The heat of a fire.
It was much warmer than the mansion could have ever felt, without getting one of the others to fight her. She liked it, but also the sparks of fire that were able to attack her, leaning in a bit too close as she took a chunk out of the fish she had caught. The frown that formed at the bits of pain was an annoyance, just as much as everything else that had been going on here lately. First, the stupid Vampire had told her to keep staying here on this planet.
She scoffed. The brunette really believed she could tell her what to do. She was only still here on this planet, because she didn't have a ship to go back to earth with. Not because the Vampire wanted to run her mouth again to trade her, as if staying here for a couple more months would really change anything.
That red-headed bitch was weaker than she could ever be. When the girl realized her mistake, she would learn not to toss her around again somewhere she couldn't fight. Continuing to chew large chunks, bits of meat hanging from the stick she had used, fell away as she had angrily ate at her meal.
More sparks of fire had shot out, after finishing the fish off, and tossing the stick into the flames. After the stupid Vampire told her to leave, she had to just watch the Kold Demon, and those girls that just couldn't stop always crying, go in their own spacepods as well. Just why them, huh?
It hadn't even been that long since they were told to stop putting that changeling into the healing tank. She enjoyed pummeling the alien so much, forcing it to take on its other forms, as she threw it around. It was almost hard to believe that thing and its ancestors were able to even kill off her people.
The sounds of cracking begin to fill the area, from her opening the shells of the large crabs on this planet, its juices making her hands wet, as she easily tore each one open. Those crying girls were pretty useless, not growing any stronger like those other humans, or really fighting at her.
So many times had she pushed them around, telling them how much space they were taking away. That the only good thing about them, was how they knew how to make her a meal. But the brunette had took that away from them as well. Probably even knew that they would run out of food, and she'd have to hunt like this. Or did the Vampire really believe that she would have begged those other Saiyans? It disgusted her enough that they really kept where fought in one area. This planet should have been a whole battleground, like the Vampire had made the area of where this mansion was for them to fight each other.
That old man kept trying to tell her otherwise, but there was nothing that arena had, that this place didn't. Even what Saiyans they had for her to fight, wouldn't have been worth her time. She liked beating into the Majin more than being pushed back by the kiai of her own people, who actually wanted to give up the kind of people they should attack. Too many people had also started coming onto this planet, and she wanted so badly to just pummel them.
A couple of other Saiyans not from here, from what she had seen herself. One brat who she could tell barely even hit Super Saiyan, and some low class looking male. Even now, sitting here slurping and chewing on other crab meat, she knew there were even more people onto this planet.
They felt like Majin, she wouldn't doubt that at all. Stupid ones, if what she was seeing was actually right. She would beat them to death if they even tried to come this way. These people didn't even have anyone like the Vampire around to protect them. She was sure of it. And the other Saiyans here weren't even allowed to kill her, because she was too important. The Majin wasn't going to just let her die. That was why the girl was even here in the first place.
"You feel that, right?"
The number of shells that were thrown into the fire, as she ate through crab after crab, only made the sparks attack her more, but she could care less. Let them bite at her. She was going to blast at it when she had finished here. Both the sound of her footsteps, and her ki signature, were felt before the Majin had even came out of the mansion, coming over to ask what everyone in this region should have been able to hear. She grunted in response, continuing to eat.
Her eyes didn't even look at the girl, who came over and sat down next to her, where she heard the Majin sigh. Let her. Even if she hadn't said so out loud herself, they both knew she wouldn't have hesitated in killing either of the new arrivals. Or how the Majin cared enough about these people to stop her.
"They're not going to let you kill them. Beating them up is whatever, but they would probably have to use our healing tanks or something."
That was another stupid reason there, to just leave her on this planet. The people around barely even had anything as simple as a healing tank. She doubted, anyway. They walked around and huddled together like they needed to protect each other, it was too easy not to just hate it. The kind of power they had, they wouldn't know how to use at all. Who they fought were supposed to be left for dead if they couldn't even go on and save themselves from being beat.
She closed her eyes, leaning back, the Majin not speaking any further, as her words just hung in the air. All that noise with that mountain crashing and everything, had stopped at the moment. She had seen enough of those dumb Majins back in East City, to know that this one must have also been different.
But the ones like these, who had no problem with just destroying things, were meant to go to hell, the same way she would if she had ever died. Them being dumb was no excuse for anything. She didn't care about the people she killed, but even she knew doing that wasn't going to drop them anywhere good.
"I'm going inside."
"And I'll clean this up, I guess."
It was the only thing that needed to be said to the Majin, tossing the last crab shell into the fire as she had walked away, the fire she had made blasted into nothing by her sphere of ki. She hated the smell of fire. Sitting too close to that thing had been awful, but necessary to even cook those things.
Her arms were a bit sore from the sparks that attacked her, but it was nothing compared to any training she could do. This place had been so quiet without the others around. She could spend time just playing those video games all day, not really having to go out, but even that was just boring.
This mansion didn't even have a gravity chamber, but the room was still the only place she would rather be the most right now. It was smaller than the one back on that dirt planet of theirs, but not enough to make her blast the thing into pieces. She flicked the lights on, charging in with a quick punch at the air. The heat from her movements, she could feel hit the air as she continued at it, the image of the Vampire coming to her mind while doing so.
They had fought too many times since the girl had found her on the Southern Islands, and she had never been able to beat the Vampire. They had always just exhausted each other into stopping, when she had wanted to win. It was easy remembering her fist pummeling into that cold skin the girl had.
She was told the Vampire's body was supposed to be dead. But it was still able to bleed like her and everyone else. It was just stupid to say the girl was different when she couldn't even see how. People who were dead were supposed to stay dead. They didn't just come back after bleeding out.
The image of the girl disappeared with one last strike, and she stopped for a moment, reeling in what amount of sweat he had been able to even work up from it. Her muscles had only grown slightly tensed in what had basically been only a warm up for her, while she waited for the Majin to be done outside.
She already knew the girl couldn't just leave her alone. If it wasn't for the mess she had left out there, she probably would have followed her straight in. The girl's footsteps and her ki signature headed directly hear, didn't bring any satisfaction to her lips, until she had actually saw the Majin.
"I'll show them what real power is."
She could feel her hair raising as her power grew, and the aura around her becoming visible. There was going to be no wasting time into reaching this form. Ever since they had gotten on this planet, well before the others had even left, she had felt herself growing in power. The level of Super Saiyan 2 seemed so close. All she really needed was a little push, and the Majin was the one that could help her get close to that. Maybe even go beyond.
The way the other girl had moved back before she was punched, showed just how easily the girl kept forgetting who she kept wanting to stop. They weren't going to walk out of here until one of them ended up in the healing tank, or those new people even came close to where the mansion was.
Her fists rapidly sunk into the Majin's flesh, one after the other, the giant mass twitching and trying to grab at her arms. Pulling back, the growing spots had been hit as well, not leaving any time for it to rise. She was forcing the Majin to move back and around the room, which from her power alone was growing to reach the limits they were told not to cross. That look in the Majin's eyes, she knew would mean the girl would try what she could to stop her.
But she was expecting the wrong Saiyan to give up. The room was filled with her kiais, as she swatted the girl's ki spheres back at the girl, enjoying for the moment, that sense of pain that struck at her arm. The way the pain had quickly gone away, was something that didn't used to just be a thing.
Her spars with the Majin, she could also tell were getting much shorter. This was the kind of power she had, that the girl just couldn't keep up with anymore, but it didn't matter. She liked beating down the Majin, whether or not the girl was able to keep up with her. No one else got this was what their relationship would always be like. Her breathing was being pushed, the mansion shaking a bit around them as ki had struck at the ground.
Those faces the Majin kept making wouldn't stop her from attacking. She should be used to the pain, hearing about how the girl had exploded apart. The girl's flesh was roughly grabbed by her hands, and pushed away in a shove, as she sped towards the girl, continuing to beat around at that flesh.
What spheres of ki she tossed at the girl, she had watched it be taken, the mass reaching out to grab at it, instead of just letting it hit the walls. This was the girl's problem. She cared about the building around them, and continued to do what the Vampire had wished for them to do. It would be the reason the girl would lose again. Her hands already felt like they were cut up and bruised, with her constant pushes and blocks at the Majin, working her muscles.
But it wasn't enough. She wanted to keep blowing the Majin apart, as the bits and pieces she had saw falling out, showed she could do. Throwing ki at the girl stopped being entertaining for her, having to watch the Majin focus less on what was hapening to her. Continuing to slam her fists into the Majin more, and letting the girl believe that she could even hold her, was a much better sight. The hold on her, really did feel as if she wouldn't be able to escape.
It was just too bad it was easier to escape than the Majin actually wanted her to. Roughly and quickly pulling back, the strikes at one part of the girl's body, made another reform that part, allowing her to go free if she had wanted. But she hadn't. The open spots the girl was leaving around, was it.
Lunging at the Majin again, the number of times her fists had went into the Majin's flesh, only to pull back, repeated again and again. Bits and pieces fell apart at her blows, before she had suddenly found a large mass of it reforming and holding onto her. She struggled at the grip, looking at the Majin who was able to continue pulling back the pieces of herself that wasn't holding onto her. Those looks of pain the girl had showed her before, had just stopped.
"Look, you're not the only one who had gotten stronger, alright?"
The distance between her and the Majin grew larger, as she was just thrown back, hitting the ground. Was this it? The Majin was just going to announce that they were done? Looking at the girl, fully put back together, covered in bruises, but still managing to stand, that's just what it seemed like was going on.
"I'm done for today."
She watched the girl walk off with anger, scoffing when the girl had fully disappeared.
