Nasu and Tomina like this

It had been time for Tomoroko to once more return to the after-life. She didn't have much of a choice as her body would quite suddenly just pop out of existence in the living world and reappear within the after life. Without sufficient energy to sustain herself in the living realm, her body was forced back to where she had come from, and that was Mar's planet, one of the Kai's sacred Worlds. A heavy sigh escaped her lips as she looked around herself, finding only Mar's home, but no Mar.
"I wonder where he is now... I haven't seen him since we arrived on the lookout. Hmm there's a lot I need to fill him in on."
Tomo thought to herself as she headed for Mar's home, walking straight in without so much as knocking as was habit for her.
"Mar??"
She called in, peeking around the home to see if she could see the Supreme Kai. Nothing. She raised an eyebrow at this fact but chose to instead move to find paper and a pen. If he wasn't here, then she supposed she needed to fill him in on what she had learned one way or another. She began writing everything she had learned down, reiterating Atsuko's disappearance, the separation of the saiyan alliance into the Saiyan Galactic Kingdom and the new Remnant Alliance. She even included Tokibi in her notes and writing about the takeover of planet Brench which was now called planet Saiya. anything and everything she could think of she wrote down.
It made for quite the novel! She hadn't written this much since her days as Sub Overseer. She shook out her hand and searched around her for a spot to place these that Mar could easily find it. She smirked as her eyes stopped on the refrigerator. she turned back to her notes and added a clause at the end...
"P.S You might need to go shopping. I'm STARVING, and a starving Guardian with no energy isn't of use to anyone! Call me when you need me!"
With that she stood up, moving to place the note on Mar's fridge, opening it up and promptly grabbing as much food as she found was edible and that she could carry out with her!
She took all of that food out of Mar's home, taking to the skies of the planet and flying off towards the mountain regions Mar had created for her. Once she found a spot that hadn't been destroyed just yet, she sat down and began to shovel the food into her mouth ravenously! Finally she was actually starting to feel like she was getting full! With every bite she could feel her energy returning, she could actually enjoy the food she was tasting and it only made her want to eat more!
"Ahhh! That hit the spot! I guess I should thank Yanagi for that one! Hehehe his cooking skills are really improving!"
She explained contently as she leaped up to her feet, dusting off her hands before balling them into fists and smirking widely.
"Alright! I didn't get much training in, but let's see just how much of my energy I've gotten back!"
Tomoroko exclaimed to no one in particular. She began to gather energy, and just as she did so the wind seemed to pick up around her. At first it was a slow breeze, but that breeze would soon pick up into heavy winds as tomoroko cried out, calling on her energy and pushing herself into her Super Saiyan form and then kept on pushing!
The bright of her hair would seem to dull as the saiyaness became completely accustomed to the transformation, able to easily push herself into her Full powered Super Saiyan state! But there it was again... that block in her energy that wouldn't allow her to go any further. She frowned as she opened her hands to look down at them...
"Not even Super Saiyan 2 yet... Seriously... Maybe I've been slacking off too much... I'm supposed to be training myself back up to Super Saiyan 3! This is taking way too long..."
the Saiyaness complained as she cried out again, her power shooting outwards from her in a blast, razing the land and trees around her to create yet another wasteland like area. Her eyes seemed serious all of a sudden as she began her training. Of course there was only so much one could do alone... fighting an invisible energy, firing off blasts to hit yourself, dragging around weights... it wasn't as fulfilling as having a good sparring partner!
She really missed Natto... he was always there for her... no matter what she needed he had been there... and when he needed her she... she couldn't do anything about it. She felt like she had betrayed him, again! and because of that betrayal he was gone forever... She couldn't lose anymore of her family... Even if one of them was a tyrant, and the other accepting powers from demons she just couldn't... she needed to make sure they would both remain safe. At least she could keep an eye on 2 of her children... Kimiko was still missing and she had yet to find the son none of her family knew about.
"I won't fail again... I can't just leave it like this... I need to get stronger still, I need to help Mar protect the galaxy but more importantly I need my family to be safe...."
She said before stepping into some more intense training.
She trained for days on end in the mountains created for her, barely stopping long enough to eat. There was nothing that would shake her determination. In the after-life, she really didn't even need to eat anyways, so she could just keep on pushing as long as she needed too. However, there was a strange feeling that washed over her. She couldn't help but feel there was something she needed to do, and something she needed to do now. Was it because something was happening in the East Galaxy she was now connected too?
She headed back towards Mar's house, stepping inside once more and heading straight for a crystal ball that was perched up in the seating area. She sat down and peered into it, furrowing her brows as she tried to figure out how it might work.
" How am I supposed to use this thing... hm... abra kedabra? Alakazam? Bibbity bobitty Boo! No..? Oh come on..."
She grumbled as she picked up the crystal ball and shook it as if it was one of those earthling "8 balls". The clouds inside the ball began to stir as soon as she touched it, moving in reaction to her touch and reacting to the disturbance she had felt moments earlier. Suddenly, Nasu's face was visible from within the orb.
She had to blink several times as she put the orb back down, looking into her son's face even though he couldn't look into her own. She smiled softly as she put her hand back on the orb, making it look like she would have been touching his cheek. The orb suddenly panned out, showing the entire throne room and the scene that was unfolding inside.
