Qui was quite enjoying himself in this battle. The girl was small, and her power wasn't anything to write home about. This was true. But he was enjoying this battle because of her unwillingness to give up, even in the face of certain death. He dwarfed her, and he was a trained killer. She obviously hadn't harmed a fly a day in her life and he could sense the girl's apprehension at first in fighting him. "Well well...it looks like someone's got a bit more spunk in her than I thought. I must say, I am impressed. Here I thought you were a scared lititle girl, but that punch let me know that you at least have SOME fighter in you."
These words would be spoken as he charged his Soul Piercer, if anyone had been listening. He didn't expect who had happened next as the girl would seemingly begin to transform and fire off an attack of her own, causing Qui's eyes to widen. "Now that was completely unexpected..." speaking of unexpected, what would happen next would -really- surprise him. He'd cry out "AURA! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!"
And then it happened. Before he had time to react, the girl had leapt into the battle after having spoke of breaking honor and sending him to fight in her stead. He growled as the woman would fall to the ground at his size eleven feet and his blood red eyes would lock onto Demalia, hatred burning in them. It was a deep hatred, as if she'd just made herself a permanent enemy of the galaxy's most dangerous Ocyrian male. His fists clenched and shaking, blood dripping to the ground in glowing green droplets...the blood vessels in his eyes sharing that glow, he stalked toward the young Tuffle. "How....fucking...dare..." he would inhale and exhale deeply, hesitating in his speech. "...d-d-dare you!"
Break anything he may not have, not yet. But as his bloodthirsty gaze locked on Demalia he thought of the hundreds of ways that he could shatter the girl, the vein on the forehead of Qui had popped up as his blood pressure had risen, and he truly looked like a demon. He cracked his knuckles as he drew closer to Demalia, not even caring about her heightened power. After all, why should he? He couldn't sense it...he only felt rage.
He would stop though, in midstep...less than five feet from the girl. The only thing he could hear was her voice, the voice of the best friend he adored. The only person in the world he trusted, Aura...as she spoke, he listened...narrowing his eyes on Demalia yet cutting his eyes toward Aura. "Are you...kidding me? This bitch hurt you...now I'm gonna hurt her...badly...I will BREAK this weakling and bury her along with her dead par-"
Of course, the threat of her ripping that armor off made the male a bit frisky deep down. But outwardly, his shoulders would drop and he'd shake his head. Lowering his head, he looked down at the ground. The anger still lied within him but now he had to respect Aurora's wishes.
"Tch..." he wanted to kill Demalia. He wanted to unleash this beast within him, scratching and clawing to get out. But instead, he reserved himself to listen to his old ally. "...fine. You can do what you want, Aura. I'll bring the woman those bodies, but..." he gritted his teeth, his eyes locking on Demalia again. "...I am only doing this for Aurora. From now on, you will consider yourself lucky because I don't allow many to live. So this is rare. Don't get any ideas, woman."
Reluctantly, Qui would move over to the bodies of the Tuffles. Slinging their corpses over his shoulders, he'd effortlessly carry their dead weight. It was a sight to behold, to be honest. The Tuffle blood running down his chest as he carried them, he obeyed Aura. But he unceremoniously dropped them at the feet of Demalia with a loud THUD. He would then turn his nose up at Demalia and grunt. "Hrmf."
He would then walk over to Aura and kneel over Aura, looking down at his partner. The look in his eyes would be one of genuine concern yet...he punch her playfully in the shoulder and smirk. "Don't be a wuss. Get your ass up and finish it, woman!"
Of course, it would be then that Aurora would warn Qui of the oncoming threat. Once again, he had no reason to disbelieve the pretty blue haired Ocyrian, and he sighed. "Fine then. But if you end up dead, I will rip the gates of hell off the hinges and come kick your ghostly ass!" And he would reluctantly leave the battlefield, frustration in his heart. Qui would land next to an abandoned desert road and await Aurora.
She had been flying with all of her speed towards the hotspot. She was expecting a fight still. Even as the ki around the area died down, she wasn’t one to put down the fact that there was possibly still more to come. She didn’t plan on letting these goons get off scott free. In the public eyes that wouldn’t look good after all. Not unless she did something else herself. Something to make sure they would think twice about doing this next time. Such a strange mixture however. She had to do enough to make it look convincing, while not doing so much as to hire their services again in the future. A funny bit of trifling if she had to say so herself. What wasn’t there to love about it after all. Eventually she was going to have to dispose of them fully in the future. The question she supposed she could only ask herself, was when?
There was no real purpose tying her to keeping this identity, it was something she freely kept around simply for such. It was a means to an end in ways she couldn’t fully understand. It was a means to make sure here race survived at the final one standing in the end. That was what it was meant to be. That was what she desired it to be after all. That was her true motivation in this lifestyle. She wanted to bring about the for sure survival of her race. She wanted to bring the other races to fear underneath herself and her people. She wanted to make them regret for ever having feared them for so wrong. All for segregating them for so long from the rest of the galaxy. Was it silly to take such revenge? Maybe, but was anyone ever going to question it…no. She would personally make sure that no one did. Whatever means it took that is.
Steadily she kept her eye on a moving target from the battlefield. The very one who had attacked the child. From what she could see, the other one seemed to be injured as was. She would be fine for the child to handle. This one, this one was going to be hers to handle. Oh did she look forward to this. Ever since she had heard his words back at the bar she had been itching to show him just how futile it was. How little hope he would ever have against her. The best part about this was? This was a known murderer now. That meant she had free will to do whatever she wished. She wanted to cause him pain, misery, torture him a bit even ya know? Now was not the time for that however. She would have another chance to do so later, for now she needed to make sure he left alright. Left this place for good that was. Had to look good for the public after all. That was all that mattered truly right now.
She would follow him from behind, flying at lower speeds behind him silencing her ki as she kept flying. Everytime he would glance back, she would simply use her far superior speed to move out of eyesight. Only a short distance away would she notice him landing. Quickly moving to take a behind toward his approach, she would keep a steady eye on him as he stared out into the distance. Slowly she lowered herself behind him, slightly hovering over the ground, just enough to not touch it and create sound. Now on even height she could clearly see how much she towered over him. At least seven inches minimum. He was so little compared to her. It was almost like dealing with a child in height comparison. This wasn’t even her taller form yet, how pathetic. The needle in her arm’s bio suit, still hanging out from earlier. “Association with murder isn’t exactly a crime you can just fly away from.” Taion would hiss into his ear. Quickly moving she would push her arm forward, attempting to prick the needle right into the back of his neck. If successful, she would gladly let the paralysis do it’s work and pick him by his legs, to drag him back to the battle ground and toss him towards Aurora. “Tsk Tsk, if this one was smart he should have left before I got here..Murder..how dare the both of you? You should both be sentenced to death for this, or life in a maximum prison. Of course, I’m not the one who’s family you murdered now am I?” She would say turning towards Demalia. “So I’ll let you decide their fate? Even if they live here today, they will forever have to know it was you who saved their lives, you who ensured they could have a second chance. Unless, you wish for them to meet death themselves. Let the afterlife judge their souls.” Taion would offer of either choice. The question truly was, which one would Demalia pick? Both were fair charges, it was up to the accused however to pick which one they wished more upon these aliens. As she turned to the Tengurian wings however, she acted the look of fury on her face on the sight of them. While it was real fury, it was fury at the fact that one of these two had slacked off at their job. Raising her palm up, she began to gather ki, before firing towards it. Vaporizing the wings in the process. “That was the least I could do for them, better to a proper cremation, than to be fed to cannibals.”

Demalia saw that her blast had managed to deal significant damage, although not to the person she was aiming at. His partner stepped in and redirected it towards her, taking the full brunt of the blast. It wasn't completely meaningless though. She managed to inflict a significant amount of damage on her. Although the situation had just turned grave for her. The energy boost faded away, and Demalia fell to her hands and knees. She breathed heavily, her vision blurring considerably. There was one scenario that was bound to happen now, and she had no way to defend against it. Her partner isn’t going to let this stand. He’s going to attack me in a rage now. I’m such a fool! Why did I expect for them to keep their honor? She killed my parents without hesitation, so she’s certainly capable of lying.
Demalia waited for her inevitable death, and the pain that she would no doubt feel before everything went black. That moment never came though. To her utter shock, the woman was telling her partner to hold back from killing her. She went onto a speech where she said that the Tuffle hybrid made her realize something, and that she was sorry. Demalia was so stunned that she barely even reacted when the bodies of her parents were dropped down in front of her. What could she say to that? Hell, what could she even think about in the face off all of this?
Demalia then entered a mental state where her consciousness faded in and out of existence. A part of her mind was rebelling against her body, wanting nothing more than to just completely shut down. Yet she was also fighting to stay awake as well. As painful as it was, she had to focus on the situation at hand and deal with the aftermath of the recent events. It turned out to be the right decision on her part, as things weren’t over just yet.
When Demalia’s vision cleared, she saw that the two aliens had been joined by a third one. Now this one was what most people of thought of when it came to an alien. A tall, humanoid creature who had a tail. It didn’t even remotely resemble the appearance of a Tuffle, unlike the two individuals who had killed her parents. This third Alien seemed to be on her side. She was talking about how wrong it was for them to do what they did. Suddenly it decided to let Demalia be the one to carry out the sentence. At this point things were getting pretty surreal. She hoped that she was legitimately having a mental breakdown. It would mean that her family was still alive after all.
Although deep down she knew that all of this was reality. Her parents were dead, and she now had the chance to put their killers to justice. The woman had admitted to slaughtering families, so they were clearly dangerous killers who would likely do it again. Yet something stopped her from doing that. This whole situation was completely wrong. Granted everything was going wrong, but this was a different kind of wrong. This person is asking me to carry out justice on them? If I told them that I wanted them dead, they would do it. They wouldn’t hesitate to take their lives either. None of this is right… these aliens talk about killing so casually!
Demalia looked Aurora directly into her eyes. Her solemn gaze was locked onto her eyes. It hadn’t taken long to make up her mind about what their fate should be. It was a decision that shocked even her.
“You killed my parents. I’ll never forgive you for that, as long as I live. Yet you also protected your partner, and told him not to harm me. And you’ve shown me remorse. Perhaps killing is more normal in your culture. I can’t comprehend it at all, and giving into my hate would be so easy right now. But….”
Demalia’s gaze shifted to the other two aliens briefly before settling back on Aurora. She took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down enough to finish what she was saying. Given the current circumstances, that was no easy task to accomplish.
“I can’t give into hate. If I did anything to you in this state of mind, then I would never forgive myself for that. Take your friend and get out of my sight. I don’t care where you go, as long as you don’t kill any more Tuffels. We’re completely even now, so I won’t hesitate to turn you in if you do this again. But before you go, answer me this. Who contracted you to do this? I need to know…. why they would…..”
Demalia had managed to keep her composure throughout most of the conversation. Now she was starting to break down though. Tears glistened at the corners of her eyes. She was staring at Aurora desperately. She had to know who orchestrated this atrocity. Why would someone do such a thing?

"Easy, EASY! I told you she is not our problem!" snarling towards her ally. It was now time. The time of leaving this area was urgent. This power level was rushing in, causing the moment of panic towards the back of her mind. She would turn towards her ally one last time, "Get the fuck out of here now! Don't take your sweet ass time, Qui Jon! The power is approachin-" and before she could react... It was too late! The Kold Demon ambushed him and quickly jabbed the stinger into him, her eyes in shock as he was being paralyzed like prey. It was that moment... Aurora had too make the ultimate decision. Two options were in mind but she couldn't go through with one of them... It would be completely wrong on her honor. "QUI JON KI!!!!!" she shouted as the disgusting creature would paralyze him.
Hearing that snake-like voice made her grit her teeth, she knew exactly who she was. It was that fucking Kold Demon, Taion. That boasting, egotistical, dumbass... She yelled on the top of her lungs, "TAION!!!! YOU DARE TOUCH MY PARTNER!?!?!" screaming towards the ugly alien. As Qui was tossed too her, she quickly limped over and fell to her knees, allowing for her partner's head to rest on her lap. "Qui... QUI! What the fuck did that bastard do to you?!" yelling out loud as she felt a hint of pain and agony with this. First, her arms and body felt fucked up and now her partner laid there completely still. Any more of that venom could have killed him. She tried honestly hard not too cry... That would show a sign of weakness. "Fuck... fuck... God damn it..."
The ugly alien would get close towards them, making them look weak and pitiful. This made Aura's pride so broken. If she ran, this damn bastard would chase them down and kill them. Taion would hold them gun point at this point. She would say that killing them would be the right option or even prison. This made her snarl and give her the face of anger, "You think killing us is Justice?! That would contradict who you are, Shan'tara!" she snapped at Taion for even suggest killing them. Aura had a point though! Taion was supposed to be a 'hero'. Heroes don't kill villains, they put them in their place if caught. She would listen to Taion tell the young tuffle that she was now too decide their fate. Her eyes widen as she hears that, 'Fuck! I'm gonna have to protect Qui Jon with all I've got left if she wants us dead!' she panicked in her head. Things were about to get really ugly for these two. Aura would slowly reach in her pocket and click a button... This would send the pod into the skies and vanish into the atmosphere. She was stuck here now.
She checked on Qui, who seemed alive but still paralyzed. Her own blood on his head a bit from her lap covered in her blood. "I won't let them hurt you, Qui Jon... If they want us dead, they'll have to go through me first!" she assured her partner. Once more she would protect her best friend. However, the outcome of this would be completely opposite of what she had in mind. This tuffle... The one she felt sorry for and even went temporarily good towards... Decided to give the two a chance... Her eyes locked on the tuffle, seemingly shocked... Aura has never been sparred like this. It was actually... a blessing in her mind. Yautja has given her a chance. Aura would hear the question of who sent her and Qui after them... Aurora would slowly reach into her shirt, pulling out a note between her breasts. One way too hide stuff that's for sure... She would weakly grip the paper tight, the glowing neon yellow would seek into the paper with her fingerprints... She would toss the paper folded towards her and nod. "That is the note I found. It was purposely put on my ship while we were at the Space Australia. I don't know this person. I've never even heard their voice before. I didn't write the note either and I swear that by my own damn life. Vol'kare... Thank you... You're extremely bold for your decision. I will repay you in the future... One day..." finishing herself as she weakly picked her partner up with herself included. The pain of the burns would intensify across her body, especially her arms... Blood would continue too drip down... Ocyrians fortunately are used to these pains. They were trained for these situations. "Come on Qui Jon! We're hauling ass out of here!" she assured her comrade.
She would lift off in the air and hold her ally close. She gave Taion a look of hatred... This was a face she should keep in mind. For a fucking hero, she's sure full of shit. Aurora was going too be smart though... She kept her words in her mouth... Flying off with speed, she and Qui Jon were leaving the scene for good. Their food was retrieved by the others and their other food source was destroyed... Aura would hold the Ocyrian man tight, feeling a bit pissed off.. For that stupid witch, to suggest them too be killed was completely stupid and hypocritical. "I'm proud of you Qui Jon. You listened too me, 'mostly'. You didn't leave the area fast enough like I asked. I'm glad you didn't fight that tuffle... She's the reason why we're still here and free... If she wanted too... She could have had us fucked over. That Taion demon... I felt a power that would overwhelm us. Even if we both could fight. If anything, that little tuffle saved us from doom. With her request... Do not harm anymore tuffles... We'll hunt animals for food," she instructed her ally. As they flew off further, she had so much come through her mind...
Just who the fuck set this up too begin with? That note she tossed the girl... Who the fuck wrote it out? Holding her anger back, she would continue too keep focus on flying. Whoever this person was, they didn't help their problems at all. They made it worse. Sure, Qui and herself had a bit of financing issues... But they almost got fucked over badly over 'money'. She needed to meet this anonymous person.. Aurora needed her questions answered.

I'm attempting my leave now with Qui Jon! Since he is paralyzed he has too leave. I'll be taking PL with my HWs.
“Relax you psycho, he isn’t dead. He is simply paralyzed from my venom. He had a clear chance to leave before I even got here, instead he decided to simply stand on those sidelines and just watch. Considering how willing you two had been to kill earlier, I don’t think it is so wrong for me to take some precautions so oh say, your partner doesn’t sneak attack me while my back is turned.” Taion would simply reply with an uneasingly calmness to her voice. “If I really had wanted him dead, I could have easily done it. I know how to judge the amount of poison I place in someone.” Taion would simply reassure to the Ocyrian. They were overreacting to such a minor deal. At least concerning her partner being paralyzed that is. If she would simply stop over reacting maybe they could have handled this quite easier.
It was then that Aurora had said something, something Taion believed were possibly the stupidest things to come out of her mouth that she had been able to hear. “Justice? That does not contradict anything of my doing, I said I would deal whatever punishment the victim here thought befitted of your crime.” Taion would simply alleviate upon the situation. She truly was getting tired of this annoyance. “Tell me, if a soldier fights to defend your home from the enemy, and they kill that enemy. Does that make them break the rule of justice for defending their home? No. Now here in this situation, you two broke one of the many Arcosian Laws, sacred ones we follow to the end...including an eye for an eye. Two deaths you caused two deaths you suffer in return. Unless the victim here decides otherwise.” Taion would simply state as she awaited the instruction from Demalia.
The tides of which she chose, only left her with a shock for a short moment. Not long enough to be visible, but enough that she hadn’t been expecting it. No matter, all was still right. “As you wish Tuffle. As I promised, I will respect your choice.” She would simply comment before looking back towards the other two. Smirking at the look of shock on the female’s face. It was delightfully truly to watch it, however now she couldn’t help but wodner what the paralyzed one was thinking about. She could only imagine the choice of words he would have had to say about this whole thing. Probably something hilariously idiotic if she could recall how he acted back at that bar. As the note however would be tossed, she would take a personal gaze towards it as she watched it fly towards Demalia. Well hadn’t someone been quite eager to give away that of who hired them. An interesting note for the future, one she would simply have to use in the future. “So if you don’t mind me asking, I would prefer to call you by an actual name?” Taion would ask of the tuffle as the Ocyrians would leave. She would wait until she could receive a name and when she could share her own, would she then speak again. “Is there any preferred spot you wish to have your parents...rest? I truly am sorry I couldn’t get here faster, I tried to move at my fastest. I didn’t have time to shift into a higher form.” Taion would simply say with a frown as she would shake her head. “If there is anything you need help with, feel free to call anyone at your local market place and ask for Taion, most traders know of my company and can get in contact with me.”
Demalia took the note from Aurora and read it slowly. There was definitely some information on that piece of paper. More than she expected there to be actually. There was only one thought that went through her mind as she finished looking at it. This Illusive Man just told them to go after three random Tuffles. He didn’t even call out me and my family by name, or anyone else. He just pointed them in the general direction of our species. Why would someone do this? Who would be cruel enough to send these people after three random strangers?
Demalia was too shocked to respond to Aurora’s final words as she left. She just folded the noted she gave her in half and slipped her into her pocket. Her mind was slipping in and out of awareness right now. It was hard for Demalia to keep a grip on reality right now. Although she did hear the new alien ask her name. Demalia looked over at her, her visioning focusing on the person who had helped saved her life.
“Demalia…. It’s Demalia. I’d… I’d like more direct contact information if possible. I’m probably going to have some q...questions for you later. But I’m in no sh...shape to ask you any of them right n...now.”
Demalia took a deep breath, shifting so that she was now sitting on the ground. She didn’t have the strength to stand right now. Demalia was glad there was someone else here now. She could focus on them without the full horror of what had just transpired hitting her hard. She tapped the button on her scouter three times, and a red light started flashing on it. She looked up at the alien, her eyes watering as she did her best to keep her composure.
“Sorry about that. I think I can manage complete sentences now. Don’t blame yourself for not getting here on time. There’s no way you could have known this would happen, so it isn’t your fault. Although if you really want to make it up to me, could you stay here until the emergency services arrive? I don’t want to be here alone, but I couldn’t possibly ask you to help me with….”
Demalia’s lips trembled, her arms shaking as she tucked her legs in closer to her body. It didn’t look like her composure was going to last for long.
“Besides, the funeral arrangements need to be made. I don’t know if they wanted to be buried or cremated. That’s up to my aunt. It needs to be a proper burial no matter what. Mom and dad need to put to….. oh god…..”
Demalia folded her arms and buried her head in them, sobbing uncontrollably. her gun fell down next to her, clattering against the dirt. Demalia stayed there like that, sobbing her heart out at the fate of the two most important people in her life.
This girl’s tears, maybe they would have made any normal being wish to give her care, to apologize for the actions that have taken place in the past. However, she was not like any of those normal people. Her care was only into her own race, into her own matters. Her care however, did require her to show some fake display of empathy for the child. Nothing truly caring for the child, but simply something to show some kind of remorse for her. Something to show her a false sense of comfort, a false sense of care that was. “Feel free to take your time, I will gladly answer any questions you need answered once you have caught your breath.” She would say rather softly, trying her hardest to provide a caring tone to her voice. She wasn’t used to show such care to another person. It was unnatural for her culture to do so between each other. It was the best reason she could think of for why she couldn’t show it perfectly.
As she watched her tap some buttons on her scouter, she watched the triple beep as she continued to speak further. From what she could gather, the triple beep was a sign for trouble, something to call law enforcement for. A simple and yet helpful mechanism that surely could give anyone a hand if they truly needed such. Not bad, not bad at all. The tuffle race continued to surprise her, one experiment after another. Of course they never hope to compete to her own race’s technology, but they were at least the closest compared to the other races located throughout the galaxy. “Don’t worry, I don’t plan to leave your side, I’ve seen this many time before sadly, families separated by cruel raiders who lack mercy in their hearts.” She would explain softly as she would kneel down, coming closer to the girl’s height.
As the girl would break down, Taion would attempt to wrap her in a hug. “Shh...shh..everything will be alright.” Taion would say as she would push her back slight, so she could get a good look at her face. “Listen to me, your parent are never gone, they will always be here with you, watching over you, protecting you. They saw something in you they must have been proud of right? Then follow that dream to an end, change the world even if you have to. Don’t let their memories go down in vien. I’m sure they would be proud of you still now even, your a survivor. You managed to take down two raiders technically, for a tuffle like yourself that is really really impressive! I see impressive things coming from you one day, I’m sure your parents could see that as well. Just always remember, while they may not be here physically, they are always here with your, right here.” Taion would say right as she would raise a finger to point at the girl’s heart.
Demalia was glad that the stranger had decided to stay with her. She had even decided to embrace her. She really needed all kind of support right now. She wasn’t in any kind of condition to ask any questions to this alien right now. It would have to be done later. It’s why she asked for a more direct method of contact, although that didn’t seem like it was going to happen.
Then the strange alien did her best to try and cheer her up. In response Demalia wrapped her arms around her, embracing her for comfort. At least she had someone who sympathized with her situation. When the alien was done talking, Demalia pulled back, wiping her eyes with her sleeve before mustering up a response.
“In any other circumstances, I would have been ecstatic to get compliments like this from you. But you’re right: my parents will always be with me in spirit. They both worked their hardest to make this world and others peaceful places to live on. I will carry on that dream. If raiders doing this to others is as common as an occurrence as you say it is, then that dream is still far off. I swear that within my lifetime, that the universe will become a safe place to live in. No one will have to live in fear of their life ending prematurely like this!”
Behind The tears and anguish, a fire began to burn behind her eyes. There were moments in one's life that redefined who someone was, and set them on a course that would determine what they would do with their life afterwards. This pivotal moment was the one that made Demalia decide what she wanted to. Up until now her future was cloudy and uncertain. But now she could see the path clearly illuminated. And at the end of the path she could see a beautiful paradise. Demalia would do whatever it took to bring that world into reality.
A emergency glider flew into view, and touched down. The two doctors that first came out immediately sprung to action. one raised what appeared to be a scanned and pointed it at Demalia and what remained of her parents, immediately calling for the other to contact law enforcement. The other doctor nodded, going back inside to do that, while the one with the scanner looked at Taion suspiciously. Demalia saw this though and managed to diffuse the situation.
“It’s okay, she helped me. I might not be here if it weren’t for her.”
The paramedic nodded, then turned his head and peaked back into the vehicle.
“The scanner says the girl hasn’t suffered significant physical injuries. God knows what effect this will have on her psyche though. I’ve haven’t seen anything this bad in a long time. Leaf, get a blanket out! We can at least make her comfortable on the way back.”
The other doctor moved forward, helping Demalia to her feet and leading her to the emergency vehicle. Other craft could be seen heading this way rapidly. No doubt they were the law enforcement that were called. They put a blanket on her, and told her that the police would have some questions for her, since she was in no immediate danger right now. Demalia nodded, peering out at Taion from the inside of the vehicle, and called out to her loud enough to hear her over the hum of the engines.
“Thank you for everything you’ve done today! Someday when everything is settled, I’ll come and find you! There are still things I need to know!”
Demalia then turned her head and looked down, sitting down and drawing her knees to her chest again. It looked as though she was in good hands now. Today had been horrible beyond all measure for her, but she managed to escape with her life at least. As long as she still had that, there were still things that she could do.
“That is a good dream to have, keep it to heart and one day it will come true.” Taion would say softly as her own thoughts finished the sentence without fear of conviction. ‘At least until I crush them myself. All of this will belong to my people one, all of you just watch and see.’ Her thoughts would go off without a single hitch as she kept her focus on the task ahead, so much to do and so much to practice for. So much to learn and so much to manipulate. With the trust of the tuffle people behind her, and those of other planets. She didn’t doubt that. Not even in the very slightest. Everything rolled down to other perfection, if she could just keep it going that way, everything would progress delightfully. Everything had to progress now, she was too deep in. Far too much so of her to back out now..or was it? No those were traitorous thoughts. She owed her people that respect.
As she watched the medical unit begin to take Demalia away, she felt he own que for leaving coming to a close. She would need to leave shortly, even though the girl had told them she hadn’t done it, her race always seemed to be the one who would get the blame pushed off on. While the real murderer would be out there causing even more havoc. A disgrace of the system but one day she would fix that. She would make sure that was fixed as an entirety. Many could possibly suffer on her path for her people. As long as her own subjects were happy though that would simply be fine. Race took priority when it came to other species. After all the old saying of, it either them or us. She just happened to choose us as in her own family, her own species. Everything always was a ticking time bomb normally anyway after all. What were to happen if one were to seemingly trigger it however? Plans to be made later.
As Demalia would speak her thanks towards her, Taion would only nod. Once the officer had turned around to find the frost demon however, she was gone. Vanished without a trace, possibly from flight. Wherever she was, she was too far gone now. She had plans to do and a new ship to test out, hopefully everything would go alright with it. That was the main key thing. If that ship was working to maximum efficiency, then she could easily transport her own elites everywhere she needed them. This star cruiser was supposed to be one of the best of the best the planet could offer. It would need improvements back on home world obviously, but she wasn’t a slacker when it came to her ships. She would make sure that it was finished properly to proportions back there on home world. All the while the smirk on her face growing for the future to come. Everything was raveling perfectly in ways she never seen coming. All under a shroud she had created, ready for her to rip off and expose them to the sunlight of her brilliance.
