Xiuhcoatl, Infernal-Blooded Thunder Dragon
<Fire Emblem Fates: Corrin>
<Fire Emblem Fates: Corrin>
Name: Xiuhcoatl
Age: 1.000
Race: Magi (Skulblaka)
Gender: One or the other depending on their mood.
Universe: 6
Height: 5’3
Weight: 135lb
Hair Color: White
Eye Color: Red
Identifying Markers: Fingertips stained with corrupted magic. They’re usually hidden by armored gloves.
Personality: Xiuhcoatl methodically takes what they want within the limits of their own personal code of conduct. They cherish loyalty and honor, but believe most traditions are flawed and meant to benefit a specific person- not that they can really fault a person for something like that.. At least not when it’s done smartly. They don’t care for freedom, dignity, or life. But they do lean more towards order than they do chaos, and prefer to judge others not based off race, social rank, homeland, or religion, but based off of their actions and attitude. By adhering to stringent discipline, they believe they can stand against all who oppose them on a moral ground. In social situations, they are silver-tongued, and charismatic mostly due to their reputation as one known to never break promises or to lie. Not exactly saying this reputation is well-founded, however.
Likes/Dislikes: Xiuhcoatl enjoys the smaller things, something easy to do with the wisdom that comes with their age. What they consider to be ‘youthful arrogance’, or just general arrogance can be equally amusing and irritating to them.
Aspirations: Create and maintain order and law in the universe by any and all means necessary.
Homeworld: Orúm
Allegiance:
Starting Planet: Sadal
Appearance:
Xiuhcoatl is short in stature, but built up to take a hit or two despite the nature of their abilities which would have them standing in the back firing off everything within their arsenal. Regardless of the gender, they have white hair and red eyes with pale skin. Their battle-worn armor is black with gold trimming, one singular golden pauldron comes as part of the full set. The cloak attached to the back is tattered at the edges and set, for some odd reason lacks a set of boots, leaving Xiuhcoatl’s feet bare. The only definable difference between the two forms is the usual traits males have that females don’t, and vice versa. The male is built athletic with much shorter hair while the female is built slender with much longer, wavier and thicker hair.
Backstory:
Xiuhcoatl lived an honestly normal life, to a point. Still, even while down the line things become a little off, there’s nothing truly spectacular that happens that sets them aside from the rest of your everyday Skulblaka. They had both parents growing up, though they were the sort to separate themselves from the rest of a rather large family. A quiet family life with education provided by two very intelligent and logically thinking parents without too much morals say for what most may consider the bare necessities in regard to said morals without denomination or religion of any kind to have influence or say left Xiuhcoatl with a very 'true neutral, logic rules all’ sort of mindset and lifestyle. With years going by came the natural development of their own ideals, however.
Though they are neither inherently evil or good they still possessed a righteous heart and a strong sense for empathy when it came to injustices and the suffering of the lesser people within the universe, developed through hearing news through the passing of words during social gatherings their family might attend. Adulthood came a tad bit slower for their race so there was more than enough time for their own natural mental and emotional development to mix with the influence of their upbringing to turn Xiuhcoatl into a scholar with an ulterior motive or two to bring absolute order through any means available, the one they're most skilled at being methods involving a high level of charisma and a silver tongue. Reading books on literacy and the proper articulation of words and listening to rumors passed along within their own home and passed on the street made the Magi mighty with both the pen and the sword, with magic to boot.

Support Tiers
- [ST-1] Perspective Manipulation (Flavored Ki Sense)
[This is a flavored version of Ki Sense, due to the nature of the skill heavily involving the manipulation of energies. Rather than completely hide their signature, they simply make it feel like something or someone else. Disguising themself at least in that way. On other items it simply makes minor appearance changes and it can be applied to others for fun flavor if consensual, but it does not do anything to their Ki.]
[li][PT-1] Darkness Manipulation[/li]
Another style of magic, Xiuhcoatl's preferred even over their innate electrical abilities. The cold harsh void of space and negativity that seems to be drawn to it's image empowers their abilities turning the color of their electrical abilities to something more sinister when used at maximum power. This ability came through years of training their mind to resist panicking at the idea of death, mainly through self-asphyxiation to the point of nearly passing out and exerting the will to resist.
[A flavored [PT-1] Space Resistance. 1 Stamina per 1 hour.]
[li][PT-1] Mind Reading[/li]
Sort of a variant of their Perspective Manipulation. Illusions are easier to create when you can tell what your target is thinking and feeling, after all.
[The ability to read the thoughts of those willing to let someone in their mind. [Ooc permission as well as Ic cooperating needed to read their mind - Range needing to be within the same vicinity. If the user doesn't have any version of ki sensed mastered they will also need to physically touch the person. But with Ki sense they may do it hands free if the person is nearby.]]

Roleplay Example:
Xiuhcoatl took her armored and clawed grip on the head of another currently humanoid Skulblaka away and let their hands remain idke at their sides. An irritated and mildly disgusted expression on their face as they processed all the thoughts and memories the unconscious victim had to give them after a good hard beating. It wasn't exactly easy doing this kind of dirty work, but targeting Skulblaka that were older than them could potentially lead them to information about some means of gaining power beyond what they might currently be capable. It wasn't exactly beating any fruit, though, as Xiuh was learning quickly that they were.. well, surrounded by goddamn idiots. They kicked the unconscious body aside and unfurled their wings to spring into the night sky with a singular beat of their powerful black wings, letting the resulting updraft catapult them into the clouds. Their wings would beat a set number of times whenever they began to lose altitude without them even having to think about it, as the movements were committed to muscle memory by this point allowing the Skulblaka Mage to think to themself and form a plan for what to do next onto their fancy little 'to-do list.’ Tuffles were smart.. Real smart. Small in stature, big in brains. They'd have to make a mental note to get their hands on one be it through forceful or peaceful means. Hopefully the latter if they weren't as stubborn as your average Skulblaka.
