A school created for the sole purpose of furthering a man's wicked desire for revenge, this school was adapted around the natural traits of the Bijous, utilizing every possible power, and building on top of it. While this school bares a dark past and darker purpose, the teachings of the Bijou Immortal School bares both important knowledge for defending one's self, and knowledge some may consider even forbidden. Despite the evil undertones that this school may bare, the current teacher, Adular, is very well unbiased in his students, picking those he finds with potential, and those he finds interesting.
Martially, the school finds itself in the oxymoron of a "Defensive Offense." Baring a heavy focus on survival, but downright aggressive and, again, in an oxymoronic fashion, even suicidal plays and style. However, the school adapts this seemingly idiotic style into something able to be utilized, as with it's teachings come refined reactions to avoid and even a way to undo - any mortal error that may occur with a misstep. Regardless of the school's debatable utilization, at it's core, the school is a hybrid of offensive kickboxing and defensive energy focus, utilizing key traits of each. A fair metaphoric summary of the style would be, "Throwing yourself into a grave, but having a shovel to make your way out."
Dogi: The school Dogi is a undershirt-less sleeveless gi, with two flaps on the side hanging from the sash. The pants hang loose and shoes are optional, but if selected they will be close toed and dark brown. The color of the uniform is a light cyan, the back of the Gi bears the school’s Kanji of “Eternity”, “永劫”
Fighting Style Techniques
[PT-1] Prismatic Creation Through practice and ki-focus, the user has learned how to create magnificent and detailed items composed of crystal. While it is slightly limited in size, being unable to make anything larger than a three story house, the mass capable of being created can prove quite astounding. [The user can create massive and intricate objects out of crystal] [SVT-1] Guard Splitter A roundhouse kick lined with Ki, not only does this blow possess an immense amount of power, the strike itself is very capable of breaking through an enemy's guard. [30%, Unblockable]
[SVT-2] Shatter Knife First surrounding their leg with a coat of ki, the user disrupts the opponent's guard with a swift kick to the side. The user then takes advantage of this moment of weakness by delivering a fierce rush of kicks, brutally damaging their opponent. Due the nature of the technique, it's quite efficient at destroying an opponent's guard. [60% PL, Unblockable]
Special Techniques
[Perfect Shot Line] [SPE] [EOT-1] Perfect Shot First reeling the user’s hand back to the opposite side of said hand. The user places out two fingers on which a luminescent orb of energy forms. The attack is then quickly released by “flinging” the user’s hand out, and pointing the fingers that bare the orb to it’s target. [30% PL]
[SPE] [EOT-2] Precision Cutter Sticking the user's pointer and middle finger out, the user projects a fine blade of thin energy that stretches out long distances, being able to cut, carve, shape objects - and people - from afar. [60% PL]
[SPE] [EVT-2] All Clear First gathering energy in their dominant arm, the user, with a wave of their arm in a dismissive manner, exudes a trail of energy outwards. Quickly expelling pressure from their arm and forcing away enemies, debris, and even attacks with explosive force. [80%, Deflect]
[Vigilant Guard Line] [SPE] [PT-1] Vigilant Guard Through progressing in both physical and mental fortitude, the user has adapted to withstanding high amounts of pressure and pain, and can defend against attacks to a greater degree. [5% Block Increase]
[SPE] [PT-2] Reinforced Defense Furthering the user's already increased physique, the user can block, and guard against even greater strikes, being able to stand their ground to a near exemplar level. [10% Block Increase]
[SPE] [PT-3] Perfect Guard The user has mastered their defensive martial arts as far as their mind will bring them, and can not only defend against immeasurably powerful blows, but negate all but the fiercest of strikes. [15% Block Increase]
ULTIMATE
[E-ULTIMATE-3] Solar Kamehameha A technique of undeniably immense power, the Solar Kamehameha is as draining as it is powerful. First requiring the user to take a stance and put their arms and hands behind them, cupping them together to form a blue orb of superheated energy, the user then begins focusing their power in order to further increase the strength of the technique. Unlike other techniques similar in power, the Solar Kamehameha has something comparable to a spool-up time. In order to reach it's colossal maximum, it requires patience to gather energy and strength. Though upon reaching it's pinnacle of power, the technique can be launched with a magnitude of strength unimaginable, a blue wave of intense energy capable of destroying entire planets being released from the palm of the user's hands. [75%/175%/300%/400% PL, Barrier Breaker, Undodgeable, AoE]
FINISHER
[U-FINISHER] Mortal Rebirth The Pinnacle of the Bijou Immortal School’s teaching, the ability to cheat death itself. The technique is almost never identical to each individual person, some forming from smoke left residual in the air, some from their ki leaking from their body, some even forming form a black hole like vortex in the middle of the sky, only to form from what’s dragged in. However, despite this erraticness, the technique bares a universal signature, no matter what, the user will always recreate themselves with a new body, choosing a physique of theirs that they prefer the most. Despite these seemingly great benefits, the technique does have its drawbacks, most notably being it’s intense strain, even the strongest fighters will find themselves tired after reforming themselves, though like a vigorous sprint, it comes with a second wind. [Once per RoD or Saga, the user may recreate their body from death, restoring any lost limbs and returning the user’s life to, what visually, appears to be their peak. This ability consumes, and as such can only be activated, when the user has 5 stamina. However, for 4 turns after activation, the user will be fighting with 150% of their power level. Although, not even this technique can counter the total obliteration of vaporization.] [If used in the afterlife, or while dead. This ability will not restore the user's life. However, it will save them from having to buy another body.]

Fighting Style Techs = Standard normal techniques now. Specials, Ultimates, and Finishers are the only techniques in a school that are supposed to be unique.
Finishers do not have charges. They require a turn to activate usually (with some exceptions) but they do not fluctuate in charge. They have a set % for damage/power/speed. Modify it accordingly and decide how you want it.
The Creation Special is denied. Keep in mind the special focuses on one specific ability that improves. According to what you want I'd recommend maybe a passive boost to block? 5%/10%/15%? As for creating towers of gems and shit that's basically Magic Materilization but with gems. That belongs as a flavored PT with one of your slots.
I'mma leave the ultimate alone for now because I wanna see the school in its entirety.

Adular you realize that by having a Solar System destroyer... the blast would kill you right? That's why being a Majin is ideal for the Vanishing Ball, because you can just regenerate from that blast...
Just making sure you're aware...
Finisher is fine to me, Specials are fine to me, Fighting Style techniques are fine to me.
The ultimate concept is fine to me but that is the only thing putting this on hold as I'm unsure of how I wanna handle the mechanics of this. I will discuss with BeatNasuCryonia and we will figure out how we wanna handle these types of ultimates and get back to you.
Tundra So after discussion with Tomina and Beat we came to the conclusion that the Ultimate needs a cost of some kind, and that the weakness needs to be more substantial. Ultimate Weaknesses Last until Level 6.
I'm recommending 2 turns of Exhaust for up to Level 5, and 1 turn of Exhaust for Level 6 and Up. Exhaust is a better stun that prevents you from taking any actions while in effect (including blocking, which stun usually does allow you to do).
I also recommend making it cost 3 stamina (so you'll need at least 3 stamina prior to dying so you can activate it).
At the same time however - you can give the Ultimate a boost to the healing to 3/4ths of your total health.
If you choose to go for it costing 4 stamina (thereby limiting it usage further) it can be even stronger and restore all your health or create a secondary effect for the rez (like a small but fair boost to PL for a few turns).

***Finisher - Not Fine*** - You need to specify that Vaporization is not negated by this technique. Not even Cell could regenerate from that. The PL boost is fine, but it has a time limit. It won't be for the rest of the thread. I'd say 3-4 posts. After all that's not the main thing of the ability.
(Oh, I do have a question though, would Solar Kamehameha be able to have Undodgeable, Barrier Breaker, and AoE? I mean, nbd if that's not ok, but feels like something I may as well ask about.)
