Let's get this started!
Name: Bao Berry.
Age: Sixteen.
Gender: Male.
Race: Human/Brenchian.
[+1 OT/ST & +5% Zeni gain / +1 Defensive PL and Lightning Reflex is 5%]
Homeworld: Earth.
Starting Planet: Earth.
Appearance:
Bao stands at five foot four and is packed with muscle, as any youngster in his prime would be. His hair is unruly and spiked all over, pointing in all directions and never tended to. His skin is a tan color, easily darkened if too much time is spent in the sun. His arms are a fair length, fingertips ending by his pelvic region. Upon further inspection, Bao has three scars on his face to compliment his hardy face. Two on his jawline that rise and one across his left eye. All obtained through vicious combat terms.
On his neck, Bao wears a crimson red neckerchief tied neatly in a knot. Under it, he wears a royal blue compression shirt with short sleeves that defines his muscle. Over it, a white dogi shirt tucked into his pants. A blue-purple sash is wrapped around his waist, concealing the tuck and making it look neat overall. His pants are also white in color and blue-purple shin guards hang over navy blue boots with red stripes down the toe. A gold sole on the bottom of each boot.
Backstory:
Who is this kid? Why's he important, and why should anyone care.
Well, this all of that is answered when his story begins on a bright and lovely morning:
Bao Mauka Berry, age sixteen and third year at Orange Star Highschool in West City, lived as a simple kid with an ambition and goal for his life. Like many others in his age range, Bao sought to become a well versed young man who knew proper etiquette and martial arts at the same time. Basically, to be able to drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning and still be able to knock a villain's teeth from his mouth in a single blow and still look absolutely presentable. Needless to say, Bao did everything he felt he had to in his daily life. He woke up bright and early, brushed his teeth, got dressed, went to school and then came back. Train in the gym and go to sleep after a shower. Wash, rinse and repeat for several years before he'd finally spin things onto their heads. Upon reaching his third year at OSH, studying became secondary. Martial arts swiftly becoming his primary study as his abilities were slowly becoming unearthed. Punches became faster, walking seemed like running and time just seemed to be fleeting more than ever these days. Not only this but previously jet black hair, albeit with streaks of blue, had become more and more colored. Until each and every strand of hair on his head was azure in color. Weird! Though, he shrugged it all off. He looked pretty cool, in his eyes. Bizarre was in, after all. He wondered why all of this was happening naturally, at first but slowly forgot and ended up considering it the full on the norm for the rest of his days. Ah well, he figured to himself.
School for Bao was becoming increasingly easy and simple. He was a pretty smart kid. All of his teachers could see that, and he was sure the resident senpai could as well. No one could really mess with him; or, well he thought so. He did feel as though he was top dog and completely invincible. His new hairdo didn't stop some senpai from shoving him and starting trouble. But, as to be expected, they usually got knocked onto their rear after a confrontation and sent running. Simply put, schooling was becoming more and easier and time seemed to be flying. As if he would be done with it in seconds. And truthfully, he didn't really mind if it did. High school wasn't as great as everyone said it was. The faster the better. More time to practice his arts and cement his skills and discover more about himself. That was what OSH was preparing him for, right? He sure hoped so. Going forward, Bao, outside of school, was quite the citizen. Watching everything that happened around him and his city. Paying close attention to the resident superhumans and aliens who caused trouble and who saved the day. Those guys were pretty cool. He'd hope to aspire to their feats. It was all he could really ask for, truthfully. Become a defender and give back to the city who gave him so much. Plus, there were aliens afoot. Maybe they could tell him why he suddenly got a new hair color. To his knowledge he was totally human, but still! Aliens were geniuses (according to television and comics)! He'd mark that as number three in his to-do list.
With all of this in mind, this was really the routine for Bao's day to day life. Fun at first, but slowly becoming boring. Not to the point of being unbearable, but to the point of wanting to hop into the action and beat some of the bad guys up. Alas, even he knew he couldn't do jack to half of the guys who tread the Earth these days. He could feel them out, somehow. He still never really put his finger on that part. One way or another, he could sense out just how strong someone was. It was freaky but pretty darn cool all the same. Never the less, his story picks up there. The usual one, two, three. Perhaps, now, he'd finally mix things up for real. Now that he has a purpose in his life.

Boring! That was the only word that could describe the classroom! The lesson was already completed and everyone was instructed to read something of their choice. Not just that, but be totally quiet! Which was fine, but Bao was bored! He would have been reading, but there wasn't anything good! Those long, looong books stunk! That, and he forgot his comics at home. To think, he specifically bought a new Hiroki book just so he would not be stuck just twiddling his thumbs and yet, here he was! It was like the universe hated him. Blah! All Bao could do for now was sit back and sleep. Maybe a nap would pass the time. Well, he would have. That is if his instructor hadn't yelled his name and slammed a textbook onto his desk each and every time he would drop his head and take a little trip on the snooze cruise. Frustrated grumbles and swearing under the breath came from the both of them each time, so it was fair game. Although, the instructor had gotten fed up already with his student's antics. "Outside! Get some water and wake up!" Kishibe said in a stern tone. Pointing a finger towards the door. A sluggish Bao rising from his seat and saying, "Hai, Kishibe-sensei." with a heavy yawn and stretch before dragging himself into the hall. Right to a water fountain, where he would proceed to splash some water on his face. A few strands of royal blue hair coming over his forehead Only to be swept back up into the rest of his unruly spikes. Rubbing the bridge of his nose lightly, Bao stood up straight. Looking around for a moment before noticing something outside of the school through a window.
A sandwich shop! No, he wasn't hungry. There were police cars outside and men inside with masks. Anyone with a brain knew what that meant. There was a robbery! Of course, that was nothing to celebrate, but it did mean that he would be able to have some fun today. Considering it the icing on the cake, Bao sprung from the fountain and out the window. Landing cleanly outside and swiftly switching clothing. From tired to excited, it was like a switch in his brain had been flicked into overdrive. Though, in the back of his head, he did acknowledge how one moment he was in class and the next he was outside, about to stop a robbery. Ah well, that was life. Now, almost instantly, from school uniform to martial arts gi, Bao lifted his neckerchief over his mouth and nose. Getting a little serious as he breezed by the officers and into the situation. Halting in front of the doors and looking at what he was facing directly. Two guys. One with an SMG and another with a knife. Talk about bad coordinating. Out of the corner of his eye, did Bao see the store owner cowering in a corner! No problem, he wasn't in the line of fire. Getting into the mindset of a real hero with experience, young Bao assumed his stance. His sapphire blue eyes locking onto the one with the firearm. Taking a single step, or what seemed to be to the simple man, and launched himself into the criminal. His right fist extended and meeting his target's weapon. Literally crushing it beneath his might and into mere pieces. A second fist coming up near immediately and into his jaw. Knocking the man out stone cold.
Bao's use of Ki sense coming in quite handy as he felt the second man approach him. Noticeably panicked and unknowing of just how to deal with this. Bao, of course, spun around and gripped the criminal's wrist. Holding it high and applying force to his grip. Not shattering his bone but forcing him to call out uncle and surrender peacefully. The knife confiscated and bent, as if it was clay, before being tossed to the side. The hybrid turning both men in. The police visibly confused as to just what happened before shrugging. Easy job, the less they knew the better for them they all figured. Bao, on the other hand, was silently congratulating himself as he disappeared from the crime scene. Record time, record time!" He repeated to himself. His identity guard pulled down and a breath of fresh air taken. Switching clothes as soon as he hopped back into the school and into the bathroom, Bao returned to class and ended up just sitting down in silence. Resting his cheek in his palm, bored yet again. Darn it!
