Personality
Forserta is, to begin, a bit childish. She is curious, inquisitive, and quick witted - having a pretty good head on her shoulders and a heart that cares for those around her. However, her shortcomings come in the form of her being naive, impulsive, somewhat impressionable, and a little stubborn at times when she sets her mind to something. Though she values knowledge and loves to learn, her heart leads the way more often - and this can oftentimes lead her to getting herself in trouble if there isn't anyone to look out for her.
Aside from learning, however; Forserta also appreciates friends, warm sunny days, good stories, crunchy food like apples or chips, and hard candy - be it sweet or sour. She doesn't really like spicy food, nor does she like tart food, and tends to dislike swimming, fighting (especially senseless fighting), and loneliness. She values bonds and having someone by your side, as opposed to going at it alone - and though she might TRY to lead, is better suited in a support role, helping from the sidelines.
Her friendly and innocent nature makes it easy to befriend most other people - and she will try to befriend anyone she meets! - though she has a hard time bonding with people who are bossy or stuck up, or otherwise rude and disrespectful to her simply for being young or small. Her naivety and impressionability makes her a little easy to manipulate though, and she sometimes won't realize right away that someone isn't the nicest person despite first appearances.
As far as relations go, Forserta enjoys the company of any friend, but Dulce is who she’d consider her best friend. She appreciates knowing someone so big and strong and nice, and enjoys spending time with him. She feels gratitude for him watching over her, when they had first met, and wants to overall see him reach his own goals as well.
Appearance
Forserta is a very small girl for her race - both in part due to her relatively young age, and just naturally being a small girl. She stands at 4'3.5'', has a thin and lanky build, and weighs about 167 pounds. She is not necessarily built for hand-to-hand confrontations, and is somewhat tomboyish in appearance, save for her facial features and long hair. Her skin is average in tone, and her hair in question is straight, olive-green, and reaches her hips. It is usually tied up into a braid (or a ponytail if she doesn't have the time to do a braid) if she wants it out of the way. It, additionally, shimmers and is semi-opaque; much like a gem.
Her eyes are large and round with a certain shine to them, and are olive-green as well. Her other facial features are similarly somewhat round and soft - not a lot of angles or sharpness. In addition to this, there are visible 'gem spots' along her cheekbone, round and roughly symmetrical, with the same olive-green as her hair and eyes. These gem spots can be seen scattered along her shoulders as well, smaller, varying-sized 'dapples' of olive-green that are usually hidden by her clothes, though can be visible with sleeveless or low-collared outfits.
Her incubator is in a somewhat wide Marquise cut, and is olive-green as well - able to fit in her palm. However, it appears visibly flawed, a small - but still visible - hairline crack running across the upper part of it at an angle. It is located on her right upper arm - the points parallel to her arm.
For her outfit, Forserta likes to wear a white button-up long-sleeved shirt with a black vest over it, as well as somewhat-baggy black capris that reach the knees, long white socks, and black Mary Jane shoes. She usually keeps the sleeves of her shirt rolled up to her elbows, and wears a standard brown belt for her capris.

Biography
Forserta was the first of three siblings - her younger siblings being a brother and a sister. She lived a relatively normal life as far as a Magi-Bijou's life went, her Magi blood coming from her father's side of the family tree. She was taught how to harness her magic from a young age by her father, and took to it relatively easily, though she'd sometimes find it a little hard to actually learn new skills, as opposed to understanding them. She grew up as curious and inquisitive as she is today though, and was always asking questions about what was beyond their little home, beyond their own world.
Finally though, that curiosity was what led her to leave home at a somewhat young and youthful age, setting off on her own to see the universe and to hone her skills as a Magi. For a good part of this, she was alone - watching out for herself and surviving by her own luck and quick wit. However, this luck would only last so long - a near-fatal accident of her own mistakes having nearly killed her, and leaving her incubator cracked - rendering it unstable and difficult for her to hide within.
It was here though, that she met her companion and best friend - a Humongaloid hybrid by the name of Dulce. Her curious and positive outlook on life and his goofy and kindhearted nature clicked easily, and they bonded quickly; him watching out for her while she recovered, and her providing assistance in protecting themselves in the form of her techniques and magic.
Ever since then, they've been inseparable - providing each other with welcome company. It is not too uncommon to see her riding on the larger man's shoulders, pointing out anything she sees - or even slinging spells from her perch in times of combat. He, in turn, protects her and assists her with heavy lifting and the such. She still holds a wish to see the universe and to learn, and wants to see Dulce fulfill his goals as well, forever thankful to know a friend like him.
