Alone in the forests, the silent streams of water. A lone person comes. He places a brown bag against the ground, and the bag thuds heavily. It shuffles right at first as it teeters, and then finally falls at the side, showing its oval shape due to it being a knapsack. With the appearance of his bag, and the clothes which had the look of someone from one of the many cities placed around the Earth, it was easy to see that he was not used to his environment. He was a newbie at walking the earth, something he admitted to himself.
He outstretches his hand towards a nearby waterfall. It's a welcome site to his eyes, as the taste of sour berries from earlier had filled his taste buds with something unusual. A source of water should suffice to gaining back an interest in tasty food. He was used to the food from the city, and the hunger for large bowls of rice came at times when he wanted them the most. Dipped in soy sauce, and sweet and sour, a tasty treat that related to his wish to savor the full taste. A lover of different food items. Did he regret walking away from the city, and doing so, so abruptly without enjoying one of his tasty rice and beef bowls. He didn't regret his decision though, not in the slightest.
The water filled his hand, pouring over and creating its own, even smaller waterfall, as he felt the coolness. The liquid poured ever so slightly as he changed the directions of his hands with the slightest of movements, before finally garnering a taste to his mouth. Sipping and then slurping it as it filled his throat pouring down much like a drain, though some of the water missing his lips. It tasted good, and that's why he placed his chin and cheeks, along with a widened mouth into the water fall, scrubbing the water over his face as it drowned his lips. Shaking his head, as he scratched his fingertips against his head, and with a single burp, grasped for his bag.
Their were sounds in the background. He was sitting silently at the water fall, slowly thinking, pondering about what he should do next. Taking his legs into the scratches of sand, dirt and greenery. His arms, slid backwards against the ground. Keeping his back stable as he listened to the wind, took his eyes to the sky, and heard the animals scratch against the trees, and move through the shrubbery of the forest, on their merry way. This felt good. This must have been what it was like to live in the forest, he was used to the sounds and dangers of the city, and while the forest had its own dangers, which he dealt with such as predatory animals, and dangerous pitfalls that weren't easy to identify, it felt like something different.
Four weeks, a month since he began his journey. No regrets needed, he'd already seen many fascinating things. Yet the most fascinating may arrive sooner than he'd expected or even thought!

Son Gouken belched lightly. His belly rubbed in a small circle as he felt rather content and happy with the feast he had been blessed with on an earlier date. His eyes shut for the most part and a smile lining his lips. His features displaying the visage of a genuinely happy teenager. Within his palms, a bowl and a set of chop sticks. Nothin' tasted better than Mama's home cooked rice. The delicious mix of sweet, sour and soy sauce all mixed into each grain. The delicious taste of joy and succulency bouncing along each of his taste buds respectively. A delightful moan escaping his lips, vocal chords vibrating lightly and making the deep noise. His eyes had opened eventually. Taking in his surroundings and viewing everything around him. The world being absorbed into memory. Blinking as his brain churned and worked to describe all.
The green of Earth incredible and lush. Animals spread about carefully, the sentient creatures of life picking their individual spots of hiding carefully. Trees and the like scattered about and gracefully blowing from the wind located high in the air. A great waterfall placed not all too far away from where he stood alone. His interested peaked as a figure seemed to be more than visible. His figure darker than the wide blue and white boasted by the falls. Gouken's brow raised and picked up, his lips curving down and his torso leaned forward. Hand raised from his bowl to scratch the back of his neck before his grin was regained. His legs taking off from where he once stood to bring him closer to the newly found Kurohyou. The distance between he and the powerful male closed somewhat simply. His bowl still held tightly within his fingers and his expression resembling that of an excited doggo.
"Hey!" He sounded. Waving his hand, sticks betwixt his fingers. Little known fact, placing your chopsticks into your rice and pointing them up was a symbol of disrespect and also, signified the death of an individual.
His ears listened to the song of the wind, the river, and the atmosphere. It glided upon his emotions, as he took pride within his wish to go on this journey. It had been a month, of course he missed his home, the city. But this place, after wasting so much of his time within places similar to this, he made no mistake. He felt different.
A new path was opening for him. One where he could understand nature and breed a sense of understanding for the world. While in school, it was always a chaotic mess, fighting for territories and keeping people in check was becoming a hindrance, and academics were no better for him. Despite his parents wishing him for the best, he couldn't meet their expectations as he wished. He left home, moved to another city and grasped for victory through violence and wanting to be something more.
He was scared of the clarity though. Something deep in his soul, scaring him. Afraid to change. He still was though, he didn't lie to himself. What was there for him. The future was also a mystery, and he couldn't deny that that fear, above all things made him wish to travel. Maybe the answer would come through traveling. Understanding the world better by using his feet to grasp the hard earth, swim the seas, and be guided by the wind without a trail, so to speak.
"Hey!" He listened, a voice rung in his ears. An unfamiliar one at that.
It took some time. His eyes leaving the skies, and taking to a newcomer, someone he didn't know nor could he sense. A slight bit of hesitation in himself as he quickly stood, grasping at his knapsack, as he pulled the string against his rough, scarred hands. Quietly, he stared at this man though. Which didn't mean much, as that was his way of usual communication. His not talking came to be a stare, a stare of uncertainty. Nor was it made to intimidate him, it was just a stare. Watching him. Waiting for him to speak his word so that Kurohyou may understand who he was. What did he wish of Kurohyou, then.

The male continued waving his palm from side to side. His lips remaining wide apart and his mouth opened slightly some. His crimson red tongue exposed and his face lacking in emotions of anger, stress or anything relating towards it. Only harmony and aid appeared to radiate off of the Saiyajin Human hybrid. His hand lowered and his expression calming down to a simple smile. His actions resuming to eating, as he began placing pieces and bunches of rice into his mouth. Chewing it to bits before swallowing heartily. He would have had extended his hand in efforts to exchange a simple hand shake, but he was far too caught up on nibbling down on the delicious grains he had come into contact with. Audible, almost gluttonous sounds escaping him once again. But, it died fairly quickly. As he began another wave of dialogue, curiosity piked,
"Say, you from around here? Like, do ya live in the forest? After all, you're drinkin' that waterfall! And, fish kinda pee, y'know? And, you don't know whose been swimmin' there! So, knowledge, right? Ah, anyway, that's none of my business. What's your name, stranger? And, uh, what brings ya round these parts of the continent? You a traveler, too?" Gouken pressed by accident. "Oh, and, are you hungry? I don't mind shring!"
O-OK... The male was strange appearing in front of him in such a way. He was excited it seemed, eating something of delectable nature. A rice bowl, Kurohyou's sense of taste had arisen as his taste buds grew and though his eyes didn't wish to stare at said bowl, the morsel was too appeasing to pass from his imaginative stance upon food. Having eaten such things that caused him to taste said imagination, and drool wished to spill from his mouth. But he didn't lose his sense of composure.
Asking him questions. Making him confused at why he was trying to learn about him at such a high rate. Harmless enough as it was, suspicion would only creep in his eyes. The fact that he had just what he wished for him to have in his hands, a bowl rice. The curiosity he exhibited. He wanted to tell him to be quiet, and shut up, though his sign was rude, Kurohyou had acted rudely many of time and things like signs or marks of respect didn't make him feel uneasy as some of the more loud mouth individuals in his ex-crew, who got angry over the smallest things.
He asked him if he was hungry, and that was the last straw of it, because between the two of them, this guy had shown much disrespect to him, not just through the single gesture, but through everything he did. Kurohyou did not know that he was an alien from another world, but in earths culture, manners, though not everything. They did matter. That was why, with a simple swing of his left arm, the knapsack rose into the air in a small arc, as he threw it clear to the strange persons face.
Kurohyou would use this as a move of unfairness, and take his stride to attack low, while the bag attacked high, creating the illusion from the males eyes that he was still standing in the same spot while in the shadow of the bag as well as the bowl of rice helping in that endeavor. Closing in with his position underneath the bag, Kuro would move to crush his abdomen with a right-handed strike towards his stomach. Not wishing to harm him any further, the punch would have enough force to probably send him a few hundred meters due to the sheer striking power of Kurohyou's fist That was thanks to Kurohyou's lack of holding back, and thus he was always at "full strength".
If said strike would hit, and was delivered as suggested. He would stand on both his legs, bending them slightly as well as taking both his fists backwards. Showing that he was readied for a confrontation, which was normal for him, what with the constant fights done in the city.

PL: 4,616. PL: 3,462 [USED] Heavy Weights in effect. No transformations in use. Actions: Effective guard and counter attempted. WC: 339. TWC: 935. It seemed as though Gouken weirded this guy out already. Talk about a new record! Chuckling to himself, his pupils had quickly zipped up toward the northern direction. The bag this man had been carrying with him had been swung in a lunar crescent arc motion. Aimed to confuse and distract him, no doubt. This wasn't Gouken's first rodeo, not by a long shot. It'd be a damned shame if he'd fall for such a nooby and disgraceful action. Unfair, while he was at it. Using the foe's naivety to their disadvantage was unfair if the foe showed no sense of hostility, point blank. Quickly, almost as if it was a flash, the hybrid's forearm had been raised in order to defend against the material holder. Arm forcibly pushed up to deflect it and the bowl of rice tossed up into the heavens for a moment. Frowning, Gouken took note of what his next action would be.
Defend and evade. No use in using blunt force and unleashing a trauma against him..okay!~
Nodding to himself, Gouken's hand had been extended now. Aiming to press against Kuhro's cranium. His fingers aiming to tighten around the grabbed area, preferably the forehead, and pull down roughly. Aimed to shove him down and provide him a means of movement. Had this selection of evasion been successful, the following series of events would proceed. Gouken's legs would spread and allow him to pass overhead. Jumping over his foe and capturing the rice bowl back into his palm. His feet landing with a tick and his body spiraling in a full one-eighty to face the enemy. His frown remaining and eyebrows lowered. This dude was rude. Taking yet another bite of rice, the Saiyan stared the serious cyrus down.
"That wasn't cool. I almost dropped my food, jerk. If you're looking for a fight, you got one." He grunted aloud.

Due to the height of the bowl, as soon as Gouken through the bowl into the air, Kuro had already judged that he was going to counter attack him. The bag hadn't done its job to weaken his ability of sight. Maybe because of instincts or experience, whatever the case, Kurohyou's reactions weren't priceless to his endeavors, he had also been through a bunch of fights with pretty strong adversaries (for martial arts-based humans and earthlings, anyway).
His torso went forward, ducking itself to dodge the males hand, as it outstretched as it patted him against his left shoulder instead, a change in stance came as he shifted towards Gouken's left and his right. Finishing with a roll against the ground, cutting with his legs to avoid losing in a close-combat situation despite Gouken's lack of killing drive irking him to. His head being a valuable part of his body was the reason, and you never wished to allow it to be caught. That was his reasoning.
So, though Gouken caught him, he caught him at his shoulder, and a shift in mid-air suddenly would lead to the young male crouching and using the force of the bend to change direction soon as he rolled against the ground and used a sudden twist of his legs crunching against the ground to twist his lower half. Taking his bent knees back forward, and watching his adversary with a close anticipation of his next move.
There was surprise though. This man saw through his tactics with the knapsack quite quickly. That meant that there were excellent reflexes driving him. The timing which he made to try to capture his head was almost perfect as well, If he hadn't had that bowl in his hands, or if he wasn't as playful, what would he have done to Kurohyou's body with it moving to strike directly at him. Yet even with that. the calm eyes and expression of himself, it stayed. His mouth was in more of a frown though, slowly, his teeth clenched tightening and grinding against one another without being seen.
He waited for him, only about a meter away. That anticipation growing, expanding itself higher. His arms readied themselves, taking no cut backs to laziness. Even if this guy wasn't dangerous then, he could still be dangerous. So like a wolf, he watched. Anticipation was key, and so was sweating... the mixture flowing down his face. Unease.
The teen's actions had fallen through in succession. Though, a minor kink in it and that defect being that his hand has latched to his foe's shoulder rather than his skull. Fine by him, though, as he has soared right over him and landing as he had hoped without too many difficulties or halts. As he had taken step to the free, lush grounds and his heels became hidden behind blades of grass, he quickly turned around. Hand shot up to capture his food. The male tightening his fingers around the bottom of the bowl firmly and bringing it down to his chest. Jaw clenches, teeth tightly put together. Gouken lowering himself a few inches to place his rice down. Rising back up, his feet shuffling toward the east direction. Bringing him a few meters to the side, so that he wouldn't knock down the bowl. All hell truly would have been released if any, no exaggeration, any of the boy's food was either spilled or wasted of. Then, oh boy, only then would Gouken be shoved to a limit where he'd be equal to the wrath of a Great Ozaru.
Gouken's stance had been serious. His legs shuffled apart, feet facing the west and northern direction, his left and right foot respectively. Hands in distinct positions, as his left arm was kept by the rib cage, right arm extended some forward and his fingers curled to the palm. Index and middle finger extended and curled as well. His face seemed to be twisted into an angry, serious expression. This silent brawler certainly wasn't hungry, judging by how he attempted to swing at him after asking. Shaking his head, the hybrid pulled the side of his mouth up for a moment. His eyes seemed to close as he thought of a line of dialogue. The youngster suddenly shifting to the attitude of a Earthly Saiyan's persona. "I'm not gonna kill you. I'm just gonna knock you out." He warned, it seemed, that there was a serious beat down coming. Gouken's brow appeared to twitch somewhat. He was a fair, fighter. An important trait to note. As he sped toward Kurohyou, his feet took him forward. His arms pumping from to and fro before the meter was closed in. His right fist clenched tightly and jut forward. A simple fake out, as he had grown so accustom to. His left fist thrown toward his enemy's side. Yet another fake, as it seemed Gouken was instantly playing with the martial artist. Although, his skull had been thrusted forward in efforts to give a horrifyingly extreme headbutt. His spiky do whipping forward and back upon retrieval. Had it been of succession, the Saiyajin would aim to grasp his foe by the neck and force him to the ground in a grab like effort.
Finally through action, and no slight hesitation. After placing the rice bowl down, he went after Kurohyou, who was readily prepared for the assault, yet not prepared for something else.
His opponent was clearly very fast, the male had used a feint to catch him off guard, using a snapping right punch. That speed had surprised him, and because of this, the use of a left fist to strike him at his side had caught him off guard. It was a kidney punch, or it was supposed to be one. But immediately switched as a fake again, one fake too many for Kurohyou that had understood the way his foe fault. If he was going to fight him, than fight him with something a little less obvious, or so he considered.
His adversaries skull thrust forward. as Kurohyou immediately dodged by swaying his head and neck towards the right. He would then use the motion of his sway to strike with his own left knee towards the opponents stomach, to crush it in with a decisive knee. If that knee would hit, he would grasp for the man, using his left arm to gather around Gouken's neck. Afterward, he would use his left leg once more, after the knee to perform a kick to Gouken's right knee, using the strike to smash the shin with the flat of his foot. The action would be used to pivot Gouken's entire body, leveraging him under his arm to place him into a DDT to smash the top of his head into the ground.
Luckily, the grass was pretty soft if this worked. Using the momentum though with his sheer physical strength would still allow it to hurt him and possibly drill him into the ground with the force generated by the move. After the grappling move was finished and if his body was still in mid-air thanks to Gouken releasing it after landing the strike, he would rotate the top of his body and use a punch to the gut to send him flying while the male was still upside down, spinning on his left knee as he stood immediately afterward, sliding against the ground due to quick shuffle back to his feet.
PL: 4,616. PL: 3,462 [USED] Heavy Weights in effect. No transformations in use. Actions: [B1] Shoryuken - A fierce uppercut! [865 DMG] WC: 388. TWC: 1,814. "Not today!" The teen cried, though he was confident in his mastery over evasion, his cry of defiance was replaced by a guttural gasp of pain. His stomach banged into by a vicious kneecap. His vision going blurry for a mere second or two, but felt like he had gone dead for a thousand years from the immense sting and pain surging through his organs. His teeth had been grit darkly as he regained his composure, raising his leg up, high enough to avoid the incoming destruction of his knee as well as his torso was jerked back to avoid the incoming DDT and eventual bang into the floor. Obtaining a mere meter or so of distance form the foe, Gouken identified a few key factors. For one thing, this mystery fighter was extremely professional and capable. Definitely not the average brawler. Actual skill was necessary to defeat him, as obvious as it seemed. Smirking some, the Hybrid lowered himself before darting into the foe once more.
Actual combat ensued. Gouken's left fist thrown forward and aimed to smash into Kurohyou's stomach. The exact area aiming to be banged into was his liver itself. From there, he'd link into a heavy uppercut to the bottom of his chin with an ease. Something large was aimed to follow this two hit combo, and it was something he thought he'd never be able to use in an actual fighting scenario. With the hopes that his foe would believe him to be a fully playful feint fighter, Gouken aimed to send his foe airbound with an exceptionally hard Shoryuken; The Rising Dragon Fist. An attack honed to be a punishing blow or a finisher. Had this been successful, fantastic. Had it failed, Gouken was a free target. No ifs, and's or buts. He would more than likely be free game due t the recovery time and lack of armor on him. He was a confident brawler, but lacked the strength he so desperately required in this situation. Not, of course, to say he wasn't strong. He simply was missing the beef and intolerance that so many fighters before him were known for boasting in a fight.
Last Edit: Jan 18, 2016 14:58:23 GMT -5 by Deleted
He had his head in a good tug, yet Gouken's reflexes were too much. After trying to secure him in a headlock, Kurohyou would try to kick his knee-cap so he would lose balance more easily, yet this guy was already privy to what he was trying to do, or at least knew that it was a dangerous maneuver for his head to be locked where he could perform all sorts of moves. Kurohyou was a brawler after all.
Gouken pulled his head back with a super strong tug, which was dangerous for most, as that risk breaking the neck if the person wasn't strong enough to exit, dislocating the cords that connected ones spine or the head from the neck, popping due to his sheer strength. But the rough way he performed it, and that strength led to him exiting in haste. Kurohyou's teeth gritted, showing. He needed to get away from him then.
Automatically sensing the danger in being so close, he released him as he exited from his hold and slid against the ground widening his arms as he'd done so. Crouching low to the ground opening his arms as he gasped a bit. Sweat still dripping, gaining back his oxygen. This guy was just too much, he thought. Even with all that, the male was readied to fight back all the same. Which surprised Kurohyou... The real battle began now then, as he saw him as a serious competitor, and his actions spoke loudly to just how good he was. Years of street fighting and legitimate training had made him into a pretty good warrior, there was always room for growth though. He was coming!
Gouken's left fist was sailing through the air, a surprisingly fast strike once more. Kurohyou didn't rule out that he was probably faster than himself. Even with that, Kurohyou's own fist met with Gouken's, a right fist meeting a left as an explosion of force would occur. Kurohyou's eyes were whitened at how much force he exerted in that moment, with the blast wave releasing energy so strong that it felt as though a gale force wind had filtered through the forest shaking the leaves and branches, making the twigs and critters around them fly off in the distance. A clear shot of Gouken's uppercut, as it aimed for the bottom of his chin, a hard strike that pushed him up with its strong force.
Kurohyou was sent flying into the air, surprised at the hit and unconscious due to just how strong it was, he wasn't prepared for it. He was sent flying backwards and rolled deeply into the ground, kneading the dirt and grass with his body. A knock to the head had immediately woke him up as he started to move on his own. Rolling until he started to tumble instead, reaching a tree, as his feet crashed against a tree, the sheer weight of his fall would make the tree fall against the ground as he stood on top of the now dead timber. Gasping for air, choking a bit as he held his mouth open.
This guy, he wasn't being serious before. Kurohyou's arms readied once again, though the look of disorientation on his face having woken up by the shock of being hit by a powerful uppercut. He too would need to get serious or else be killed. It was time for him to start going for more serious blows, and pull out a few techniques from his bag o' tricks.
PL: 4,616. PL: 3,462 [USED] Heavy Weights in effect. No transformations in use. Actions: WC: 461. TWC: 2,275. The teen martial artist's knuckles had been smashed into by his foe's very own. It was rough, war torn. It showed that he had prowess and mastery over endurance. That he was strong and knew that he was as indomitable as a seasoned warrior's will or the defense and towering amount of willpower owned by a great construct of courage and might. It was crazy inspiring. However, despite the great gales and spirals of wind and battle that banged out from the clash, Gouken was more than satisfied to know that his blow had been a success. A sickening Shoryuken had been a successful attack, effectively launching Kurohyou into the air and even forcing him to clash into a large construct of nature and lumber. Hell, he was impressed with himself, seeing that he made this guy push and bring a tree down! That was called strength, if he could say so himself! Gouken's lips curved to a triumphant smile and his fist had been raised, fingers curling into palm. Nails digging into his flesh and drawing a small path of crimson red. Essence of being dribbling down. He hadn't a clue as to why he did this, but drawing blood from himself really connected him to his roots as a Saiyajin. "With this blood, I'll bring him down." He nodded. "I know you're not done. Nah, not for a while. You and I are gonna duke it out, right here.." Gouken spoke aloud, aiming to make it audible enough for Kurohyou to hear. "And, I gotta say; Thanks. Im excited! You're doing great, too! But the thing is.." He trailed again. His expression suddenly dropping into a fierce cry of battle and wrath. Eyebrows furrowed and his jaw dropped. A deep roar emitted from his vocal chords, his raven black locks spiking upward and remaining upturned. A large spike of hair on the center and surrounded by smaller spikes Interestingly, Gouken sported two stylish bangs that drifted lightly in the air. While he wasn't locked into his Hidden Power form, he was definitely serious. He faked his transformation, as using one would be completely unfair and childish. "Now, I'm serious!!" He roared, his other fist suddenly whipped up and forming a cross before both fists were placed by his hips an dhis frown turned to a grin. "Yeah!!" He bellowed, quickly taking off and assaulting Kurohyou. Launching a series of punches, namely straights, as well as a mixture of kicks. Aiming to show he was no joke, had the message not been delivered prior. And, even if it was, it would drill down that this Son clan descendant was serious.
