They are all seeing and lethal and work under a blanket of rules and respect, while reaping the benefits that The Horsemen have to offer—like weapons, safe houses, information, clean up crews and bounties. The heart of this massive criminal organization rests in Seattle Washington; a gloomy city filled with spies and civilians on every corner. The underground world of The Horsemen is a complicated one—but if you turn your back on them, they will find you. Rebellious groups are forming now, and as The Horsemen band together to eliminate the threat the underground world has become that much more unstable.
