Backstory:
Joe had been alive for thousands of years, watching over the galaxy like he was some king of god. He's looking to see which people posess the most energy so that he can one day make a contract with them and steal their power so that he can control the whole universe.

Roleplay Example:
Joe comes from a very faraway place in space that none of the living races really know about. When he was about 1,000 years old, Joe decided to go to earth because he saw that there were a lot of people with strong powers there. He decided to keep an eye on those people so that he could one day absorb their energy and take over the galaxy.
He missed his chance when Goku and all the fighters died and got really sad, so he had no choice but to wait until more powers showed up. Now that there are lots of strong powers again, Joe is getting ready to strike.
