowing him to continue. When he finished, though, Nasu sighed, with a serious expression on his face. ”I will tell you what the bigger picture is, when this is over… Maybe you will understand me then.” he simply said. But his next question was interrupted by Mayuri’s speech.
Mayuri seemed pleased Nasu complied and decided to end the Tree and thanked him, but Nasu ignored as he didn’t want to be chitchatting with Kaioshin right at this moment, or it could divert his attention from the more serious matters at hand. Finally he decided to speak with his own mouth and suggested they should now focus on Jarvis, but Nasu wouldn’t let them have that. He glared at the Kaioshin. ”No! You people decided I was the true enemy and trusted Jarvis over myself. Choices have meaning, Kaioshin. I chose to destroy the Tree because of what you said. They chose to fight me. So be it. Ain’t I the biggest threat to this universe, at least in their eyes?!” Nasu was definitely disgusted and his tone did nothing to hide it. ”Don’t let the heroes escape. Kill them if they try. Their battle is here. Let Jarvis do as he pleases with this damn place. It wasn’t me who abandoned Jie Shan and the other tiny power level alone against that monster.” he ordered his followers.
Tomina spoke afterward and she immediately pointed a well-deserved finger at Chris, for helping on the enemy lines while he had enough intel Planet Natto was under attack and, instead, chose to save an ancient enemy of their race. Still, Nasu snorted when she said his error was to attack Bris with a large taskforce when, in truth, he barely had enough for three squadrons when he attacked, summoning less than thirty saiyans to the war. ”If thirty people out of five thousand can sentence a planet to death, then maybe this planet had it coming. People were slacking off too much, that what truly made Natto vulnerable.” he thought to himself, taking a very deep breathe; the subject still irritated him, it was a soft spot.
In the end he was glad that after a little shitchat with Komatsu, Tomina decided to focus her eyes on Flare and it was odd enough they were acquaintances, but then it was revealed they were actually related and that made Nasu laugh. ”We have complicated families indeed, Tomina. But I will trust you can handle this little family business, right?” he spoke to her shortly, giving enough of an order she could understand.
The situation was chaotic to say the least and while Tomina started speaking to Flare, it was Tarro’s turn to throw his rage back at Chris and Nasu was glad he was doing that. Nasu’s smirk died with Tarro’s words because he could feel the pain in the saiyan’s heart and, even though Nasu was cruel, he cared for a saiyan’s life and that was precisely why his life became this disgusting mess: he should’ve killed Akiko when he had the chance, but he held back; he should’ve killed Chris before he had enough power to charge the Spirit Bomb but he held back. He was acting like a warrior, but the so called “heroes” were constantly reminding him that honor was a trait of a fool and that thought made his fury to rise and he clenched his fists in anger, gritting his teeth. ”You people… Keep on forcing me to try and forfeit the warrior in me!” he growled while trying to make peace with his own thoughts, but failing to do so.
Ultimately, Tarro’s anger made him target someone who wasn’t doing anything in particular: Hotato. But it was better this way. They were very close in power and Nasu doubted they would kill each other. Meanwhile, Rensu took the fight to the anubian and the two distanced themselves a bit from the area, hopefully he would keep the small fry busy for long enough so he wouldn’t be disturbing the big dogs. But as Nasu’s heart began to calm down a little, Chris started speaking again and this time he would go a bit too far.
”You say, once again, we left a place vulnerable! Fuck you with that, brat! The outpost had not only Negi, who was stronger than most, but also the supposedly protection of the whore you put your faiths on: Kikiko! And yet she didn’t move a finger to protect it! Yes! It’s true I make mistakes, but in all honesty, Ruttsu, my greatest mistake is to put faith in people. What you people keep on saying is: I should be able to multiply myself, because there’s no other damn competent saiyan in our whole race but me!” he roared at his cousin. ”But that’s bullshit! A race is not a race if it’s dependent of a single individual, no matter how strong he may be! And I should say, I would trusted plenty of people with such grand tasks, such as Miso, Karota, Negi, even that bastard Jie Shan and, more than anyone, I trusted Komatsu, who I made Sub-Overseer before I left the damn outpost. And honestly, you shit kid, the only one who proved himself unworthy of this trust was Jie Shan!” and even though he was angry, Nasu was speaking the truth; he was far too much of a saiyan to lie about such things.
When he directed his words at Miso, he shrugged. ”You were an outsider, maggot. You don’t just come out of the blue and expect to be received with open arms, not by the warrior race. You don’t get a spot at the table because you are family. You EARN the spot on the table. Heh.” the brute retorted. But things weren’t getting any better when Chris mentioned the Spirit Bomb, claiming he held back on it. Nasu’s anger peaked and the screeches of lightning were never this loud. ”Bastard…” his eyes were filled with blood, almost turning red on the sclera. ”I threatened it for that bitch to show up! To get off her stupid Lookout and come face me like a saiyan! Which she did, for a moment, when she thought we were even, but when she saw she was about to lose, she wanted to stop our fight, and then she fled! A coward!” and that was the truth of that day, and everybody knew it.
But then he said it and it was true: above his raised arms there was a large sphere of energy. Nasu’s eyes widened like never before and shivers of fear came down his spine as he was reminded of the pain that attack caused him. ”Y-you… Y-you…” his words failed to come out of his lips as, for a second, he though the Spirit Bomb was aimed at himself. But then Chris revealed it was aimed at Carva and that made his fear become a blazing hatred. ”YOU… MOTHERFUCKER!!!” Nasu’s anger reached a peak and his ki energy exploded and, in a second, the ground beneath his feet disintegrated and above it, floating, Nasu had immediately ascended to his Super Saiyan Three form.
[Super Saiyan 3 Full Power. PL: 31,487,184]
If anyone had a scouter now, it would malfunction, because Nasu’s power level went beyond the incredible mark of thirty million. ”Carva! Get the fuck away from here and don’t you DARE die on me!!” he ordered as he in a blink of an eye put himself in between Carva and the Spirit Bomb. Nasu was scared of it, but there was just no way he would allow Chris to take a hostage of his soldier. No, he was King! It was his job to make sure most of his soldiers would come out of it alive, or that he would die before them! They trusted him to protect them, they fought for him. You can’t call yourself a King if you don’t value their lives.
But luckily, as he did that, the other anubian, apparently out of the blue, took Carva out for a fight, which took him out of harm’s way and for that Nasu was relieved. ”Kill him, Carva, and come back alive.” he thought to himself as he watched him disappear from sight. Then, he turned back to Chris. With nothing but hatred inside his teal eyes and frowned prominent brows.
At the same time, Karota and Miso were unsure on who they should engage, but that was settled when Cornatto spoke to Karota once again and that annoyed her. ”I needed you, Cornatto, when the Alliance was left vulnerable when Natto died! When the bastard Etorin took control of it with his wicked ways, locked up Miso and took OUR DAUGHTER as a Hostage! I thought you were my friend… That you would be there for me, for us! To maybe help us continue Natto’s work! But no! You ran back to Earth without looking back! Without a care in your heart!” and her tone was angered and hurtful and tears came to her furious eyes. Miso stared at her with the corner of his eyes and her distress made him a bit more angry. ”Call us whatever the fuck you want, brat. We are alone here. And if Earth’s life is what it takes so we can survive, so be it.” he was serious now.
But it wasn’t going to be an easy fight: Cornatto too ascended to his Super Saiyan Two form, and while he wasn’t quite as strong as Miso and Karota, he wasn’t one to be taken lightly, and he just proved such a point when he started charging that disk Karota knew all too well. Her watered eyes widened when she saw it. ”Miso! That’s Totoma’s technique, the Destructo Disk! This bastard mastered the Turtle School! We need to take him down now!” she warned her mate and he nodded in agreement.
The girl beside him started charging the very same technique and there was no time to waste. ”You will be going down, Cornatto!!! For turning your backs on us once again!!! SPIRIT BALL!!!” Karota roared and, without wasting any more time, she fired the controllable energy sphere right at the super saiyan two, aiming to hit him with all of its massive power. At the same time, seeing the breach, the nervous Luffa stared at Kabocha and, without second thought, he fired the Final Spirit Cannon right at her with all of his power. ”I… I’m sorry! Final Spirit Cannon!!” he roared as the blue energy sphere flew towards the saiyaness.
Amidst all this chaos, the damn Queen of Earth tried to interfere again and with her annoying technique, she fired at most fighters of the Kingdom. Her attack wasn’t fast enough and by the time she fired it, Luffa and Karota had fired their blasts already, but Miso saw her and the anger in the brute increased. ”Again?! Just die already, piece of shit! Final Spirit Cannon!” he roared as he threw his own attack right at her, with all the power he had gathered. It was a way too dangerous attack on its own right, even to the likes of Nasu and Komatsu, and more than enough to completely erase Rinako from this plane of existence.
Back to Nasu. The King of All Saiyans was overly mad that Christopher had the guts to threaten him and Carva with the Spirit Bomb again and that had to end. ”You… You like to call yourselves heroes, defenders… Just, even! But that’s complete bullshit! You are nothing but treacherous pieces of shit! How dare you take a hostage when I’m right here, Ruttsu?! If you want to throw that wicked shit at anyone, do it at me!!! Or I will fucking force you too!!!” he roared with pure rage as a vein popped on his right temple. Nasu’s body began glowing in a blue and intense aura of pure power. ”You are no family of mine anymore!! I will fucking kill you now!!! Rebellion Spear!!!” and with those words, Nasu launched himself at Chris, as if he had no care in the world, aiming to strike him with the powerful body slam of the technique before he could fire the attack. ”DIE BASTARD!!!”/color] his scream echoed on the battlefield.
Miso fired [OT-3] Final Spirit Cannon 200% at Rinako for PL 22,041,038!! vs PL 33,235 = Miso wins by over 22mil, more than enough to kill. Flare's well deserved agitation would get the attention of a few of them. A lot of things to take in with so many on both sides not only critiquing the other side but others personally. What a lot of people tend to forget was that Flare wasn't here to kick Nasu's ass just because he was a dick. To beat some sense into Tomina just because she was here, provoking the young flame. No, Flare was pissed off because they had the audacity, even now, to drown out whatever it was she, Koma, and anyone else said and talked down to people. Their only justification for coming here seeming personal at best, wicked and no better than that fake god down south at worse.
It was all the more justification to have become strong as she was now. Nobody listened, nobody wanted to take a back seat and just think for a moment that whatever screwed opinions they might have was anything more than inconsiderate. The two more egregious saiyans made it clear by coming here before to 'Fight the Saiyan way', or becoming conquerors because 'We wanted to, we are stronger than the weak'. Then some sods had more heart-ache accounts attacking either Koma, that Corn-person, or the group in general and not the planet itself which was mostly nothing more than filled with people who would have accepted any one of these people were they not so vile or misguided.
Nasu only gave the fire head a 'fuck you' to her mild pleasure. Could the man really not come up with something any more intelligent than that? Where was all that seniority and know-all that came from the tournament? Not that it matters. His uncle had more sense in him to actually state his mind and get any sort of arbitrary moral hierarchy out of the way. The man was doing it because he was tasked with it. The flames around her fist only glew brighter as their power rivaled the man's own charged blast.
"Aye, I am a good deal stronger. 'Least you say something a bit intelligent unlike your nephew over there. Can't say I could find myself killing you though. Take that as weakness or whatever drivel you want to take it as, or take that as being kind and fair like it should be. I don't care. Just consider yourself lucky I'm not like Tomina." Right. That witch. Flare flew away from Miso and them as she figured the others, now bracing their own attacks, could manage them as a collective. No, Tomina was talking up a storm she had to attend to. The young flame heard the voices of others' dissent rain upon her as she move on the incoming battlefield. Honestly the rest of these people were just misguided into wrong think. Flare wish she had the more civil liberty of being able to site and calmly talk down all their view points but she was way too fired up at this point to even consider trying to get through to them all.
At the very least she could make an attempt to beat some sense into her niece.
"Nobody cares for your rhetoric, girl. If you can even call that any bit a sound view. The others attack a planet and its people's livelihood either from selfish grievance, order, or misguided hate, but I can peg you down as something that my words won't even touch. So long as you're up and able to spit vile nonsense at me I'm afraid I'll have to beat the sense into you with my fists before I can even attempt trying to drive a point home to all your thick heads and egos.
Your ignorance shows. Whether this was my planet or not doesn't even matter in the grand scheme of things. I still defend it and its innocence against petty beings like yourself whether I resided on it or not. But if you want to be indulged just know that I was raised here. I am an Earthling by most regards to the word. I know the smaller people here. The average, 'lowly' Earthling. They're nothing short of hard working, at worse just as helplessly mistaken like a few of your allies. I don't give a damn how 'arrogant' it is to speak up against a Monkey like yourself or Nasu. That's right, monkey. I can play this stupid, arrogant race game too.
The Saiyans I know might be crude, rough, but they aren't childish. And I would assume they aren't petty. Miso and Koma are Saiyans, despite the former working for his numb skull nephew and being rather ruthless himself. Throwing a damn fit and tossing your power around just because you can, that's being a Monkey. That's you. A wild animal who wasn't smart enough to even sling its shit at the right target, or too malicious to even consider anyone other than yourself. You go on a rampage and are considered a fucking sociopath who has to be put in a cage by themselves. Some of you could have blindsided Jarvis, even while you planted your damn seed, but instead just snuck up here in the damn cold! You're all either shit for brains or petty cowards if you have any sort of grievance towards the actual man who wiped Natto and didn't even try fighting him. Jarvis is as much a culprit as you are, don't get me wrong! But it's aggravating to think you have any actual moral superiority in the matter.
It's sad that you don't take your army of the strongest warriors from your little kingdom as much of a threat as Jarvis. Really? You have that little confidence in yourselves? Besides, Jie Shan is doing a fine job and he wanted to be alone with Jarvis while we dealt with your asses. See, now I can disregard you as a weaker being, Tomina, despite you being a strong young woman yourself. You see what happens when you start using this superiority crap on the likes of me? On the likes of others here who aren't even Saiyan but could easily put you under as well?" Flare grit her teeth and watched as the girl started charging up her own attack, probably directed towards the young flame now as she kept roaring and agitating her. It's what she wanted, really. Aside from Chris and Koma, Flare was really the only match for this deviant girl. She raised her fists up at the ready and continued her perhaps drawn out speech. She herself probably wasn't taking this with utmost objectivity but it was how she saw the world.
"You're only proving yourself wrong. You're more Elemi than Saiyan, then you boast that it's that lesser part of you that makes you strong! Even in the face of one of your own kind rivaling you! Ragnarok himself isn't shy of being strong either! You're strong because you want to be, and that by itself isn't bad! Plenty people are that way! It's when you force yourself onto others and take away any right they have in this that I have an issue. That's when I come in and hand your ass back to you ten times over! I'm not strong because I wanted to be, I needed to be! I was made so I could beat the sense into every single last one of ya! Because these planets, this galaxy? They've gone on too long without someone trying to actively instigate peace. None of you think and only act with stubbornness! You keep pushing me and I'll be even stronger and more able to keep the worlds in complete entropy.
And I'll start with you, girlie. Mostly a bit of payback for Komatsu personally. If anything maybe you'll speak more open-minded with me after you've got a few burn marks on your face and your back is on the ground. If it wasn't for you coming here with aggression, you picking fights, and your group sneaking in and deciding to assault the planet with that damn tree I wouldn't HAVE to fight any one of ya!" Flare would rush forwards, her fists alight with the large balls of fire she enveloped her hands with and lash out with them. Several large fire blasts shot out from thrown fists in her direction before the young Flame would try and physically smash her with the large balls of fire itself. Cracks as loud as lightning sounded with each possible hit or miss, each exploding and heating the air tremendously.
"IMPOSE THIS!" Even if the blows hadn't made their mark of she'd have to fight whatever it was Tomina was ready to launch herself the young Flame would try shoving the two away with the speed of dashing flames behind her, planning to push her up and away from most the others so they could have this moment for themselves. Ragnarok half expected the cat man to be even more nonchalant with his intervening. Unless the man was hiding some super secret form in his wake Sinthe had more a chance against the saiyan boy than the queen of the SGK. So the audacious flames just smirked. Smirked wide as cat man basically told him off and turned his attention elsewhere. It was fine by him really and this matchup truly felt more appropriate; The most active and powerful of the Elemi HWRE regime versus the queen of the Saiyan Galactic Kingdom.
"Then come at me Queen! I'll be sure to make our time memorable!" He'd watch as she was caught off guard by the initial tree blasting, just patiently waiting for her return. She switched up her melee centric tactic though and decided to fire instead large beams at him. Quick on his feet the faster elemi would sidestep the blast with a sigh and raise his sword to the skies. Taking a more solid stance once the saiyaness spent herself a bit with that attack.
"Good I've not had a proper fight in a long while. Get on with your full strength! Show me your resolve! Your power! We test ourselves here!" Unlike Flare, this being seemed more in the moment. The Tree of Might and other saiyans could be dealt with later, and he himself knew his own limits as of right now could not compete. At least here a worthy opponent was able. Maybe it was a fight they all needed to let everything steam off. Perhaps this was what everyone really needed to grow even stronger. Competition. His daughter and her mother, despite how wrong they could have been on several accounts, understood a little bit of this. Where Flare wanted peace Ragnarok wanted results.
The raised sword would start collecting the ash and heat from the surrounding areas and start funneling it into a large red auro around himself and blade. The power starting to surge as he focused his resolve. If she was going to deal with this attack she would have to open up another strategy other than aggressive attacking, or find it within her to go even further with this new form of hers. Ragnarok would rather not die, mind you, but he figured this wouldn't be an impossible match to face. At worse he could have an actual match to contend with.
"IGNAS..." He'd shout, readying the blow's signature name while grasping the now pulsating read blade up high and in his hands. And though the likes o Tomina and a few others made mention of his name he'd focus on the queen. The girl would understand him too and his own resolve. Ragnarok would do the same and respect her own space. Letting the silence speak on his intent towards her; Nothing to distract either of them from the fight at hand. Jax observed all the others with a bit of apprehension. Red and green eyes glancing past all the incoming conversations between one person and another. The robot would take in most all that was going on and analyze each person with fast scrutiny. As far as matchups were concerned the biggest gap between power were those around Miso's group. Cornatto's own strength wasn't to be foiled with, he was severally outmatched and outgunned by the other side. Kobacha, Samael, and the poor Earthling Queen who gave her a bit of uneasy dejavu were not going to be able to handle them on their own.
"Then I know what to do." Jax affirmed to herself as she kept bracing the electrical barrier she was producing between her hands. Sparks jumping out and around as she kept charging the barrier. When the lasers starting shooting off she realized the potential damage from either side was almost proportionate. Well, not really proportionate but rather those who could defend themselves would probably be able to. One of them was going to be absolutely dominated in the blast and there wasn't much Jax could do about that.
The robot would hesitate letting the shock barriers go up at first though. With enough intervention elsewhere the group should be fine. Her power could be used elsewhere at a moments notice. Besides her own potency was not the greatest. Not until she charged this a bit longer. Left to her own devices she'd keep charging, a small transparent ball now in between her palms as she put more power into the technique.

Tomina’s face simply widened into a smirk at the sight of Chris yawning. She didn’t seem the least bit bothered by his apparent disrespect.
“So you’ve been through this routine before? Sorry to put you to sleep with being so predictable. I know what will wake you up! We’ll go and kill some of your comrades in front of you! I’ve never known an opponent who’s stayed asleep when they hear the cries of agonies of their allies as they die around them.Just give it a few minutes Chris-chan. You won’t stay tired for much longer!”
There was always an etiquette to things, even if there didn’t appear to be one at first glance. Insults were part of the trade. Although anyone who knew Tomina knew that she wasn’t kidding around when it came to threats of any kind, veiled or otherwise. She would most certainly keep forward with her promise of killing his allies. And of course she had to demean him along with the way. Although seeing him take Carva hostage put a scowl on her face. Although not for the reasons most people would expect.
“Go ahead and kill him using that technique. Although if you’re smart, then you know just as well as I do that it’s a pathetic bluff. That Spirit Bomb technique will take a lot out of you if you actually fire it off. In a large battle such as this, leaving yourself that vulnerable will make you a target. You in particular are a particularly strong enemy here. Everyone in the SGK would jump at the chance to have their way with you Chris-Chan. If you’re actually dumb enough to believe taking him as a hostage will work, then you’re naive. Your life is worth more than Carva’s. Losing him in exchange for killing you is an advantageous trade. Speaking of that though…”
Tomina clenched her right fist, still scowling at the hybrid Saiyan that was brazen enough to get in the lines of the SGK and threaten one of them with his attack. She hated patronizing hypocrites like Chris. Him being part Saiyan made it all the more insufferable.
“You know, taking someone hostage and threatening to kill them makes you lose the moral high ground that you seem convinced that you have. Murder is murder, although you self-righteous bunch try convincing yourselves otherwise. A technique that hurts others based on how evil someone is? What a load of crap. What, does that attack judge who’s good and evil? It should be burning your own hand off with how dark you are. That attack is as biased as the false gods who have allied themselves with your side.”
Tomina really only had one thing to say to Carva. He seemed to be starting to understand his role in things. However, she was going to drive the point home with a few final words for her underling.
“You won’t do anything that you haven’t been authorized to do ever again. You’re not high ranking enough to make major decision like that yet. Even if you’ve learned your lesson now, it’s not going to save you from punishment later.”
Rensu and Carva soon got into their own respective fights. Tarro had also engaged someone on the battlefield. She was particularly proud of him. Not only did he hold enough composure to resist the urge to just travel without authorization, but he was making some very excellent points on the events that had transpired recently. If he lived through this, she would do all she could to make him rise through the ranks. They needed more people like Tarro in positions of power.
When Nasu commented on Tomina’s strange family tree, she did not missed the somewhat subtle order that the King gave her. She simply nodded to him, never taking her eyes off of Flare.
“My Family died a long time ago sire. My Elemi side only shares blood with them. My father was only meant to increase my lifespan and power even further. Even if I did consider them family, my duty comes first. Besides,it doesn’t matter if a few of them die today. Apparently my Elemi parent never pulls out, so I have a lot of half siblings on my Elemi side. They might prove to be useful to me later down the line. Flare is nothing but any enemy to me though.”
Tomina continued charging her attack. She noted that Ragnarok had began to engage the Queen. She didn't know what possessed her to send the telepathic message to him that she ended up giving. All she knew that she would have been... dissatisfied if he had met his end there... maybe? She honestly didn't know how to put that feeling. All she knew was that it was what led her to saying what she did say.
<If she spits at you, avoid it at all costs.
Tomina didn't elaborate on why he should not get hit by that attack. It would at best come off as a cryptic warning. The more likely scenario was that he would think it was just some attempt to throw him off his game. Well, what he did with the info she gave him was up to him. Right now her attention was focused on the grating words Flare was sending in her direction. Ooohhh, she was looking forward to shutting the dark skinned woman up! She knew just how she was going to do it too. Already Tomina was thinking up a battle strategy to deal with the more powerful Flare. As the energy beam charged in her hands, she gave the Elemi a murderous glare.
“Normally blindsighted Caesar with some our forces would be a good strategy. But Nasu knows as well as I do that Earth forces you to play differently. The moment you attack this planet, everyone crawls out of the woodwork to defend it. Even species from other planets come and defend this place. Seriously, I’ve invaded dozens of planets in my life, and in all my 18 years I’ve never seen a planet defended as passionately as Earth is. I mean, shit! There are so many of you here that we need everything we got to deal with you all!”
It wasn’t as though Tomina hadn’t encountered certain alliances before. The Planet Trade Organization had multiple species in its employ, so it wasn’t too uncommon for her to fight multiple species at once back in the day. Earth was the only place where multiple species who weren’t a part of the same organization came together though.
“As for me personally, Caesar and his Empire are only at number 2 on my list of things I want to kill. The number 1 spot on that list goes to the now Remnant Alliance and Earth. Leaving Caesar alone right now actually benefits me. At the very least he’s going to kill a considerable amount of Earthlings and some of the Earth’s defenders. It saves me quite a bit of trouble down the line. Although it looks like no matter what, your planet will be spared from complete destruction today. Assuming Caesar doesn’t just decide to blow it up on a whim.”
The purple energy in her hand grew brighter and bright as time passed. All this talking was doing Tomina a lot of favors. If she could get Flare talking for just a few more minutes, then she could her Super Galick gun would reach its second strongest level of charge. From there she could easily fire it at full power in a pinch. Although it didn’t look like Flare would stay still for much longer. She just had to keep her mouth running. Although that didn’t mean that the words coming out of her mouth were complete nonsense. In fact, she was getting more and more invested the more she talked. A aura of blazing blue fire erupted around her as she stood there, seething in anger.
“You and Ragnarok know nothing about me! I was raised by the Saiyan Empire! I grew up a Saiyan warrior! The fact that the blood of your inferior race has tainted me to this degree takes nothing from that! The only reason other species have begun to rival the Saiyans again is because the actions of that traitorous Natto has given others the chance to obtain power! Caesar would never have been able to achieve the strength he had now if my mother had gotten complete control of the Galaxy like she should have! You would have grown up a slave like the others! Earth and the Alliance ruined everything though! Within a century, the Saiyans will rule the galaxy once again, and no one will be able to challenge our supremacy ever again!”
The aura around Tomina condensed and formed into a flaming blue tail that grew up behind her. It writhed around and waved from side to side. It looked just like the tail that any Saiyan would sport. Tomina gave Tomina a cold grin as she prepared her attack to hit Flare.
“We do share the same blood though, so at the very least I’ll let you see it before you die. The technique passed through the Lettis bloodline, one of the three great Saiyan lines. My mothers blood is far more potent than my father’s, even if I have inherited more from him. Prepare yourself Flare! Soon you’ll face the wrath of my fully charged Super Galick Gun!”
Tomina bulked up her body and gathered up even more power in preparation from the blast. She was throwing everything she had into utterly annihilating the Elemi. Suddenly, Rinako threw an attack at her and other Saiyans charging it. It wasn’t enough to significantly hurt her, but it forced her to fire it off early. Tomina flew up into the air and fired the beam down at Flare, who was throwing an attack of her own at her. Tomina poured more energy into the beam, causing it to expand and overpower the attack Flare had thrown at her. The battle between family members had begun.
[WC=1,731] [TWC=4,801]
Tomina telepathically contacts Ragnarok with a short message. She uses Bulking. New PL is 15,374,762/10,114,975. She fires the Super Galick Gun at Flare, colliding with her Flare Torrent. Tomina pours on stamina into it to increase the charge to 350%. 53,811,677/35,402,413 vs 34,982,348= 18,829,319 damage heading towards Flare. Onto the side saga! Stamina: 1/5
Tarro could hardly stand the sight of these stuck-ups and their pedestals. Their overgrown senses of righteousness despite the threat that they had disregarded, that they had created! They were all as much to blame for Jarvis as the Demon Queen herself, as the Dragon Balls were! They refused to take him seriously now, just as they had not taken him seriously for ages. They had let his power grow when they should have struck him down. Now here he was raining down hell on Earth and they left a fucking degenerate to fight him. A part of him wanted Jarvis to devastate them. Maybe then they’d understand just how he felt. The rage, the anger, the hatred.
Tarro just couldn’t think on it anymore. “I’m going to show you what a REAL Saiyan Warrior is capable of, boy,” he growled as he flew after the lad. Things were shaking up. Knocking this guy out would definitely make his week. The bulked up Super Saiyan flew after Hotato - taking note of his squadmates own match ups. Tomina was fighting what he had learned was another member of her complicated family lineage. To be related to one of the strongest Elemi alive, and the former Queen of the Saiyan Empire herself… it was no wonder he could never keep up… it was quite a blow to swallow. The gap in their powers suddenly made so much more sense.
Carva was fighting the giant Dog with the mysterious energy… if Tarro weren’t so pissed there would be a joke in there somewhere about Carva having to fight the big bad wolf. But he was concerned that the Half-Saiyan would meet his end. After all… how was Tarro to surpass a Saiyan who died prematurely? It just wouldn’t do for his biggest rival to keel over like… a dog. Tarro chuckled silently in his mind at the irony.
Rensu was fighting the other creature with the same mysterious energy… these Zoanthropes were definitely strange. But with such a high energy gap between the two… Tarro hoped the lad unlocked his hidden potential in time to save himself an untimely death. If the boy died… these lot would suffer a fate far worse at his hand than Jarvis could ever dare hope conjure. “Good luck guys…,” he thought to himself.
And with that the two would depart in a contest of might and wills.
People it did seem sure did love their moments to argue, whether it involved them or not, whether they realized others intentions or not. It was strange how every species seemed to have that trait built into them. However fire seemed ready to erupt when everything was finally getting into action. From A to Z of all the various names, many of which not liking what he was doing, frankly though was there any reason for him to care for what they were thinking? There was a difference when one directly attacked your home...the planet you’ve lived on for sixteen years. There was a difference when people you knew and loved were being hurt. Damn had he tried to reach a more peaceful situation before, but the year in the chamber with Koma helped him realize something. These invasions? They were never going to stop really at how they kept going. There wasn’t really much chance for a thing such as peace to try and go any longer. This may not be Earth’s war, but now? This was his own war and as his cousin so plainly said. Anything goes in war...and Nasu had crossed the line hurting his home. No the only real way to make sure more invasions like this didn’t happen? To make his cousin suffer such a loss that he would think twice on ever attacking his family again...with any of his group.
Here was the thing, this battle was no more having any option of not killing each other. That was what his threat had simply been, a last attempt to try and prevent all of them from killing each other out. Destiny and fate, seemingly following one straight line already ahd it’s own idea’s in mind however. That was something that was quite clearly evident. Nasu wanted them all dead, thre was no more room for niceties. It was a battle to the end Nasu wanted? Then it was a battle he was going to get. They weren’t family any more after all according to his cousin’s own words. Nasu could chose that path if he truly wanted, but such a thing was a double edged sword. Now? He had no reason to hold back against the asshole who murdered half a planet, one who would threaten to blow an entire planet up if he didn’t get a fight. In all honesty, what his cousin was about to recieve was by all means well deserved.
“If that’s so then you’re not as smart as you seem yourself, Tomina, firing this won’t leave me completely empty on energy. Call it a bluff if you wish, but I can gurantee it is not. I gave you my last warning to leave without losing any live here today. Which your group has by so many means dejected even the idea of that. It’s not my responsibility if you don’t care for your team mate. However I think we both know already that losing him would by no means be a smart move for any of you. I know how few the saiyan race already is. Another number dropped is by no means helpful to any faction. I’ll even be honest, with you threatening to kill my friends, screw the moral high ground. I won’t let you get away scot free with hurting any of them….any of the SGK for hurting any of them. Being dark isn’t evil sweetie, my own ki is intwined with the very materialzations of light and darknesss, neither one represents good or evil. However by your group attacking an innocent planet...no….KILLING half a innocent planet. Then you can bet your very souls that this attack does not see you as good. If your so confident of it, then come test it yourself. Hell would be a nice place for you to spend quite a bit of time in.” Chris would say with a simple get go. He didn’t want the saiyans to have invaded here after all, they all came of their own free will each one with their own greedy thoughts for why. As far as he was concerned, nearly all of them made their choice now, that was to attack something that was innocent...in no way was that good.
That was when the wildfire had erupted, Nasu moved just like he predicted, throwing himself towards them and losing track of the scenery around him. “Well Nasu congratulations on moving just as I wanted.” Chris would say glad Cervez had also attacked on cue. “If you thought the entire plan here was for a hostage then you are more blind sighted then I originally thought...Nassy.” Chris would taunt aiming to try and get Nasu’s attention pulled onto himself. Something seemed to have worked however because Nasu launched his own rebellion spear, poor Nasu was unaware of just one thing however he wasn’t the only one who could move faster than the movement of eyesight. By the time Nasu’s attack had launched he was already gone, just gone, a whistle of movement. Chris himself didn’t have much time as he flew across the battlefield practically with this speed, however he had enough to at least toss one attack mid way on his exit point towards Komatsu. He wasn’t necessarily firing for Karota, however. That wasn’t his target, no his target rather was the very attack she was firing.
He watched just for the moment of the attack’s collision as it clashed, if she were to move the attack she would be wiping herself out. Karota had made her own choice to attack an innocent planet, the Spirit Bomb easily could feel the evil ki from such. Even if Karota has held care for the planet at one point possibly, by now it was far far gone. Far far too late. At least now Chris himself was near Komatsu, phase two of the plan could begin shortly. The Spirit bomb did drain quite a bit out of him, but at his own level of training it wasn’t everything now. He still had plenty of energy to spare. The question truly was what would happen next?

The situation had indeed gotten out of control; not only had Cornatto burst in a fit of rage, both because of the danger that the Saiyans had cast upon the surface of this planet and the attitude of his former comrades. Back then, when the Earthling Saiyan had joined the Alliance thanks to Natto and his charisma-- one of the most important traits for a leader, that man had managed to convince Cornatto to participate in a faction of Saiyans. It might have sounded like nothing but child’s play, but at the time, Corn had very displeasing ideas towards the Saiyan race and their leader.
Of course, now it was nowhere like what it used to be, but at the same time, he was concerned with the Galactic Saiyan Kingdom and its way. They just weren’t what Natto would have wanted, nor did Corn like this either.
He knew Nasu was different from his father, but just how different could he be? He had even planted that tree on Earth, despite having removed it, he could feel that the planet had lost some of its life energy. Now, whether Nasu had planned to remove it or not, he didn’t know, but he was sure that this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Somehow, peace had always been a subtle thing, and this era was no exception, whether it was Nasu’s fault or not, the galaxy could never truly be at peace. Both sides, those who called themselves good and those who others defined as evil would always conflict each other, but with their ideas.
Perhaps Nasu himself didn’t just care, but rather, he thought that what he did was right, but for who? For his race. He could understand that desire, after all, it was also what Natto had done all his work for, but perhaps the times had long since changed, and Cornatto was just a nostalgic old man. There was no use in recalling the old days such as those of Natto and the Alliance, or was there?
In a certain sense, one could tell that Cornatto had honestly forgotten what his past had implied, but only a few knew why Corn had left Planet Natto shortly after the carnage was over. He was aware that he had given little information and almost nothing but even the doubt that perhaps Corn had been among one of the casualties.
Karota would know the truth, though. They had fought together, after all, to take down that piece of metal scrap that the Queen had made sure the Empire would build to fight the Alliance back in the days. Other than the fact that both the Saiyans had gotten wrecked to the bone, Karota would know that the Earthling Saiyan had survived and not that he could have lost his life. Did it matter? It probably did for the Alliance.
Some time ago, he had even met that young man, Negi, that had recognized Cornatto among the war veterans, so he wouldn’t be surprised if his absence had caused questions to rise as to wherever the hell Corn had gone eventually. But, it seemed that Karota had already made up her ideas. As soon as the Earthling Saiyan had ascended to the stage that came next to the Super Saiyan, his blood was boiling; both with anger but also excitement. Why?
He had come here quite displeased and all, but then why would he be excited? It was simple. His blood was no little blood of any race out there, but Saiyan blood! No matter the person, it had nothing to do whether you were ‘good’ or ‘evil,' if you were a Saiyan, you couldn’t get excited about a fight.
One of the man’s desires, when he was younger, was always to fight Natto toe on toe, although such could never happen, right in front of him stood one of the people he respected the most and thus, also one he had promised to fight once more. Ever since their training session together for the last part of the Soy School. Yes, ever since then, he always wished to fight her at their best, and they were apparently going to get the chance.
However, Cornatto had also included Miso in the deal, two was better than one, wasn’t that right? The Saiyan knew that he’d be at a disadvantage, but he was not certainly going to back down at a time like this, even though the Earth was no longer in danger, the atmosphere was still quite tense.
While he was focused onto the two, he had also managed to catch the ear of the other conversations. It had seemed everyone was settling themselves for their respective battles, and such couldn’t bother Corn any less, but what had him concerned was what Nasu had mentioned; he wouldn’t let the ‘heroes’ escape. Now, that was something the Turtle Hermit had imagined earlier; he was sure he wouldn’t have been let off so easily if he were to go and assist Galen, thus it was too late at this point. But at the same time, he was confident enough in both Kami-sama and his student that he thought he’d probably be able to focus entirely on his battle against the two Saiyans, but it wasn’t going to be like that.
His form had long since become somewhat intimidating to his daughter as well; she had never seen her father that powerful, angry and intense before. The lightning sparks themselves were enough for her to be wary of them, and yet, beneath that man’s foundations, Karota’s words had seemingly breached through as both charged their techniques.
Karota spoke of what they had to face after the war, during the dark times, and just that much pain was enough to bring tears to her eyes. Tears, yes, but Karota? The Saiyan knew no one wilder than the armored hybrid, and yet, for her to cry of all people, it was somehow more meaningful than her own words. Cornatto didn’t fret, he didn’t seem to react, although his facial expression had softened above his eyes as he stared and watched the two kinsmen.
In a layman’s terms, the Kamesennin’s anger was taken over by an another emotion. Was it pity? No, it was regret and shame. He had to deal with this when he saw the Outpost and heard about Planet Natto, on both occasions, he wasn’t even there and did nothing to prevent it from happening, that was not what his old friend would have wanted. That was not what a Major if he were still one, would have done and not what his current self, the Turtle Hermit would have let happen.
The Earthling Saiyan couldn’t care less about pride, whether individual or the entire race’s, he was a man of honor. He couldn’t stand what had happened, and that only made him far more irritated, not against Karota but perhaps against himself. “Without a care in my heart?... Do you know what’s in my heart?! We both lost someone we held dear during the war… I left Natto to raise MY DAUGHTER the best I could!”
Although, none of the man’s words were a proper answer to anything the female Saiyan had said that far. He couldn’t find words; he was too angry; the Super Saiyan Two form consumed both stamina and had an incredible impact on a person’s emotions.
If Super Saiyan made you unstable, what came next was truly difficult to bear. Neither side was going to stop, though, as Cornatto’s Destructo Disk was overwhelmed with energy and so was Karota’s Spirit Ball. The female had also recognized the technique fairly quickly, from her previous mate, Totoma who was also a practitioner of the Turtle School and right there, he could expect this to be a far more challenging fight than what he could have imagined. Karota herself knew an Earthling fight style and was capable of unleashing her own Kamehameha.
The Earthling Saiyan recalled Totoma quite well in his mind and knew the two were quite close, so he could expect Karota to read his techniques well enough to be a problem if he weren’t to finish it as fast as he could.
Cornatto doubted he’d have been able to pull it off without trouble if he were to fight the two head-on without being careful, but as of now, he had to focus all of his power into his attack to defend himself. Kabocha did the same and while, not as powerful as her father, her disk widened further more than its original size.
Both Karota and the other kid fired their techniques and Kabocha was quick to shoot her Destructo Disk as it cut through Luffa’s Spirit Cannon quickly and aim to harm the boy. Kabocha was a lot more carefree than her father, especially in her Super Saiyan form and let out as much power as she could to break through Luffa’s technique.
Cornatto was about to fire off the Kienzan, a masterpiece of the Turtle teachings but soon, a brimming light caught his attention as he immediately glanced upwards, only to see a bright, incredibly powerful sphere of Ki aimed between the two. The Earthling Saiyan’s expression only showed off his amusement and surprise.
At first, he immediately realized that it was aimed to stop Karota’s Spirit Ball but Cornatto knew that she could easily shift its trajectory to hit him either way. But that was merely one of the things that had shaken the Turtle Hermit; if Karota weren't going to move away or block, she’d be killed by the Genkidama’s overwhelming energy.
The Earthling Saiyan was pretty sure he could dodge and defend himself with the Kienzan, but at the cost of Karota’s life. In all the years he had spent with Kabocha, he had always thought that the Alliance would have been fine, but in the end, to them, Corn had become what he had called them out earlier; a coward, someone who left his comrades behind. And now, for the sake of Earth, and peace, he’d do so again.
The Earthling Saiyan’s gaze couldn’t help but lower, he furrowed his brow as he watched the Genkidama slowly descend to the ground, and soon, also the Spirit Ball that came closer and closer. Karota had lost Totoma once, and now Miso would have felt the very same sorrow, both him and their daughter. The reason Cornatto left everyone else behind and even if he’d be granted the chance to choose again, he’d have done it one million times more for his blood’s future, and he couldn’t have ever chosen otherwise. But there was also one more choice to take, right now.
The faintest of smiles, aimed towards the offspring of his genes; his daughter Kabocha, soon grew into one of friendliness and reassurance. "You've become powerful, Kabocha!" - exclaimed the man, nothing but signs of tender emotions over the Super Saiyan Two's face which left the green-haired Super Saiyan gaping and in shock. "D-dad?..."
"If I meet Mom, I'll make sure to tell her everything about you."
Soon, her severe and rigid expression widened into one of surprise and fear. She feared those words, she hoped she had just heard wrong, but did she?
The Earthling Saiyan instead stared at his daughter for those few moments left before it'd be too late, saying nothing but let his gaze admire and feel pride in his daughter. His eyes, although very discreetly, slowly narrowed, perhaps in an urge of emotions from the Saiyan's side as he felt his own heart tighter and tighter within his chest before his expression once more showed off his trademark smile and a faint, almost inaudible chuckle. Both eyebrows raised with innocent eyes, index and middle finger lifted up to his forehead in a peace sign, almost as if he were in his base form, settled on the female.
"Goodbye, Kabocha."
Soon, the image of Cornatto disappeared from Kabocha’s sight as her coldness crumbled and burst out in a cry-- a scream, a beacon for her parent to come back.
“F-FAATHER!!”
The Earthling Saiyan could have chosen to let Karota die a warrior’s death, but to hell with Saiyan ideology and all of that the ends justify the means! Cornatto wasn’t going to let any of his friends die on his watch; he had already let the Alliance and Natto down once.
He didn’t care if he was saving what one of the heroes had aimed to kill because Cornatto wasn’t like that, he did not care nor did the Turtle Hermit wish to kill his opponents and upon the choice to save himself or a friend, he’d choose the latter. It was painful, his own eyes felt almost like they were about to water, to leave his daughter’s side, but he realized that she was grown up; she could handle herself, he trusted her.
Cornatto had burst off the ground with incredible speed and shifted off the Spirit Ball’s trajectory, only for a brief moment but enough for him to launch his arm forward and toss a shining, teal-colored Kienzan at the Genkidama.
“SPIRIT OF THE SAIYANS: KIENZAN!!! HAAAHHH!!!”
That would be the Earthling Saiyan’s last technique and breath, as the Spirit Ball was too close now to prevent it from making contact, but it wasn’t even going to be painful. The Wolf Style’s signature technique was so powerful that it enveloped the Saiyan in its destructive energy as he lived his last moment of sight; a bright glimpse of nothing but a pristine white.
“I know you’ll hate me more than ever for this, but. I’m sorry. I have been so selfish and given you all such hard times.”
Before his eyes shut down and one last smile cracked on his face, he opened a telepathic bridge between him and Karota, whether she’d choose to resist it or just ignore it, though, it’d be up to her. At this point, he couldn’t hear anything, feel pain or anything, no. He was already dead.
“Farewell… Kabocha, Galen, Cervez… and you all.”
One final message, one last goodbye to those he had happily lived his last days with on this beautiful Earth.

It happened so quickly that Samael didn't get a chance to process it, at first.
The tension was so high in the air that it could be cut with a knife, the huge variety of power levels and feelings that converged around this location was making the demonic side of him sing with glee, but also with anticipation of a battle well fought. Samael chooses to ignore his demonic side, as while he'd love to fight with any of these combatants he also liked living, thank you very much.
He was hiding, as he had been doing ever since his Master left; though he had made sure to keep an eye out for Cornatto and his Daughter, just to make sure they were still there, alive and kicking. But with how his energy sensing abilities were tingling and going on overdrive, it was almost hard to pinpoint their location, nevermind that his demonic side was kinda going nuts after it had seen Chris's mighty energy ball, that thing hurt to look at, and something told him that even a mere brush against it would spell his doom if he ever were to touch it.
As such, he kept his distance from the Saiyan, but his train of thought cost him as he saw the form of Cornatto fly towards a Saiyan female, right into the path of the Spirit Bomb! Only it didn't seem that he was gonna commit suicide just yet, as he let loose a powerful teal colored disk of energy, the two energies battling each other before the Genkidama was moved off its course for a short time.
But then he saw it, another bright ball of energy had been chasing Cornatto this entire time, and with a blinding burst of light, it consumed him whole. All Samael could do was simply lift a hand, his open palm facing towards the Saiyan like he could do something to stop what was happening, but he knew that it was already too late to stop it.
Bonelessly, his hand fell to his side, a frown marring the canine's features as he shook his head. "Oh no. Master won't like this at all..." The Demonic Wolfman flinched as he felt his Master's energy in the distance, it was a malevolous thing filled with anger and evil, a purple glow of energy radiating its malevolent light in the distance. It foretold of much destruction to come, either for the surrounding area they were in or the person that pissed him off. "Oh yeah, he DEFINITELY didn't like that at all..."
That energy kept growing more powerful as the seconds ticked by, widened eyes staring into the distance where he could see a twinkle of that energy slowly becoming brighter and more powerful. "What is he... is he that angry that he'd dare to use the Kikoho!?" Samael gritted his teeth but stayed put, still hidden from everyone with his energy suppressed.
The last thing he needed was to disobey his Master's orders, it was bad enough that he couldn't have helped Cornatto survive that blast, nevermind that with his mediocre power level it wouldn't have been possible in the first place. He had failed Cornatto, but he'd make sure his Daughter would live on from this battle.

She came into this battle today, knowing that there was going to eb no way for her to escape death’s clutches. She came here knowing all of that. That she was going to have to face such a fate. This was the strangest fate of things however. In a way, she was ready for this, she was ready for her own time to end. She was freed once by a kaioshin to come back to this world and redeem herself, she had hoped she had done so. Maybe her line of family just didn’t have destiny set for them to live long maybe, but she was happy being able to return to other world, maybe say hi to King Yemma once more even. At least her mother would be awaiting, at least she would finally get to see her once again. Death was something of many things, however one thing it was not? It was never truly permanent. Like she had told Nasu himself. A part of herself would always still be alive no matter who he killed. She was going to miss the big blue sphere she called home however, even if it was now half dead, she was going to miss seeing it in it’s full beauty.
As the blast began to approach towards her direction, nearly a million thoughts seemed to crash through her mind. ‘Well Vulpes, it looks like our time is up in this world. Despite how young we may be...we’ve sure seen quite a bit haven’t we? I hope the others can do this, but...it’s been an honor.’ She would speak in her thoughts to the spirit bound with her in soul. To her it truly had been an honor fighting with Vulpes, living with her. Despite the inevitable end they were to face. She wished she could hear her, the words she was saying as well...though she supposed she would find out soon enough no? All this conscious time that seemed to pass it only seemed proper to say her own goodbyes to those that she felt deserved such. ‘Mayuri, looks like my time is here after all, I look forward to possibly meeting you once again in the world of the next. If I was able to befriend the kaioshin Rumia, then I am positive we can become such as well in the next world...thank you, for helping my world.’ She would send to possibly who she felt most deserved such. Next up was another who was close here, one who’s family had agreed to their alliance on this planet, where her own reasons for such had been more than just that. ‘Komatsu, I thank you for coming to help my world at least. Please, promise me you will keep Isis safe, I don’t want to meet my cousin up her so shortly and so soon. Please promise me this Komatsu. One more thing...please protect this world as if your life depends on it. I know it may not be your home, but it is to so many people, in so many ways it has touched those of which in ways I still can’t explain with words. Please, don’t let that feeling be destroyed. Half my own people are dying today due to your brother, no matter how hard it is, please don’t let their words go without hope.’[/i] Rinako would send her plea to Komatsu, it was strange how approaching death once more felt so strange and yet so...calming. She had done everything in her power to try and stop those who were charging their attacks. She might have stopped one of them, but the others had just been too strong for her, too strong for her to simply compete with today. MAybe one day she would be able to, but for now she just needed to rest. However there were still others she needed to talk to. ‘Holly, this is the real goodbye, I can’t stop the attack this time….begin the evacuation fully...and good luck..my friend.’ Short, simple, sweet, that was all she felt was needed to say towards Holly, while a good friend she was, her own time was running quickly out and there was one last message of dire importance. One last message that needed to be sent.
‘Master Jie? Do you hear me? This is Rinako...I just…’ her thoughts would send, a sadness held to their tone, ‘I just want to say goodbye Master. I can’t stop this blast from heading towards me but, but it's been an honor learning from you!’ Her thoughts would send, a sniffle having transmitted with the telepathic message. ‘Others may call you Kami, but to me you will always be my friend, my teacher, my Master.’ She would send to her good friend, a mental memory of the first time they had met as well with it. She couldn’t help but feel a tear come from such...and then there was flash of light...it was time for her goodbye.
All that simply remained from the vaporization, a single fire lily on the dead ground, bright orange and yellow...on a frozen landscape.
