There was a strange feeling of satisfaction in making Erite laugh- and like, actual laugh. Not those teasing little snickers aimed to make the pinkette flustered or frustrated. Hasenya herself chuckled before taking another sip of cocoa. "Well aren't we just a couple a' elemental weirdos." Hasenya snickered. She had a hard time believing the girl's blood was blue, but she wasn't about to voice that opinion- the last thing she was interested in was a real example. There was absolutely no need to go giving Erite an excuse to harm herself. "You know, if your blood just sort of hardens... Where's the issue with getting it in your clothes? It must flake right off or something, if it even gets absorbed up by your clothing before its all gem-like."
Erite's reaction was absolutely delightful, just enough to send Hasenya into a fit of joyful laughter. After what happened earlier she knew the signs- she might not see the blush, but the other elemi just had so many other obvious signs that told Hasenya she hit a soft spot. "Pity healing? That implies I wouldn't get something out of it. Price for healing is mask off. I get to see that precious, awkward look on your face when I heal your burns. It's definitely not pity at that point."
Erite would continue to laugh with Hasenya as they kept stirring there coffee, partly out of boredom, by thus point, but also in attempt to get all the sugar to mix in. "What's not more life living then fucking just hanging out in a corner sat 1 am in the morning, what's not more lit then that?" They joked, taking the piss outta them and Hasenya.
"Well I tend to be able to wipe shit off before it really starts to get bad, but yeah I don't think I ever bled enforcement of it to be an issue, and most of the time it has just scrubbed off."They shrugged. "But admittedly I have had to replaced some clothes by thus point in time.
"But at the end of the day, they aren't fun, and the idea of maybe choking and dying in your own gemy blood clot is an image and a half." They frowned.
As Hasenya continued, Erite's hair just become more and frigid and harden. "Y-You really wanna see my face again? H-Huh??? Well about this!" They'd remove there mask, smacking it into Hasenya's shoulder for both winning this and her smartass comment... "...Smugass." They muttered there face openly red and growing.
Hasenya took the hit like a good sport. It was more than worth it, after all. "When don't I? I think it's a damned shame you have to hide something so nice behind something you got at some dollar store." Hasenya laughed it off, even going the extra mile to swipe the mask cleanly from Erite. Placing it onto her own face and putting her free hand on her hip. "See this? You wouldn't get to see any of my reactions if I wore something like this, you'd bully me to take it off too!" The pinkette kept a shit-eating grin under that mask, even as she took it off and placed it on Erite's head.
"You make it easy when you act cute like that, you know." Hasenya snickered, absolutely loving the revenge she was getting. "As for that first question.. I dunno, the fact it's with someone who can give as much shit as they take? Not to mention, you're a looker under that silly cheap movie prop." Hasenya pointed to the mask to emphasize more what she was talking about. She might actually be pushing her luck a bit, but it would be fun to see where the hard limit was.
"GHh - I don't need to justify why I do need to do shit, let alone why I wear a mask." they huffed, becoming rather livid at the fact she pink monkey had the guts to take such a private thing of there's after all things. They would put there coffee aside as they walked closer to, not looking anything but happy. They just death glared her, face stopped redding, though it didn't fade either as they attempted to try and reach for the mask over Hasenya's stupid tall body. It was no use clearly, and standing on there tippy toes don't shovel the issue either, the Sayian wasn't even that tall in hindsight, but she was reasonable compared to Erite.
"It's my face, my rules, and I can do whatever I want." They grumped, starting to softly "hit" Hasenya on the back, repeatedly. Erite was probably overeacting, but this mask had value to it that the other Elemi had no idea of, and it wasn't something she needed to explain to Hasenya, not yet at least. "Besides this is unfair - I can't reach you and your height." They frowned, still trying to even gain some form of inch. By this point the Bijou's hair was almost all gem and no actual hair in sight as they sharpened and spiked, matching with Erite's current mood.
Hasenya had placed the mask back on Erite's head, more like a hat than a real mask. "Cool your jets half-pint, ya already told me why you wear the thing, and I don't very much care to go digging into the whole idol business to find out the dirty details of it." Hasenya shrugged, taking another swig of her drink. "No need to get defensive, as much as I don't like the secrecy business, you're not wrong about it being your face." She added, feeling a bit bad- though she would sort of try her best not to show it. "It's still a damned cute face and I enjoy looking at it but.. you're still right." The pinkette huffed, nervously playing with the lid of her cup by sort of flicking at it.
She didn't fear anything physical Erite might do to her, knowing the sheer difference in power between them, but she didn't want to drag the teasing on to that extreme. That was just no fun at all. "Say, uh.. Is it really okay to just sort of hang out inside the store like this? We're not gonna get stupid cops called on us or something?" The hybrid asked, trying to change the subject- if she could, anyway.
They patted the mask down as they rescued it wasn't going anywhere, least not near Hasenya for now as they tugged on it. She still frowned as Hasenya did prove a point about blowing up about something far to little, well maybe to her it was little but to Erite, it meant along. But yeah, maybe they where acting on impulsive here but, she didn't know them that well yet, and, she didn't have a right to judge, not yet. "Look." They sighed. "Sorry, alright? I know it's just a fucking slab of wood but.." They bit there lower lip. "I don't see, my family anymore, nor do I usually hold into stuff they used to give me, but, when I do I guess I just.. Yeah.." They trailed off, they knew they could give more, but this was enough for a stranger such as Hasenya, and to Erite, they was comfortable enough.
"...You prove a point there." Erite pondered, pulling there phone out. "But honestly, I don't see why not? We aren't hurting anyone, yet." They shrugged, checking there phone. "Oh shit, it's like, 12:40 AM, in the morning, right know." Erite laughed, showing Hasenya the phone. "We fucking pulled an all nighter on this one."
It was pretty nice that neither of them were truly mad at each other. It just meant Hasenya could get back to bullshitting around with this odd little hybrid. With a little less jabs towards Erite's mask, of course. And plus, she didn't want her teasing to become mistaken for flirting. There wasn't anything really stopping her.. or well, there was. But she wasn't gonna get into it or think about it, she knew it sounded like a bunch of self-pitying nonsense.
"Yet? Was punching a police officer still on your agenda?" Hasenya joked with a laugh. It was funny to think that talking about beating up law enforcement played a small part in how the night sort of played out. The pinkette peered closer at the phone, raising a brow in questioning. "So you Earthlings have fancy gadgets like this just.. in general? Thought this was like, military people stuff. I dunno." She shrugged her shoulders. "What's it matter anyway? Me and Mister Sandman ain't ever been on good terms before, anyway. You got somewhere to be tomorrow that you have to be fully awake for, miss idol?" Hasenya added with a playful grin. All this negative shit about herself suddenly being on her mind must mean she was actually tired, though. She thougt it must've been that water putting her out her fire.
"Well I mean, I was joking? Mostly joking, kinda joking, I have yet to punch a cop so let's say I am joking." They rambled, laughing. They'd prefer not to punch cops but, if it was such a dare then Erite would fulfil it, or, try because Erite really had no idea how strong the usual cop was anyways.
"Fancy tech? HAH! That's a laugh." Erite started. " We are either so far back in the past where still using landlines or it's a fucking futuristic robocities, we range from high powering space ships to just fucking rocks and sticks, depending on where ya go all over the place." Erite shrugged, unlocking there phone and messing with it. "And we have like, a mix of militant bullshit and just like, tiny robots that just clean your floors, we have everything and anything, it's a mix bag of bullshit with us humans, welcome to earth." They laughed.
"Well I mean, I like sleep, but if ya cool with no sleep then that's fine but even the most toughest of Sayians need to lie down miss." They joked at Hasenya. "But hey if you think you can function without any sleep then be my guest, see how it does for ya, and even if I did have anything on, I will probably crush and burn by this point." They laugh.
"Hey, don't you laugh at me." Hasenya huffed. "I'm well aware of what technology Earthlings spoil themselves with. Having machines do your cooking and cleaning for you- It's no wonder you're all so flabby." Hasenya patted her own stomach for emphasis, though she wasn't exactly the best example of what a peak physical state should be. She wasn't anorexic like she was a couple of years ago, but she was still a skinny little thing for someone who was half-Saiyan and worked out so much. "Not that I blame you. Pretty impressive how humans manage to find away around using Ki and all that fun stuff with minimal effort, say for the swiping of their fingers or the press of a button. Still, clap-on lights? Y'all are adding some flair to your laziness, it's hilarious."
"..Though being fair, some might say I could do with a couple of those cleaning robots. Oh who am I kidding, I'm just a jealous hypocrite that you all got robots and shit to cook delicious food for you." The pinkette chuckled kicking back the rest of their cocoa and turning to look at the cashier. For a brief moment they contemplated tossing the empty cup at their head for the laughs, though they seemed to decide against it as they turned back to Erite. "Don't matter if I'm a fan of sleep if sleep ain't a fan of me. If you're tired, you wanna call it a night?"
"Hey, I'm not that flabby, gotta stay in shape for my job anyways." They joked, tongue pointed at Hasenya. "Besides, yeah, we have many cool robots, especially those cute little cleaning robots. What where they called? Roombas? There really funny, and really small, but my favourite thing is what dumb shit people can do with em. Like do you know how many people I have seen tie like knives or some shit to them, it's pretty funny stuff." They rambled, searching up pictures of the small robots to show Hasenya, a silly kitchen knife attached to a Roomba via duct tap.
Erite couldn't help but yawn though all of this, Where they tired? They where kinda tired, a bit tired. They just watched as Hasenya talked, going back to pick there coffee up and tap a big long sip. Coffee tended to help them stay a float but it didn't always work, that or it worked two well and they crashed and burned after it all, but that wasn't always a good thing. "Well just a tad, okay so maybe fucking exhausted."They admitted. "Calling it a night would be good yeah, but, tonight was fun, it was good.."
"Holy shit, I need one of those. Wrap it up in some of those fancy Christmas lights and scare the shit out of my mom with it. Or.. try to." Hasenya laughed, even knowing Tomina would likely just be unphased by the pinkette's crazy antics. "Or just put one of those stupid cop light's on it, little bastard would be "cleaning up crime", I guess you could say." Hasenya gave a shit-eating grin, hoping for a reaction to their terrible pun. Nothing says "good night" quite like a shitty joke.
Hasenya noted Erite's yawn and nodded to themselves. "Yeah, seems like it's about time for you to be in bed. Don't need you getting sleep deprivation or whatever." Really, she should look in a mirror before she starts doting on other people's bad sleep habits, but at the very least she didn't want to be the cause of a very zombie-like Erite. The hybrid paused- Why did Erite hesitate, and why the Hell was it making her feel flustered? Sure it was only a little, but the fact that it was at all had her questioning whether or not she really should work on having a bit of a thicker skin.
A bit flushed, Hasenya nodded her head. "Was real nice meeting you too. You're real cool- I appreciated the company. Do you think you'll be fine getting back home? I don't think I have to ask but it's like, etiquette or whatever fancy word."
"Oh god." Erite laughed, the sheer thought of just a Christmas based Room, or well, any sought of comedic light based Roomba was enough to send them into a slight coughing fit. They where finding this way to funnier then it needed to be, maybe they where really overtired huh? "See this is why you need a phone, so you can message me pictures of dumb shit like this and I can admire it in all its glory or just mentally wonder what the fuck your even doing." They joked, winking at her through the mask.
"Maybe, okay so yeah actually, like hell I'm finding the most basic shit funny by this world, does a whole new wolrd unlock when your this tired?" They jokingly asked. Erite took a good look at Hasenya two, who didn't seem in any better shape, she knew it wasn't her place to but in but, well. "You don't look two fresh either, not saying ya need to sleep or whatever, but maybe after jumping into a pool of water, a break or something wouldn't hurt." They recommended, trying not to seem to nosey for there own good.
"Oh?" They said as Hasenya talked as they went red a bit themselves. "Ah - I should be fine, really, though I appreciate the gesture." They'd admit, a large grin under the dumb wooden plank. "I think I'm either gonna like walk home, or call a taxi or some shit, no biggie, what about you?" They offered. "You good?"
"Well, if you give me one, I can certainly guarantee I'll do mostly stupid shit with it. As much as you would and wouldn't like!" The possibilities were endless when you gave a chaotic troublemaker like Hasenya access to a means of showing off her peak stupidity to someone. Especially to someone who's already proven their reactions make any amount of backlash all worth it. "Those silly things come in different colors? I don't think I need to say why I'm curious." Hasenya motioned to her own over-abundance of pink. She wasn't ashamed to admit she really liked the color. It at least looked a whole lot less edgy than her old preference for red and black. Though thinking on that now, if she still stuck to those old colors they would probably have even more of a contrast in color scheme between herself and Erite.
"Oh I'll be fine, I can get around much faster than any of these cars. Part of why I offered- though I imagine a taxi would be a little more comfortable for ya?" Hasenya tilted her head. She might be used to going stupendously fast, though she had to consider that Erite wasn't born and raised a warrior.
Erite would just snort. “I will get you a phone okay? Like just for the sake of those purposes, I will get you a bloody phone, it’s very important,” They laughed. “You just better not like text me at like 1 am in the morning or something, then they will never find ya corpse.” They jokingly threatened, well, a bit. If Hasenya did ever try and text her at such a time, she’s answer, but she would be very very pissed about it. They, unlike Hasenya (or well they assumed) had an actual day good, and being woken up at such a time would be anything but helpful.
“Taxi is preferred yeah, I could like, just fly my home way.” They shrugged. “...Well if I could be bothered, flying would be healthier and a Taxi cost more but fuck it I’m lazy and I wanna go home.” They huffed. “I wouldn’t mind a ride from ya thou, fast isn’t bad I’m just worried I’m so light you’ll leave me in the breeze or, maybe I’ll just vomit, maybe.” They semi-joked again. Erite wasn’t one to get air sickness or whatever you call it, but they rather not take changes, and puke on what could be a future fate, they feel they wouldn’t end well.
Hasenya laughed at what seemed like indecisiveness from Erite. "You wanna hitch a ride on me or not?" It really wouldn't have been a big deal, and this way she would actually know where Erite lives. Sure she could sense Ki across massive distances, but the closer was still the better. In general, it would be easier for Hasenya to track the half-pint down whenever she pleased. She might be expecting too much ease though, as she imagined Erite's house to be this massive mansion-type thing with servants or parents or whatever who she could just sort of interrogate to tell her where Erite was if she weren't there.
"I won't go too fast. I know for sure you wouldn't be able to handle my top speed. I can turn it down a notch for ya, it's no problem." She waved a hand, not concerned with any of that being puked on or dropping Erite stuff. She was confident in her own strength, and the ability to control said strength. "You're probably like.. a feather. I'm pretty sure I can hold onto you. But you still haven't decided so I won't get ahead of myself. I'm gonna get a soda." Hasenya yawned and turned to walk off into the store.
Things like soda were obviously really bad for someone like Hasenya, though try to see if you could catch her giving a single care on a night like this. She was in a good mood so she was going to self-indulge just a tiny bit. It wasn't like she was relapsing into smoking or drinking. The pinkette came back and put her soda on the counter, digging in her pockets briefly and dumping essentially what was pocket change onto the counter. She had some bills, but she would much rather get rid of all that jingling. Of course part of it might've been she just wanted to make cashier dude count change, just to be a little asshole while also giving Erite more time to decide on how she was getting home.
