Coming down into this miserable pit of an afterlife fit for the baddest of the bad was probably a horrible decision, but Nareli in something of a psychotic fit saw it as a fitting place to take out all of the sheer negativity she was feeling. She thought maybe if she put the beatdown on a few on a few evil souls that it would actually help her to fight her own feelings. There wasn't a guardian in sight that she could think of that could save her from the torturous maelstrom of strong emotions that afflicted her, making her think and act in ways that could easily have her banished by the tree that gave birth to her. What did she care, though? She couldn't expected to be a perfect child- she really couldn't. It just wasn't in her nature and she could accept that now, and if the stupid tree couldn't see it any other way then for all she cared the thing could fuck off. She was doing the best she absolutely could to be what she was forced to be and no one took even a single moment to acknowledge and praise her for it.
She'd keep trying, she would never stop trying, but her peers might hate her if they were to ever find out her means of coping with her painful, forced existence. Nareli's expression was warped with some mix between everything she was feeling; anger towards the world, fear for what might become of her after her actions here today, and sadness because she knew what Diana would say and to her. Basically, she was a huge mess leaning over the line between purity and corruption. A dark energy created an outline around her an came up off of her in wisps and fumes, giving her general color scheme a darker hue creating a vibe that just screamed murderous intentions. The only thing that seemed to escape the corruption that was now bursting forth from the darkest depths of her heart and soul was her divine blade- something she was surprised she could still maintain a firm grip on the handle of without burning or feeling uncomfortable. Maybe there was hope for her yet, or maybe the bond between her and the sword of the white goddess was just too strong to be broken. She didn't know, and she didn't care, because soon it wouldn't be so 'white'.
Getting through the Oni was easy enough with just a moment to suppress her corruption, given she had the authority to be down here with the simple of excuse of searching for a Guardian. A little bit of the bullshit 'any soul can be redeemed' speech was all it took to weasel her way down here to start on her probably futile attempt to cleanse herself of some of her demons. At least on the bright side she'd be doing something arguably okay, depending on who you are and your stance on the moral compass. Clearly this was besides the point though, as anyone omnipotent in terms of telepathy and sight of the afterlife- namely other Kaioshin could see that there was this clearly deranged and blood-crazed god of creation ready to bring the exact opposite. She had yet to find anyone willing to throw down with her without being too deep into the depths of Hell, because anyone able to sense her or get a feel for the vibe she gave offf would've hidden out of her sight. Her intentions were very clear regardless of the fact she hadn't murdered anyone, however.
In her seldom cornerstone kai planet, meditating in a kneeling position, the grand kai was busy thinking on her newest student. Or, well, one of her first. It had been so long that she had to worry over details like introduction to more intricate training. The boy knew plenty already in the martial arts realm as he had demonstrated... But there was something more to be done. Perhaps in the anticipation of the ToP and this new guardian she had forgotten someone else fairly important in her recent ambitions. The back of her mind stirred as she quickly hopped to her feet. Blinking at the ground and grabbing for her stave.
"A danger... in hell? Nareli?" She stopped to question herself before taking in a deep breath. She herself could just go to this energy with her kai kai. Stop whatever it was that was going to happen soon. But there was a delicacy tht cannot be rushed here. No, Diana instead gripped the stave tight in her hands and tapped it once to the ground to concentrate. Projecting her voice into Nereli's head as calmly as the amazon kai could.
["Nareli? Is is me, dear. I feel dark and dangerous happenings coalescing around you. Within you. I beg of you to come talk to me. Listen to my words and calm your senses over remedial thought. Even if only for your own sake and for those threatened."] She'd try to offer calmly, her large ears twitching as she remained still on her own planet. Fine with trying to appease the woman at first. She had no intentions on using any force...
Nareli paused when she heard the voice of the Grand Supreme within her mind. An instinctive response that disgusted her and that she would soon do away with or die trying- wait, what? She shook her head, trying to rid herself of these rebellious thoughts. She was down here to rid herself of this negativity not to embrace it. Where was this coming from? Her brow furrowed, her expression twisting back into the visage of mixed negativity. Dying would be pointless even if it were to hold some sort of silly meaning! It'd put her under a much harsher form of Diana's authority that made Nareli's lip curl back in a snarl mixing with her already present expression. An expression that challenged the Kai that couldn't even presently see it. When she opened her mind to respond, Diana could feel the Kai's negativity try to seep in like oil in water for a lack of better explanation. It was like dark tendrils would try very hard to wriggle their way through her mental barriers and attack at the Grand Kai's deepest most darkest thoughts, as if the Shinjin's corruption were an infectious disease- though it was rather much closer to a brain parasite in nature and the way it was described rather than some kind of bacteria or fungus. It wasn't intentional, Nareli could say that much, but she couldn't say that she wouldn't love to have Diana understand how Nareli felt and why she felt that way. ["There isn't a point in talking anymore, and you know it. Just let me DO THIS, Diana! I.."]
Nareli paused, a horrified expression replacing her current one as if some piece of the fake persona she had been creating since day one were peeking through and trying to dissuade her. Not that it would work, ultimately. She wanted to promise to Diana that she could set things to the way they should be- but was that really the proper way? Would that be the way that would make everyone happy? The Shinjin clenched her teeth as she struggled with the thought, her mind still open to the Grand Supreme letting her feel the overwhelming amount of conflicting thoughts and emotions that might just prove too much to bear, seeing as Nareli herself certainly couldn't bear them, otherwise she wouldn't even be here right now. ["I need.. to vent. I need to. Talking and hugging it out hasn't helped, and if it did it was only temporary."] The Kai finally formed a coherent sentence, taking a deep breath and closing her eyes as her thoughts would seem to calm for a moment before the negativity and corruption would resurface, feeling much more like a concentrated spike rather than tendrils.
["I need to kill."]
The soft silver color of Nareli's eyes was replaced with something hazier and more purple, a color and image that displayed lust of many forms. Diana may not see it, but she could most certainly feel it. Feel what Nareli couldn't control that currently tried to attack at the Grand Supreme's own mind, as well. That last thought travelled beyond just the Grand Supreme, as the desperate corrupted Shinjin reached out for validation from a third party. One that she thought would quit holding her back, maybe try to find reason and solution within all that negativity. Nareli's thoughts were unreasonable and illogical, but would that not be expected of someone who was suffering from a terribly painful loneliness? The more reasonable part of her mind knew that she wold receive no support and that she would instead be taken advantage of.. But by this point, she couldn't care less. The loneliness and mental instability had driven her to a point of insanity it didn't seem like there was any coming back from.
Once more Nakiya was working hastily on some of her newest creations, a veritable army that she would unleash upon the Galaxy jsut as soon as they were all complete... perfect beings of every race Nakiya cared to save, as many as she had gathered... However, there were no saiyans being created in this laboratory this time, at least none that would follow her into her new world. The only Saiyan currently in a tank would be the fallen Negi, several probes stuck to his head and implanted to his brain, his tail severed leaving only a scar where it once would have grown. The saiyans very features seemed to of have taken a darker turn as Nakiya corrupted and twisted him. It brought her no end of joy to watch the boy changing in that tank, no doubt suffering as his soul remained bound near his body though not yet allowed to find release back into it.
Suddenly there was an echo in her head, a voice crying out to be aloud to kill. While she knew the voice was in her head it sounded almost as if it was echoing through the Demon realm itself, reaching every mind in her realm. It was annoying as she nearly expected that to catch their attention... if someone was crying out to make a contract with a demon then no doubt there would be several to oblige... However, Nakiya herself was the only one with the mental fortitude strong enough to pierce into the realm of the dead, and therefore was the first to answer that call.
< You have a desire to kill? Well then girl what is it you are waiting for? There are certainly more than enough damned souls where you are to eradicate... though if you're after a true challenge, one to push back and really allow you to release this anger, then come find me~ I will be in the Palace of Makai, the Demon realm and I eagerly wait to meet you... if you can make it from the world of the dead of course. > It was a strange thing, to be able to reach the thoughts of a dead soul, or vice versa... Whoever this was must be quite powerful indeed, and that struck Nakiya as interesting. Whoever this person was she didn't recognize the voice which hopefully meant she wasn't one of the saiyans... Her invitation was open, but she truly didn't expect this being to find her way to the Demon Queen... after all she was dead, and even if she did revive she had to break another barrier to get to the Demon Realm.
Only once did Rival ever find himself at a loss for words within such a cesspool, Hell wasn't quite the groundbreaking place that people assumed it to be. In his experience this place wasn't quite anything to marvel over, most that Rival could find here were wannabe villains, and cowards claiming to have been wrongfully sent here as if the judicial system of Hell was somehow flawed. Rival couldn't understand how people, even when tried and proven guilty, would still stand to claim their innocence as if it would be enough to rally an army to break them from Hell itself. Energies weaker than a AA battery was the ongoing trend in Hell, it seemed, everything everywhere was particularly uninteresting and those of admirable power seemed to rather sit in corners alone or bare fang and snarl at whomever approached, which was quite understandable to the android considering anything and everything bred here was innately hostile like that gumball insect alien that got mad because of curfew and blew up several square miles of its personal paradise. At least monstrous play-doh was no longer a threat to the...'good'...people of the underworld.
Strong power was a rarity in Hell, either from others masking it through some ability they learned in the past as to avoid confrontation, or because there was simply barely any strong individuals in Hell for the reason that they are just too strong to be defeated and are most likely wrecking havoc in some far off planet nobody has ever heard of, gaining far more power and solidifying their immortality until old age would claim them and they would end up in Hell far weaker than their youthful bodies would have been had they met an untimely demise, so it would be a shock to the android when he picked up a power that stood out from the rest, something that didn't quite belong in this plane, it felt alien that much Rival had to admit, he urged himself forward as his curiosity got the better of him the only thing he could think of at this moment was how much he hoped that it wouldn't turn out to be Jube-Jube's massive biker-chick sister carrying more knives than Locke from Lost.
His eyes locked onto the source of the power he could feel, way off in the distance. This one wasn't quite what he would imagine would carry such power, but try as he might he couldn't deny that this...girl of some sort held a power that he found rather impressive, in an almost stalker-ish sort of way had he been capable of feeling but nonetheless he admired this stranger's power and he had to figure out just where it came from, he dangled above the stranger and studied her in an inquisitive manner, judging whether this creature was friend or foe, he would soon find out when he decided to descend, the air whistling around him as it bent to his will in order to accommodate his altitude change, his feet gently planted into the ground and he took note of the being's appearance, and how...ominous it seemed. He couldn't think of much to say, except for the burning question that hung in his mind. "Who are you?" He asked in a near monotonous tone, something in him kept warning Rival that whomever this was, wasn't a person to be trifled with, but his curiousity gained better ground as he longed to discover the source of this being's power, the question he asked wasn't much of a request for a name, but rather what she was, as he saw many different species in Hell but never before did he something like this.
Diana would shake her head at the thoughts received from the now darkening Nareli. It was distressing to say the least, knowing other shinjin were becoming so susceptible to the destructive nature that currently encapsulated the mortals. In the here and now, the last thing a child of the fruit should do is erase souls. It's not their place to do so. She'd shiver a bit as Nareli tried pushing some of that dark pressure into her. She was old enough to see past this attempt but could feel another disturbance lingering... She couldn't tell what, but something else was affecting Nareli.
"Kai Kai..." With a few taps of her stave the large grand kai would poof into existence before Nareli and blink at her. Pursing her lips into a smile to perhaps appear friendly enough. To the being watching it'd seem this large purple being with an oni horn just appeared from thin air. She had some ornate decorations and towered near seven feet tall! But she'd not pay this young one mind yt. Her full focus was on nareli...
"[Nareli. This is not the place for us to vent. Erasing souls is beyond even a GoD, do not condemn these lost souls! Most all are wrong doers who harm no one else. Come, we can plan action in the mortal realms instead if you wish.]" Even as she appeared she'd telepath her message to keep it all hush hush. Offering an extended hand towards the smaller shinjin, hoping she was at least somewhat appeasing her with this.
