Symbol of Peace
Master: Mofuka
The fighting style and techniques of this Galactic Patrol school have a little bit of all it’s high ranking members in it somewhere, though it is still primarily a style that focuses on teamwork and the defense of the innocent and good. As goofy as it may look and sound, a team that poses together will likely be much harder to beat than a team that doesn’t - coordination and care of one’s self and their equipment are both very valuable things in a fight, arguably more valuable than raw strength. Officers who receive this special training learn to channel their desire for justice into a righteous fury, enhancing themselves beyond that of their normal limits. Though one who isn’t too careful with this power might find they hurt themselves and others more than they hurt their intended target. Because as the age old saying goes; with great power, comes great responsibility.
Dogi: Officers in training are expected to wear the proper GP uniform for the duration of their training. Though afterwards it is no longer required. The purpose of the uniform is the weight of the armor, and to become adjusted to said weight.
Fighting Style Techniques
[EOT-1] Elite Shot
Quickly drawing their blaster, or alternatively, forming their hand in the shape of a gun, the user fires a thin beam of energy which explodes on contact.
[25% PL]
[SOT-2] Galactic Takedown
Jettisoning themselves to the target, closing the gap with a quick dash. The Galactic Patrolman grapples onto a target and propels them forward, placing an explosive on their back only to kick off them to gain distance and watch them explode.
[50% PL]
[EOT-3] Cripple and Crush
Grabbing a capsule from their belt, the user quickly throws it, letting it pulse out with energy and immobilize the target. While the target is unable to act, the Galactic Patrolman takes advantage of this weakness, drawing a Rocket Launcher and firing on the target. Alternatively, the entire process can be replaced with the usage of the user’s own Ki turned into constructs.

Special Techniques
[SPE][SST-1] Evasive Strike: A counter technique. The Patrolman deftly avoids a strike, often flipping over, or teleporting to the target, only to deliver a humiliating kick to the target’s head.
[50% PL dodge followed by an attack. 20% Damage/Undodgeable]
[SPE][EST-2] Elite Counter: A counter technique. Swifty dodging an attack, the Patrolman follows up with a quick draw of their blaster, firing it at their target with unmatched precision.
[75% Dodge followed by an attack. 30% Damage/Undodgeable]
[SPE][SST-3] Galactic Trounce: An incredibly powerful counter technique. First involving the Patrolman flipping away from the attack, the technique follows up masterfully with a quick dash, or leap to close the gap between the target. Continuing with a barrage of kicks delivered to the target, and ended with flair by the user taking the Galactic Patrol's signature pose.
[100% Dodge followed by an attack. 50% Damage/Undodgeable]
[SPE][PT-1] Warrior's Fervor: Patrol officers are trained to keep on fighting, having more stamina and endurance than a normal fighter.
[10% Self-heal based off damage dealt with one tech. One use per thread.]
[SPE][PT-2] Elite Momentum: Elite officers maintain their pace, even in longer fights against multiple opponents. Special breathing techniques and endurance training allow an elite officer to fight for much longer.
[30% Self-heal based off damage dealt with one tech. One use per thread.]
[SPE][PT-3] Victory Rush: The highest ranking in the galactic patrol are able to hit their second wind in the middle of a fight very easily, maintaining an aggressive momentum for the sake of justice.
[50% Self-heal based off damage dealt with one tech. One use per thread.]
ULTIMATE:
[Ultimate-3] Fair Trial: Filled with righteous anger, the user channels their justified rage into a very real and very powerful energy. The user's body is surrounded by a silvery-white bio-electricity, a physical manifestation of their will to see justice served.
[100% Power/200% Speed, maximum charge up to 3 for 300% Power/600% Speed. Damage against neutral is halved, good is null'd, and evil is as written.]
FINISHER:
[FINISHER] Heroic Intervention
[550%] [When clashing user can add +50% charge at the expense of being forced back to base form (or base power level) and stunned for a full turn. An additional +100% Can be added at the cost of the user’s life. Unblockable.]
