So to recap what had been her experience on this planet, was there really any good that she could have even begun to describe upon such? Was there really anything she could acitvely try to describe for it? Every she had met so far had proved to disapoint the albino anubian. In a sense she was even starting to become what one would call seemingly bored of such a place. There just wasn’t as much anymore to seemingly keep her attention onto the planet. It was a shame maybe, but it was possibly one of the closest things to exist to the truth even. No matter how much one sought to soothe it, she just couldn’t help but believe in such a trip as a disaster. She couldn’t help but wonder if maybe the whole thing had just been a mistake from the start? It was even possible that had been the case to start this all?
What did she have to look forward to after all, the one who had interested her with a fight hadn’t gone through with it to the end. She had at least been able to get her sparring in. That was a joy to the very bare detail. Even if it had required almost everything just to get it all set up. From a rather ‘joyful experience’ at the market to such a situation...at least it was over. That was all she needed to be thankful for currently. Still she did have a desire to see some of the planet’s fighter in action but until that could happen...well...she didn’t know. She was already getting bored of this saiyan homeworld. Almost even to a point where she frankly didn’t know what she would be capable of. In fact she still had not had a need even to use anywhere near her full strength. She had still been holding back and it was even one of the reasons why she still wore the very heavy weights on now. Training never had a needed end. Training one in their own base form as well had proven to be far more effective than training in the actual power up. Which in their race’s case, the act of releasing more of their power. One of her races natural features she frankly enjoyed possibly most of all.
As she sat inside the saiyan resturant, these thoughts couldn’t help but surge through the young anubian’s mind. Her father had wanted her to see more of the galaxy no? Well she supposed even if this trip had been rough, she still couldn’t just give up yet. She still had things here on this planet to do after all. She still needed to see the full power of the race as well. So much to do and yet so little time it felt? Personally to her however even then it could wait till after she finished her dinnerm maybe even listened to one of the tales of the saiyan soldiers...maybepick up some conversations. After all wasn’t every day that a white colored jackal just sat at a bar on a saiyan planet.

Still waiting for a follow-up Mission on his own part, Rutaba would enter a restaurant, looking to just relax during the night time for now as he didn't have much to do. As well, being closer to more people meant that he would easier be able to stop criminal acts as they burst from the scene like a wildfire, surely nobody would cause trouble with a member of the SDF nearby? He would walk inside, his sword by his side and his uniform adorned on his body like a prized possession, his eyes scanning the room as he entered and sat down.
He kept scanning the room, till his eyes fell upon a strange figure, one he was sure he had never seen before. It stood out from the crowd, surely he would recognize what it was if he had ever looked upon such features in the past. He didn't want to make a scene or anything, but it felt like proper protocol to him to just check on any individuals like this. The person didn't seem sketchy in any way, but it couldn't hurt him to check just in case. He'd stand from his location, casually walking towards the figure, the appearance of a White Jackal setting upon his eyes soon after as he neared and just looked at them where they sat.
"My apologies if I am a bother, I can't say I have seen you around here before. It's rare that I see new faces on this planet, so I make a note to meet everyone." he would stare down at a seat near them, looking back to them with a smirk immediately after. "So as to not be rude, my name is Rutaba, I am a member of the Sadal Defense Force... Saiyan Soldier, I guess you could say. Is this seat taken? I don't mind standing but talking to people while seated is usually more comfortable."
Well it was one lonely night after all, what more could it possibly hurt to have a friendly face nearby no? It wasn’t like this soldier seemed intent on harm as far as her observation of him could tell. No…she saw this as no attack, it would be fine to say the very least. It wasn’t like she couldn’t use any company currently after all, it would simply be nice. She did miss home quite a bit, but frankly this was her own journey she simply had to make. It was what her father had wanted for her after all no? In any case that was more than even she could have asked for. At least the support of her family was behind her. That was more than many of those she had gotten to observe so far. In a way she felt saddened by them and honestly more grateful of the gifts she had been blessed with so far. It was a far way from home and that was simply how it was going to be for a while.
“…Heh…Don’t worry…you’re no bother.” The female would speak in a slight smirk as she turned to fully face the Saiyan soldier. “So Rutaba huh? Well Rutaba it would be nice to have a conversation I suppose, however if I’m right aren’t the customs here to buy a girl a drink first.” She would tease jokingly almost as she listened to the soldier. “In seriousness however sure, some conversation would be fine I suppose, better than just getting home sick.” Her tone still subtle and calm as she spoke with the person as well…another person should. “Seat is open if you want, I’m afraid I appear to be scaring any others who desire the seat.” She would say in a joking tone, acknowledging the fact that she had noticed the lack of other trying to see those nearby. If this was to be a good conversation however one couldn’t simply dwell upon such however. Who wanted to be a downer in such an occasion after all? “So…a member of the Sadal Defense Force? I’ve heard good things about your group Rutaba, I hope their all true. Is it true as well that your forces house some of the stronger fighters of the universe? I would look forward to one day…meeting them so to speak.” She would speak quite softly to Rutaba, a bit of challenge to her voice even. Not one of trouble no, but one of possibly a warrior seeking a combatant.
She would reach down to sip from her drink, whether it be from the gentleman having ordered it or herself doing so. Nice and warm for the colder weather that was starting to emerge from the seasons. It was hard for her to believe sometimes how these seasons worked on this planet. She wasn’t quite used to the different dates of these just yet. It did take a bit of time to adjust fully to these various time shifts compared to those of home.
A soft smile would cross his face when the jackal responded to him, he was happy enough to be accepted by those he talked to, he didn't want to be a bother if he could help it. His face would twist towards more of a wince as she continued on, however, sort of being taken aback by what she said next. "R-R-Right... I suppose that is fair enough." his face would be painted with a bit of crimson as he would look off to the side, embarrassed by what she was saying as it really did seem like he was trying to pick up on her or something, even if that wasn't his intent he understood her reasoning. But all of that would soon fade as the white jackal shifted to a more serious topic, and then continued on to tell him that he could take the seat, to which he nodded. He would sit on the chair in a smooth motion, holding his hand up to bring a member of staff over. "Two drinks, one for the two of us, if you would." he would speak calmly and smile at the staff, before looking back towards his company once more.
"I don't see why that is the case truly, you're more intriguing than scary to me. People must be missing out on quite the stories." he'd wink over to the jackal, waiting for their drinks to arrive to speak more, listening to what she had to say as well for the time being as he just nodded his head along. She inquired about his job, as well as a few more things that piqued his interest most of all, due to her tone and her words, he'd smile a bit to look towards her. "Well, we certainly do our best to get a good word out there, so I am happy that you've heard good things, and I do hope they are all true then." he'd trail on in response to one bit, before looking down at his drink for a moment, thinking over what she said next.
He'd pull the glass up to his lips, drinking a portion of it down before setting it back on the table, nodding his head a few times. "I don't know about the entire universe per say, but we have many powerful fighters indeed. I'd like to say I am one of them, but more recent... dealings, have shown me how mortal I truly am in the grand scheme of things." his mind would roll over the thought of how powerful Onato was for a moment, and how if the Diety had wished it, Rutaba would be nothing more than a speck of dust at the moment. He was strong, but he wasn't strong or skilled enough to stop everything he could see. "That won't stop me from doing a damn good job at what I do though, and I'll seek to sit among those strong fighters as well in due time, I am looking to become the Leader someday... I want to lead this place to victory and do the best I can. But I do pride myself on the strength that I do have, and if you so wish I'd be up for a spar of sorts, to show you what the Defense Force is capable of." he'd smile over at her, trying to accept the challenge that she put into her tone. He felt that he could at the very least give the girl a good time, so to speak.
"You said something about homesickness as well, I am sorry if this is a touchy subject but, where did you come from? I personally can't say I have met an individual like you before, it just makes me curious as to where your roots lie." he'd ask one more question before going silent, taking a drink from his glass once again to just add some extra silence to it all, rather than trying to get it all out of the way instantly. He'd set the glass down after he finished drinking it, turning his stare to look at the individual with a soft smile. "But either way, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I hope your time spent on Sadal will be a good one, and I'll do my best to help out as well, if you ever need someone for anything." he'd give her another wink. So far he was running around trying to make allies where he could, another couldn't hurt in any way after the loss of his squad.
If there was one thing to be thankful for, then at least this Saiyan knew how to be a gentleman. A pleasure if anything that was to be of all things. It was one thing she at least held her own appreciation for if anything. If anything, it did help her to verify that this person was her on most likely friendly terms. Either that or they were planning something themselves that could be more fatal wise. If anything for now she would keep her toes on heel. Rather keep herself aware as to anything that could go off. It wasn’t as if she trusted the male fully, even if he had bought her a drink. There was a lot more to simply trust than the small things. She frankly preferred to know fully before such bonds could easily be thrown around. Call her old fashioned maybe, but that was simply what Rosé believed in. It was the very lessons her father had taught her. Never place all your trust into one basket. Opening yourself to trust was opening yourself to weaknesses in the future. That was why it had to be treated quite carefully. One mistake could lead to another after all.
She would pull the glass once more herself as she took a fresh drink from it. A decent sized portion already having been drank from the coffee like substance. Something Rutaba had said were quite interesting to not however, one of her ears even having perked up at his…choice words. “Mortal you truly are? That is quite an interesting choice of words you have there, has everything gone alright per say of recent times?” She would ask simply in her own mannerism of curiosity. The conversation carrying on quite casually if she was one to speak for such. “So, you seek to be leader one day…Okay then…let’s do it, I’ll gladly have a spar with you to see how this future leader will deal in such task, or if he will just be like every other ningen.” She would offer such challenge as she would continue with where exactly. “Can you fly? If so then let’s do it on the roof tops, use one of those enforcement shield techie things your group has to make sure our energy doesn’t destroy anything…by accident.” She would say with a seriousness to her tone as she would lift her drink one last time. Drinking the rest of it with one last gulp as she would lay it down, some zeni lied atop her side to pay for the service of her side.
As she would begin to walk out the door she would speak to him once more. “Your curious where my origins lie, well, lets leave it as something simple. My home world is close the center of this very universe, past the event horizon. We can see the worlds beyond ours, but ours is nigh impossible to see unless one were to pass through the event horizon.” Her voice would ring as she would float up towards the very rooftops, waiting for the further instruction. Her curiosity was a bit peaked however if this Saiyan knew what an event horizon even was. It was something most nowadays knew about with space travel being so frequent. It was the very same wormhole type of ordeal that was used to warp ships so quickly. A good reference would have been that while ships go from point A to point B instantaneously using warp drives skipping the middle. Her world lied between that line, past the horizon, but not through it.
Rutaba would blink a bit when the jackal asked about his choice of words when he talked about being a mortal, he'd just look down at his drink it quiet contemplation for but a moment. "Let's just say I met someone very important that flipped my view of everything on its head. He was very powerful, his raw strength alone was enough to strike fear into me upon first glance. But even then, I swore if he did anything bad, that I would fight to my dying breath. But he seemed like a good guy, but he just showed me how important I really am in the scheme of things." he felt like he got everything off of his chest. Rutaba didn't know if he should really talk about the Supreme Kai like this, but he felt like he avoided all of the specific things to say that would ruin him, he just focused on what he truly meant when he said mortal, and how true it was after that meeting.
The Saiyan Peacekeeper would shiver a bit when the Jackal seemed to continue on with the challenge, her own choice of words would shoot through him, but he knew he had to respond eventually rather than hide in his train of thought. "Uhm, yes I can certainly fly. I know it's not required in my line of work but it makes everything more convenient. I will be glad to set us up like that though, I look forward to the spar. I'll be sure not to disappoint you, and if I am not all that you wished for I'll just get stronger, and show you the true might of a Saiyan~" he'd talk a bit playfully, he knew he wasn't all that powerful compared to some people that existed, but he was going to do his best to be apart of the top dogs, he just needed to get some training in.
Either way, he decided to stand up and walk out with the jackal after finishing his drink as well, throwing some Zeni onto the counter to pay for it all as he moved out of the building. He listened to her words with a bit of intrigue, taking flight to follow her above the rooftops, he'd pull a little device out of his uniform and it apart into two different sections. One looked like some sort of detonator, possibly connected to the other piece that he'd drop, activating when it hit the rooftop as it would come up and surround the two fighters in a large bubble that appeared to be made of energy. With their battleground in place now, he would smile over to his fellow warrior. The Peacekeeper had learned a bit about the event horizon during his training, with how constantly he'd have to take escort missions with spacecraft to other parts of the universe, he had to get accustomed to every little bit that they had to offer. Though, the way that the jackal phrased it was quite odd.
"Pass through the event horizon? Isn't that a little bit dangerous? I can't say I have ever heard of a place like that, but I suppose there are many mysteries to the universe hidden in hard to reach places. You get me more and more interested in you with each passing second." the Saiyan would speak with a little bit of joy in his tone. He couldn't help but feel excited, this was the first time he had met a member of this interesting race, and with such an intriguing origin, he just had to know more! He wouldn't bother her about it too much just yet, all of that could be answered in due time, for now, he had a fight on his hands. "Now that it is all set up, we can begin this spar. As people like to say, ladies first, though maybe it is rude to make a girl make the first move? You can take the first strike if you want~" he'd get into a combat stance, making a little 'come here' motion with one hand as he would smirk slyly at her. He was getting pumped up for this, it had been quite awhile since he was able to get into a fight. It had his Saiyan genes rumbling. "Give me your best shot. If you want to kick it into high gear, I can boost my battle power as well." he'd coax her on as best as he could, he wanted this more than anything now. Offering Rosé the first strike of the battle after getting ready.
