Whether the one known as Cambia, also believed to be the true goddess of love and beauty... Whether she'd informed the others that reside on this place of the once great powered creatures existence or if they had even believed her if she did had yet to be seen or confirmed. But since his awakening and granted freedom by the boy with crimson hair. There had been strange occurrences upon this place from time to time. Has his ghost form from time to time he'd been the secret cause of occasional mess ups in plumbing. Causing random times when cold water would attempt rush the sisters he'd taken a fancy to from the showers of the lookout. Or allowing him to phase through the wall silently at times when they enjoyed their warm bath times or rather strenuous forms of training.
He'd even gone so far as only briefly venturing about until he'd come across a old camera and device that took him only a matter of hours to master. Having disabled the flash and some of the sounds he'd come across a collection of photo's he'd gathered in recent days. Rather compromising positions and moments of the great Guardian and her sister in a few of them. The creature in his actual body hiding this day stashing the large hand full of them under his hat the best ones he kept on him personally. His rather large mask that hid his strange mutated face had its eyes moving as naturally as if they were his own.
He stood at most four foot tall so sitting he was barely the hieght of a child. Fixing his mask and adjusting it as time as the strange creature in ancient and lightly shambled clothing remained in focus and silence. The strange storage room one the less visited room storing a few old artifacts and stored off books away from the library. There were many rooms that were often overlooked in this place as ancient as time nearly. Secrets that were left for each new guardian to discover on their own time. He knew many of these halls but only in broken memories. Many of those memories just tatters and no true idea as to why he had these forgotten thoughts. A light clicking and almost musical sound would be made before him would summon two of small wooden dolls like he'd created his first time being caught. little wooden dolls that danced before him in a dance he knew of too but know how or why. One that the gods themselves once danced as the wooden dolls small in size moved along the floor as if natural dancers. The music soft and likely only easily heard if one passed right by the door. Seemingly coming from now where as he worked his magic.
Every day was another adventure for the young girl as she explored the lookout. She was usually running about going from one room to another so that she could discover as much of it as she possibly could! She had taken to carrying a bobbin of thick red string with her, using it to always find her way back to a part of the lookout she recognized.
Currently, she was skipping down the hallway, humming to herself as she sucked on a lollipop, the string falling behind her with every step she could. Suddenly though, the bobbin ran out and fell to the ground with a clatter, stopping Lucy in her tracks with a little pout as she looked at the downed string.
"Ohhh... but I don't want to go back yet..." The young girl muttered to herself as she looked around her to see what she could explore nearby. That was when she started hearing a very faint music... was someone else here? There were so many people staying in the lookout recently, she had a hard time keeping track of them all... although if there was music playing she could only assume she was near Okra's room, maybe?
She crept along at a much slower pace now until she reached the room the music was coming from. She would push the door open just a crack, crouching down as she peered inside. There was someone in there with a scary looking mask on his face... the only reason Lucy didn't run away was because of that strange music, and the two strange dancing dolls in front of him. She looked on curiously, crouched silently behind the door watching him...
Her energy and sensation was felt almost immediately. The sensation of a ... something. Not exactly like those that lived in the dark realm but something... special. Different from the one he knew long ago. Different but still something did bring up old memories. Small hands on the short creature danced over the puppets and wooden dolls. As if he was the magical puppeteer. He'd chuckle lightly in a sound that seemed almost etheral. Clearly it was a chuckle but it sounded like it came from above them... around them... As if the sound was everywhere at once. The dolls spinning in a dance so fanciful it could have only been pure elegance in all its glory to imagine real beings performing such feats. The little dolls alone looked majestic beyond perfection... a dream made reality would be to see it performed by true beings. "Its a delight truly to feel so much in this place. The variety of people and life like a rainbow truly but something seems to present now just has it was always present..." His back to her as his hands moved performing as if he was a conductor to a orchestra as the sweet music played and the dolls danced. Several more appearing in a glittering explosion as if the entire small room was in comparison to the small dolls a giant ball room. Dancing to sweet music as fanciful dresses and suits took over their wooden figures. The music itself changing as well.
"I like... games. Do you my friend? Yes friend..." His magic creating floating hands that popped out not far from her face but maybe a foot away. Still conducting the music that seemed to at the moment come from nowhere as the little ball continued to occurred before her as if straight out of ones wildest fantasies as a child. His back at turned to her in the excitement conducting himself as well but stopped as both his hands placed to the side of his head a moment later. "The more you have of it, the less you see." He'd say with a chuckle "What is it?" He'd say as with a crack and pop his head pops from his shoulders. Up as the back of his boy ad small four foot tall body faced her. And with a spin tossing it up he'd catch it and yank it back down on his body cracking it and snapping it back on his body. So he'd be facing her... at least his head was while his body still remained facing the other direction. Hands placing on his hips. "If you can answer! Its your turn after!?! That's how it works... The names Cicero by the way my grand princess... A pleasure to meet you!" He'd say spinning on his heel so his body now faced her but head once again facing the wrong direction. His hand and arm folding across his stomach as he'd lean forward in a most gentlemanly style of a bow. His head falling with a thud. And rolling by all the little dancing dolls in the musical performance. Stopping flat on the back of his head after the roll at her feet and tippy toes. "Am I on a roll or what? Might have lost my head a little what do you think?" His body standing headless still where it was before propping upright ad headless waving its hand as if to say it wasn't impressed with the joke. "No one asked me! Er you!?" He'd say to himself as one half seemed to mock the other.

Lucy remained quiet as she watched the dolls dance, tapping her hands lightly on her knee's as she listened to the music. She was even bobbing her head lightly as her eyes followed the dancing figures, seeing nothing but absolute beauty unfolding in front of her. She had never seen or even dreamed of anything so beautiful! In her minds eyes it really was a ballroom with these elegant figures dancing away without a care in the world. Even when the strange creature spoke to her, she didn't immediately register that she was being spoken too.
Only when the creature called her a friend did Lucy jump out of her revery, startled that she had been noticed and looked over at him. She hesitantly took a step back, his large mask scaring her slightly as she stared at it's large eyes.
"I like games... but... I don't know you... my name's Lucy, What's yours?" She asked him, tilting her head as her mixture of curiosity and fright kept her fixated on her spot. Whenever the creature asked her a riddle, Lucy pouted towards him as she crossed her arms with a huff.
"I don't know I'm not as smart as mama or master are..." She said though pouted lips, clearly thinking he was making fun of her intelligence or something like that. Still, he seemed to be in a good mood as he introduced himself as Cicero. It was a weird name, but she didn't really know what was a normal name either...
"You're very strange..." She would then say as her pout would slowly disappear. Hesitantly, she would take a step forward, then another, and another until she was close enough that she poked Cicero's forehead. It didn't seem to bother him that he lost his head in the first place...
The head not far off felt the light poke. The eyes of the mask moving as naturally as if they were the same as anyone eyes. Looking at her finger. The body slowly turning and walking at a calm pace back towards its lost and forlorn head. "Darkness... was my answer encase you curious. After all the more you have of it the less you see in a manner of speaking. Strange... I thought you'd have figured it out." He'd say his body crouching and picking the head up letting the dancing toys and somber music continue around them. With a lift and twist sticking his head back on his shoulders. It didn't even seem to phase him he did it as naturally as if he had simply brushed a little dirt from his shoulder. "But oh you have a master? AS well as a Mama? Interesting yes... indeed very interesting. So you live up here with one I presume? May that be a mother or a Master? Truly strange though another child so high up in a place of such strange happenings. Thinks truly do change, That sure do. Would never have expected this. But the company is welcomed thats true and for sure." He'd say leaning close to her. mere inches away. A little pause before his masks eyes would blink as if scanning her mentally.
"Strange? Why is that? Don't you like strange things? Strange people are often the best kind of people you know?! I'm more then strange but I'm also more then unnatural from what you'd normally meet on this planet, Nay this very era of existence!" He'd say reaching out and placing his hands on her cheeks lightly aiming to pinch them and pull them out lightly stretching her face. Not violently but he seemed almost curious as if unsure what to think of her. "Lucy I see! Well I am Cicero as I said. Good to meet you! I've been remaining hidden up for some time only poking out when it came time for some minor amusement. Still not sure fully on my next plan of action but your surprise as more then livened things up! Unknown factors! A x factor yes! You get to be a x factor a surprise I did not foresee. So tell me about yourself Lucy! What do you do? Who is your master? Did you fly all the way up here! You must delightfully powerful to be hanging around with half the people up here!" He'd say curiously as the large eyes of the mask that was latched onto his face blinked and the mouth hidden behind the wooden bulk of the mask spoke each and every word so curiously in his almost ethereal voice.
It was still so strange to watch him replace his head on his shoulders, but still wasn't something she had never seen before. Back in the demon realm, there was a clan of demon's very similar in fashion... they lost their heads all the time! Although when Cicero said he thought she would be able to solve the riddle, the little girl just huffed.
"I'm still just a little kid you know... There's lots of stuff I don't know... but I guess that makes sense..." Lucy would say though pouted lips as she thought deeply on the answer the strange creature had given her. It was starting to hurt her head just thinking about it, so she eventually just shook her head to answer his next question.
"Well, Mama is here on the lookout, so I live on the lookout too. She looks after the whoooooole planet! And Master is in the Demon world! She made me you know, and then sent me to live with mama." She informed him with an innocent smile on her lips, as if her information was nothing but regular every day occurrences. She moved her hands to the side of her body as she spoke, trying to indicate the size of the planet her mama had to protect. She was being very expressive as she spoke, which was quite strange for her. That was until Cicero pinched her cheeks like a grandmother visiting her grandchild.
"Owiiiie" She wined, flailing her arms this way and that, un-moving as he held her cheeks and spoke to her. It wasn't truly painful, more so just uncomfortable...
" A Xfacor? wass hat? me? uhm... i juss lif wiff mama...um not vewy srong... i don even kno how to fwy. " She said through pinched cheeks, finally pulling away and rubbing them lightly before continuing to speak, though a lot less broken up than moments before.
"I came to the lookout through mama's demon portal. I haven't seen planet Earth yet... I need someone to take me but... I'm scared... what if they drop me and I fall? I can't fly so... I"d be splat on the ground and that would make mama sad..." She tried to explain things to the best of her abilities... he had said so many things, and asked so many questions she wasn't sure she had answered everything he asked...
He couldn't help but let out a light chuckle as the eyes of his masked seem to look pleased and humbled. The small creature chuckling at her comments of knowledge. "You should know, The youngest of many are often very smart! The world may bog down the dreamers and true geniuses of us all. But the potential of such young ones like yourself and knowledge you hold is likely greater then you likely realize." He'd seem to listen but as often some things just went in one ear and out the other. His ability to hold long concentration almost non existent. He did catch about one of the people she spoke of. The current gaurdian who had very... beloved assets. He had fond memories already of haunting the local shower, sauna, and bathes of the lookout regarding her. An the demon... he could only speculate on.
But just as demons made him unsure her cute face also distracting him from the pinchy faced fun. He realized she spoke on how she didn't even know how to fly? A great many did climb the lookout he vaguely remembered that but to regularly be subjugated to that or possibly never leaving. It saddened him lightly. "Splat? Flight hmm. I think I used to know how to do that. I recall great teaching methods from friends I had quite some years ago! Its actually quite easy! The living younger then you learn with great ease! In a way its a motherly lesson?" Curious as he considered possibly trying to aid her in some way maybe with it. Recalling the example in his head that in his... current mind state, Didn't seem all that strange even if anyone else would have realized what he had in mind likely didn't make sense.
If anyone was listening in on their conversation, it would have sounded worse than two toddlers trying to talk to one another. Neither side seemed to truly be listening to the other at all. They would pick out the parts of the conversation that stuck out to them, and only answer those. It would actually be quite comical and cute.
As a prime example, the first part of Cicero's words flew completely over Lucy's head. She didn't quite get it... but from what she gathered, he was saying she was smart? Well she hoped so, she hoped that it would make her mother proud if she was really so smart! However, then he picked on the notion that Lucy couldn't fly and the young girl pouted at his words.
"What... other kids can fly..? Ah man really..." She would say sadly, feeling quite depressed that unlike normal human children, she didn't even have this basic concept down! Maybe if she learned Atsuko would be proud of her! Oh but flying was so scary... She hesitated but then took a deep breath and nodded to no one in particular.
"Can you teach me to fly? I want to make mama proud of me..." She said, adding the last little bit in more as a mumble.
He nodded several times chuckling. Trying to make sure his head was now firmly in place on his shoulders. Somtimes when he'd put it back on if he didn't do it just right it could fall off on his own which no one really desired. Losing your had on purpose was quite comical but losing it on accident and finding it later also was just a hassle. His body sometimes didn't always take the best directions without the brain and head attached. "Fly so high they can become like clouds. To avoid falling to the water bellow or ground under the trees. From a mothers push to nature alone many young know to fly when the time is simply right! Perhaps all you need small one of flesh is to simply find that right time. Or perhaps if the clock is truly poetic that time make it now!" Throwing his hands to the sky. Curious ever so curious of what this on was really capable of. She was strange in her own way, special some would say. He could feel things and he was sure she had some curious things about her.
"Teach, Teach! I suppose I can try but I haven't done such a act in a long time myself. But once upon a time I was a power grand and pure as the magic of.... something equally pure and grand... But to learn one must use tactics tactics similar to the true masters! similar to nature!" He'd say his hands popping off and floating to Lucy placing on her shoulders as he began to walk towards the exit. His hands would lightly touch her shoulders and attempt to guide her to follow quickly at his side. "Flying is the easier part actually. Its the other part that's more difficult." He'd say walking with a bit of a pep in his step towards the outside and eventually the lookouts edge.
"Oh... really? Well that's not fair..." Lucy would listen to him as he explained how most everything that could fly, did fly when it was supposed too. It wasn't fair that all those other human children were flying around and Lucy couldn't. Had her master done something wrong when she created her? Was that why Lucy didn't know how to use her energy like all of her brothers and sisters did? And why was she so little compared to them? It didn't make sense...
It all really started to bug her, and even when Cicero continued to speak, Lucy was too stuck thinking on what her master had done wrong in her creation, and how big of a failure she must be to both her mama and her master. She would let out a deep sigh until she felt Cicero's fingers ushering her along. It would snap her out of her daze as she began moving, following Cicero now. Where were they going? Couldn't they learn to fly right here?
"Wait... it's not the hard part?" Lucy asked worriedly as he continued to guide her along until they were on the outside of the lookout. It was another beautiful day out it seemed... but today, there was no one outside training, and no strange visitors except for Cicero himself. She walked on until they reached the edge of the lookout, and she planted her feet hard against the stone tiles. She even knelt down as she felt much safer that way when she was this close to the edge.
He led her to the edge and thought more on the creatures and children of the past. Earth really was so different then it once was. Far more complicated and hardly as simple as it once was. He watched and observed and his spirit ventured forth now and again. But for now he'd place his hand on her shoulder chuckling lightly like some small creature but still as if he was some wise being. Even if he hardly looked it of course. "The trick is just pulling it out of yourself. In a sense just like nature has for so many years... We let nature do lots of the work and the rest of life just falls into place.... Heheh...'Fall." He'd say walking around behind her after guiding her. She asked him what truly was the hard part as he looked at her back. Angling around as if trying to get just the right look or searching for something. Till finally he'd say. "Well... More so the path. Nature wasn't always the kindest teacher. But have no fear. You have lots of power so I have faith in you." He'd say as she'd lightly feel on her back if she didn't move. The bottom of his pointy slippers. An with a place and shove he fully intended to send her literally over the edge of the look out. Standing and walking to the edge himself. Fully aware... he himself had forgotten how to fly. But still he had less to worry about in this existence so with that. He jumped and angled his body to catch up to her while falling likely right next to her. The speed and wind strange as it was like a gliding experience given they were so high up it would take a little time before they found the ground waiting for them. "Landing is the harder part.... Everything can take off but you know landings are the most dangerous. By the way how similar are your people to birds?! Its been awhile since I was set free and humans and creatures have evolved allot since then! Do you use energy or flap your arms?.... In hindsight asking some of this before we started would have been smarter!" Talking loudly as he was falling upside down and pure calm. Only talking loud so she could hear him. His arms crossed as he fell at rapid speed fully upside down but still in good posture.
"Also this is really windy! Feel those gusts! Makes me almost remember what it was like to be alive! Also we are pretty high up... Can't even see the ground yet. Hmm... Kinda spooky." He'd say in a cheerful town. "Worst case we'll just pull ourselves back together and try again. I like you. I think your one of my more favorites glad I can help you!"
Lucy only chanced a glance down to the seemingly endless skies below them, gulping loudly before scooching backwards away from the edge, only to feel something pointy on her back. She looked back as she listened to Cicero's explanation, her eyes only growing wide as, before she could even say anything, she was promptly shoved off of the lookout! A loud scream would escape her lips as she tried in vain to grip the edge of the lookout before she fell too far.
No good, Lucy was was plummeting off the lookout at an alarming speed. Her eyes welled up in tears as she screamed and wailed, crying out for Atsuko as loudly as she could. However, her voice was lost to the wind... even though she screamed, she couldn't hear her own words... she could barely catch her own thoughts... her heart was racing so wildly and her mind was trying so hard to understand what was going on, little Lucy actually fainted.
Her eyes closed and her body went lip as her body plummeted even faster towards the ground now. It seemed there was no hope for this little abomination to survive this at all. That was, until a crimson glow suddenly overtook Lucy's body just as they passed the Towerkeeper's spot. Her eyes shot open once more, though instead of her kind, child like eyes, they were deep crimson slits, almost like that of a cats or... a dragon's.
"Fool what kind of game are you playing at... Idiot a little girl like this... she wasn't ready to fly... damn you for making me push her..." She growled at Cicero just as the ground below them started coming into view. She sighed almost angrily as the young girls body suddenly stopped floating and just remained floating in the air about a tree's length from the ground.
Cicero flailed and shook his hands out in front himself as if to calm the panicking girl quickly before she lost her waking albeit panicking mind. "Calm down girl you just have to focus. I'm sure you can do this given the energy you have within and that big endowed guardian friend of yours I thought you'd take more directly to this. Have you tried flapping you arms perhaps?" He'd say his mask as he fell now spinning in circles on his face. It was hard to tell if the wind had perhaps caught the corner of his mask or if this was some trick of his magic or other strange behavior. His mind in all ways though was still just broken remnants of the once past whole it once was. The insane creature of grace now just a shell of its former self didn't seem to catch much harm in its action beyond a bit of a forced aid to help progress the girl towards her desire to fly like most many other creatures in this realm seemed capable of doing from the animal to humanoid variety.
Although his mask would seem to pop and stop spinning just as the rather new development or possible new comer made the field taking root and home in the tiny little vessel so rudely interrupting their fun travels towards the grounding developments bellow. "Well that's not creepy at all... It seems the chills and little delights never truly cease to amaze do they. I had thought I felt a rather familiar darkening light within the delightful cutey. Darkness does tend to hide at the edge of light." He'd say chuckling in a rather sneaky and strangely manipulative manner.
Little Lucy flew down towards Cicero as fast as her new ability would allow her, grabbing the strange creature by the leg to stop him from plummeting to his death against the ground that had come into view. Even though Nakiya was taking her over, the little girl barely had the strength to hold onto Cicero, and the two continued to fall slowly towards the ground. Albeit, much much more slowly.
"I don't know what sort of creature you are, but if you intend to interact with my little Lucy then you best make sure nothing like this happens again. If she gets hurt, or killed because of you, I will make sure the rest of your existance is miserable." The tiny girl threatened him while struggling to maintain her hold on his leg. Her words might have been more intimidating if she didn't look the way she did... red in the face from struggling to hold a mass of bones.
Just then, the two touched down onto the ground at the base of Korin's tower and Lucy let go of him, crossing her arms and huffing as she turned her back to him.
He'd wiggle his eye brows, or more so imitations of eye brows that held to the strange form of his mask. The odd object that seemed to act as naturally as part of the creatures body always seeming to move along with his expressions as if it itself was his natural face. "Quite outstanding! Clearly I am indeed the teacher I believed. The mother goose... Flight has been granted. An truthfully as I sad it is indeed the landing one must be worried of after all!" Chuckling a bit looking down at the ground as he hung upside down the small hands of the little girl clinging to his leg. The fall however at a much slower pace. His eyes large and almost cartoon like from the style of odd mask he wore seeming to gaze down at the slowly coming into view plains bellow.
When they reached the ground he pulled free hitting the grounding with a small bump of his face before falling on his back and quickly scrambling to get back to his feet not moments after. "Still talking so strange. Kids today always threatening their elders with these pains and terrors. Things sure do change..." Counting on his fingers as if trying to think of some idea how many years it had been. Two of his bone like fingers cracking off in his gloves and fingers falling at odd angles. Blinking a couple times before cracking them directly back into place and losing some track of his line of thinking. "You would definitely your hands full trying to fulfill those threats. I guess this means were friends now to get so blunt so quickly after all! All children feel the urge to rebel sooner or later! A sign the young are growing up. Truly enough to make a teacher cry and yearn for the days when their children and students couldn't fly! But alas those days have since passed like the time of my ancestors!" He'd say wistfully.
