HISTORY
In a rural village, far from Sadala, a small group of town folk continue to thrive on the edges of the kingdom. This story begins with a boy and a girl, a child crush he held from long ago. The two had grown up together in this village for what had felt like ages. The memory of her first arrival still fresh in his mind. The village had been gathering around her, she had just appeared there on their border, injured, exhausted. She had no memory of where she came from, but meeting her that first time had lit this flame in his own eyes. There was something about her that seemed to give off this flame, this flame that refused to give out. It was from that day forward that he stuck by her side, being the friend she needed as they continued to grow together. While the village elder may have adopted her, that didn't stop them from joining his group of friends.
The days continued to grow as they spent more and more time together, their friends constantly teasing it over them. The time came however when they began to choose mentors. While Nomine had chosen a sword-master for his teacher, he had been saddened to see that Anima was choosing to go with the traditional bow and arrows. Many would wonder outside of their village why they preferred their weapons, this was simply age old tradition for them. Their clan wished for them all to not rely on the life force known as ki. It was in their pride that they believed an over reliance upon it resulted in the weakening of the physical strength and mentality of the individual. Caused them to get soft and strategize less than before.
Nomine still found himself lucky to have one of his friends still with him under the master. Fatum was their trio in a way, he had been Nomine's friend before they had met Anima. Even if he sometimes felt like he was a third wheel he still tried to be happy for the both of them. Still it would help his own feelings now that he had gotten to spend time with Nomine himself. Under the same master the two would constantly continue to spar with each other. Hoping to one day become masters themselves, the trio persisted in their training with each coming day.
For now they all hold a peaceful future, but how long it is to last? That is what's truly unknown...
