Liari was sprawled out on the ground, staring up at the earth's sky, her eyes widened as the contemplated what had JUST HAPPENED. Half of this planet was dead... *Snap* Just like that. All life up on the northern hemisphere was just... sucked away like juice through a cosmic straw, leaving nothing but ruined lands and tainted water, not unlike the wastelands down here much more... dead... Liari rested on what was now an endangered species in tall wheat-like grass, the sky somehow looking different now... All the stars were still there of course... All the blackness and arrangements... Something was off...
She could see it now... From orbit, Earth would be a beautiful blue-green spinning ball... at least until that other half would come around with grey seas and blackened continents... Dirt as loose and unhealthy as ash... Water as tainted as mud... And it was a lot quieter now... After the evacuation sounded it had been so quiet... granted, not everyone left but some cities were nearly completely dead... there was no noise to hate or people to avoid... No one to harass you or help you either...
It was so eerie...
Liari rolled over on her side, resting her cheek on her arm as she now peered off through the grass, wondering where everyone went... If they were okay... Yes, she could be a bit of a child but she had a good heart... He didn't want anyone else to die...
She remembered watching the ships take off one by one, hers being one of the last to go as she gave it to a mother and her child who couldn't get on one of the bigger ones in time. She remembered feeling proud in that moment, like she had done a good deed!
...
Now she felt alone again...
She grunted and this time fully flipped over on her stomach, her eyes slowly drooping shut.
She wished she'd gone with them.

Abscis had always lived on nerve, jumping from fight to grueling encounter and back to fight again. It was an exhausting existence, but it had shaped him into the predator he now was. But now there were no more battles to fight, no more problems to solve. There was only....death.
The artificial being scooped out a small pile of dirt from the ashen earth and brought it to his mouth. The soil tested dead, devoid of anything that would normally be present on such a rich planet.
Abscis had watched the grand exodus of humanity on their many ships, fleeing desperately from the monstrous tree that was apparently growing in the north. According to the human female, many warriors were fighting to protect the Earth, but the opposition was monstrously powerful. Personally, Abscis didn't see the point in resisting. The Sayians had already done their work, no one was going to live off this land anytime in the near future.
Abscis' head would then snap around as he sensed a faint energy signature, emanating from somewhere to his left. He was curious, why hadn't this being abandoned this world like all the others? Abscis would creep closer and eventually would end up a few meters in front of the alien. His mandibles clicked, "Why you no run like other humans?" Abscis say raspingly.

The majin's eyelids fluttered open with visable irritation as she sensed an oncoming presence, glaring in it's direction as if it intentionally came here to bother her. As lonely as she might've been, Liari didn't want people to coming in her direction... She didn't trust them... she didn't know them... She just wanted time with her thoughts... She grunted and somersaulted forward into a sitting position, kicking up the loose ashy dirt around her, getting it all in her hair and clothes.... Looking around her and away from the direction the power was emanating, she observed the dying planet with a certain childish melancholy.
It looked like the end of the world.
Such a phrase meant more than just the death of a planet. Those things happened every day what with people like these sayains blowing them to pieces or stars collapsing and cooking them good... The End of the World was more personal... slower... You live it as the life of all the plants and animals bleed out into the ether, the way everything loses it's color and vibrance, how all textures seem to meld into this ashy, loose corpse of what it once was.
Liari had seen the death of world... hundreds of thousands of them in her lifetime but being on one as the dying half consumed the living half... it was ugly... it was sad... it made her heart ache.
As the majin turned to face the new power coming her way, she came face to ugly face with a human-sized bug creature, taller than her with it's mandibles chittering as it splattered out words... She blinked, surprised by the utter hidiousness that was the questioner, how.... "uncanny" its appearance was... It's voice was crude, airy, as if it wasn't used to speech, a vile tongue that fit it's off-putting appearance. The majin, being the child she was, scrunched up her face in disgust, squinting her eyes with wonder.
Abscis could sense the miasma of disgust and hatred before he had even approached the small alien. It was a common reaction to his appearance and one that really, REALLY annoyed the artificial being. There was not anything wrong with him. he just looked different from the fleshy Earthlings is all! If there was one thing the race was really good at, it was slotting people into categories.
The bio-androids taloned foot clamped down on a small rat racing over his "feet", crushing it instantly. He then brought the morsel to his mouth and dug it nosily as his new acquaintance examined him up and down. If this would satisfy the Earthling's initial suspicions, then he was more than happy to allow the gum ball time to size him up. Abscis's anger grew as the child's soft, straightforward tones beat a sharp contrast to his own.
"I here because I want dead people! You find friend up!" The bio-android pointed peremptorily upwards towards the sunlit sky above, "Me no want rival. You no find target if you be ground." Word Count: 179 Total Word Count: 403
The majin winced as the creature's pronged foot suddenly jabbed into the space near one of her feet, impaling and crushing a rat who was harmlessly scuttling by, one of the last few living things on this rock killed for... food apparently by this creature.... Despite how utterly inhuman this thing's face was, Liari could pick up on the aura of aggravation that surrounded this being. He said nothing, but his reaction could only have been to one of 2 things: either her race... or the expression she forgot she still had on her face. She had yet to meet someone who despised the little majin for how utterly adorable she was... Her vanity not withstanding, she figured it must've been the disgusted expression on her face that only grew more disgusted with how this being's mandibles tore apart that rat like it was some kind of turkey dinner. It was hard for her to keep her eyes off those clacking, slobbering, but surprisingly interesting mandibles but somehow she forced her eyes on the creatures, cocking her head to the side as she heard his response.
"No...?" She responded, squinting her eyes a little further at the bug. "You don't understand." Liari sighed, frustrated with how this being talked... Not only was his face utterly repulsive and his voice something out of the nightmares of small children but he didn't even speak in a way that was easily understandable.... Great... Well! her time here moping was apparently at an end thanks to this creature's rude interruption!
Her look of disgust turned into one of contempt as she decided to be angry with this... thing. Yup... decided to be. It made her desire to just... walk out of their feel less despicable, honestly... to just walk away as if he weren't a sentient, talking being.
"Leave me alone."
She grumbled before rising to her feet... She turned her back to the creature and began to walk away into the withering forest without another word
Abscis grinned as the effect of his feasting struck the small Earthling, disgust rippling across its face like a wave of hatred. Despite his massively increased powers, he had still remembered one of the basic laws of the hunt. The more your quarry was off balance, the easier it was to attain the killing stroke.
"I no understand? I no understand how sitting still helps find person." Abscis rasped, his words flavored with the barest hint of sarcasm. He tossed the rat to the side, his mouth still clicking, "Maybe you don't want to find person."
Abscis was suprised, however, when the Earthling stormed off with a few words of disgust and hatred. With the amount of needling he had been doing, he at least expected the being to strike first. Not only was this new creature inefficient, it clearly had no pride either! Abscis made a particularly nasty series of clicks, then got serious.
The bio-android's aura flared as the monster ascended to his max strength. Abscis enjoyed his feeling for a few moments, then held out a few of it's talons. "Maybe you find person when die!" Between his fingers, a small ball of energy formed, which promptly spat out a lance of ki towards the Earthling! Biological Fury [OT-1] Fired!
Liari didn't respond to the insect's attempt to play on her feelings, merely shaking her head in response to his taunts. The little fool had NO idea what lengths she was going to find her sister right now... She was hardly sleeping, eating was kept to the essentials and contact out here was placed at an all-time low, ignoring how little people there were to interact with anyway. She could feel his energy spike behind her as she continued to walk away, ignoring the temptation to squash this bug for good. She wouldn't be goaded easily from her mission, not by something that eats live rats and talks like a brain-damaged human. It was only when his energy-blast struck her back, exploding upon it's surface did she turn around, her silver eyes flashing a dangerous red... Even for how squishy her body was, it seemed the bug's attack did absolutely nothing besides leave a small scratch upon her weighted shirt... well... that and piss off Liari to a great extent. The majin's hands curled tightly into fists, her teeth bared and gritted, her eyes full of hatred that this.... thing would DARE attack her with it's pathetic power level!
"I'll turn you into pound-cake!" She hissed in response to his meager threat, suddenly disappearing from his sight. In another moment she'd reappear to his left, her knee slamming into the side of his face where Abscis' cheek would be if he had a normal face. Before the power of her knee could send him flying in that direction, She'd suddenly appear on that side, her fist slamming into his cheek-area in a brutal straight, angled downward to send him smashing into the ground. Liari would disappear once more before the android could fully fall, appearing a good distance in the air above the creature, a large energy ball resting in her palm above her head.
"Die..." She whispered before throwing the orb of Ki down upon the bioandroid, the blast upon hitting the ground being not the widest or deepest, most of the power shooting up rather than out and around. She would hover in the air for a moment before coming to rest back down on the surface, waiting for the dust to clear and show off the android's form. She knew that wasn't enough to put him down... But she also knew he'd be hurting.
