Description: Those who choose the Path of the Legendary Super-jin can learn the arts used by their ancestors when they become powerful enough to understand the techniques and advantages of the fighting style.
Requirements: Must have chosen LSSJ Path. Must be at least 100k to learn.
Techniques
[BG][OT-1]Eraser Cannon
Description: User charges a neon green sphere in their hand with their arm outstretched, releasing the sphere toward it's target. (25% Dmg)
Description: The user throws a normal sized ki blast with doubles in size as it flies outward. It gains power and speed as the user fires ki blasts into it, growing in size and becoming more powerful as it is charged. The sphere causes a huge explosion as it hits it's target. (100% Dmg)
Description: The user of the Legendary Arts had heightened their focus so greatly, they can target a specific character and every attack they use against said target gain a +x2 Offensive Power level bonus. However, due to the distraction, this very same technique leaves the LSSJ at a -x1 Defensive Power level disadvantage against any attacks used against them.
[INT][PT]Unlimited Power
Description: Legendary Super Saiya-jins are known to be reservoirs of seemingly endless amounts of power. Those trained in the arts of the Legendary Super Saiya-Jin path and it's arts can open those floodgates to call upon astonishing stamina. As long as the user does nothing on the turn this is used, he/she will gain 2 Stamina Points rather than 1. Can only be used when the LSSJ is at 0 stamina.
Ultimate
Gigantic Omega
Description: The Ultimate attack of the users of the Legendary Arts. To begin charging this attack, the use cups his hands in front of him and then draws them to his side. It is now that beams of yellowish light begin pouring out from between the knuckles of the user, growing more powerful as the user charges ki into it. Due to the "unending reservoir of power", this attack can be charged for a long time, but has been known to be released at an opportune time.
Starting at 200% damage due to the Legendary Super Saiya-jins power, gaining 100% every round it's charged up to 500%. Attack can be split between more than one target as well, costs 3 sp. After four charges, either spread out or multiple uses, causes one turn of stun.
Okay Carva so staff have discussed and there are two things primarily you will need to fix
[BG][ST]Focused Hatred
Description: The user of the Legendary Arts had heightened their focus so greatly, they can target a specific character and every attack they use against said target gain a +10% Dmg bonus. However, due to the distraction caused by the user's focus, he/she will be vulnerable to the attacks of others at that same modifier.
[INT][PT]Unlimited Power
Description: Legendary Super Saiya-jins are known to be reservoirs of seemingly endless amounts of power. Those trained in the arts of the Legendary Super Saiya-Jin path and it's arts can open those floodgates to call upon astonishing stamina. As long as the user does nothing on the turn this is used, he/she will gain 2 Stamina Points rather than 1. Cannot be used back to back.
For the first one it will have to be a +x2 to Offensive pl against that single opponent while a -x1 to defensive pl against others
Now the second thing, for this two stamina thing to work it will have be only able to work at 0 stamina and you can not do any actions on that turn

Now that Jie is no longer with us and I've seen this school in action I'd like to make some changes to this school. The school techs themselves are fine but the Ultimate was improperly managed and is now the opposite of OP but UP (underpowered) and that's just not fair to our members. As such Chris I'd like to propose some edits to this ridiculously weak school in the interest of fairness.
I propose we rework Gigantic Omega to be something a little more standard for an ultimate. It's got the high initial charge and the double charge as effects which makes it pretty strong. But the drawbacks are ridiculous. Fast Flash Charge should be 200%/400%. That gives it 2 effects which is fine. Remove the all stamina cost to activate because that is ludicrous. It'll cost them 3 stamina like a normal ultimate. I'd say remove the stun too but that's just me and isn't necessarily important.
Slow Charge... I honestly have no clue what the hell the point of that is but make it 200/300/400/500 then so that it's high initial, slower (but not super slow) charge but has a high ceiling. And remove the explosion killing the user bullshit since it's not even close to as strong as Tri Beam which kills the user at 560% (a charge reached much quicker I might add).
So here’s the deal, both will cost only 3 stamina but, you can choose only one of these two techs, because otherwise it’s practically two ultimates which is really just unfair

Carva Gotta add the 1 turn stun for after 4 charges have been used (either when it's fully charged or spread out across multiple uses aka 200 = 1 charge, 300 = 2 charges, etc.)
