Leena has only been on Earth for just one damn day and she has already seen her entire city. She has the perfect society that has brought many people looking for a start. She would see markets after markets. Food, Medicine, Clothing, and even Gun stands. Of course, some of her soldiers would keep an eye out in these markets to avoid any problems but they played the role of police over martial law. This was indeed a perfect society but a perfect society comes with serious protection. She would watch her city from a window on the palace and look down at her city. She had a plan all set for a drill. It wasn't a martial law drill but rather an attack drill. She figured this would be needed in case the Lanza were under attack by someone or an army of an empire. It was very possible for this all to happen. She had a ton of what if scenarios implanted in her brain. She would sigh lightly as she looked at the military men and women preparing their weapons. She would turn her neck and walk over to the computer. "I would say this is a drill but a drill to be taken serious..." she said to herself. She would point a camera towards herself and record a message to broadcast for when the time is now, "Attention fellow citizens of the Overwatch Citadel. We are currently under a drill to assure that we are ready for anything. This is ONLY a drill but a drill I would appreciate taken seriously. This is for your own safety. Close your shops and lock them up. We ask you go home and stay home until the drill is over. Those who refuse to get inside will be forced inside a nearby building. No brutal forces either but we need your cooperation. Thank you, and please be safe," and that's where she stopped it there. She would take a deep breath and broadcast herself to her troops participating, "All Military personal, get ready! You are too patrol the streets and check your areas with a sweep! Good luck, soldiers!" and that's where the button appeared. She would slam her hand against the button and that's where the entire city went into alarms. The whaling sounds of sirens played and her broadcast would play on local TVs and speakers. She would turn around and watch as her military personal moved into the city.
"A perfect society must be kept under the most protection anything has ever seen... I really do hope this drill works out or else there will be big problems for the future when our society advances," she said under her lips. Lancer would appear as a hologram and sit by. "So, you made up your mind to do this? This will be very interesting to see the results..." he said to her. She would turn her head towards Lancer, "They all knew the terms for coming here. It's only a tri-monthly period. We will exercise these drills every three months for a city emergency. I will not have my people under the most danger when some dickhead decides to barge in and attempt to harm my people," she said only to make a point. She would sit back in her chair and just monitor the outside with her only large window. A lot of people knew the situation well and closed everything down. Women brought their children home and locked their doors... Men pulled up to the doors and looked around before going inside, locking their doors behind them. It was great to see some process but you could see some soldiers talk to some upset vendors as they had just opened their shops not too long ago. She would sigh very lightly, "There will always be the unhappy when there's a dire situation. However, I will not blame them for their frustration. It may be morning but it's a good time to exercise this. We can get the drill over with and carry on with ourselves," she simply said as she watched the angry vendors finally complying. Military vehicles patrolled the streets with their ki cannons that only could penetrate the lowest tier enemies. If one of those tried hitting someone over five thousand in power level... They would fail horribly. They certainly needed an upgrade but she had to stick with a low budget for now.
She would actually think about it more and realize that the majority of her budget went towards the entire dome itself. The unknown alien organization assured her that this was a wall that couldn't be sensed through though the bad side of it was... Someone like herself cannot sense outside of it. She had her outer perimeter to rely on in case of a fighting force engaging them. She watched carefully as she saw her troops patrolling the streets and skies. She actually saw with her eyes her commandos taking the skies. These individuals were unique for their ability to use their ki naturally. They were next to Spartans in rank but had more power in firepower compared to them. Pretty much the perfect soldier. Every soldier had some jetpacks but with poor quality. They could take them only over a region before needing a recharge. That was a damn shame really but she needed her budgets focused on these walls. Next budget plans were still all blurry in front of her but she had a feeling it would be rather dropships that could enter the atmosphere or a large scale ship that would be able to carry an army and drop pods. Obviously, the large ship could carry dropships but the pods were a Commando specialty. She would watch with her tail swaying as the first batch of soldiers from the homing center would report in, "High Clarity, Sector Home Zone is secured. Everyone is home and no one is straying. We have the area secured," the soldier said. She'd nod, "Good... Stand by and keep that area secured!" she said.
She would play with her tail very patiently as the next sector would report in, "Ma'am, Sector Shopping Zone is officially secured, awaiting new orders," he said in a deep thick accent. "Very good, Spartan. Please keep your troops on stand by and security protocols until further notice," she said and that's where he saluted to the camera, "Yes, Ma'am!" and poof the camera stopped. She'd watch her sector in front of her which was City Central. This was the final area that was being waited upon and it just seemed like things were taking forever. She would wait patiently until a beeper from the computer played. It was a problem... She would turn her neck over and see something wrong. It was a code... She moves up to it and reads it. "Under further investigation...? What the hell does that supposed to mean?! This is only a god damn drill!" she said as she began typing into the computer to call the nearest Spartan on duty around this Zone. She would aim the camera on her and the Spartan picks up. "What the hell is going on Spartan?! All the other sectors are green light and yours is at a Yellow!" she said with her teeth grinding against each other. She was pissed because she wanted this day carry on! She wanted her people to be set free! The Spartan would look at his camera, "High Clarity, there was a problem. We found a sewer lid opened and it was reported something is lurking down below. We are unsure if this is actually an enemy or just someone trying to find somewhere to go but we sent a squad of four soldiers down and they've haven't come out yet," the Spartan female said as she looked at her. She would grumble, "Send a god damn Commando squad in! Something tells me there's something down there that wasn't welcomed here!" she said as she leaned her back deeper into the chair. She would salute her, "Yes, High Clarity!" and that's where the Commando squad known as 'Unity' was called in. They would turn their cameras on in front of her and show them they're landing on the site. They had the best damn gear the Lanza could afford. They had ki within their body as well but if something with immense power was down there... She would need to send a Lanza Elite down to handle it if all else fails.. "Moving into the Sewer Sector... Possible hostile in the sector," the squad leader said in his voice changer. The had been equipped with voice changers to make themselves anonymous. It was for their safety of course. She would sit there like watching a movie just waiting for something bad to happen. The Commandos have their lights on and carefully walking through.
The Commandos had their side conversations but she didn't care as long as they got their damn job done! She would watch carefully as one of them found something creepy. There was a soldier's helmet laying on the floor. That made her lean forward, "What the fuck is this?! Is there something in our sewers?!" she said as she felt nervous yet angry. She would watch them pick it up and having it covered in a goo. Great... She would lean back and watch as the squad proceeded forwarded. This was all getting intense for herself. She had a Commando squad down there risking their damn lives to ensure whatever this thing was was gone... Just fucking great. She would sigh lightly, "Damn, damn, damn... I really hope these guys were given proper training or else we'd have a major problem to worry about..." she said trying to think hopeful here. She would watch as a Commando aimed his flashlight on something blue... This tentacle beast would have a brain in the head and attempt strike lightening fast towards the Commando! With a quick reflex, he quickly dodged out of the way! She jumped seeing this happen! She would then hear open fire and watch as they all fired their ki guns against it. The beast took several shots but it eventually fell down and died. They would slowly move in to secure the body and it became a success... "It's a Hydra... Only one though... They're pretty rare but if there's one then there's more... We should keep going and find the rest," he said as they began to move forward. She would quickly display herself, "No... That's enough for today. If they stay down here than I will not have a problem with that. Considered the missing squad... Missing in Action. Return home, Commandos," and that's where things would go from there. The Commandos flew out of the tunnel and back up the exit. She would sigh as the cameras turned off. "Weld that lid and never let anyone down there. We've got pests to deal with later!" she said in a pissy tone. She would see the green light in the sector and that's where she'd turn off the alarms and allowed everyone to come back out and continue their morning. So, the Commandos once again gave her a good impression. Perfect! So they were warriors that had potential. This would cause her to think... She needed a training facility just for them but didn't have one... So why not create a Commando School? She would put all her techniques from the Saiyan Empire into it and even develop her own techniques into it. With such a cost like this, it would require a high amount of funding... She would pull herself up and look at Lancer, "Lancer! I think I know what our next budget will be! We're going to have a Commando School!" she said in a smirk. She was eager for this and therefore she was eager to get one thought up. Her companion would chuckle, "Well, let's see where we can go with that then... Funding from the Lanza order is now commenced on our School... Let's hope it's going to work!" he said.
