Forbidden Knowledge was due to Awaken (FB, Beat)

It's interesting. Isabella never really asked him to come for training specifically. It's usually dinner, chat, or doing a bit of talk about how his farm is doing. As the only farm that grows Earth product, his products apparently very well desired by the Majin. Rice especially... It's such a rare commodity and all three half and two full saiyans in his house ate it, that means he pretty much had a farm dedicated for that one plant only. Speaking of the rice, Beat currently carrying about three bags of it, thinking that the timing is pretty good to give Isabella the ordered rice before the due date. Plus, one of it is an extra because he had to fight Negi back then and recovered, He hoped that she never heard about it, but words travels fast. After all, the lockdown on the citadel didn't really help.

Beat knocked the door several times, announcing his presence. "Isabella-san, I'm here with the rice! ...And training of course."

..Well, he have no idea if she heard him or not, but he already knocked, and he could enter right? At any rate, he immediately entered and laid the bags, all a hundred and fifty kilos of it on the kitchen.

"Now where could she be, hmm..."

Training room, huh. He definitely remembered it. Beat today is wearing his usual purple sleeveless shirt and jeans, his gi now tossed away due to all the rips and shreds on it. He simply doesn't have any other clothing sans these, and that also through a lot of procedure to procure. If he want to get something nice, he gotta make sure that the Citadel is already out from its lockdown state too. Isabella probably gonna be pissed all thing considered that she cannot purchase stuff in the city. But at the very least, he's here to be the errand boy if it's needed. When he came finally, Isabella would probably notice how Beat's clothing felt a bit tighter than usual. It's not just because his growing musculature, but also because he's getting quite significantly taller. Before, he was at least slightly shorter than her, but now he's probably slightly taller than her... by few millimeters. Before he's wearing the Remnant Alliance armor, so he height growth and the musculature development probably isn't as noticeable, but now he's definitely showing that he's growing up. His voice also starting to crack a bit.

"...Heh, I have no idea how to think when you said that super saiyan is gained through bargain sale... I mean, it was really hard for me, you know..."

...But now that he thought about it, he might be going a bit too fast. From the Super Saiyan form to the "Legendary" form, or "Berserk" as he prefer to call it... the span is roughly about several weeks. "Still, to pressure you, huh... Maybe I can try. I gotta show you a bit of my new fighting style too, right? Now... As to pressure you..."

Beat took off his top. That's one of his only few casual clothes. If he lost that too it's not going to be good at all. Sure there are hand-me-down, but he prefer his own style if possible. With that set, Beat immediately flared his ki, unleashing his halfling potential.

"Hmmm, is this much OK?" he asked Isabella.

Lonely? He guess that's normal... after all, there's not many earthling in this planet. Those who are here ted to be not the type that Beat would like to introduce to Isabella. Meanwhile, while there are Earthborn kids under his care, they're yet to fully got the clear to go out of his house and the academy. Maybe one day he'll bring some of them to her in hope that she'll be less lonely. Those kids in the end is quite like him... and he hoped that their innocence will stay true until the end. For now, though, Beat decided to answer.

"...Earth... probably won't be gone for long. I think you can restore them through these balls called Dragon Ball. They're wish granting items. If seven of them are gathered, then summoned through Namekian language, they would call forth the Eternal Dragon Porunga. When you asked me about the items, this is the answer... Dragon Ball. That was why Koma-san managed to revive the Saiyan race from the brink of extinction. Even so... currently... Currently they're in hands of the Demons. I... I failed my mission to wrestle them away. Due to my injury, I'm told to stay put. At any rate, I'll just say that if you ask it... and probably if you could consult and make good relationship with Koma-san, I'm sure that you'll be allowed to use Dragon Ball...  Though honestly, I'm not sure about it.

...Apparently Earth also have Dragon Ball, and that was the reason why the demons are attacking it, or at least to my knowledge. Dragon Ball can revive all Earthling, but I'm not sure how it would go to be honest. There seem to be a catch... Sure that if all people of Earth is killed, Dragon Ball can revive them in full sweep... but what for? What's the catch? That's the thing. So... I honestly wouldn't believe in the demons, but... if we goes on wish, then most likely the demons would attempt to do something fishy with it. I... I will probably fight them so that Earth won't be revived in their term. That much for sure. No matter how much Earth spited me because I'm a saiyan to their eyes, I... I will make sure that I'll defend it from them. That's why... If you can wait for four months... I'm sure you can revive Earth then. Then... you wouldn't be alone. Trust that."

He of course understands it. "...I understand but at the same time, the requirement is actually very steep... 'an intense rage', almost murderous at it. My rage was not directed to the demons sadly. It was to myself, to this weakling me... I directed all my anger to myself and..." Beat immediately flared his ki, then soon he would show himself as his True Super Saiyan form. "...And thus this is the form, a controllable one, but still too weak. I... admittedly has unlocked an even stronger form, but... let's not talk about it."

Beat powered down back to his mastered Hidden Potential form.

Now with that being done, Isabella... felt a bit weird. The moment the attack launched at him, Beat immediately activated his both of his teacher's school and his own and dodged, albeit not very successfully. He took a bit of a grazing damage.

"...Delicious, huh... That's not the first time I heard it, but I guess you're close to breaking point yourself aren't you?"

Now it's his turn to attack. Beat shot forward, electricity coated his fist, and he aimed it toward Isabella's gut. "...Azure Striker!"

He knew about Liari... the people back then, the evil Namekian, they seem to corrupt her. If what Rensu said was true, then Liari was a sweet girl... Terra too... and for two of them to just vanish like that, Beat can't imagine how hard it must be for Isabella. It's threatening her sanity that's for sure. Suusao, he have no idea what happened to him before... He have no idea what sort of thing happened between the two of them. One thing for sure is that he's not sure that Suusao would attack someone for no reason at all. He's not an evil guy, he's just a massive pervert, that's all. It's unlikely for him to kill someone just because his flirting failed, so... What happened? Could it be that he was incited to attack her? Or... is it something else? Too bad Suusao is dead... otherwise he would ask him. But Tetra... meeting the alliance member? He got to ask about her to those who might know.

The attack ended up to be quite effective! To think that she would get knocked out for a while... At first Beat was ready to check for pulse (he have no idea whether Majins have that or not considering she got blasted on her chest before and still OK), but she soon woke up. Beat looked pensive for a while.

"Isabella-san... No matter what happened you can't give up... and I won't let you use your very own lifeforce either. The Remnant Alliance creed is to fight for a fight you believe in. If it... to gain back our planet... I swear I'll do everything that I can to prove to both the Guru and Koma-san... that Earth is worth to be revived. Four months from now, the Dragon Ball will activate yet again. I'll do everything in my power to do that. The Guru might let Koma-san do the race revival because they're allied... but I'm sure... I'm sure there's no reason for denying the Earth revival at all... If the Earth still ended up rejecting us Saiyans... then all we going to do is to once again make diplomatic connection with them. I have decided it. During these two years, I'll be studying in the Alliance Academy... and when I'm done... I'll ask Koma-san to let me become a diplomat. That's why... Don't lose hope!"

Beat readied his fighting stance again. "...Control that feeling... remember anything that would make you happy again... And if you can't control it anymore... I'll knock you out till you control yourself again! I don't really know exactly how it feel, but... you're not the only one with negative stuff buried deep inside you. I harbor a monster deep inside me... one that told me that I should destroy everything, that I should kill those that threaten my happiness, and that I should rejoice in their pain, terror and grief. Find your own raison d'etre... why are you here? Why are you still clinging to your self identity? Isn't it to revive your home? Isn't it to find happiness?"

Indeed, four months would be too brutal, four months... waiting like that in pain... is impossible. He's only spouting things out of random, and he hoped one of them would click. "...We'll make it work... somehow... I'll try... I'll try really hard..." at this point, Beat's voice sounded so desperate. He's never tis desperate before. He have noticed it since long, but Isabella has been past just a friend. She's like a family, like an elder sister from different species. And now facing the fact that this person starting to lose herself scares Beat. Beat remembered when he starting to lose himself to his anger, and now Isabella is losing herself too... but not in more simpler way. She... might lose herself forever. When he was thinking, she suddenly broke his train of thoughts with a story... a story about how there was a true majin.

"...That sounded like a reverse of a story in my village..." Beat commented, chuckling weakly. "...There was a yellow djinn, who said that he was born from a starving pink djinn... the yellow djinn saw how many peoples was hungry from the evil pink one... so he then would turn inorganic objects into food... everyone rejoiced and he left after he saw the people no longer suffering from hunger and famine. It's a popular story on the east. What I meant to say is... don't let just being you... discourage you from doing the right thing... Don't think that you'll be a monster just because of these monster inside of you..."

...And his breath caught on his throat the moment Isabella asked the question. If... if she were to be defeated by her evil half, would Beat vaporizes her? He was about to reply, but she has gone unconscious. The moment Beat about to move her... he clearly feels it. The sinister ki, the feeling of two different ki source... Beat bit his lips. Lightning crackled on his arm as he formed a blade of ki on the tip of his fingers. His super saiyan form unleashed, and now he's taking an aim. She asked for this, didn't she? She asked for it... and she don't want to destroy her when she's completely a monster. She want her... to at least stay herself... Beat gritted his teeth so hard that he swore it would crack.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!"

He swung the blade... but instead of hitting the target, it only harmlessly missed the majin.

"...Why... why this is so unfair....?"

He can't do it. No matter what, he can't do it. "...You're... you're my family, you know... You're... you're the very first person who showed me kindness in this alien world... when I thought I don't have anyone else in this world... You sheltered me, you allowed me to stay with you, and you even cared for a nobody like me until I found my own path... And yet what can I do to repay your goodwill? Just to kill you...? To vaporize you? To take away this kind soul that showed Earth's friendliness at its best?"

Beat felt his tears flowing uncontrollably. He might be a warrior, yet at time like this, his true side as a Earth born and raised kid shines through. "...Of course I can't do it, you idiot..." Beat hugged the majin close. His super saiyan form fading. "....I don't want to lose you too... so... I'll do everything I can... to save you... I promise you... I'll help you no matter what... Because you're my family... you're my sister..."
