Satta "Blood and adrenaline, a perfect combination!"
|
Personality
Satta is quite a interesting Machine Mutant. In total, their personality can be boiled to a masochist wishing to gain power, control, and dominance, seeking to obtain a rule over some part of the kai forsaken universe they reside in. Though that is to merely scratch the surface, in truth, Satta is a more complex creature than a violent dictator. First, they are not wholly evil, while they are very far from a saintly creature, it's unlikely for Satta to prey on the weak or seek conflict, though this doesn't mean she won't initiate spars or other forms of training. However, these same rules may not apply to those she finds... Interesting.
The people she finds interesting often encompass a wide set of standards, though this usually boils down to their power. If they're strong, if they're wise, if they have a tactician's mindset, they'll appeal themselves to her, and in truth, it's a feature she finds very attractive. Although this is far from a good thing, those she finds interesting are those she wants to control. Like a collector, if she sees a fancy toy, she'll go to great ends to add it to her entourage. Nothing, and absolutely nothing frustrates her greater than being presented with a powerful specimen who can resist her attempts of possession fully, there is no quicker way to get Satta visibly, and audibly enraged.
However, to shift things back onto the topic of conflict, Satta is quite interested in combat. This is not to say she studies in a martial arts school, or dare say, study at all, but she's very, well, addicted to the rush of it. She experiences no greater high than the adrenaline rush of intense combat, so much so that even if she were to be beaten to near death, she'd be able to draw enjoyment from her heart beating faster and faster. Creepy as it may be, she's prone to an adorable fit of laughter either if she's winning a confrontation with ease, or being pummeled into a bloody pulp, albeit this laughter will fade in a do or die situation. Satta tends to break her combatant's expectations by being totally fine with losing, as after all, it's just another way to satisfy her addiction.
Despite all of her downright devilish traits, she does bare a silver lining to her dark stormy cloud of a soul. Satta has a very, very prominent soft spot to those who've been put through harsh trials - assuming she hasn't been the one to put them through it - or those plighted with a history of sadness, she's empathetic, due to her own escape from the lab she was made in. However, this empathy is very easily clouded by her interest, though in some rare occasions this interest and empathy can blend together, as sometimes she can see her possession as a form of mercy, "she's ridding them of their anxieties, of their personality's flaws," she's improving them, at least in her mind.
In summary, Satta is a mixed bag, she is by no means a good Tuffle, and even by the Machine Mutant standard, quite diabolical, but she does bare a sense of good in her heart, even if this sense is largely ignored.

Backstory
Satta's story is one of silence and deprivation. Her story, and her life, began in the lab of Doctor Ackee, a cruel scientist who didn't care for her as a sentient creature, but more as a test subject, someone whom he could cut up and rearrange like an action figure, or a doll with an arm superglued back on. Her first three years were spent in development and growth, her aging sped up through artificial methods and biological edits, by the time she was four, she was fully matured.
As soon as Satta left the test tube, Doctor Ackee gave her no rest, no welcome into the world, and he'd waste no time by starting tests immediately, editing her composition, seeing the effects of various radiation, both prolonged exposure and high dosages beamed into her body. Every day brought a different test, and every test lasted for years upon years. Satta's tolerance to pain and her own sanity was put to the greatest test however, as with every passing day, she grew weaker and weaker, like a child left alone to starve. This starvation sparked a hunger, and this hunger was for vengeance.
It didn't matter what'd happen after, it didn't matter what plan she had, every day in her mind cycle one monotonous thought, "Kill him." This thought repeated, and repeated, and repeated, for eight years straight, till finally, she was given the chance. A blessing from an angel, or a trade from a devil, it didn't matter, a group of Saiyan bandits had entered the lab of Doctor Ackee, and he needed a weapon, he needed Satta, and as soon as she exited the steel solitary confinement that held her for the eight long years, Doctor Ackee's life had ended, and Satta had felt pure bliss. But there was something, missing, she felt hollow, it's not that this victory didn't have it's prize, no, she was free to roam about, to do what she wanted to do, she felt something amiss, a desire unfulfilled. She had taken a bite of blood, but she was thirsty for a full packet.
In the ensuing fight between the Saiyan bandits and Satta, a sheer massacre would result, Satta killing all of them without taking a scratch, all while howling with a wild tune of laughter, excitement laced with bliss filling her blood as she watched the corpses empty. She felt the thrill of fighting, she felt the ecstasy of being in control, and she was hooked from the start.

Technique Tree: Balance
OFFENSIVE/VARIANT
- [EOT-1] Stardust Shot
Putting her hands together in the shape of a gun, Satta fires off a long bolt of cerulean energy.
[25% PL]
- [EOT-2] Stardust Rain
Quickly pushing her arms back, Satta throws them forward to fire a quick barrage of Stardust shots, overwhelming the opponent with an absurd quantity of attacks.
[50% PL]
- [EOT-3] Stardust Reign
Satta wastes no time, rhythmically moving her arms forward and back in a piston like motion, firing off numerous different cyan energy waves with the intention to overwhelm, and decimate their target.
[75% PL]
- [EOT-1] Hrooargh!
Putting her arms to her chest, Satta collects energy before throwing her arms outwards, creating a massive explosive wave centered on her body.
[25% PL]
- [SOT-1] Cosmic Girl
Satta takes a running start, jumping up and grappling onto their opponent's neck with her leg. The start of the technique is used to gain leverage to toss the target into a wall or the ground itself, in which the real damage of this technique is dealt.
[25% PL]
- [SVT-1] Cosmic Rodeo
A variation on the physical technique, Cosmic Girl. The move starts the same, Satta flying or running to gain momentum, jumping up and grappling the opponent with her leg. However, instead of immediately throwing them, Satta begins spinning with them in tow, disorienting the opponent by increasing her rotational speed before finally ending it with a simple toss to the ground
[30% PL, Nausea (Wearing, -1 Stamina)]
- [SVT-2] Stellar Rodeo
A variation on the physical technique, Cosmic Girl. The technique starts simply, with Satta running or flying to gain momentum, jumping up and grappling the opponent with her leg. However, before being thrown, the target is spun around while still grappled by Satta, just before they're thrown, Satta places a Ki-Bomb on their chest, slinging them away, and watching them explode.

PASSIVE/SUPPORT
- [PT-1] Magnesium Body
Satta - as a full machine mutant - has total control over her body's composition, being able to break down into a liquid form to pass through tight passageways, avoid attacks with more finesse, and even just to play tricks.
[Elastic body, able to take a completely liquid state.]
- [ST-1] Regeneration
Taking a deep breath and toughing through the pain, Satta may regenerate wounds of her own, or someone else's, by manifesting more of the metal substance that composes her body.
[25% HP Restore]
- [ST-1] Separation Slide
Temporarily disconnecting parts of her body, Satta stylishly avoids an attack. However, she cannot remain detached for long.
[75% PL Dodge]
- [ST-2] Separation Drift
A temporary disconnect between parts of Satta's body. This technique allows for very smooth evasion, being able to simply create a hole in her body for the attack to pass through, though it's limited in maintaining the separation, and can't be held for long.
[150% PL Dodge]
- [ST-1] Magnetic Pulse
Stretching her arms and legs to their full length, Satta produces a barrier, capable of repelling physical and energy based attacks.
[30% Charge for maximum of 120% charge. 2 Allies]
- [PT-1] Flight
[Ability to Fly]
- [PT-1] Shift Form
A temporary altering of Satta's composition, the Machine Mutant takes on a different appearance. This shift is capable of mimicking other races features and to some degree even physical objects, but is limited in the matter of creating or removing existing matter, only truly being able to alter Satta's existing matter.
