{Spoiler}{Spoiler} Flare was born a normal grey Elemi baby aboard a PTO ship. Her parents having been Elemi Mercs that worked explicitly for the PTO, almost as mere soldiers. This young pup didn't get to stay with the parents long however as the Trade Organization would make sure these contracted soldiers would be convinced enough to continue work after recovering from pregnancy and labor. The Elemi child was sent off to several planets until it finally reached Earth. Raised up as a normal child by some foster humans. An elderly couple named Jugo and Helgen Jefferson that ran an engineering firm. The two decided from there to call her "Jackie Jefferson", albeit her later in life going by Flare in traditional Elemi fashion.
On Earth the young Flare would get her colors at a ripe age of 4, bearing the common fiery element that a lot of Elemi possessed. Like with all Elemi this would also be when their powers start developing. The foster parents were unaware of how spontaneous the change would be and had to heavily adjust their plans to keep the naive Elemi from burning places down. In the meantime they also received some help from a Martial Artist by the name Scion. All to kickstart her into being able to control her power and body. Along with that they also taught the young Elemi the basics of engineering and she sound developed the ability to create.
Sani was an aspiring young student and fighter that attended the same schools Flare went to as a child. Soon in their childhood they would become best friends and train alongside one another under Scion. She had an abundance of other friends too, but none came close to the near-sister bond these two shared. They constantly challenged each other as well. For most of their time spent training together they had remained even, but half-way through their adolescent years Sani seemed to have developed as the better fighter. Both were revered by their Master Scion though, feeling accomplished that he taught them a fair amount of skill.
Just years before present Flare's foster parents have since moved on, one in a retirement home while another has passed away from old age. In doing so they gave her ownership of the engineering firm. She and Sani continued their training under Scion until Sani's parent received an urgent call to return home. Flare was almost set on following Sani, but Scorpio thought such a move was intrusive and instead suggested something else to her. Even with her want to explore, she had never found the opportunity to. Scorpio promised to the young adult Elemi that he would get her started should she wait a few years for him to retire.
A year ago the two of them have set out plans for such trips across the Galaxy. It was discovered one day that Scorpio just came up missing, leaving Flare at a bit of a lose. Was it not meant to be? No, she had a growing suspicion of something. Something she had to figure out. The old man wouldn't just disappear. Flare spent months looking for some sort of sign for his return, or perhaps a clue as to where he could be. All that was given to her though was a vague sense that Scorpio was still out there somewhere. She just has to grow up and scour the galaxy herself to find him. She gave temporal ownership of the firm to a trusted employee, one close to her foster parents, and started setting out on her own.
[SOT-2] Flare Blitz - The same as her Flare Combo, but will incorporate larger blasts in addition to covering her whole body with this fiery ki. Kicks and punches both send out these large fireballs now. [50% PL Damage]
[SOT-3] Flare Torrent - The user balls up their fists and engulfs their hands and lower legs in a large fire. Rushing at an opponent, the user then lashes out with these blows. Large balls of ki being thrown from the balls surrounding these extremities. Up close, the blast is quite literally smashed into the target, but it can also be used at range to fling the balls at their target. [75% PL Damage]
[SVT-1] Flare Splitz - An alteration of the Flare Combo that is aimed to strike out at multiple foes. The combo can be split up in any fashion, with more hits lessening the power of each blow but being able to hit multiple people. [30% PL Damage, split attack]
[SVT-2] Flare Cross - An alteration of the Flare Combo that is aimed to strike out at multiple foes. The combo can be split up in any fashion, with more hits lessening the power of each blow but being able to hit multiple people. [60% PL Damage, split attack]
[SOT-1] Crimson Lasso - The creation of flame is child's play to the young flame now. This creates several whips of flame around the target that lash out at once towards them. Flame whips, oooh yeah! [25% PL Damage]
[SVT-1] Crimson Lariat - The creation of flame is child's play to the young flame now. This enhanced version of the Crimson lasso will attempt to temporarily snag onto a body part and zap - or rather, "fry" - the energy out of them to add fuel to her flames! [30% PL Damage, heals some of the user's wounds.]
[SVT-2] Crimson Halo - The creation of flame is child's play to the young flame now. This enhanced version of the Crimson lariot will attempt to temporarily snag onto a body part and zap - or rather, "fry" - the energy out of them to add fuel to her flames! These pretties spawn hundreds of the tendrils! [60% PL Damage, heals some of the user's wounds.]
[EOT-1] Ignis Flumine - Flare will have a charge build in the palm of both her hands. Once readied, she'll bring them together, hands made into fists, to unleash a large beam of fire. [25% PL Damage]
[EOT-2] Ignis Fluminis - A bigger, badder version of Ignis Flumine that has a more considerable drain on her. [50% PL Damage]
[EOT-3] Ignis Mare - This version of the Ignis Beam employs her entire body. The elemi expels the large beam out of herself, activated when she finally brings her fists and feet outward in the direction the beam should head. [75% PL Damage]

[PT-1] Telepathy - With those she can sense she can also communicate with. [Communication through brainpower, goes off of highest tier power sense]
[ST-1] Smokescreened - A version of the Afterimage technique that's image will poff into distracting smoke once hit. [75% PL Dodge]
[ST-2] Firescreened - A version of the Afterimage technique that's image will burst into explosive flames once hit. There are a lot of images in this variance. [150% PL Dodge]
[ST-3] Solarscreened - A version of the Afterimage technique that's image will explode in a radiant, white flame once hit. The speed this achieves leaves behind hundreds of images. [225% PL Dodge]
[ST-1] Solar "Flare" - While it shares its name with a famous technique, this Solar Flare relies on a flash of bright, white flame that comes from her body in some form or another. An overexertion of how hot she could make her flames, per say. It works pretty well as an alternative to its namesake, blinding all nearby. [Non-harming Stun, requires 30% to block.]
Special [ULTIMATE] Undying Flames - Much like the phoenix of fantasy that was born with the body to create itself reborn. Through sheer willpower and work of the flames, the student can unlock something from within. A death-defying secret kept close yet locked away until the moment arises.
[Once per thread, upon death, stun, stunlock (Where someone is stunned/frozen or otherwise unable to defend and/or attack for the remainder of the thread), or KO, the user may continue fighting as though they have not been knocked out (If KO’d), unable to move (If Stuned/locked), or only sustained minor injuries (If killed). As long as they are standing after this is activated they cannot be stunned or taunted. They will be restored with 3 stamina, even if they had more before proccing. For the first turn, their Power Level will increase to 150% of their normal level, decaying 25% after every post they make (125% For the next turn, 100% for the one after that, 75% after that, 50%, 25%, and finally falling unconscious on the one after that one. If this was procced from a stun or stunlock, the decay stops at 100%.) If this was procced by death, they will require an ST-3 healing (or equivalent healing item) from someone else in order to survive, either before the time they hit unconsciousness or within a full round of their next thread. This will automatically put them out of combat, too. Racials involving death/healing factor cannot proc on the user for the remainder of the thread, nor can it proc off the death/KO this prevented. Getting vaporized will make this ability moot. To use this ability, the user must be desperate or determined enough for its power.]

Originally born out of the control of ki and the raging fire Flare possessed, her former master Scion has developed a special martial arts to incorporate use of her flames in martial combat. Practical and brutish, this style takes after combinations of kickboxing and muay tai alongside controlled use of flames. While it was geared specifically towards Flare due to her elemi nature, anyone can learn to harness the flames.
The style has, very recently, been refined more into an art of control, creation, and fueling the fire within one's being. Flare has since less focused on the techniques of the kickboxer-like style and focused intently on mindset and symbolism.
This School's ST tree is its own tree, and as such cannot be altered or upgraded. It can't even learned without the school itself.
Dogi: None, unless they want a scar on them or something. Flare is always offering a nice School Tattoo.
[BG][PT-1] Fire's Control - What must come first in the Fist of the Phoenix is the most essential step; Control over the element of fire. With strenuous amount of legwork, enhancing their mind and ki alike, they can possess the capabilities to freely create and manipulate large sums of fire. This is an absolute requirement, as the techniques require a flame to be used with them.
[For those whom are not classified as a Fire elemi or something relatively close to such, this gives them the ability to freely create and manipulate fires and other sources of direct heat as if they were a fire elemi. This fire capability is much stronger than what can be done with magic materialization involving flames. For elemi who already know how to naturally produce flames, this acts as a stronger magic materialization. Allowing creation of anything within reason and to their Power Level. From large sums of items, large objects and buildings, weaponry and armor of the finest make, and much more. This also allows for minor cases of living beings being created, in various sizes and form. Fire elemi who use it in these ways will leave obvious works. All things created with their flames, be it in solid form, liquid, or otherwise, have similar properties of being a fire elemi (fire by nature, might explode in flames and excrete flaming hot liquids, etc). This is all purely flavor.]
[IN][PT-2] Afterburner - Users of the Fist of the Phoenix will eventually learn how to make their attacks extra volatile. Any technique can become a burning sensation with the use of the fires they create.
[Once a thread, the user may use this before a technique on the same turn. That technique will have its power increased by 10% and have the added effect of a scorching burn that will continue burning the target for 10% of the technique's damage for 3 turns (To a total of 30% altogether).]
[AD][PT-3] Wildfire - Students will eventually master the balance of fire, but notice that their power can become sporadic. Like the flames they harness, they can fluctuate their true power on a whim to suite their needs.
[+x3/-x3 OR -x3/+x3, has no stamina cost. Cannot stack with Bulking or Speed Bulking. Used again to either deactivate or switch between the two options.]
[OT-1] Flare Combo - The user will ball up their fists and cover them and their feet with a fiery Ki. In the fashion of a kickboxer they will attempt to rushdown the target in question. Literally punching and kicking the blasts at or into the opponent. Any successful hit will explode into a roar of fire.
[25% PL Damage - Meant to be straight-up damage, stunning, burning, or split effects when upgraded.]
[PT-3] Adaptive Heat - As wild and heated as flames could be, the phoenix aspect will learn from the mistakes of the past and burn brighter the next day. This masterful eye goes beyond the typical learn-by-trial sense that most martial arts will employ.
[Whenever someone else in a thread the student has participated in gain PL, the student will automatically gain 5% of it. This does not take from the other person's gains. This is done even if the student does not claim PL themselves. Can be upgraded to 10% at ST-2 and 15% at ST-3.]

Appearance: Jax is a feminine and slim model of completely synthetic android (AKA Robot). Standing 5'10" and weighing roughly 275 lbs. the robot features high quality organically textured skin, clothing, hair, eyes. All of it. Both the eyes capture different light waves. The red capturing infrared while the green captures higher quality visible light. The robot is capable of recording all the senses on board. Under the long grey locks, where the neck bone stops, a small port for charging it's incredibly long battery life is set inside as well as direct cords for data access and transfer.
The costume can retroactively change to suit a certain mode. Such as an eye patch locking over the infrared that doubles as a scouteresque device giving it tracking ability. Or the normal combat attire can turn into a more casual coat and pants.

Personality: Calm and collected. Jax has had a lot of re-configuring and field experience done to adjust the once hapless bot into a helpful droid. This has also caused her to develop a sort of stoic but caring personality you'd usually see on a larger individual. She carries herself as such, even in situations where things are more lighthearted.
She has no concept of attraction from physique. The most the elemi creator could put into her was the sense of emotion she herself felt. Besides that, she's fully mechanical. She wouldn't have any idea how a relationships would work.

History:He's young, made as an experiment that turned out to be both faulty and correct at the same time. Just like other organic beings. He had spent a lot of his first few months studying earth things on a day to day basis, forming an idea of normality and what he should do. He didn't start forming his own opinions on things until recently when Flare, his creator, mentioned something about needing a hero. He had read about that before in his databases, but didn't understand the concept fully at that time.
Now, as he had become more literate and fluid with his social interactions, he wished to have a chance to go out on his own and see what the world was like for himself to interpret. In order to accomplish this though, Flare had to give him an upgraded defense system. Before he had been known to take attacks and just break down with no form of retaliation available to him.
Rebuilt using recorded data from the previous and first model of Jax, Flare spent melancholy, drunk days building a new helper bot. It's obvious the design was influenced from her ill behavior the past few months leading to her construction. Despite the incompetence of the mechanic she managed to put together an incredibly sophisticated bot. Her effective time for building it more than quadrupled as her own strength and speed managed to make use of tools faster.
Jax is up and running, and what a better time than to help Flare once more under more beneficial circumstances.

Appearance: Unda is a petite young man of 17 and 4'11" from heel to hair tip. This water elemi sports a light baby blue skin tone, deep blue eyes, and yet more blue hair, cut to his chin. His form is fragile looking, delicate even. There's no real sign of fitness put into this guy's body. His features are overly feminine by nature.
He often dresses in free-flowing attire, often times taking a liking to the fluffy coat with heel boots. As a part of royalty... sort of, he takes some more ornate decor, like gold, into his dress at times. He's often adorned with makeup not unlike that of his mother and his female counterparts, also taking a particular liking to dressing up with the ladies. Maybe he has been spoiled with the ability to so freely express himself.
Backstory: Unda was born to the elder of the HWRE, Zenon, and the lovely Ventas. His element of question, water, seemed to have very little to do with his birth parents. Since day one the little precious one has been spoiled, constantly under the care of both his parents and a majority of the mother-ship's staff. He grew up sensitive, prepped, and taking a liking to feminine wardrobe.
He has had no interest in fighting, instead becoming fascinated with the idea of traveling the cosmos. Both of his parents consistently discourage this and insist that he take up a similar path to power as he father has. The two parents would wait it out if they must, but at the current moment the young prince wanted nothing more than to eventually head somewhere else, away from this dying planet they fruitlessly try to bring back, and to somewhere more adventurous and attractive.

Physical Appearance: "At a glance Ragnarok looks like a young playboy with far too much time put into pampering himself and enjoying whatever luxuries came this pretty boy's way. His actual disposition would lay waste to that assumption however. Despite his long cut red hair, sparkling fair skin, spectacular jawline and collarbone, and sultry abs the man is either covered up in his robes or plated armor, staring out with a cold temperament. He can take this look up of strictness to those who don't know him or his position. Tense!
I know he's not all stuck up though! He can be seen all the time laughing and carrying about with friends and family like the weight on his shoulder had been lifted for just that moment. The man looks good any way he presents himself though, so I'm not complaining if he's just giving orders."

Personality: "If I had to describe Mister Ragnarok in a single word, I'd call him audacious. He should take that as a compliment, his risk-taking nature has gotten not just him but all of us here farther than without him. He has trouble with gambling and the women however. That's not to say he's not had some meaningful relations but he's simply bad at keeping them long term. Guy's got a few bastards laying around the galaxy he keeps in contact with. The mothers? From what I hear he doesn't try bothering with them. There are reasons he broke away from them anyways.
I try not to pry further than I need to about the man's life, he's a good soul. Perhaps a bit of a chauvinist but he paints everyone with a very general brush of fairness and kindness. Seen him say sorry to a passing saiyan who shoved him well beyond a couple feet. He's no lightweight either, he could speak his mind if he wanted to. He chooses the highroad a lot though. The only time he'd make a move is when something went against his ideals. That same day the young man chewed out the chancellor of the council for being incredibly harsh on illegals. Respect should be given there.
You should get to meet him sometime, he'd probably buy ya a drink then try to hit on ya within the same breath."

History: Ragnarok was part of the second generation of elemi to be born aboard the spaceship HOME after their resurgence some few dozen years prior. Born from two previous council heads it was only natural the kid would grow up to be strong like them. Quick to earn his colored skin of light creamy pigmentation he was an extremely fast learner. Some would call him a miracle child, others a demigod in the making. Thus, Ragnarok earned his name.
Just into his teen years his parents resigned and left for the planet Trade organization for unknown reasons, leaving the spot open for the boy. In fact, he passed all qualifications several times over. The audacious flame was the youngest, at 17, to become a council member and has since kept his spot there. From there he single-handedly has done mostthe work other elemi were incapable of managing.
Ragnarok had lead many expeditions around their fallen planet, out to the cosmos to other planets, and has been the head of designing additions to the HOME base. Between all this he has held a few casual relations with those off planet that are usually cut short or last long enough just to conceive. Not that he could help that for much, he was a leader by heart. To make up for it later in life he had mentally prepared himself to try and reach out to his offspring and get to know them personally. With or without their mother's knowabout. Last he could count was five altogether, with one growing exponentially in strength.
Alongside that he apparently had a sibling who's prowess quickly exceeded his own. others on the council grew anxious over the discovery of such a strong elemi sister. Ragnarok, however, rolled the dice and took it upon himself to push his younger sister further into the depths... It has been successful to a point, but he fears the stress he's put onto her might have caused her to go off her rocker.

Physical Appearance: Kerbi is a small 5'5" short stack of a halfling incubus. The son of a succubus and the audacious flame, Ragnarok, Kerbi exhibits alluring qualities of being close to that of an incubus. A fairly feminine one. Yes, despite being a fully grown man Kerbi looks to be a young woman. Lashes, legs, attire, all. Amethyst eyes, pink hair. Extra sharp canines.
He often dons a royal sort of look when walking about. Flashy with its red-silver-black palette. Everything else about it is close to scandalous as skin tight torso suit and miniskirt with garters down to his thigh highs show.
Personality: There's only one thing you can be certain about when it comes to the demon; Something he just said has some sort of lie in it. Kerbi is very double-faced to everyone that isn't himself, very content with showing certain people one thing about him and showing others a completely different side. What does that entail exactly?
To many he acts like he usually does. Crude and lewd. Playful even. He doesn't make it commonly known that he has sadistic or negative qualities about himself, acting almost innocent in his ruse. It's almost a game to him in that regard. Mot people will get a slightly different variant of him like this.
Flat out enemies will receive his more cruel nature. Not around those above, however. He has no intentions of showing 'friends' this more ruthless side. Why?
History: What's to tell of a halfling incubus, offspring of a boundless fool and a harping succubus? For years he was risen in Makai as a demon among others, taking quite well to their naturally devious ways. Content. He wasn't even self aware of the difference having a mortal elemi as a father made. Not until his care-free mother enlightened him of the man. The demon was already well into his manhood by the time he got the news.
He originally had no intent on going anywhere but... after the new demon queen took the thrown he felt himself intentionally working against her "pure" agenda. What a coincidence that Kerbi's father was also against such a thing, indirectly. He doesn't have the experience quite yet, but he has visited the mortal realms before to meddle with those lower classes. It wouldn't be beyond the world to visit ole' dad.
So he played the part of arrogant and angry child, seeming to irk Ragnarok for not being around for him when he slept around all those years. It payed off and the young demon was now the strong side kick to the elemi. It had been that way for a couple of years now.

Physical Appearance: Tabitha has the look of a jaded elder, carrying weight in her body where it physically isn't held. You wouldn't see her and think of using frail as a defining term first thing just because of this. Even though she's light and built like any other older woman she's yet to a bit of grit and punch to her slightly lithe body.
She can pass herself a bit more than what she likes to admit. That usually depends on her mood and how well she wants to do makeup and attire. Ranging from a vast sum of suits and dresses to casual shirts and pants.

Personality: The jaded looks isn't all just cosmetic to the caretaker. Tabitha's had a long history of dealing with trouble, making mistakes. Ruining lives, friendships, and family. But also coming together with others and trying her damned hardest to keep them together. She has a stern demeanor to naivety in this regard and will pull less tested spirits by the ear for misbehaving or doing ignorant things around her. Weary and tired of seeing people ruin themselves and others.
She takes a strong but caring parent stance to most people who meet her. Usually benevolent and willing to help most anyone who is in genuine need of it while having an even stronger conviction with her friends and family. Liars and cheats be damned, shes a hard person to regain trust from as well. Set in older and more conservative train of thought.
History: Tabitha remembered an Earth not quite a crazy. Born into a time when the likes of Super Saiyans was unheard of for centuries the young Tabitha lived a standard middle-classed life on the thriving Earth. Raised proper by businessmen until she was able to walk on her own. Talented but not so overly bright she started her young days as a store clerk manager and had plans to work her way up until news that the strongest of beings started coming to fruitation once more. Stellar tensions warranted a reaction call from the people of Earth.
Tabitha was shortly then contacted by her richer older half-brother, James Jefferson, who would be the spark that ignited a high caste group of Earthling defenders. It took nearly a year of convincing from her rather stable job to come and be part of this movement. Money being a huge motivator. This caste of people eventually collected into his mansion, Jefferson manor, where Tabitha would then spend most the rest of her life.
Secure for a long while, Tabitha served more as a communications line between Earth's allies for the longest of time, eventually getting trained under the higher ups once the need for another player in this game was needed. Tabitha didn't start wanting to be a fighter. After an incident threatening most of her family however the old caretaker relented with the help of a man she quickly fell for. Becoming a well known operative for more calculated reconnaissance. She wasn't needed all that much but her contributions were the start of a great earthling defense.
The caste of unnamed heroes under the funds of Jefferson didn't last as a defense against rogue saiyans caused many casualties and parts of the mansion and surrounding property damage. They had hit home hard, leaving Tabitha, a younger member Scion, and the Jeffersons who were all away at the time. In a fit of vengeance the old caretaker told this Scion to take them all away while Tabitha planned to go after those who had caused this damage.
Tabitha was cruel and sly with her execution, perhaps even as relentless as the saiyans were to them. She couldn't stand the fact that comrades, family, and lovers all had to be slaughtered and in the same regard took this out on people who otherwise didn't deserve it as well. Her power was not absolute, so trickery and deception were in play for the most part. This few years campaign stopped when she finally met with the coordinator of that attack and made his life a living hell for nearly a week before ending him.
Tabitha, Scion, all those of the group that had survived those years back all gathered back into the manor to live a now underground life. Living off the radar as powerful warriors for the good thirty plus years. The place was cold, devoid of even the most common servants as they wanted their names gone from public fame and notoriety alike.
That was until a very special girl literally fell from the skies and came into their lives.
Dropping from the heavens it would seem this new grey-skinned girl, going under the given name Jackie Jefferson, was adopted into the house and brought with her the warmth of the suns and the heart of a child. She was a restless thing. Even in Tabitha's deteriorating age and the Jeffersons' deteriorating health she was what sparked the mansion into being the lovely place of humble servants and greeting housekeepers alike that it is today.
Tabitha became her sole caretaker early into childhood once her half brother gave her rights to the property and split the company they owned with another. Scion went off when she was a smaller kid, promising to teach her martial arts when he got older. It would come quick, the end of Tabitha's story. She had been written much into stone and could only do her best to make sure her precious flame need not have to do what she had to.
