This planet gave him the creeps... Not only did it house all the once proud remaining frost demons... the bad ones anyway. It just had a strange aura about it of late. It was as if anyone not native didn't feel truly welcome and the immense power felt at times. It was enough to give the proud mechanic the hand shakes from time to time. All he knew was he didn't like being here. It gave him more and more worry the longer he waited for Cygnus to return. They didn't even have a larger ship for him to work on and stay out of eye sight. Instead from time to time he would have to deal with the various eyes of guards watching him as he worked on their pods in the docking bay.
For the last several days he'd been doing what he could to fix up Cygnus's pod but he was more then sure this thing wasn't gonna survive very many more trips. The plating was old and the systems even older. But it would have to work for now as neither of them had the funds for anything better. Lemo's old pod still ran well so it was in danger. But he knew they'd have to figure something out soon or Cygnus was gonna end up not going nowhere after another landing or two at best. "This is so annoying. Sheeeeeek, I don't know how this thing is even running anymore." He'd say a mask covering his face as several sparks shot out of a open panel on the back of the pod. He was working on the wiring and welding shut some of the inner panels that had broken loose when they arrived here. He still wasn't even sure why he even wanted to come back to this rock... With brench gone they both were kinda in the wind as far as PTO went. But still... being here was like poking a old lion that just wanted to sleep. He didn't want to end up slave or servant to some stick up their ass Frost demon lord. "We really need a ship. Bleeeeesh, Gotta find better parts. This is crazy." He'd say muffled under his mask clearly irritated with what he was working. Only stopping to look up from his work anytime people got to close he didn't know. All their belongings were locked in the actual pods so at least there wasn't any major risks of losing anything valuable.

And he survived.
Maybe his negotiation skills weren't all that bad at the end of the day, as even among those powerful titans and gods, he managed to still use his sharp tongue and walk away not only with his life, but with a brand new spacepod. Of course it wasn't the top tier mothership with Gravity Chamber he was hoping to steal on the first place, but all things considered, the tiny spacepod was better than the one he had stolen from that stupid saiyan monkey a few weeks ago. He couldn't wait until he got the hell out of Planet Bris. The memories this place brought to him were nothing but terrible and yet, he was there. Life could be quite messy and unpredictable he had to admit, but part of the beauty on it was that the next day would always be a mystery, for good or for worse.
Right now his "faction" was nothing but a joke, especially after meeting those titans the day before, he thought that maybe he should give up on his plans, but such thought was quickly swoop away from his mind as he had a spark. "As a matter of fact it's quite the opposite! With so many powerhouses around the universe in this era, my goals will be more easily accomplished! I will likely be under their radar and when they least expect, years from now, they will be licking my boots and begging me for a bargain on a planet. Yes... One day I will work my way around them! Hehe. Just wait and see. I'm patient, I've always been patient!" and to think about such a scenario was enough to get him in high spirits again, and high spirits always demanded some wine!
After getting into a local bar and talking his way with the Rana bartender, he managed to sneak away with the bottle without the need to pay. Obviously they would later realized they were scammed, but he would be far gone from this place by them. In any case, with the downfall of his race, he was delighted with how much he could get away with as nobody remembered which clans were considered royalty and which clans were considered scum. "Serves them right. My race should suffer. In the end, I don't give a shit about them. I will build my own lineage and I will even name ourselves something else. Gone are the days of the Kolds." and he smiled between a sip and another. Annoyed him the fact that a gentleman such as himself as lowering himself to drink from the bottle, and not a glass, but not everything was perfect at all times.
Finally, after taking some time, he made it to the docks, where Lemo was still struggling with his lame ass excuse of a ship. He approached with a gentle smile on his face, grabbing the water mug near his working station and throwing away whatever the crap he was drinking while working, and poured some of his stolen wine in it. "Alas, my friend, a toast!" he said, making himself noticed. "For you won't have to dirty your hands with the monkey pod anymore!" he said in a theatrical tone, not explaining the reason why his work was not needed anymore yet; he liked the aura of mystery.
"Hey what gives!" Lemo would exclaim at first turning to see the water being tossed aside in one of the cups. The lightly sweat man with a few grease stains seen on his cheek as well seen once he removed his welding mask. Taking a rag to wipe his face off as he listened though at the following words to explain the action. Although he did eye the cup with the wine in suspiciously but that didn't stop him from taking it and downing a good portion of it relative ease. He wasn't much of a keen mind on fine alcohol. He understood what a toast was of course but he was more used to rot gut whiskey made with engine parts doing their thing on fresh ingredients. But this stuff was good too now and again and Cygnus seemed to like it so at least something was good about the moment.
"I hope you have some good news then... Cause I was about to say this thing wasn't gonna take another entry well if that. The computers shot and Shhhlleeeeek, The plating is barely holding up as it is. Its basically scrap with a engine slapped on at this rate." Hissing lightly in the strange way he talked almost lizard like. Small sounds occasionally accompanying his words like occasionally happened with his peoples vocal patterns. He downed the rest of his drink and lightly tapped his knuckle holding the cup against Cygnus's armor trying to suggest he wanted more but also looking over the man's shoulder towards whatever was behind Cygnus and adding in a almost quiet tone that was perhaps meant to be a whisper.
"Whatever this good news is isn't gonna come with police any moment coming after you is it?" He'd ask curiously his head stuck on a bit of a swivel as he kept a eye out for anything strange. He didn't like this planet that much was clear... Home or not to his compatriot they both would have known this place was bad news. The PTO was always a bit heated dealing with the kolds given history. Being here felt almost surreal. It made him nervous. Although while he also looking for anything strange he also was curious what Cygnus was up too. The kold demon was being unusually spirited. Maybe something good had truly finally turned up their way for a change. "I hope this means whatever you had to do went well at least." He'd say with a light chuckle still prodding for another drink. His throat still heavily parched from being around hot plasma torches all day working while Cygnus was off doing lord knows what.
It bothered him midly that his companion didn't have a good taste for alcohol, preferring to drink things that were more akin to spaceship fuel rather than a decently brewed and aged wine in a barrel made with wood from the Tree of Life. His race was good at brewing wine, he had to give them that, but that was one of the few positive traits they had and not enough to put them in his bight spot whatsoever. "Enjoy a good taste in your mouth, my friend! Maybe one day I can educate you in the delicate art of oenology." and even him knew that hoping Lemo to acquire a sophisticate taste was wishful thinking, but what was he if not a dreamer?
The news of the stolen pod were as bad as he expected, but that didn't bother him anymore and he chuckled, disregarding that ship completely with a wave of his hand as he took another long and tasteful sip of his wine. "Fear not, my dearest mechanic, for your skills will no longer be wasted on the filthy monkey pod! As I said, I found us a... Well, rather underwhelming but yet a appeasing solution to this little... Inconvenience of ours!" he continued, on his naturally dramatic tone, taking a pause to pour some more wine in his cup as he requested it on his naturally etiquette lacking ways. "And worry not, for I managed to do this with the magic of my tongue and with no ill will that can backfire on us! A glorious day, my friend! A first step, yet tiny, towards our dreams of wealth and prosperity!" he said, spreading his arms open with a large smile on his face.
Chuckling once again, he finally revealed his tiny accomplishment. "I was gifted a ship from the person who is currently pulling the strings in this Planet!" he revealed, quickly revealing the controller to the spacepod that was hidden inside his armour. With the press of a button, a brand-new spacepod ignited nearby. It was small, yes, but it was top tier with amazing technology, a real piece of art. "You see? This is but the beginning!" and as underwhelming as it was, Cygnus seemed to be really satisfied with that, which was quite odd, considering he came with the goal of stealing a much larger ship, but he would quickly begin to explain. "And the other good news is... The Kolds fell from grace. They no longer rule this place or have an Empire to call it their own. Isn't that fantastic?! Hohoho!" he laughed in delight as he drank from the bottle one more time.
He'd let a light snort as he took another drink if he was granted the cup. The fruity flavor was nice and cool on his throat and did quench his throat. But he only snorted at the comment. As if pretending he knew what that word even meant. "When we have enough money to not have to worry about more serious things then sure, I'll take you up on that." He'd add a light snicker at the end. As if implying the obvious of how they kinda had quite a few more pressing concerns. He was curious anyway just to see what all this was leading to anyway. He knew all this build up had to have had some purpose after all.
He did listen at least pleased to hear whatever it was to be done was gonna remove that scrap heap from his life possibly. He hated working on lost causes... Stretching out a ships life span you knew was about to die soon was a pain and just didn't feel worth it. What was the point in amping up engines and cross checking so many computer updates on a nav machine if it was just gonna be all for naught soon. It was like doing a days work and getting no pay at the end. Although part of him wished this news could have came 'before' he rewired the hyper drive systems. But the cool drink as far as he was concerned more then made up for it. His throat no longer carried that dry burn with it.
He nearly spit out his drink when he saw the ship already wide eyed at the controller. Watching the ship zip buy though now that was a true surprise. "Holy cow! A whole new ship that thing doesn't even look a day old! shlllleeeeeeck! How'd you pull that off?" He blinked a couple times his eyes following the ship for several seconds before returning to his cheery smiling friend. Normally a kold demon smiling was always a bit fishy but at least this one was his friend so it didn't come with the worry others of the race gave with such cheery moods. In cases like this it was just a pleasant site usually without ulterior motives unless they were talking about outsiders of course.
"That's one problem gone heheheh. I guesssssss that's one less problem we have to worry about now but nothing usually comes for free! I imagine this is gonna have a price tag on it in the future?" Side eyeing the fellow wondering what perhaps was promised in exchange. They were both from PTO they knew what it meant for hidden meanings being in dealings. Its practically all the trade federation did with its bureaucracy and heavily loaded laws. Although his side eyed expression of suspicion snapped to surprise at the hearing of how things were going on this planet. "Holy fuck, Really? PTO falls to saiyans, Saiyans fall to some half breed lord, Now even the kold demons are being toppled over? The galaxy is more and more fucked each day. Next think you'll tell me is that earth is being raided by demons?!" He laughed heartily at the absurd assumption given the tiny blue orb had always been one of the most heavily defended planets oddly enough in the galaxy. "Whose in charge though? Is he big? He'd have to be fucking intimidating to control the kold demons right?" He'd ask unable to contain his curiosity. The idea that the chaos in this galaxy had even taken its toll on the kold demons this way. It was enough to send ones head spinning. He drew in a heavy breath trying to digest it all. It all made more sense though why they'd not been seeing more kold demons as security. Something was definitely fishy since they got here and now at least he was starting to see why.
Cygnus didn't seem bothered by Lemo's more pressing concerns and just laughed at that. "Ohohohohoho, but us acquiring our wealth is an imminent fact, my friend! But what is wealth if we can't allow ourselves to enjoy the simple pleasures of life?" he added before introducing the new ship. The fact that Lemo liked the ship at first look was enough for him to be at peace with its quality; Cygnus, although a space pirate, was not the most acknowledged at craftsmanship and ship mechanics. He was an okay pilot, yes, and he could do some small, emergency repairs, but that was pretty much the extent of his ability and knowledge, and the approval of a seasoned mechanic such as Lemo meant that the Vampire did live up to her end of the bargain. Of course she would come to collect, but hopefully by the day she came he would either be far from her grasp so he could just not fulfill his promise, or powerful enough so it wouldn't cost him dearly to do so. Either scenarios were fine by him and he would bother himself with the issue when it came, not before.
"And that's why you do the crafting and I..." he touched his chest and bowed theatrically, as if he was standing on a stage in front of a huge crowd. "Do the talking!" he finished by saying that, only to take another large sip of his bottle of wine. He raised his index finger, stopping him from complaining about his pattern, and quickly added a better explanation. "I struck a bargain with the new ruler of this place. A simple thing, and she gifted me that masterpiece. As simple as that. Of course it will have a future cost, but if everything flows according to plan, we might be able to prevent her from collecting the favour. But that's something to be mindful in the future since, as you wisely pointed out, we have more pressing concerns!" he said, cracking a large grin on his thin lips.
To be fair, Cygnus was oblivious to the fate of Earth and he was glad for that. That tiny planet, although wealth in resources, was a magnet for problems. "A wrecked galaxy is a galaxy of opportunity to the now underdogs such as ourselves, dear Lemo." he slyly pointed out, chuckling lightly, and when asked who was in charge and if he was big, he laughed. "Ohohohoho! Au contraire!" he shook his head. "She is a odd looking Vampire lady. Beautiful I assume, for those monkey looking creatures, as she had many servants. But her Power Level. Oh lord, It was one of the highest I've ever sensed. And the most scary part was, she managed to make it vanish completely, but at the same time, the pressure form her energy was choking!" and that was the best way he could describe what she called a "God form". "Way out of our league I take, but for that we should be glad, as she didn't see me as a threat and was actually absurdly kind. Some sense of regal etiquette, one I can easily mimic, though I come from mud. Hohohoho!" and he laughed at the fact that, despite his rich tastes, he was originally from a lower clan, and everybody back at their day new that as he made it no secret.
The small things in life may have kept them happy for today but Lemo liked to keep the next few days in mind as well when making his plans. He enjoyed the drinks for sure but this idea of what was to come was definitely looking interesting. If whoever this backer gave out a high quality pod though with just a single meeting at least they must have had some serious bank. Although he deadpanned lightly when seeing the theatrics at the idea of the boss being the talker. He did let a sigh and rub his hand to his face at the idea of already talking about possible weaseling out of paying back these favors.
"That's not really that comforting to hear... Already thinking a few steps ahead but maybe we shouldn't be considering screwing people over to easily. We're still kinda in deep water here. We need get our bearings back before we take anything to far in advantage." Feeling a bit worried at not only talking about it that way but doing so on the docking bay of the planet this secret power controlled. Who knew what eyes and ears were listening in after all. He'd let a gulp his eyes just searching for cameras that likely weren't there.
He blinked though his hand near his mouth in surprise as if thinking over what he heard about this strange leader. He was almost in disbelief. "I mean I figured the regal part would play a role but a vampire... and a woman? She must be a power house for sure to run the kold demons. They hate anyone above them let alone a female of a lower race to them. Remind me not to make this woman angry if I ever meet her." He'd say chucking nervously. The idea of meeting someone that could likely kill him with a flick of the wrist though left him a bet overwhelmed. He preferred to be down with the machines then up with the politics. Politics killed more people then warships after all. "At least it went well... We could sure use the allies. So... if you got that pod and we're good to go. Where exactly did you have planned for us to take this journey? I imagine if they might call on us for a favor we better be setup as best we can whether we choose to take it or ignore it." He said with a snicker at the idea of the shenanigans.
Cygnus quickly nodded in agreement. "You are most definitely right, my friend. We won't weasel out unless we have the resources to back it up, no. But if we can, why not? Hohoho! A free gift is always more profitable, and while enemies are unwanted, they come with the job, don't you agree?" he said, shrugging with a carefree smile on his face. Cygnus was not carefree at all, he was a true survivor and he knew how to play the game in order to keep himself - and with luck his allies - alive, and he wouldn't make foolish choices to jeopardize something as priceless as living, but he was also someone who liked to come out on top and if he could get away with it, nine times out of ten he would do it; it was just within his treacherous nature. And also, he was quite clever. This docking bay was quite forsaken, one of the lowest and least secured, and that was precisely why he docked there in the first place and also why he requested his gift to be delivered there, so he and his ally could talk without the fear of being spied upon.
It was all according to plan - kind of - until now, and he was happy.
A final sip of his wine until he just threw it to the side, ignoring the cracking bottle and the wreck it left; he couldn't give two shits about this stupid planet and his stupid people. If anything he desired them to suffer under a tyrannical rule, but the Vampire lady didn't strike him as the most ruthless of rulers, though he wouldn't like to cross her right at this moment. In any case, the remarks of Lemo were quite right and he nodded again. "It's quite saddening that we cannot outlive her, as her kin has quite the long lifespan... But who knows, my dear friend. There are many powerhouses in this universe and they don't tend to like each other. But yes... She is quite the scary creature, although still capable of providing a decent opportunity for conversation and negotiation. So... If anything, I think we are lucky it was her, and not another, that is now ruling this place." and he feared the idea of a saiyan in her place. He didn't think he could survive such an encounter.
As for their next destination, he already had something in mind. "Well, I think it would be wise for us to go to a faraway place, so if the favour is asked for, we can have some excuses to take our time and prepare." he explained, walking towards his new pod and touching it with his right hand, mildly satisfied with the gift; again, it was no mothership, but also no junk. "Namek!" he exclaimed, before turning his eyes to stare at the Apel once more. "What do you think? I've heard they are taking everyone in these chaotic days! Opportunity, friend!" he suggested as he awaited for Lemo's input; despite the gap in power and his more natural role as a leader, Cygnus was known for taking into account his allies opinions and sometimes even be swinged by it; he was quite the chill Kold to deal with, unlike most of his kin.
He let his face fall to his palm and let out a light sigh at the rather brave attitude Cygnus had. He always tended to be that way but to be fair he had a good bit of power to back it up. But even still if the information he'd brought back was to be believed this was a person in a whole another ball park to possibly be screwing around with. He eventually just shook his head and chuckled a bit letting it roll down his back and out of mind for now. He wasn't gonna do himself or either of them any good letting it bother him all day. "If you say so... Just keep in mind we don't have any back up left to call on anymore. We're on our own for the time... So lets at least try and be civil but If a fair opportunity does arise then yea I see your point. No offense to your home world though but with all these new developments and whats all going on here I'll be hella glad to finally get off this rock soon. I keep getting the creeps... feels like everyone is watching us." He'd say as ever since he got here he just couldn't shake the feeling this place was just not friendly to outsiders. An his people hardly belonged here ever since the rebellion so many years ago.
He couldn't help but agree with Cygnus's points at least as well. Anyone else or some of the other empires might have chased them off much faster for being once PTO if they were discovered. So in some weird way of looking at it they were in fact kinda lucky. But he still wasn't one to want to push said luck. But a destination in mind did relieve him lightly to hear. "I've heard a bit about namek. Last I heard saiyans were building there but I never got any follow up information on it. Its been so long since our people were wiped out I don't recall what all the old reports said. But given the state of the galaxy a peaceful planet like that might be just the ticket. Who knows there may even be a saiyan or two worth a damn. Some of them are mercenaries and not all that loyal to those old causes. With some luck maybe some other PTO survivors are hiding out there as well. We're not gonna be able to even sustain ourselves if we don't get some more allies soon." He'd say letting out a light scoff. "I just hope they have better food on that planet. I'm getting tired of all this overly fancy stuff this planet has. I just want some good whiskey and some spiced food. I hear they have some giant but delicious crabs on namek. Should make for good rations if we play our cards right." He snickered seemingly accepting and liking the idea of this destination.
Back at the glorious days of the Planet Trade Organization, they could easily call for back up whenever they found themselves outnumbered. It was quite handy to have such a tool at their disposal. Moreover, their crew was much bigger and their resources far better. Motherships, Gravity Chambers, training facilities (despite the fact that Cygnus never really liked training often, he could recognize the perks it could bring to one aiming so high), they had everything. Now they had but two and a half spacepods and nothing else. It was a rough start, but it was a start nonetheless, and he wouldn't let his spirits come down because of that, greatness was waiting for them. "We are on our own for now, dear Lemo. Soon enough we will be able to recruit new members to our glorious cause! Don't lack faith, old friend!" he said with a confident smile on his thin lips and shortly after that he nodded. "And of course you are right! We need to be civil for now. We need allies, even if the bargain does not favour us at the moment. We need to know where we aim to be, but never forgetting the position we are currently occupying." he added.
He couldn't help but to laugh when Lemo went down to the "no offence to your home world" route and he waved his hand, showing he didn't really care about this place. "No offence, Lemo! I loathe this place, you know that!" he reminded him briefly, only to quickly agree with him again. "And thus why I love to have you by my side! You are quite the capable mind!" he complimented the Apel. In any case, as they continue the conversation, Cygnus' smile got a bit bitter as he mentioned the fact that the saiyans were growing there again. "They are like cockroaches, those saiyans... So hard to get rid of them." he sighed, shaking his head in annoyance, but didn't interrupt Lemo's line of thought and he nodded in agreement. "They are strong, those rascals. I wouldn't mind having one in our ranks, as long as they are kind of like me, nurturing a deeply rooted despise for their kin." he added, only to laugh at Lemo's final remark. "Hohohoho! You are priceless, Lemo! Can't appreciate some good cuisine! But to each their own, I suppose! Then, let's waste no more time!" and as he said that, he walked towards his new spacepod and, with the press of a button, he opened the door.
"We depart at once! We should be in Namek within a few days I believe." he said, with quite the enlivened look in his red eyes.
It was true without the resources they had before it could were on the soul quite easily. His hands used to tune up and repair engines to star destroyers and fix gravity chambers. He could tune up a nav computer or stealth drive with his eyes closed. Working on such grand and peek technical advanced tech was a grand leap from these pods. You could only do so much to a simple single man pod. It was like a toy compared to the old flagships. Most just scrap near where Brench used to be now much like the planet itself if he had to guess. Just salvage drifting through space with countless frozen bodies on board lost to space. So much had been lost to the saiyans then the warring ways of the apes had caused the full destruction after. So there wasn't even a chance to reclaim the capital any longer. But this was something that wasn't able to be changed. It was simply a wound they must grit and bare. The empire for now was in tatters and fraction splintered remnants. Perhaps with luck it could one day be revived with the right edge added to it.
"I find your enthusiasm always hard to believe. But if you say so I'll hope so. There isn't much left after what happened to brench. If we could get some sort of strength built up in numbers we could possibly find what other survivors are out there. I'm positive they can't all be gone. There has to be other groups like I us still out there. I'm sure they have an eager desire for revenge and to return to our ways just like us." He'd say considering what all might still remain. How many were out there just like them with no idea where to go or what was still remaining. What if anything that was meant to be done for their PTO duties.
"Loathe it or not a home is a home. In this current climate of destruction and war I've been hearing about having a home planet sounds like a luxury... I mean... even this place has seen better days." He'd say knowing this planet wasn't at its best either after what happened here thanks again to the saiyans. A bitter taste in his mouth at the thought of it. "At least if you made a alliance with the leader we have a safe place to dock now and again. Even if it does give me the creeps here..." Still looking over his shoulder from time to time often feeling like they were being watched. This place just gave off that creepy aura to him. Like a tingle at the back of his neck constantly making the hairs on him weary of what was around each corner.
"Well you might just get your wish if you're lucky. I hear saiyans are well taken on namek. I'm sure a mercenary or two is among the loyalists. But we'll have to be careful none of them find out we're still living PTO remnants. Otherwise it'd be asking for trouble. But from what I hear Namek has become a place of transit for a few races since they've taken base their so it should prove worth the time and danger of visiting there. With any luck we'll avoid the notice of any of the high brow saiyan elite. I know I wouldn't want to tangle with any of them." He'd say turning towards his pod and pulling out the controller in his hand he kept on his belt. Clicking it as his pod door hissed lightly as a bit of steam from the airlock secure door hissed out. The door slowly opening as he neared the door about to climb in. "We should make good time with that new pod of yours. The old one wasn't going to make it very far... Thankfully we don't have to worry about any break downs along the way." He'd say with a light chuckle added on to the end of his words.
Cygnus didn't yet enter into the spacepod as he needed to finish his conversation with Lemo before it. The reason was he had lost his scouter in the battle against the saiyan who owned the old spacepod he had stolen and now he was deprived of his electronic means of communication and even though he could still use his telepathy to reach Lemo, if the Apel wanted to reach him instead he wouldn't be able to, so it would be better to just clear everything up before they departed. "I'm positive there must be some survivors. The saiyans did a very good job wiping us out, but even them can't really fully eradicate us all. Our numbers were too great and even if most our forces were heading back to Brench to fight them off, quite a few, just like us, refused to answer the call and die in vain." and that was the main source of motivation behind Cygnus not appearing there. He had defected the organization, yes, but he still had some esteem and care for it, but definitely not to the point of risking his life for a losing cause.
Then as he mentioned home, Cygnus looked around and shook his head, taking a deep breathe. "Home is what your heart makes it be. This place was never my home. I spent most of my life away from it. The closest thing I had for home was Brench and it is gone. It is what it is, and there's no solace in crying over spilled milk. We need to move on. But yes, even this place is a mess and again, I say that chaos generates opportunity. We will thrive from the ashes, my friend." and when he said that he managed to smirk with the corner of his mouth, chuckling lightly at the prospect the future had reserved for them. "And as scary as she was, this Rukia person seems reasonable enough, so yes. We may have a place to come if problems overwhelms us again, as much as I loathe the idea of ever docking in this cold orb of spite." he shrugged but without losing his smirk.
He had to agree with Lemo regarding being the remnants of the Planet Trade Organization, though and that made him think for a fer seconds, rubbing his shin with the side of his index finger and the print-side of the thumb. "I believe we should introduce ourselves as merchants. It's not a complete lie, so we can make it believable. We sell ship parts and we can get away with that due to your great knowledge. And that will be our cover, what do you think?" he asked as he finally positioned himself inside the spaceship, sitting comfortably in the one chair it had and analyzing the controls. Luckily, the controls were all familiar to him, although slightly updated and with a way better interface than what he was used to.
Lemo's pod had opened and he had been preparing to enter his own pod as well soon. He was glad Cygnus at least had such a upbeat hopeful spirit. He agreed with the idea though given it wasn't completely far fetched to say they were merchants. He took his chin in his hand briefly considering the idea for just a brief moment. "Not a bad idea... Should help us hopefully keep out of the saiyan hot seat for awhile. But its about that time... I think we've both had just about enough of this creepy planet." He'd say with a chuckle sharing a little more small talk likely. But soon just as planned they would depart from this planet.
