[Description]: Piyano points both his hands up in the air. Then, he charges a large dome of yellow electrically charged wind around himself that travels at high speeds. A technique wherein the fighter is an ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind. This variation of the afterimage is far superior and allows for travel at much greater speeds.[Dodge up to 250% of your PL]
