Name of NPC: Wata
Race: Earthling
Level: Level 2
Physical Appearance: Wata is not but a small blue ball of energy that hovers off of the ground, it glows softly and gives off the feeling of the ocean when ki sensed.
It can speak without the need of a mouth, perhaps due to it's existence as an elemental spirit. Light trails of blue "flame" ebb off of it when it moves.
History: Wata was "born" long ago, many centuries, having been born but a year before the terror of Majin Buu came about, he was dealt with witnessing all of these events from the sidelines. Even dying so early...He had only come back due to the world being returned as well. From then on he and many other elemental spirits vowed not to interfere in the affairs of mortals, fearing this would come about again.
Though as time passed, he grew tired. Eventually he was caught in a deadly situation, narrowly rescued by Ayami, his power is nothing like what it once was.

- [OT-1] Elemental Shot: Fires off a ball of wispy light
- [OT-2] Ghostly Embers: Fires off a small beam of that very same otherworldly light.
- [OT-3] Abyss Canon: Fires off a massive beam well beyond the size of his own "body".
