There was a gust of wind which swept the entire look out for a brief moment. Several seconds later appeared one short light purple- skinned little boy. Standing at "5, 9" his eyes are black, and he dress in his posh kai fit. Despite his child like appearance he have durable body for his size if you pay close attention. The individual have silky white hair dress in the style of mohawk ,and his pointy ears give him a elf like appearance.
The individual stood with his arm cross as he look around the area carefully as of now. He was at his peek last time he went to a planet he wasn't welcome, and he didn't want to repeat that again. Letting out a sigh he tap into his sense trying to feel what was near him. He felt something , and it wasn't far from his position . Taking note he guess he waited for entity to approach him.
Should he had have to hide his appearance no he shouldn't have. Because he was at a area where mortal shouldn't know of or come without the expression permission of the leader of the look out, and Luceal knew whom he was. As of now the Kai had wanted to meet the leader of the look out in person, and maybe talk to him.
But you can't always get what you want in life. So to prevent any more surprise he enter into the mind of being closest to him,and said,"Reveal yourself for I am Luceal."

"I must give thanks to the souls of the dead. Another day in which I can clearly behold this world."
It was strange hearing a voice, He'd been alone for his short visit thus far upon this strange mystic place. He almost thought he was hearing things as he pulled his attention from the book as he sat in one of the more common rooms. His body a little tired from training earlier as he'd been trying to train his energy for better flight for when he'd finally get down from this place in coming days. Most of his answer sadly still not answered but at least the calm time had allowed him some nice rest as he chose to study with his other free time when he wasn't training up here. He would remain seated inside for a brief moment though allowing what he'd heard to sink in before rising from his seat. Leaving his belongings in the corner of the room but grabbing his sheathed gladius for now and sliding it into his belt. He'd make his way to the door calmly at first making him self known rather directly as he walked out of the doorway.
His hand resting lightly on the hilt of his blade in a relaxed manner but still on guard as he could feel this beings energy within the air. The being he saw was a strange one as crimson eyes looked over them for a brief moment. He'd not seen someone like this before and couldn't help but wonder in his short travels and studies if this was one of those. Konats he'd heard of or perhaps one of the Brenchians. He figured all things or questions such as these would become apparent in all due time though should it be needed to discover. His sandals would make light clacks along the white tiles as he stepped into the sunlight revealing himself as he'd so been asked.
A small claw tipped finger lightly scratching at his chin curious at this new arrival. Pleased to have some company but a little unsure how to take such a greeting if one could even call it that. "I'm afraid if you come looking for the keepers of this place I haven't seen them. I haven't been here long but a night or two. Luceal? You said it was? You talk as if that name should mean something. Who are you exactly if I may ask?" He'd say calmly and collected which likely to most people would come as a surprise once they'd caught first glimpse of him. He'd bow just lightly after this and give a humble greeting of his own. "I'm Saibacus, A wanderer at present. A pleasure to meet you." lifting from his bow once his greeting had been completed. Crimson eyes fixating back upon the figure. A little on edge still until he could get a better reading on this pointy eared stranger.
Harmon had been living on the Lookout for nearly two years. After his meeting with the new Guru of Namek - Harmon journeyed to the Planet Earth to be away from the Saiyan Alliance (as he did not agree to the Namekian’s decision to house their kind). Harmon was not a fan of this new liberal way of thinking, and as such had decided to become a Guardian of another world. That was how he found his way to the New Planet Earth, deciding to stay up in the Heavenly Realm that was the Lookout. He watched these Earthlings with interest, wondering just what kind of people they were. He had seen all kinds of things (some more grotesque than others). He had spectated mankind’s worst, but also their best. The horrid crimes in the cities, the noble heroes fighting off this evil. He had seen births, just as he had seen many deaths.
The Lookout was his. At least until he offered it to a suitable person of Earthly origin. He was no ruler, more of a priest. He was a spiritual guide of the Dragon God Zalama’s will. In his deep meditation and focus it seemed that he had missed an intruder living off the Lookout’s shelves. And beyond that - it would appear that a Supreme Kai had visited this Sacred Place.
Harmon stepped into the light, his very tall and built body towering over the tiny beings who stepped foot onto his lookout. He gazed upon the tiny green man first, his deep voice resonating with harsh, stern tones. “You. Saibacus, you said? What is your purpose in being here?… This is Holy Ground you’re stepping on…,” he would say, as more of the light would shine on him. He carried a rather long, firm staff of some kind (like something out of a fantasy novel). He wasn’t wearing his usual cloak, for he was unrestrained whilst on the lookout. Instead he simply wore his Namekian garb proudly, its dark blue open cut revealing much of his firm chest.
He was a Dragon Clan Namekian, but he was no weakling.
“I would advise a less aggressive approach in the future, Supreme Kai. You hardly wanna come across as a hostile on this planet…,” he would say coolly, albeit his face was very serious. His gaze upon the Supreme Kai was not unfriendly, but it was not welcoming either.

[Power Enhanced Namekian - PL is 871,650] Note: There’s been a miscommunication here, as Harmon has been living on the Lookout for two years as the Temporary Guardian until a suitable Kami arrives. That is how the Earth Dragon Balls were able to be re-awakened for the timeskip awards. No one told me about this supposed plot between Galen and Saibacus, but Galen is not actually revived yet. And even if he was revived, he hasn’t claimed Kami yet. He has no jurisdiction as of present as far as the Lookout goes.

She had just finished the last of the cleaning for her home. Such a tide of waves today that passed the shoreline. This was what she considered peace. She was finally home, she had found her friends, she wasn’t even alone even. She was strong enough now as well, she was confident she could keep her friends and people safe now. There was no chance she was going to be a simple fly the next time someone tried something. There was the one time so long ago, but that was the last time. She wasn’t going to run like that again. There wasn’t a chance in the world for that to happen again. This was her home, her world, her people. That alone made them more valuable to her then even the brightest star in this universe. What was to compare to that?
As she kept staring out towards these waves, a sharp screech ran through her sense as an immensely strong ki just…appeared! As she looked Northward from her home. She couldn’t help but be met with confusion as she sensed such a strong power. That intrusion of such strength so suddenly. Her curiosity was peaking as she smirked a bit. Someone so strong, she would love to see how strong they really were.
As Isabella looked back to the rest of her house, and then back northward. She smirked, there would be time for cleaning later, maybe she could con Beat into helping as well. Offer him a nice earth cooked dinner in return even? That sounded like a pretty fair bargain if she had to say so herself. She could already imagine the very dish in mind, a nice oven roasted duck with green beans mixed with bacon on the side. He would love it.
Her departure from her home was brief but short, she kept her power suppressed to a fairly respectable amount, however still vastly strong than the majority of the populous. It would be a shame to attract attention to herself as well, like these vast majority of ki sources coming from the north. It would take her a little bit to actually arrive to the destination of course, but any from the lookout would easily be able to sense her approaching from the distance. After all, the ki wasn’t small, but it wasn’t the largest either. Below that of the kai’s and yet above that of the saibaman.

The shuffling of foot steps could be heard, and another entity could be felted. The Supreme Kai had grunted as he felt another approaching entity heading his way. Once again he had attract more unwanted attention to his location. As he focus his mind on that his trained of through was interrupted by Namekian whom he seem heading his way. Then another that was near him was Saibacus both of them was just 5 meters away from him.
He was surprise to find that the Saibacus shown respect but not the Namekian sighing as he turn to address Namekian. He said,"Greeting, I am afraid that no matter the place you aren't safe. As I was greeted by demonic powers not to long ago on my visit on a planet. It is the reason why I am here today. I have been notice a lot of demonic influence on earth, and I have come to see what is going on."
Returning his attention to the Saibacus whom had no reason to be here, and he had remember seeing this race as savages similar to saiyans he had grunted then said,"Greeting, to you Saibacus as I wasn't aware of your race being intelligent life from to this level. It even more interesting to see you at this holy ground. In fact it very disrespectful."
Luceal had wanted his words to sink in for the Saibacus while he return his attention back to the keeper as he said,"It seems like someone else is coming maybe I should change my attire or hide my powers. What do you think?"

"I must give thanks to the souls of the dead. Another day in which I can clearly behold this world."
It caught him off guard as the Lookout produced the large Namkeian from its depths. Had such a power went hidden from him these last few days. He was taken back briefly with mouth hanging open lightly ajar. Lost for words just briefly as it was but another simple reminder that he still had allot to learn. He was still only a traveler, A traveler with dreams but not much more then that at present state. He turned giving a light bow that continued into a light kneel. When he spoke however it was in the tongue of the Namekian people ever so briefly. "(I came here on my journey after hearing stories of heroes that may have resided here. A warrior Galen has been praised by the tribe bellow as a man of gallant heroism. I had hoped to meet such a man or other like him. I wish to grow more powerful and learn where I can.)" He'd end clearing his throat as if getting the dialect just right was a bit difficult on the throat for him.
He'd rise shortly after adjusting the blade sheathed on his hip turning his attention towards the one acknowledged as a Kai? That word had risen a time or two on the pages of the books Saibacus had been in study toward. Although he found such a idea to be hard to believe. Even if he didn't voice this disbelief it was rather strong even if held within himself. The pointy eared man spoke of demon presence though and danger looming. But Saibacus didn't react much to it only sighed lightly kept his thoughts to himself. There was always darkness looming and danger. No place was truly safe in this world when such dark souls roamed the stars freely.
He snorted thought at the grunt and words that followed. His sword hand twitching just lightly but not much beyond that. His face still holding a calm relaxed expression but his crimson eyes carrying a serious presence as he stared upon this rather 'proud' being. "I cannot blame you for your ignorance of my people's way's or what we're capable of. Most would not give us a chance to learn such things so your 'limited' knowledge of us is not surprising." Eyes narrowing just lightly. "I had no intention of upsetting the keepers of this place. But please don't attempt to speak to me about disrespect when you start with comments about my peoples intelligence." His eyes briefly turned back to the large Namekian. He wasn't sure if he should have felt disappoint or not by this turn of events. Was this pointy eared man also one of the heroes he'd heard of? Was this worlds heroes no different then the judgmental kind of other worlds he'd ventured. The comments of his people vexing him lightly. "During my time here I hope you don't mind. But I did a bit of cleaning in between my training and study. Tending to the plants that needed it as well. They should be to their full beauty in coming days with enough care." He'd say calmly explaining some of his more helpful actions in passed days to the man that held a powerful presence for this place. In the back of his mind though given what the other one spoke of he felt out with his energy and could also feel with some focus the being they spoke of drawing near.

PL: Suppressed to 2000, hidden as human Kai Talisman usage left: 1/3
Thousands of ledgers she has read through, countless of it she skimmed. Day and night she tried to look for this Mira person, and there was no lead the slightest. Had the soul ledger could somehow connect the dots between each individual, she wouldn't be in this kind of pinch to begin with. In the end, Chione was about to update Tomina on the status of her search. In total, she have browsed about twenty years worth of history, but it's still not enough. She tried to narrow the check result down to 'Saiyan', 'Demon' and 'Human' on species field, but it was a baseless assumption to decide that Mira is actually a human, demon or saiyan. He could have been a fallen Kai for all she know. In the end, she dismissed it. Even so... she really don't want to be holed up all day in her office. The Kaioshin of the south decided it's time for her to take a bit break. Yes, the threat are important, but in the end, this is a herculean task for her, no matter Kaioshin or not.
"...I kind of want to know how this Earth that she wished back anyway... Well, then... Kaikai."
Chione decided to disguise herself as a human. Her blue skin turned into healthy tan one, and her ears shifted to rounder one. Had no one noticed, they might think she's just a mere belle tourist who came from the southern area. However... that's when her little break time stopped.
North... Well, this is his quadrant, but even so...
She doesn't trust that everything would go smoothly. She have heard what happened, and yes, she's stepping someone's toe here, but what does she care now? She wanted to know how the North does his job. She also need someone to locate this Mira person. Quickly she would cast her Kaikai again and appeared near the lookout. Slowly, the Southern Kaioshin takes away her disguise. For now, she'll just hear what he have to say. However, the moment she heard demon... She can no longer hold her curiosity. With a tap, she landed on the lookout.
"Pardon me for my meddling, Guardian of Earth. My name is Chione, Chione of the South. I happened to come to this planet in wish to confirm it with my own eyes what sort of planet my acquaintance wished upon Super Dragon Ball to restore." Chione proceeded to respectfully bow to the guardian of the Earth. Does it looked like a blasphemy? Not that Chione care. In her mind, she's still green, far greener than this man in front of her. She felt nostalgic out of sudden. The man reminded him of a dear teacher that's no longer in this world. She hoped that he would find peace in the end. "...my brethren seem to speak of an event I'd like to hear myself. As far as I know, the invasion of the Earth two years ago should be ended with the planet exploded. There shouldn't even been any demonic influence in this place...
...North, what event is this that you spoke of? Do you even understand what you're implying? You're implying that somehow Makai preemptively started a plan to brew problem or somehow pulling strings on Earth. Even if Nakiya Devla were to be released from her seal, this sort of action is way too brash. I would let this pass considering you're talking to guardian of earth, but should you release that information to the public without concrete proof then you'll be only releasing massive hysteria if not making an utter fool of our kind. Unless you provide a proof, I'll call it a drivel and serious need of retraining. Also, if you're a Kai. especially the North, you should know that this place is a holy ground. The Saibaman is not the one that's being disrespectful, You are. Doubly so when you know what place is this and the Saibaman doesn't know in that detail."
Admittedly, she have no idea what she felt about Saibamen, but in the end, she feel whatever left to live should have the rights to live. Part of her also amused with how smart this one talked to the North. "Well met, Saibaman whose name I have yet known," Chione addressed the Saibaman.
Harmon sensed others slowly approaching their location. He sighed audibly, his shoulders dropping. How annoying. Still - he supposed this was as good a time as any to start evaluating the residents of this planet in person. Everyone who approached was fairly strong, enough so that they were of note and deserved his attention. He briefly closed his mind, allowing himself to spot and identify the mortal heading toward them. A Majin from the looks of it, that could be interesting. He was surprised to see a face he didn’t recognize. He had taken so much time and care to get to know all the faces on this planet in the last two years.
Nonetheless he focused on the conversation in front of him. This Kaioshin was a bit… off from what his eyes could tell. He was nothing like the one he had met nearly forty years ago (back when he was still a very young Namekian). Harmon raised an eyebrow however at the Kaioshin when he spoke of Demonic influences. Harmon was clearly dealing with an incompetent Kai. Perhaps a freshly born one. “I can’t guess what happened to you on this random planet you speak of, but I can assure you that the New Planet Earth is secure. There are no Demons here, as I was once a prisoner of the Demon Realm and would know their energies quite well. I have analyzed and watched nearly every citizen of this planet for two years as the Temporary Guardian of this Sacred Lookout.
So watch your accusations and the way you tread, Kaioshin. You will do more harm than good by acting in such a manner as this,” he would say critically and harshly, not at all amused with the Kai thus far. He turned his head over to the strange creature who had apparently staying here without his notice. He listened to the creature speak a strange but still recognizable sect of Namekian. His eyes widened in typical anime style, his mouth opened though no words came out, and he began to walk slowly over to the Saibamen. He had only been on Namek briefly after his return, and prior to that had been so many years of Hell. He had spent so long away from home, away from his people and everything associated with it.
Hearing someone speak to him in his native tongue moved him, and it showed that this creature possessed some fair intelligence. He listened to his story. After thinking it over, Harmon think he understood the situation, and accepted it. “Very well. You impress me creature: not many know my native tongue. What is your name?” he would ask, before the Supreme Kai would once again prove rude, and interrupt the Temporary Guardian by barking orders and wild tones.
“I decide what is disrespectful, Kaioshin. Not you. I respect the role you play in this Universe, but I will not tolerate your presence here if you only cause trouble. I will peacefully remove you if this continues,” he would say firmly. Harmon did not enjoy violence, in fact he actively avoided it. At the very worst he would restrain the Kaioshin and force him to leave should things escalate.
As far as the presence comes. “Do as you please. I do not sense evil from this approaching Ki, and the time will soon come for a Guardian of this Planet to be decided. My role is less suited for this task, rather than assisting and guiding the true Guardian. I know very little about this planet, other than that which I’ve learned in the past few years.
As such I will allow them to enter the Lookout, and judge them for myself. If you wish to leave, or you wish to disguise yourself, that is your call..,” he would say. He didn’t care what the Kaioshin did, only that he behave himself while on this Sacred Space.
Then apparently another Kaioshin made themselves known by appearing on the Lookout. Quite a day this was turning out to be. “Greetings, Kaioshin,” Harmon would say with a bow. He didn’t even need her introduction to tell. Her energy spoke enough. Apparently the second Kaioshin, the young and petite girl, began to scold her Northern Counterpart for his claims.
“If such a claim were possible, I’d have discovered it in my time here.” was all he had to say on the conversation between the two.
"Hellooooo" Came a young female voice as Lucky called out to the group gathered above. She was climbing over the edge of the lookout, having climbed her way all the way up the tower instead of flying up. The last time she was here she wasn't able to fly yet and so that's that she had done and felt that it was the proper way to get up here. Flying might seem rude, and so she made sure not to do that to give the Earthlings and the Guardian a bad impression.
As the fluffy patrolwoman finally made her way onto the flat surface of the lookout, she dusted off her uniform, revealing the logo of the Galactic Patrol on her chest. She gave those gathered a goofy smile, regardless of the serious tone that was being passed between everyone. she made a quick analysis of who was gathered there, catching words like Kaioshin and Guardian from the Green Namekian and easily putting two and two together. The two Kaioshin here looked exactly as Komatsu had described, and the Namekian was... well the Namekian! they tended to take up more spiritual roles and so she immediately assumed he was the guardian of this planet. She wasn't sure about all the others, never having seen a Saibaman before.
"I'm sorry to interrupt, I forgot to sense if anyone else was up here!... then again, I can't really sense you two very well, probably because you are Kai's right? The Overseer told us about your kind. It's really a pleasure to meet you! My name is Patrolman Red! Do you mind me asking why the two of you are on Earth? Or in the Living Realm at all? Has someone broken the 2 year peace treaty already?" She asked kindly, tilting her head slightly to the side, her long red locks falling over her shoulder. Her fox like ears would twitch her her tail flicked behind her like an excited puppy.
The Earthling Saiyan had shortly come back in this world and yet, it felt like he had never felt almost if it weren’t that plenty of things had changed— starting from his former inhabitation that had definitely shortened in population. It looked like his old Master had passed away, while Kabocha went off to live her own adventures. That was quite a lot for him to begin with, but the man in orange was definitely satisfied with how his daughter had turned out.
Hopefully, she would have lived a much better life than Corn did in his younger days! For his master, though, well, who knew! The two would have time to catch up later on after the Saiyan was to pass away for good. But for the moment, what was left? Nothing much, but a new life and quite the exciting one! He already had the pleasure to meet with Sai, but now, throughout this day, out of the blue, the man had managed to catch plentiful of ki signatures and all of them were gathered in one place: the Timeless Lookout.
A slightly distort but faintly recognizable figure was visible over the reflection of the clean waters nearby the Kame House, as the man had taken off in direction of Korin’s Holy Grounds. He didn’t exactly feel anything huge or anything on the planet, yet, there were so many people in one place at once— and for it to be the Lookout itself… it was quite a coincidence. So he definitely got curious the moment he felt all those signatures and there, he flew off at high speeds as strong and violent winds brushed past him until he finally passed through the clouds and directed himself towards the building in the sky.
Before long, the Saiyan finally made it there and floated just a few meters off the floor before he allowed himself to drop onto the bright surface of the building and as his form collected and straightened itself, the man lifted up a hand in greeting.
“Hey there! Man, there’s a lot of you guys around here!”
It was soon that the man’s boots planted solidly on the white tiles of the Lookout. So bright, so pure— there had to be a reason for this was in Korin’s Holy Grounds, after all, right? But, no matter what, it was still somewhat of a contrast when it came to pureness and a brawler; yet Corn held no malice in his fighting and rather looked as peaceful as a regular Earthling monk.
Except for the fact he wasn’t exactly bald after all.
The Earthling Saiyan took a few steps forth as he approached the scene; whether or not they had already addressed him or not, the guy was usually straightforward and pretty friendly in his manners. If one knew him, then they knew it would have been likely for him to be the guy throwing himself in the conversation but he didn’t quite catch the sense of the gathering!
And oh boy, if it was quite the roster! Honestly, this was some real talk: he had never seen such a large and different amount of people at the same time on the Lookout. All the times he had come up here it was either Earthlings or Saiyans— or both, especially that. Not that he minded, but, it was nice to see some diversity for once.
Not that he could exactly tell, but there were two people that definitely made apart from the rest: they reminded him a little of King Kai, for one reason or the other, but he didn’t quite put any finger on it, but they were probably not just your typical alien. When it came to the rest, though, he saw some pretty cool people too! Like, hell, there was one big Namekian!
Cornatto was a big fan of Namekians— he liked their people and everything, for he had been exposed to their race since he was a child; hell, one of his first friends was a Namekian. Not to mention that they were also pretty strong. He did also have a big aura— could he be the next Guardian of Earth?
The man in training clothes had left himself in the dark when it came to such news. So he didn’t exactly know much about the current events and everything. But, if anything, the figure that now stepped on the Lookout had the chance to meet a dozen new faces and everything!
There was also a Saibaman; he did recognize those! Not that he ever really got to talk with one, but he did remember them from the old Saiyan days. Both the green guys wore quite a defined attire; at least from how Corn saw it, it was almost like he could see through them a bit and take a guess at who they were— hopefully, at least, his guesses would turn out to be correct!
“So, what’s going on, people? It’s been so long since I have seen so many people on here! Did anything happen?”
His question was soon followed by a moment of realization as he furrowed just one brow and looked around the crowd.
“Nothing bad happened, right?”
The Earthling Saiyan, though, also managed to look at another character; a red-headed… squirrel? He couldn’t tell, but they were one of those animal people! They were a common population both on Earth and out there in the galaxy, but, what actually interested him was the symbol of the Galactic Patrol— one that brought back way too many memories of his days in that, but which, they were probably better off left in the dust. At least for that time.
But hey, there was actually a cool bunch around here! He just wondered what it was going on; could it be just a bunch of wanderers or had something larger just taken place? Earth was no stranger to trouble, after all.

She was getting ever closer to the location she was sensing all of these ki signatures, and with that there was a sense of excitement. So many strong powers, she hoped all of them were good fighters. The thought that she might be able to try out new techniques excited her, and at the same time. It made her giggly a bit on the inside. A remnant portion of her evil half that rested inside of her. That was the cost of absorption for her people after all. When they absorbed they gained a piece of the personality of who they absorbed. In her case, she gained her evil half’s lust for sweet, their drive to get stronger. Their excitement to fight strong people. This many ki signatures, all of them pretty decently strong. It got her blood boiling hot. She hadn’t felt this kind of excitement since…well…the last fight with Beat. Their team had tried so hard against him, even showed some new tricks to him.
Those thoughts were interrupted as she felt a familiar ki appear on the lookout. It was the galactic patrol child. She remembered they hung out with Beat a lot, at least it meant that those here were most likely friendly. That was a good sign at the very least. Though it was a shame that she wasn’t going to be able to fight anyone more than likely. That left her a little disappointed, her fighting blood had got her all hyped up only to drop so suddenly. Still what a shame it must be. At least maybe she could make some new friends, there was that one thing to look forward to at least. All these energies, and yet, they felt kind of nice. Needless to say, she was going to be finding out rather quickly how friendly or not they could be. The giant structure unfolded after all before her very eyes. A multitude of forms standing in the middle of this lookout of sorts.
“Woah…. how long has this been here?”, she would begin to question out loud as the seven-foot pure majin would land on the platform, remotely close to the people that stood on it. She would miss the majority of their conversations, only having caught the very end bits. She would look a little embarrassed as she would raise her hand up in a hello fashion of sorts. “Hi there, name is Isabella Claire, hope I didn’t miss too much of a party going on here!”, she would say in a joyful tone as she looked at Chione and Luceal with her dark sclera, the red irises staring them down as she held a smile on her face. “Wow, you two are looking so nice in those clothes, where did you guys get them? They look amazing.”, she would admit in awe at the two figures, while one felt stronger than the other, she couldn’t deny their clothing style was neat, cool even. However, there was this strange feeling she felt inside from her absorbed evil half, something familiar about these two, the male in particular that she couldn’t shake.
She would turn her head to the man in orange and reach her hand out to meet them. “Hi there, nice to meet you. That gi, it looks familiar, but I can’t remember where I’ve seen it before?”

Life had become a series of routines for Shiori. Drills, training, tuning, patrolling. Life was just a bunch of constants for the modified Shiori. She did it all without complaint: she had barely hesitated when she was selected to receive modifications needed to protect the Earth. Mundane routines eating away at her time was a small sacrifice by comparison.
Which was why Shiori was flying through the air in the Western Lands, recording various ki signatures she happened to come across. Nothing out of the ordinary so far. Shiori patrolled different areas depending on the day. She had the routes connected to memory at this point.
Suddenly she stopped when her scanners picked up a bunch of energy readings. She stopped, looking around to locate the source of the powers. To her surprise, they were far off in the distance at an unusually high elevation. Were they all just floating in the air? Shiori zoomed towards the energy sources, her propulsion systems kicking into full gear.
A structure in the distance loomed closer and closer. It was the strange tower located in these lands. It was an impressive work of architecture. The energy readings came from far above it though. She flew up the side of the tower until she eventually saw… {“What is this platform? It doesn't appear to be held up by any propulsion system. What is the purpose of that structure? A closer look is required.”}
Shiori went above the platform, making sure to be far wrought from the powers there so she wouldn't be noticed.. She floated in the air, zooming in with her advance sensing equipped to her vision. She was an android, so she knew that they wouldn't be able to sense her without some type of equipment. Shiori locked in, studying all the beings assembled there.
There was a purple being with spiky white hair, who seemed to be the center of attention. From what she could hear he was talking about some type of demonic influence on Earth. Which perplexed Shiori.
{“Demons haven't been influencing key figures of government, or anyone for that matter. I don't know what this this individual is referring to. Perhaps he will elaborate of I observe some more.”}
There was a green skinned alien that Shiori recognized from the World Martial Arts tournament. Harmon had lost in the first round. Another green skinned alien was there too. This one was a strange, short individual. Then to her surprise, another person appeared.
Seemingly out of thin air, another being appeared. This female was dressed similarly to the purple skinned individual. This one had blue hair and looked as exotic as the other one did. Were they the same type of being? Then someone who appearrd to be a human arrived. But humans typically didn't have that strong of a power level. She had a hunch on what he was, but she would have to go and confirm it.
The next person to arrive was another person she recognized. A Kitsune that went by the name of Lucky Red. Or Red as she had simply called her. She had fought her in the first round of the tournament, and it had turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable. It was unfortunate that they were about to meet again under the circumstances that they were about to. Shiori waited for one final reading to arrive here.
The last person to arrive was… an over seven foot tall pink woman with a tail. Her databanks registered her as a majin, but her appearance differed a bit going by previous information. Well, this gathering was very unusual indeed. Shiori had activated her homing beacon when it became apparent that this wasn’t something she could handle on her own if things went out of hand. With reinforcements on the way, Shiori hopped off of the room in into view. She stood there, surveying all gathered with her red eyes.
“I know some of your faces here, but I see many newcomers here. You may address me as Shiori of the Red Ribbon Army. All extraterrestrial beings above a certain level of strength are required to register and enter the Earth through our immigration office. This is to enforce protective measures established after repeated unprovoked attacks from alien beings. First I need all of you to give me your name and which race each of you belong to. If you already given your name or if I know you, than simply give me the required information that I am lacking. If you all cooperate this process will proceed without incident.”
It was unfortunate that Red had to get caught up in this. But she had to be professional while doing this. She was following protocol as she was taught to do in this situation. With Cynder she had taken a more personal approach since she was just dealing with one individual. WIth this many people gathered though, she had to go completely by the book. This was no time to catch up with someone she got along with.
He eyed carefully as another soul came into view and soon many others would appear as well. He eyed her curiously in a side ways glance with his bold crimson eyes. Listening to her words of greeting and explanation on her sudden arrival. "Super dragon balls? What do you mean to restore this planet?" He'd ask curiously only vaguely remembering reading this planet had been lost in some of his history diving. But he figured that must have been some mistake in recorded history for the saiyans once the planet had been known to still exist. He had simply figured once this was discovered the data on his old data pad before its destruction had simply been outdated or simply incorrect in some ways. One of the reasons he tended to prefer first hand experience as well when learning and traveling among the stars.
"I don't wish to sound so bold as to question everything being a simple visitor myself here. But what is all this talk about invasion and demons? AS well as the strange essence these two have? You addressed the one as a Supreme Kai? Is that a form of royalty for Konatsian perhaps? They seem to be similar to those from what I've read of them." His question posed towards the Namekian but the way his eyes briefly wondered around the area made it seem like he'd accept answers from anyone. This was confusing but one had to have a open mind to such confusion to actually learn. A closed mind would defeat you more in life then many other things could hope too. His eyes drifting over this Chione briefly as he seemed to be studying her for a moment or two. They spoke of so many things he didn't understand... About a sealed away power some woman from the sound of it.
"Does a single possible demon presence need to arouse such instant attention from so many? Perhaps a more open mind to such incidents could be better in some instances?" He'd say curiously obviously knowing things such as demons would have some preconceived ideas about them and their on goings. But he knew what it was like to be judged simply for what you were in most cases. He didn't often take it as a joy inwardly when people seemed to remark in surprise at his wits or his well mannered behavior or even his vocabulary skills. It was often a light pain to realize again and again what people expected of him when first they saw him compared to what they received.
He nodded though briefly at the Namekian shortly after what he said. "I'm sorry to hear they took such actions against you. I do not wish to belittle such a crime with what I speak. I hope my intention isn't misunderstood." He'd say calmly. Not wanting to sound like he was being forgiving of the demons crimes. All people were to be held to their own actions. He was simply trying to speak of a people as a whole not the single action in his prior statements. He'd nod though feeling that after the woman's comments and now the greeting of this man as well it was more then time for him to share his own name.
"While in the classic sense its not really my name. My people are not often given names so I have chosen to give myself one. But you may call me Saibacus. An I have learned much from your people. More then just a language... Their kindness protected me when... Others would have saw me harm. I was born from Namek's soil. It as much my home as it was there's. In their wisdom and kindness they were or at least most were willing to accept this." He'd say giving a brief glimpse into his time on Namek about his interactions with its native people. A time of perseverance for sure but also a want of vast learning.
He'd watch as more approached a woman with dog or perhaps fox like features. The sensation he was somewhere he didn't belong lightly growing within his bosom. He stood close to this woman given all their locations. He'd tried to keep his distance a few meters from most but things quickly became rather... crowded, Too crowded for that. "What treaty?" He'd ask lightly only somewhat aware some state of peace was sanctioned throughout most the known galaxy. But once again his knowledge was truly limited. His ignorance perhaps showing with such a question more then he desired. But most her words fell on deaf ears as his more primal nature which was always present in some scale lightly held his attention. Eyes couldn't help but watch as a tail swayed swatting from side to side. His crimson eyes turning left to right as his small dark pupils seemed to follow it. A light sweat setting in as it seemed to pull at some animal like nature of his. Not really thinking about he raised his hand lightly and began swatting at it when it swung close to him on the left said before drifting away to the right only to return moments later.
Before more had arrived presumably from their words to see if any ill action was being taken here. Protectors or perhaps the heroes he'd heard tail of arriving. Finally making their debut to this place he'd heard such tales about from the Karinga tribe now so far bellow. His attention was torn from this and the tail though moments after as yet another being of mystery soon arrived. He'd wondered over close to her away from one tail towards another. Eyeing the pink thing curiously as well as the strange shape and color of this one. "Strange... Pink." Was all he'd utter. A claw reaching out to lightly poke the tail curious. AS he couldn't help but feel it didn't appear as regular flesh. Something about it alluring to him. A saibamens mind was often plagued by curious nature and even one as controlled as him would have troubles when so many things sparked a light within him at once. A child like nature slowly worming its way out from under his sophistication.
He growled though when the final woman arrived and spoke of immigration services... He would quickly without much attempt to hide it leap back a bit away from the rest of the pack. A hand reaching for the hilt of his dagger. Not drawing it but still clenching it in his hand. "Who are these red ribbon army? Why do you need such information? What allies do you hold? Most controlling forces do not treat kindly those my species." His body seemed lightly tense even if judging by his facial expression he was trying to appear calm. But something had frightened him. A clip was heard as both of his arm band fell from his wrists. His power released from his weighted body and his energy rising to that of a much higher power

He'd heard tales of what happened to those like him on Yasai... Of its treatment of them like tools. Or worse of a fat man that treated them like cattle for entertainment. He had been moving quickly throughout the galaxy in his exploration. Never staying in one place long out of worry. He'd learned all to well most did not even see his kind as people. Many also feared the saiyans and agreed on many of their ideas of his kind. The fear even repressed as he tried to keep it was a bit hard to keep from giving to action. Even worse if any had known what he'd done... He'd thought many stopped caring about the incident after his birth long ago. But he could never be sure if someone wouldn't come seeking revenge one day. He was a soul of peace but he would never embrace the good night easily. "Are these people trustworthy? They don't see beings like us the same as..." Not wanting to say as the saiyans do... The blatant directness of it would defeat most of his actual ideals. He'd ask briefly a side glance calmly given towards Harmon. As if perhaps asking if he'd vouch for the red ribbons. He had no idea if they were working with the saiyans or not. He hadn't seen any of his kind since arriving here but that didn't mean he didn't have doubts on how they'd be treated if they did have some. His education from stolen data pads had more then shared what beings of power did with his people by the dozens in their 'training'. He would have to be sure of allegiances know a bit more before he'd be willing to share more with any controlling presence. He'd have normally responded to such protocols more calmly when he'd have had more time to prepare for them both mentally and physically in planning. But such a surprise had more then taken his emotions for a spin. He couldn't afford to not worry about things like this. One like him had to always keep a weary mind of such controlling governments and military might.

Silent, she see. Looks like the North is truly a simpleton as she thought, if not a highly unstable Kai who just flaunt off his power to get what he want. Tossing his own weight like that, such a fool. However, she did not miss the fact that the Namekian was prisoner of the demonkind. It was unfortunate, but she guess knowledge of man named Mira couldn't be easily laid out in front of her. For now, though, she would address the questions poised to her. "Super Dragon Balls... perhaps you have no idea but this very planet, Earth, exploded few years ago. Two years ago in fact, and was wished back by the omnipotent power of the God-Dragon, the so called Super Dragon Balls are tool to summon this very dragon. However I will not elaborate further, do pardon me on that.
Nay, we're not Konatsian. Despite the similar appearance, we're born differently from the Konatsians. Konatsians are mortal, we, meanwhile, are not. Kaioshins, if I may be bold to say myself, we're what you would consider a God of Creation. We are those who acts as gardener to this world, Kaioshins are responsible for planets under their jurisdiction. A king we're not, a leader we are not, we're merely individuals created to oversee the harmony and growth. Promoting growth is our role, and to keep the mortal level in desired level is what we strive for. I did not wish to intrude on this holy land, yet North came with serious accusation. I cannot let this be. I cannot let him made a fool of our kind. As for why it's serious, this is because most if not all universal factions at the moment issued a ceasefire, which includes Demon. If Demons broke the treaty before the end of the promised time, then they're, speaking frankly, would be in list to destroy by the divine. However, should they're wrongly accused," Chione glared at the North "...then we're reducing mortal level for a fatal slip of tongue that couldn't be forgiven with mere 'sorry'."
The lookout getting crowded apparently. Next to appear is a fox-looking girl. Konats and Earthling, perhaps. Zoan type? Hmn, interesting. However, she know this girl. "Hello, Patrolwoman Red. Very interesting to meet you in person. I hope the wounds from back when you got attacked by slavers healed already? My name is Chione, and as it stands, I'm the one who hold jurisdiction over Namek as the South Kaioshin. I hope we could build a trusting relationship between us, yes? As I said before, hopefully you're in earshot... North either falsely accusing demons of transgression they did not do or there are something else. However, sir Namekian here, acting guardian of Earth, otherwise known as Kami did not sense any disturbance. As it goes however, I trust the Kami more than the North. It has been brought to my attention that North done questionable action in other planet. I came to investigate it myself so to say."
Not too long after, another came. This time... why, this is the man who she had honor knowing before. "Warrior Cornatto, eh. Funny how quick we crossed path since then. How was my flame in the tournament of power?" she teased, creating mini, toy version of her past life to jog his memory "Alas, I'm no longer the person you know I was. I'm now Chione of the South. The situation is currently under control, or so I hope. I do not want any sort of fighting in this holy ground. North should explain himself quickly though."
And then come the Majin. This one too she know her existence. "Hello, Isabella. Alas, this is not a 'party' so to speak. We're... frankly in the middle of an interrogation. A peaceful one, hopefully. I couldn't really tell you where I get it, but all I can say is I made it my own. Should it please you, I can create one for you later. However at the moment a more pressing matter is on hand. Do pardon me for not saying more."
After all, explanation about North's transgression can get more and more grating to explain to newcomers. If only all of them have such big, cute, fluffy and sharp ears like Patrolwoman Red, she wouldn't have to repeat this for the xth time. Chione sighed internally.
And the next one to appear... her ki did not register to her. This must be an android. She remembered how there was android among the Universe Four fighter, and this one seemed to be less technologically advanced. "I will comply to your mortal rules, Shiori of Red Ribbon Army, Greetings beforehand, my name is Chione. Entering through immigration office unfortunately not the the way I could comply, both for sanity of the person in the office, and my convenience. However, I promise you I have no intention of invading. In fact, our goal should overlap. All I wish is prosperity of the universe. Treat me as a madwoman should you want, but I'm not a Konatsian before it crossed your mind or database. I'm a Kaioshin, the universe's gardener. However, should it be convenient for you, do record my ki signature."
And already, the Saibaman is being nervous? "Calm yourself, Saibacus," the Kaioshin would gently remind the Saibaman "Earth is not allied to Saiyans on any capacity. Or at least, not to my knowledge. If you're showing your strength here, it could be taken as sign of aggression. I request you, do stay calm. Red Ribbons... I only heard a bit about them. They're Earth's paramilitary force, I'm guessing. At any rate, comply to the law of the -planet. As they said, when in Earth, acts like Earthling did. Follow the law and you should be fine. May I have that as the assurance at least, Shiori of Red Ribbon?"
Harmon was a bit taken back with the strange creature known as Saibacus. He would let the Kaioshin have the privilege of informing him on all of his many questions. He was definitely a newly sentient being for sure. Still learning, kind of like a child. It was endearing in a way, but also bothersome. It would be a bit of a pain in the ass, but this was part of his duties for now as well. He was to guide this being. Thankfully he didn’t have to do that right now. He had to admit though, the fact that he was born from Namek’s soil was intriguing to him. When they were alone he would ask him a bit more on his origins. “The Demons have proven vile, green one. I’ve yet to meet a Demon who did not crave things like power, lustful desires, or property, and crave them so much they didn’t care how they got them. They are depraved. Of course if a Demon proves cooperative, it is my duty to accommodate them, but such things are rare,” Harmon would explain on the subject of
Harmon was surprised that he could feel the Lookout become the center of attention of many individuals. Many powers made their way over, to the point that he was a bit agitated about it. But this was what he wanted, even though he didn’t want it at the same time. It was a burden to bear for the sake of the Earth. When a true Kami was chosen - Harmon would let them deal with these responsibilities a little more.
The first one to arrive was the Galactic Patrolman and a strange pink creature he did not recognize. He knew she was one of the Majin on the planet, for he had seen others of his kind, but never one… this Earthling-like. It was strange for sure. It was a face he would remember, as he remembered all of the faces of the people he watched on Planet Earth. In a sense this was the only entertainment he had aside from his books and his meditation. Like watching television for the mortals, he spectated on their daily lives to cure his own boredom. “Greetings: Saibacus, Galactic Patroller Red, Isabella. Welcome to the Lookout,” Harmon would say to them as they arrived and introduced themselves.
The Galactic Patrolman was the first to speak, asking about the Kaioshin and if someone had broken the treaty of the factions. “No, Patroller. One of these Kaioshin was simply misinformed about the status of this Planet. They made outlandish claims about the Earth being influenced by Demons, but such a thing does not exist here. I have watched these Earthlings closely for the past few years, and I saw no signs of demonic possession or of any other such shenanigans…,” Harmon would say matter-of-factly, beginning to be a bit pissed that so many people were trying to ask about outlandish claims. The disrespect he was facing was less than ideal, but by Zalama’s will he would endure.
And with that Cornatto came in.
The Lookout sure was noisy today. And with so many faces (some of which he did not actually recognize, a fact that was fairly shocking). Harmon groaned in annoyance, but knew he ought to keep onward. There was one person in particular who drew his attention most of all however, and that was Cornatto. His power was formidable, to the point that Harmon was a bit nervous being around him. The others were strong for sure, but not so much so that he wasn’t confident in his ability to get away should any of them prove less than noble with their intentions. He sighed, calming himself as he tried to maintain his earnest attempt at seeming amicable.
“Hello, Saiyan,” he would say to the man with the terrifying power level (as he did not yet know his name). It was strange to have watched someone for years, and yet to not know their name. “Might I inquire your name?” he would say, curious so that he could remember it going forward. The downside to his technique was that he could not watch and listen at the same time. There was a limit to how much his ears could perceive. And this Earthling was a fairly recluse one at that.
Harmon turned to face a strange being that appeared on the Lookout last. He didn’t even sense her, which meant she was either a machine of some type (or possessed a weird biology). Either way, he recognized her from the Tournament at least. The Champion so to speak. “Ah, the World Tournament Champion - Welcome Shiori of the Red Ribbon Army,” Harmon would greet her calmly.
She then made some rather aggressive remarks which stirred up Saibacus, but Harmon was cool as a cucumber still. “I have no issue complying with your request, child. But I would recommend using a less aggressive tone of voice. You are still speaking to divinity after all,” he would say firmly, referring to the Kaioshin and to an extent himself.
“I have lived here on the Lookout for nearly three years now. I am Harmon, a Namekian from the Planet Namek. I am currently acting as the Interim Guardian, or “Kami” of this Planet for the good of your people. You can tell your superiors and the current Queen of Earth that they can speak to me anytime they wish, so long as they respect the Lookout when they visit,” he would explain to her so that she would be satisfied. He had no trouble cooperating with this planet’s leaders.
