It was silent completely, nothing to seemingly make a sound until the feint settling of chirping. As she opened her eyes her vision was engulfed by the beautiful blue of the seas of home. ‘When did I get back here? Hadn’t I left for Namek?’, her thoughts would try to process as she felt the very sands of the beach dip between her toes. There was something different in the air however, a feeling of cleanness to it that felt different then last time. It was like her home was healthy once more, but what was it that could’ve changed? ‘Was it all just one long dream? Was anyone I met even real?’, she would question of her own mind state as she moved forward. Her hand sliding to touch the ocean waves before her. Her mind was already imagining it’s cool refreshing wetness to her hand. Even as her hand reach down she fell forward towards the ground, a large thud making a harsh sound. Her eyes truly opening as she examined the very area around her. It saddened her that it had only been a dream. Her world was still in its ruined state. A deep part of her had hoped that this was the dream, that her world was fine, but even she knew this just wasn’t true.
‘Speaking of which…where am I even? I don’t…recognize this place.’, she would keep thinking to herself as she glanced around trying to place how she got here. It looked like some namekian home. The makeshift bed looking almost Saiyan like in origin however. Was she in some kind of village maybe? It was strange, but she couldn’t remember for the life of her of what got her here in the first place. The more she put some thought into it however wasn’t helping, in fact all it did was make her remember small pieces of it. She remembered drowning in some kind of river stream, some screaming beforehand and then…that was it…just a total black out. She wished she could remember more, but her own body was refusing to let her. ‘I can’t just keep lying on the floor all day though…’, her thoughts would go to herself as she would push herself up. The mistake this would be as she felt the pain going through her body however. Whatever it was she had done, it had strained her quite a bit. Every step hurt in places she didn’t know about even. She couldn’t even feel her ki as strong as it usually was. Maybe she should have been resting, but some kind of voice in her mind was telling her to investigate, to find out where the hell she was even. “H…Hello? Is anyone out there?”, her voice would ring out as she found it rather hoarse even from the soreness. Her movements would slow as she approached the entry way however, she couldn’t quite feel them with her weakened abilities, but she could still hear the noise of someone nearby. While it did put her on edge a bit…it wasn’t like she was in any condition to fight. The planet was inhabited by peaceful creatures anyway…wasn’t it?

Ryuteki was sitting outside of the lookout building once more, though instead of lying back and staring at the sky he was instead playing around with some strange device that the Saiyan Overseer had given him. It was supposed to fix onto his face and be simple to use, but seeing as the Namekian hadn't used any such technology in... well, ever, this seemed completely alien to him. He let out a heavy sigh as he finally just tucked the device into his sash, figuring he'd just fiddle with it again later, or ask the Overseer when he came back around.
Instead he could hear stirring from inside the lookout and chose to push himself back up to his feet. It had been a rather strange week truth be told... he hadn't expected to find so many people injured on Namek, but here was the second person the young Guru had found and taken home for healing. First there was a young saiyan, and now some strange looking pink humanoid creature. He remembered seeing a similar creature within the Saiyan Alliance, but this one looked different... still, he could only assume she had been with the Alliance too and so took her up for some healing.
Whenever she called out to see if anyone was there he made his way back inside, offering up a kind smile to the girl when she made her way out, looking for whoever had brought her here no doubt.
"It's good to see you awake, are you feeling better?" He asked kindly, not wanting to bombard her with information off the bat and introduce himself... he wanted to make sure she was at least feeling well enough to hold a conversation.

This person, they were different indeed. They were tall that was for sure. Tall and green, kind of like a slug if she would have to say. No…wait this was one of those namekians. Was that why she was here even? Had this namekian brought her here? Why though? Her thoughts tried to think back onto how she got here in the first place, but all she could remember was rushing waters…and a purple energy, a ki blast maybe? She was unsure, but this guy seemed friendly enough. It sounded after all like that they had been the one to help her from…whatever had happened. “Well, I don’t think I’m feeling better just yet. I still feel like my entire body was hit with something like a moon in force.” Isabella would say as she struggled to stand as is even, her legs wobbling a bit as she nearly fell over. Her strength wasn’t back just yet no, but nothing rest wouldn’t fix.
“That concern in your voice, sounds a lot like…home.”, she would say choking a bit on her last word, a dry mouth combined with a teared choke. “Why…did you help me? I’m just a stranger to you, I think…I can’t actually remember. It hurts trying to think backwards.”, Isabella would only continue as she would answer to his question on how she was feeling. She didn’t know exactly why she was hurting all over, but she did recognize at least that her body wasn’t well yet. She could feel her own power, much lower than usual even. That disappointed her a bit as well, who knew when she would be able to train again? Would it even matter? If she had gotten this injured, would she ever be able to face such a thing? She just, didn’t know. So many things had happened it seemed in her sleep that she just couldn’t keep up.
“Is…is it okay if I ask a few questions?”, she would ask seemingly waiting for an answer, only responding once if she was given a proper yes, “How long was I asleep? My entire body still feels strained?”, her first question would simply be before moving on to another one right after. “Who are you even? Why was it you helped me?”, her last question would be as she looked upon his eyes. The only thing she could remember otherwise before then was a river. She remembered the water covering her and pushing her, but that was it. She wished she could remember more, but with how strained she felt…she believed it all to be impossible. ‘That still begs the question of whether I can trust the namekian or not still, he may have helped me…maybe…but that doesn’t just guarantee he doesn’t have his own plans. Its better than one of those saiyans at least, I still can’t forgive what they did to our home.’, she would simply keep to her own thoughts as she stared up towards the namekian, her stance still weak as was.
"Then rest, you are safe here" Ryuteki assured the girl who seemed to be very much on edge as she spoke about feeling like she was hit by a moon. He knew that was impossible, but still he could understand the euphemism. He found it strange though that so many of the alien species coming to Namek were being found harmed in this way... and it wasn't just anyone that found them, it was specifically him. He couldn't help but think that there was something larger at play here, and it did worry him...
He returned his focus to the pink girl however as she spoke once more, saying that she reminded him of home while simultaneously asking him a half dozen questions. For someone that wasn't feeling better, they sure were talkative... He couldn't help but find that annoying, letting a light sigh escape his lips before letting his irritability show.
"You do not need to be concerned or afraid my friend. My name is Ryuteki, I am the Guru of the Namekian people, a spiritual leader if you will, and this is my home. I found you by a nearby river and brought you here after using what powers I could to heal you, though I apologize as I am not used to an alien's anatomy. This means my healing abilities are quite limited in what they can do therefore you may still feel quite sore. As for why I helped you, why would I not? I saw someone in need and so I helped, need there be any more reason then that?" He returned the question genuinely, not understanding that she thought there might have been an alterior motive to his actions. There really wasn't and it really was that simple. Honestly it could have been a fallen dinosaur and he would have helped it just as much as the pink girl, or the saiyan he had housed only a few nights before.

“Maybe, some rest would be good…”, Isabella would begin to agree with the namekian as she felt the very waves of exhaustion over her. Had she gotten up to early before her energy could replenish? Before her regeneration had enough strength to restore her to health? She wasn’t even entirely sure for herself any longer and frankly her state of thought was stuttered to a point. Slowly more and more memories were coming back to her however, slow as they were, they were still ever so fluid. She was beginning to remember of heading towards the ruined lands of this planet, more and more she was coming to remember if only she could just remember it all. This namekian however, it’s been so long since someone has treated her really this nicely…a long time actually. On earth no one usually was this kind to help someone like her though without wanting something in return. Frankly more and more she was worried what she would owe to the namekian. However, as she looked back into his own eyes she couldn’t help but notice the innocence in them, the frankly welcoming presence in his aura.
“I…I’m sorry, I’m just not used to someone helping without expecting something in return.”, she would say softly, not even sure if he heard her words. She did feel bad for being so accusing, she hoped she didn’t sound too cranky from the soreness of everything. Still it wasn’t right for her to be so accusing. Even if there were those who were greedy she had to at least give a chance. Slowly she did remember a Saiyan, it was a Saiyan who was beating her…she couldn’t remember the name just quite yet but she did remember a few things… “I think, I’m remembering a few things, but not much... I was in these ruined lands, the aura from the land there felt…sad. I can’t remember much between that, but I remember this tall male Saiyan with purple hair just beating on me, a rush of water…and that’s all I can remember.”, She would try quite frankly to answer to the best of her ability. It was the only thing otherwise she could even remember for now, but even she could feel her regeneration starting to kick in slowly internally. “Isabella, my name is Isabella, Guru Ryuteki…thank you for helping me.”, Isabella would give her thanks to the namekian as she would struggle to ask her own question. “Mr. Ryuteki, could you please answer myself a question? Why did those ruined lands feel so sad? So pained? It..It reminded me of my own home world. “, She would ask her own simple question wondering if even the guru of these people would know. How did they hold such ruined land and yet were still able to live on such unlike her own people back home? Her own friends? There were simply too many questions in her own mind and just not enough energy to disperse them all at once. This however…she just had to know if maybe these namekians knew the secret to how to survive with such a ruined place.
A Namekian's ears were quite sensitive to sound, and so the majin's comment hadn't been missed. Ryuteki however didn't bring any attention to it, there was no need too. He had seen some of the universes cruelty in recent days... had seen how much it warped people and corrupted them in ways he didn't truly understand. All he could do to truly help however, was to show them that kindness they seemed to be missing from their lives. So far, it had gone over quite well with another soul who seemed to have seen the worst in this great universe.
"There are many places on our planet that have been touched by Darkness... over time, there had been invaders to our world who would seek to harm our people, or use us to whatever selfish gains they might posses. Those people have inflicted harm on the planet both through their physical actions, and with their passing, through spiritual ones. That's why some places, and some villages feel different than others. The suffering our people had to ensure centuries ago lingers even today." He began to explain gently, pulling up a chair so that he might be able to sit down properly next to her, his hands hovering over her frame as he once more infused healing energy into her to promote her own self healing abilities.
"My brothers and I continue to try and cure the planet as best we can. We use our own energy to heal the ground, and we plant and farm our tree's over the diseased lands to promote growth. The trees that grow from these places absorb the dark energies, and with the suns light release the darkness harmlessly. " He explained to the girl, at least that was his belief. He truly believed that just by helping the planet grow, they could sure any darkness that befell it. So long as it's people were willing to work with their planet in such harmony, no true harm could come to it.
"If you don't mind my asking, how does it remind you of your home? Has something happened?" He wondered curiously, now unable to keep his distance from asking her questions as curiosity got the better of him.

Honestly, she hadn’t been expecting this conversation to move any further than it already had. As far as she had been expecting this was supposed to have been it. Maybe that was just how the universe worked? Maybe she had misjudged somethings, but maybe that’s was the thing to have called her here, the dreams, the whispers. Liari, all she could remember so far with her was her desire to fight. It was different than back home on earth and yet even she couldn’t deny that coming here in some way was affecting her as well. She was changing and yet in a sense…she was as well. The best way she could imagine it into words was that while they both were changing; her own changes were towards that more of caring then that of the others. More even as she was to remember, Liari didn’t seem to show as much care for those ruined lands. It was more like she was losing the one she had called a friend, in a sense…the one she called practically…a sister. It was only further improved by the guru’s story over what did happen. Was it possible that with these feeling that have welled up in such grounds of ruined land, was it possible that the both of them had been affected by it? Or was it that they had both carried these hidden feelings inside of them. Feelings only awoken by what was something considered extreme to have faced. Their paths may have been split, but maybe there was still a way to bring her friend back to the right of the path.
“I think, I know of the energy you speak of, ever since me and my…friend have landed here on this planet, I can’t explain it, but I’ve felt myself changing and have been watching my friend change just as well. When we arrived, there were these…whispers…seemingly from the land itself, I thought I was just imagining them so I tried to push them off. These deceased spirits…do you think they are the reason my friend has become so violent and why I’ve been even changing more and more? I must confess even, on my home world…I wasn’t this nice usually to others, but even then, just to those around me, it’s just been one steady change. Is my friend being affected by these darker spirits whose energy seeks only revenge?”, Isabella’s own question would pursue as both a question to the spiritual guru and in some way to herself. Was it even possible for spirits to be affecting them in such ways? Yes, they had both been connected quite closely to ki itself, but this? She just didn’t know any longer.
When the namekian began to ask her about her own home, her thoughts were quickly drawn to it. Her power as well was beginning to rise back slowly as the guru’s healing powers worked wonders for own regeneration, slowly she did begin to feel her own healing powers restore her insides closer to full. Slowly she was beginning to look healthier, her pink skin becoming darker and more vibrant with filled life. “My home world earth, it was attacked by two massively powered enemies at the same time. I was scared to go help then, I wasn’t nearly as strong or fast. All I know is that some god like creature attacked our south hemisphere, destroying it with plant life, wild plant life that seeks nothing more than to kill. Our north half of the world was attacked by some massive tree brought by saiyans. An army of saiyans, this tree drained the life out of almost every living thing. The entire north of our world is dead, drained completely of life, making it nigh impossible for us to regrow the plants and even bring back the lost animals. What makes all of it worse is that the earth people are now scattered throughout the galaxy, unable to survive on our home world except in heavily defended cities. Our world, our hope, its dying, and seeing ruined land of your world, of your home, made me feel sad and yet guilty. Guilty of what I couldn’t do, and saddened to know others were harmed by heartless individuals as well.”

"Hmmm..." Ryuteki would humm lowly to himself, listening to Isabella's words carefully and trying to think of a proper answer to give her. Truthfully he had no idea if these spirits were affecting her or her friend... and if her friend was an alien like her, why would Namekian spirits tie themselves to her? and why would they be so negative? Sure there were the spirits of the Demon Clan, and the Demon Namekians themselves but there were just too many variables to be able to give her a clear answer.
"There could be an endless amount of answers I could give you young one... to know the intentions of the dead is not something that I am capable of... However it is possible that there are spirits that could impact her in such a negative way, even if it wasn't their intent. The dead are not meant to interract with the living, and any number of things could happen. The Demon Clan, Namekian's who have been touched by corruption may have something to do with your friends own changes... Their rituals are strange, even to me. Where is she now? This friend of yours? Is she still suffering this darkness here on Namek?" He would ask curiously, knowing he didn't give her the kind of answer she wanted. There just was no straight answer to give her really as he did not know what could be affecting her, and if it was even the spirits faults at all. She did say it only started when they landed on planet Namek, but many creatures harbored darkness in their hearts, it just chose to surface at different times.
He would then begin to listen to her story and his eyes would grow saddened for her as she depicted her helplessness in the face of everything that had happened on Earth. He only knew of what Komatsu and Toru had told him of the affairs, but it was more than enough to understand how the saiyans were seen in a very negative light to others in the galaxy. He knew that even here on Namek, not all of his brothers agreed with the decision to let the normally 'evil' race stay on their planet.
"I see, so you are an Earthling as well? It is very unfortunate... what happened to your home. I have heard many stories of those battles from friends of mine who had been there. Unfortunately, we cannot always have a direct impact on the things happening around us, perhaps it's because we do not carry enough brute strength, or we simply don't have enough influence... but there is no one in this universe who is useless. It simply means that it was not your destiny to intervene then, that you are needed for another event in time. If restoring planet Earth to what it once was is your goal, then you should actively seek out that goal. It may be impossible to recover from that evil's touch now, but in time you will find a way to restore it. I'm sure of that." The Guru would assure her with a comforting nod. Nothing in this world was impossible if you set your mind too it, and this girl seemed passionate and genuinely sad about her home. He knew there was much she could do, simply by looking at her eyes.

She could feel that her own strength was starting to make its varying return back upon her body, at least enough for now that she could at least gather what would be needed to retreat somewhere safe. It felt wonderful having some of her energy back, feeling that strength that coursed in her body. It was such a wonderous feeling and yet she couldn’t but gain more memories back. The fight that had occurred beforehand, she remembered quite clearly now what had happened and in someway it did have her worried here. It reminded her that there was still a powerful evil in play here on this planet. An evil that she had to make sure was stopped. At least, before it was to be too late to do anything about.
Her concern only grew greater as the Grand Guru lacked any answers to be able to provide for the poor girl. It was both deeply frustrating and it was enough to make her start to grow annoyed. Not with the guru no, but with how life was to be played out as of currently. It was just plain frustrating to say at its very least. There was some slight good will knowing that there was a possibility for an answer. It did give her even the tiniest bits of hope that maybe there still was a chance to help her friend before she would do something too late. Something terrible that couldn’t be turned back upon. If there really were gods above, she prayed that one of them, any of them, would show her some kind of answer to her questions. Some kind of way out of such pains and troubles.
“Yes Mr. Ryuteki, as far as I could remember from last seeing her, before falling into that river. I managed to convince her to give up the single fight, not without getting myself injured by this Saiyan warrior, but I did manage to convince her of the one fight. However, she still held that desire in her, unfortunately I don’t know where she is, I can’t even sense her ki as of now…I don’t know if my sensing abilities are still under duress or if maybe something bad has happened…”, she would admit as even that thought worried her. If her friend was still under such darkness, she could end up hurting someone. She would’ve been a fool to deny that they weren’t both getting abnormally stronger quickly. She could only hope that good was something to come out of it and not further evil.
As the Guru would begin to express his own pity for what had happened for her home, she couldn’t help but feel thankful for it, thankful for someone to have cared about her home besides just her own people. If the Guru was right, then maybe she wasn’t as useless as she had thought of herself. Maybe there was still a chance to make things right. A chance to make everything back to the way it was. That was to be her goal. She had the one goal set in mind for herself and it was one she full well intended to reach one day. Restoring earth? That wasn’t a dream any longer, it was simply a future reality. “Thank you…Grand Guru, I think, I might chance give the Saiyans one last chance. However, Guru? I do want to warn you, there is an evil presence on this planet, one who is strong indeed, one who could go out of control at any moment. I ask, for you to please stay safe…I may come back to visit you as well one day.”, she would say her farewell with a slight wink as she would begin to leave, she looked back towards the Guru the whole time she left. Hope and happiness, maybe such things did still exist.
