Before the Tournament of Power, and before Nareli's corruption.

The Northern Supreme knew it was only a matter of time now before she would finally snap and show her truest colors. Everyone who knew the girl well enough adamantly denied it, but even for a young Kai Nareli was wise enough to know that she was a ticking time bomb. And that she would have proper preparations and follow certain procedures to ensure that when she finally did break down, that nobody at least important would be hurt. Nareli would have to call on a favor from someone that was pure of heart and was not at all involved with the recent drama that had spawned from Nareli's increasingly odd behavior and defiant words towards the Grand Supreme, and most importantly someone that could travel between the barriers of life and death even if only for short periods of time. In all the universe, there was only one person she could think of that could live up to this simple task of yet dire importance. Nareli had to be secretive about this meeting, to ensure that none of the Kais or any other malicious third party would listen in and ruin her plans. So she chose the temple in which she had originally awoken after her initial hibernation. It was well beyond the length of Snake Way, carefully tucked away in an out of the way place that most intruders would not think to look for. She didn't think she would have the need for the location again so soon, but this was the hand she had been dealt. The cold stone interior of this place helped to ease Nareli's mind, making it far easier for her to relax and to breathe deeply, clearing her mind of any hints of her corruption that one might be able to pick up with basic telepathy and Ki sense techniques. She didn't want the conversation to end before it even began, so she would have to exert all of her will into behaving. This was gonna make for one Hell of a headache. Carefully and keeping her mind clear as best she could, the Supreme Kai reached out with her telepathy.
"Hello, this is Cornatto, is it not? I have a favor to ask of you, it is very important and the safety of a lot of important people are relying on it. It's simple and won't take long, I assure you."
That was good enough. A brief and simple message to this universe's team captain. Hopefully it would even reach him to begin with. Kais didn't have so much trouble with passing between the barriers using telepathy, but Nareli wasn't too knowledgeable on how Cornatto was able to get between them physically.
