In order to collect Dragon Balls you must obtain the appropriate radar from the Mall for the planet that has them (i.e. Namek radar for Namek Dragon Balls, Earth radar for Earth Dragon Balls).
A Sign Up Sheet will be posted right before every Dragon Ball cycle. Members will have two weeks to declare their participation in the Dragon Ball hunt (this is to prevent people from joining at the tail end of the hunt to steal the dragon balls after the hard work has been put in). From there you must roll for Dragon Balls using the dice throughout the duration of the Dragon Ball hunt. These rolls cost zeni which will be delivered straight to Capsule Corp. So make sure to stock up on Zeni prior to the hunt!

Rolls:
- Must roll the ball to gain it.
- Challenges: You can only Challenge someone to an IC fight if you roll the same ball as one they own. You must declare this challenge immediately, and if you do so you have only 72 hours to post the topic after the challenge has been issued. This is to prevent a challenge from halting the process entirely.
- The Challenges are considered a Closed RoD. No one else can join unless they roll one of the balls one of the two competitors own within 72 hours of the topic’s start time. Challenges can also be queue'd in a sense, meaning you can choose to fight the winner of a challenge (assuming they don't have all Seven Dragon Balls by then).
- If you choose to not accept the RoD fight: you may give up the ball willingly to the person who is issuing the challenge instead.
- If you take the challenge and lose however: the person who defeated you can loot any or all additional dragon balls currently on your person.
Wishes
To summon the Eternal Dragon one makes an Open ROD with special circumstances. Once someone has collected all 7 Dragon Balls, either by rolling them all or by completing their set in the RoD Challenge, the hunt is over and the wish thread will take place. The thread will have the following requirements and attachments:1. Open RoD and Death enabled
2. It takes three days before you can use the wish if no challenger joins.
3. Challengers can only join if they join within 72 hours. Challengers attempting to steal the wish will only get ONE ROLL (meaning it is hit or miss) to figure out that the Dragon Balls are being used. This one roll exists for the entirety of the three days, so you only get one single chance period, no ifs ands or buts! If you miss (meaning you get a failure and don’t pick up a Dragon Ball) then you cannot join the Wish thread as either you are too late, or you were simply unaware that they were being used. If you get a Dragon Ball however with your single roll, then you are able to figure out the Dragon Balls are being used, and challenge the ball holders right before they can make their wish!
4. The winner (if challengers enter) is the one who can use the wish at the end of the topic. This man may be the last man standing OR the decided winner. If a Group has gained all 7 Dragon Balls, they must decide collectively what their wish is going to be or fight amongst themselves for last man standing to get the wish!
