Arion had finally come back to the Lookout after the whole fight, and what followed brought up more questions than answers. Everything had happened so fast, Atsuko suddenly disappeared from a portal and Nasu was possibly looking for Jarvis. He couldn’t believe the dragon balls could be used in such manners, he didn’t blame Kami but himself for activating them once more, it was his responsibility after all.
At least Nasu had somehow freed himself from that villainous signature surrounding him, that explained his unusual behaviour. The Saiyan had never been a hero, but not even that much of a villain, even if he didn’t really trust him that much after what he did on the Lookout.
Although, it was clear of what had happened.. it didn’t take him long to realize once Nasu seemingly changed; it was what Obsidia had come to warn them of. Had the dark power reached Earth already? If it was, it had certainly come sooner than what he expected. “This escalated rather quickly.. victims and Kami-sama is nowhere to be found. Darn it..” - he muttered and let out a sharp exhale.
The Lookout was dormant, which was not a surprise but it was more silent than ever and such made him feel shivers down his spine. It was almost creepy considering all that had just happened, then he looked up and tried to sense Helix’s energy. It was nowhere to be sensed, good.. at least he had listened to him earlier. “At this point, I believe I have nothing more to think of. I’ve had further proof of how I lack power. I am not strong yet.. nor am I ready as a member of the Dragon Clan. I shall join Helix on Namek for a short period of time then, as much as I need to train up I suppose.”
And so, he used his antennas to materialize a letter which he left on the Kami’s throne in case Atsuko would have noticed his absence, at least she’d know where he’d be. He walked out of the temple once more and took a moment to look at his home once more with a faint smile across his face. “Well, it’ll be difficult to not miss this place.. I’m sure the kids can handle themselves quite well. But I won’t be long anyway, I hope at least.” - he thought to himself before he took off and flew downwards. He was going somewhere, a place which held a special place in his heart; Korin’s Holy Grounds. That’s where he landed, and he remember it all too well.
His old spacepod was still there apparently and it seemed to be still capable of handling one more travel but this time from Earth to Namek. He entered in the pod and sat down, taking one more glance at the planet before he locked the pod and switched its engines on. The spacepod lifted up in midair and flew off, leaving the planet’s atmosphere as it flew off, far away from the blue marble.
“Kami-sama, I hope you’ve come back on Earth safe and well. I was planning this travel since a bit but I didn’t think I would have taken this decision so soon, but in a few words I am going to spend some time on Namek. It is for my own, just like yours and the planet’s sake. I’ll be training and extending my knowledge in order to serve you, and the planet better.
I might as well be back before you notice it, but I’d rather be safe than sorry. Nicely done against Nasu and I’m sure you handled the rest quite well, even if I’m still confused.
Oh, I hope you and Bernael won’t decide to marry while I’m still on Namek. I am kind of looking forward to it if it ever happens, but that aside.. take care of yourself.. Kami-sama.
-Arion.”
He closed his eyes once more, cracking a faint smile as he recalled the words on the letter which he had materialized earlier.
(I'll take Zeni! Going to Namek!)
