Wataya has long blonde hair, with darker undertones of just a deeper shade of blonde. Her eyes are a deep red, and she wears an assasin-type hood with her main articles of clothing following that same design. Her boots are made of a comfortable material that is brown in coloration, her blue garments made of silk reinforced with soft yet powerful fabric cleverly weaved to make it water resistant and strong, her mask is made of the same mix of materials. She has healed cuts on her legs hidden by her boots, with her main scar being a healed burn would on her cheek hidden by the mask.
Backstory:
Wataya was born to a Water Elemi mother and Earth Elemi father, on the Elemi Homeworld of Universe 6. Her first name before she obtained her element was Mataea, however it was changed to Wataya once she was blessed with the Water Element. She was born with her calm disposition, often breaking up fights between other children of her race. She is wary of meeting other people but if she has to fight she will. If there is a problem she can solve, she will find a way to solve it in the least violent way possible unless violence is the answer.
Other kids thought she was strange, for a warrior race she preferred not fighting to fighting. Some of the other Elemi children often ridiculed her for her non-aggressive nature, but other children enjoyed talking to her and understood her plight. One of the older kids took matters into his own hands one day, and hoped to awaken Wataya's will to fight. It partially did what he had hoped, but made a burn scar from his fire attack he'd aimed at her face; which made her retaliate for the first time in her life and sealed her name as the calm girl that should not be angered, for her retaliation was ugly and had almost killed the other child.

Wataya was fast asleep in her temporary shelter on Planet Sadal, as the sun rose over the land shining brightly into her shelter and partially into her eyes. The sunlight bothered the Elemi, who sat up after a moment of struggling to fully awaken thanks to the golden dawn light. Yawning and stretching her arms up over her head, she fastened her boots and hood before slowly walking forwards out of the shelter into the fuller sunbeams. Adjusting the two blades on her back she'd picked up on the Sadala market, she went to town to get some grub and continue her day after eating something. Paying with Zenni she'd find on the ground on a day to day basis that she hoarded in her shelter, she'd head out into the early morning sun and towards her job as a fight monitor for Saiyans getting trained to defend themselves.
