Personality: Rutaba is a very lighthearted, casual Saiyan man when he is around his friends, talking about battles and troublemakers that he took down in his days so far, when it comes to other members of the Saiyan Kingdom. Others he takes a more direct approach to just try not to cause trouble with his saiyan bloodline. Depending on said Leadership role, Rutaba falls in line with whatever they are saying, treating them how he would want to be treated if he was filling such a role. However if the role is led by somebody his profession would most likely have to take down, this drastically changes to as much resilience as can be given. Appearance: Rutaba is a somewhat tall, fit Saiyan male, he has the token black hair and black eyes, with not many additional traits if you were to take him down to his base value, not including anything he may have on his clothing or weaponry. The only really notable thing if you were to search his body is a small, golden tattoo on his neck. It is not a design, but rather a small tattoo that shows ‘07A9X2P’ engraved, and all it is for is his designation in his profession. Aside from this, his appearance is pretty average aside from a slightly toned musculature from his time fighting.
The most basic, clothed appearance that Rutaba takes is his personalized Squad's Peacekeeper attire, which consists of steel arms and leggings, that go from the tips of each limb, to the part where they attach to the torso. This keeps his shoulders and thighs covered all the way down to his hands and feet to make sure that he is protected from casual strikes to those places when keeping the peace. His torso however, is covered in a stylized blue coat of sorts that ends in a cape that flows down the back, it looks more like a royals armor but it’s just his normal attire as a Peacekeeper. Around his waist is a belt that is also apart of a sheathe, where he puts his silver sword.
Backstory: Rutaba, being a member of the Saiyan Kingdom, and a member of the Saiyan race in general. Was born into a society that lives and succeeds through combat in general. Using raw strength and power to win fights rather than too much cunning and skill. However, for the good of their homeworlds and the universe they knew and loved, the Saiyans used their battle tendency to fight for the good and right, to be the protectors. Rutaba followed suit right along with that in mind and went right along into becoming a member of these, Defenders that he was so used to.
Just like his love for battle, it was like this lifestyle was filled into his blood before he was even born, and even without much of a parentage to go off of, the boy made sure to make his own path into training and becoming one of the greats. The lack of parenting in his early life mostly came from his parents being protectors as well, going off to stop evil whenever they could, and they inevitably paid the price in the end, as they died all too soon before their son could even really get to know them.
The community he was raised into, however, was not a cruel one, the right thing to do with this boy was to nurture him as his parents did, eventually breeding him to be a kindhearted soul himself, and none other looking to follow in his late parents footsteps by the time he was able to consciously make decisions for himself, and actually train. And train he did, with a power level not to sneeze at, but not to really write home about either in the end. He was an average boy at best, but the average was enough to make a good protector amongst a sea of others.
Given time however, he would slowly respect and look up to those at the top even more so than what he was becoming, taking note of the leaders like the King and 2nd in Command, as some sort of god's among the rest of the Saiyans due to their sheer skill and ability to keep the Kingdom together like this. Truly, if he had a goal, it would be to become the successor of those people at the very top. And he would work towards that for the rest of his life as well, making sure to put forth effort in every mission he would go onto with his squad.
Whether it be some sort of recon mission that required his power level suppressed as low as it could possibly go. Orr if it was a mission to take out a group of villains on a planet by going all out and putting them out of commission and bringing them in. Nothing was really outside the realm of possibility to what the Saiyan would put effort into, as long as he could work towards his end goal, it was all for the good of the Kingdom and all the galaxy’s as he knew them.
As time would progress, Rutaba’s squad would become more solidified with one another, because as trainees there was no real bond between partners, and members would be switched out with one another with relative ease and not much care for them meeting again, but with members going on more and more missions with each other, they would become brothers and sisters in arms and slowly a Squad that was built for a mission, would become a Squad that was built for one another.
This held absolutely true as one day, no member was ever swapped out of their squad, each one of them being held firmly together as allies to go on missions. Relying upon and trusting each other was the easiest part for them all. The Saiyan’s squad comprised of three males and two females, including Rutaba. Their commander, Tunnip, was the most experienced member of the squad, being much more developed in both age and power, he was definitely the strongest member alongside his experience, overpowering all of them even if they tapped into their Saiyan Soul. The other male in Rutaba’s squad, Azukai, was like a true brother to him in that they were both born near the same time, and they got along almost too well for them to not be best friends. The two girls, on the other hand, were twins who were half-breeds as well, their half-bred blood making them a lot more kindhearted and peaceful than others, despite keeping to a peacekeeping lifestyle nonetheless, with their names being Rosémarie and Lavender.
Mission after mission, they would get closer and closer together until a mission went bad in all the wrong ways. Despite how bad the mission went, Rutaba was determined to keep on with his Peacekeeping, but he would never be emotionally the same again on the inside, and his outlook on allies was never as cautious as it would be after that day.
[SOT-1] Razor Strike: With a slash of his sword, his hand, or anything he can really get his hands on, Rutaba makes a powerful attack to try and slash through his opponent. [25% Damage] -->[SVT-1] Taser Strike: Applying additional ki into whatever he is using to make a Strike, Rutaba attempts to stun his opponent if his strike hits its mark. [30% Damage + Stun] ---->[SVT-2] Thunder Flash: Charging a massive amount of ki into either his weapon or hand, Rutaba unleashes a gigantic slash of electricity that stuns the opponent on hit! [60% Damage + Stun]
[EOT-1] Spiral Wave: Rutaba holds both of his hands by his side, creating immense energy in the palms of both, before slamming them together to launch out a spiraling energy wave. [25% Damage] -->[EVT-1] Burst Wave: Rutaba pours far more energy into his spiral wave, before firing it at his opponent, upon contact, it surrounds the opponent instead of continuing on, damaging them all over instead of just at one spot. Its offensive capability only goes slightly up, but it now ignores the opponent's guard, as it will navigate around the block. [30% Damage + Unblockable] ---->[EVT-2] Converging Stream: With his body coursing with electricity Rutaba fires out a large, spiraling beam of energy. As it reaches its target, it breaks apart and surrounds their entire body to navigate around attempts to defend against it. [60% Damage + Unblockable]
[SOT-1] Flash Fist: Standing still for but a moment, Rutaba bursts forward, using speed more than strength to deliver a quick blow to the opponent's chest. [25% Damage] -->[SVT-1] Blazing Fist: Coating his fist in ki, Rutaba makes a quick and decisive punch to the opponent. Upon a successful hit, the ki erupts like fire and burns the target for a short period of time. [30% Damage + Burn] ---->[SVT-2] Inferno Smash: Coating his fist in a massive amount of ki, Rutaba delivers a heavy hook to his opponent. Upon a successful hit, the ki erupts like a blazing inferno and burns the target for a short period of time. [60% Damage + Burn]
[EOT-1] Erratic Blast: Holding his hands up into the sky, Rutaba charges energy into his palms before unleashing a barrage of erratic ki blasts at an opponent. [25% Damage] -->[EVT-1] Erratic Barrage: Much like his Erratic Blast, Rutaba charges ki into his palms and then unleashes a barrage of ki blasts. However, they instead fly off spontaneously at multiple targets. [AD][SOT-3] Impulse Rush: The user charges at the opponent and stuns them with a powerful punch. Then, the user unleashes a barrage of punches and knocks the opponent with one kick and then sends upward with a using his two legs. [EULT-3] Super Galick Gun: To perform the Super Galick Gun, the user places his hands up to his side and forms energy between his hands, the same as the normal version. Then, he fires a Galick Gun that is bigger and much more powerful than the normal version, inflicting a huge amount of damage. Mechanically, the Super Galick Gun is an extremely powerful attack that takes a while to fully charge. Its charge, however, grows greater with time (Starts with 100%> 200% > 300% > 400% > 500%). On top of that, the power of the attack is so great that even if dodged, the enemy will still take some damage from it, due to the sheer energy released, depending on the charge (starts with 25% > 50% > 75% > 100%) [Low initial damage, high final damage. Personality
Banza normally has a very blunt and cold personality, often coming off as uncaring or malicious with his lack of desire to be soft towards other people. He is not actively aggressive or violent towards people, but he does not handle serious subjects lightly when around others. This is not by nature or nurture, but rather a disinterest in doing anything that would ruin the efficiency of his missions.
When alone, Banza usually shuts down in a way, practically becoming non-functional unless interacted with. This could be some form of simulated sleep that the Android has decided to use to fit in with others more, but such behavior is unknown.
Despite his cold and uncaring quirks, Banza has some capacity for kindness when it comes to people outside of his missions. Due to the lack of efficiency needed during down times, he can focus more on developing personal relationships and working on himself as what could be considered a 'person'.
Backstory
Banza is a Sadal Defense Force Android made for the purpose of filling in spots in smaller squads who have lost members. Fashioned as a way to help with Defense Force work, they use a combination of their natural looks and increased fighting capacity as Androids to assist the soldiers they are fit alongside.
Banza himself was specifically ordered to fit into a Squad that was all but wiped out, alongside a Saiyan named Rutaba. Completed fairly recently, he hasn't had much time to make a history for himself outside of manufacturing and testing runs within the Sadal Defense Force.
To the Android's dismay, his supposed partner was relocated officially to another planet shortly before his testing phase was completed, leaving him with limited communication to what could be known as his squad. Until Rutaba returns, he was just told to help with small patrol tasks around Sadal in order to keep it safe in the Saiyan's stead like many of his allies had been doing for him.
While waiting for that day, Banza has only done so much for himself, but still seeks to form bonds like his Squadmate had done so that he could lead by example for his return.

- [EOT-1] Naked-Eye Beam Pointing a finger in the shape of a gun towards an enemy, Banza fires a very thin, almost invisible beam towards an opponent to pierce their body. [25% Damage]
- [EVT-1] Naked-Eye Beam [Revamped] As with the regular Naked-Eye Beam, Banza fires a thin beam at his opponent. However, in the revamped version, the thinness of a beam is meant to exploit weaknesses in Barrier-Like Defenses. [30% Damage, Barrier Breaker]
