Were they all going on vacation or something?
There was so much moving around, but they didn't really have to carry too many bags. Just capsules. She could remember the first time they had went on vacation, it had been to uncle and aunt Hikari's summer house. The place had seemed so big, but now that she was older, and was somewhere like here, it didn't seem like that house must have been that big. Though she still liked it. She had done so much while staying there, and there was a lot of fun.
Yui had to have been nice to her too, and they had to take turns doing things equally. Even though she didn't really say so, she knew her cousin had also liked their time together. And then when they had got back to school, Emi and the others were able to hear about all of the things they were able to do.
The barbecues and the camping were her favorite. So many good burgers. Barbecue pork. Oh! And teriyaki flavored soba noodles. She had been very careful not to get anything on her shirt too. Since it was all white, it would have showed too easily. Remembering to have a napkin near her had really helped!
Her eyes had suddenly widened at an idea. Maybe today wasn't a weekend and that's why everyone here was rushing around? They had to go to their jobs and work, which meant she was supposed to stay home. She had only been peeking a little bit from the corner, watching all of them move, but after blinking, found herself lifted up and moving around. At first she had been surprised, but it turned into laughter and smiling as she had hugged who grabbed her.
"Gotcha!"
Ayumi~ Future her and Future Yui had both told her they would become friends when she was older. And they were also supposed to both be Vampires. It was so cool to hear, and it meant that she'd be able to drink blood. It tasted pretty gross now to her, but she knew now that things were going to get better.
The girl had continued to hold her, while she looked around to see where they were. Everyone that she had saw rushing around, even Future Yui, were in the living room. Though there were some new faces she didn't recognize, her eyes widening again, as she had also waved. That red-haired boy there must have been the future version of that boy who had a family shrine. They looked a lot alike, but future him had looked so much happier. Which made her happy too.
There was also another girl that was like Saeko, that she hadn't seen before. It didn't look like future her was around though. And ah, one of the other Vampires were missing too. They were all talking about something serious, looking at them, but what was going on that she needed to be carried like this?
"Is everything going to be okay?"
She had tapped on the arm of the girl carrying her, catching her attention, though she could also hear some of the others had stopped talking too. Was there something wrong with what she had said? Ayumi was smiling though, and shook her head yes, so that couldn't have been it. It must have just been future stuff she wasn't supposed to hear yet. Maybe when she was older, she'd get to know what they were talking about. She was fine with waiting and guessing though.
"Of course things are going to be fine. I told your future self I was going to take care of you, didn't I?"
Future Yui had moved past the others, and came over, crossing her arms. Her cousin still seemed like the same as an adult, but she thought that her future self had got along better with her. That was why they were able to live together right? Mom and dad, or uncle and aunt Hikari, didn't seem to mind.
"Uh huh. I trust all of you."
She nodded her head though, and for just a moment, Future Yui had looked a bit sad. But then she smiled again like she always did, looking like she knew more than her. Future Yui must have gotten really smart. She was going to be happy to see it all happen, when they had gotten older.
"Then don't worry about it. Just close your eyes until we're there, okay? No matter what."
Again, she had nodded, everything around her going dark, as she had leaned her head closer to Ayumi. She could still hear them talking as quietly as the always did, but couldn't make out any of the words they were saying. They were so good at keeping secrets from. She had really wanted to know what was going on, and it made part of her not want to wait until she had gotten older. But laying here, she thought back to how worried these future people could get.
Maybe it would be better if she did stay a kid for awhile.

(Meant to occur days before the Dawn Saga. Sayako (Majin) and Android RYU just got back from Bris along with Namek respectively, being one of the new faces that Rukiki had never seen before. This and the Dawn Saga will split up the departure to Bris.)
