His hardened shell is as blue as the ocean and is finished with a face mask that is orange along with the more softer bits of his being. His eyes are similar to that of an insects although they give off a fiery orange glow. His head is well equipped with that of a horn of rhinoceros beetle. His whole form is insectoid in nature however unlike a typical insect he only has four ligaments. The bio-android also is equipped with insectoid like wings and claws that digs into the very ground he walks. However, the wings on his back are too small to give him the ability to fly but merely jump slightly further distances.
Backstory:
Creating an android is easy, but creating a bio-android is a completely different matter. His Doctor Gero had to go through many experiments before being able to create the perfect killing machine, Cell. However, in current time bio-androids are simply easy to make by any crackpot scientist. Introducing Dr. Carmine a scientist hell bent on to creating a super weapon out of the biological makeup of other beings. Cytos being one of them.
Cytos, was the pinnacle of Dr. Carmine’s work his first successful android who was capable of evolving and becoming something more. With the strength of demons, the knowledge and defensive capabilities of a yardrat, and the potential of a human. He believed that even his work could potentially outclass any bio-android if given enough time. However, Cytos’ creator would not live to see that due to the doctor’s death during the invasion in South City during a family visit. Luckily for Cytos, Dr. Carmine’s lab was located in a small underwater substation and was quite a far distance away from the destruction.
After nearly a years time, he was let off of stasis due to an emergency protocol within Dr. Carmine’s lab. Due to Dr. Carmine’s foresight, if at any point he died abruptly during the creation of the newly born bio-android, he put systems in place so that Cytos could escape the lab and live life freely once the auto piloting systems hit shore. However, this was not all in good fortune once Cytos woke up, he didn’t have the vast knowledge and intelligence of a normal bio-android. He only had basic knowledges and urges that mortals wish to gain: such as speech, the urgency of discovery, and the lust for power. This was because Cytos was premature, he wasn’t meant to be let out this early, so what does this mean for the world? Will this child like mind will learn quickly how to protect those around him, or destroy them?
Techniques
Technique Tree: Balanced
Offense Tiers:
- Energy Revolver [OT-1]
[25% DMG]
[li]Hyper Energy Revolver [OT-2][/li]
An improved version of the energy revolver, instead of several spheres revolving around his wrist, tens of energy spheres surround his forearm for a continuous energy attack.
[50% DMG]
[li]Ki Spear[OT-1][/li]
Cytos, despite his age grew a interest in piercing weapons from one of Carmine’s many collection of weapons. He creates a spear solely made out of a pure yellow ki by concentrating ki between his four arms for a very short time; however, this allows the spear to extend or be thrown at the enemy at will. The ki however takes a simple shape, making it look more like a rod than a spear.
[25% DMG]
[li]Shatter Lance[VT-1][/li]
This is a variation on the ki spear, this gives the pole a well defined tip, perfect for piercing through barriers.
[25% DMG/Nullifies Barriers 40%]
[/ul]
- Ki Spear II[OT-2]
The Ki Spear now becomes larger as the energy of the spear goes from yellow to blue.
[50% DMG]

[Can redirect up to 15% of their PL]
- Redirect[ST-2]
[Can redirect up to 40% of their PL]

Roleplay Example:
Cystos felt a deep darkness began to envelop him, but wait, he felt something? This was the first time he felt anything in his life (Which is about five seconds). This caused the insectoid like creature to slowly creak his eyes open, as he began to survey the area around him. He let out a few soft grunts that quickly echoed in this thick shell that surrounded him, as he soon discovered his lower half was being covered in a liquid with creepily low viscosity. His first reaction to the slime was to knock his head against the protective region. The powerful strike cracked the thick wall easily. The beetle's body now wriggling out of his shell, as the blue bug attempted to move every inch of his body to get out of this slimy texture that his lower half is currently stuck in.
Cytos then quickly noticed something, fluttering on his back from all the movement..wings! The bio-android began to pick up on all of his various functionalities rather quickly. His back wings were now fluttering faster in preparation for his escape. The beetle like creature quickly put his maximum power into his feet and then leaped! CRASH! Cytos not only broke through his shell but also broke through something rather hard. Before he knew he his body banged against a metallic wall. His hard exoskeleton taking the brunt of the damage.
Once Cytos came to his senses he once again scanned the area. He quickly noticed his body was surrounded by glass and the large glass tube he came out of. Afterwards, he turned his head from left to right to see Doctor Carmine’s main lab in its full glory. However, the plethora of computers, regulators, and test tubes didn’t exactly peak the beetle’s interest. His prior programming didn’t give him too much knowledge about anything technological in nature, nor did he have opposable thumbs. However, he did notice a particular beeping noise begin to rise, as the lights turn from a calm blue to and alarming red. This of course quickly shocked the android, as he quickly began to skitter out of the room to escape the intimidating lights and the oppressive horns.
If Doctor Carmine didn’t do anything else for Cytos, the one thing he did do was to at least program a layout of an optimal pathway for the insect to escape. Cytos then ran, ran as fast as a three foot beetle could, as the the lights only seemed to become brighter and the noise only becoming louder with each passing second. In a panic the quadruped stopped skittering and began to hop! Hop like his life depended on it! Until he finally could no longer feel the ground. His new found flight brought a bit of relief, but a new found terror as he soon found himself not being able to control it. His body now bumping and crashing between every corner of each corridor he passes until he found the exit, but to his everlasting terror the hatch was closed! Metal walls seemed to be this bio-androids greatest weakness.
In a natural reaction Cytos lowered his head, so he wouldn’t hit the door face first. However, a latent power within began to surface in this herculean creature, as a shining sphere of yellow energy began to glow and then quickly fired out of his horn like a bullet. After contact, the door was short work for the escapee, as the hatch flew off the hinges and let out a wide opening. The light at the end of the tunnel began to shower onto him. His head quickly rose to see a hole where the hatch used to be. Afterwards, his body quickly swoops out of his iron cage. The ecstasy of escaping threw Cytos off balance, as he quickly lost control of his flight pattern and crashed onto the coarse yet fine sand beneath him. Staring at the the substation just before the hunk of metal suddenly went up in flames and exploded. The insects thousands of eyes quickly widened as chunks of metal came flying at him knocking the poor soul back into the cold black sleep he was once in.
