thread takes place in Age 1590 The blinds slowly adjusted itself to transparency level about six AM. Or at least, that’s how it supposed to be considering the time set by the Remnant Alliance headquarters. It’s Namek, natural cycle of night and day doesn’t exist. All hails Capsule Corps for the magical blinds that could emulate perfectly day and night cycle. Along with it, though, came the annoying beeping sound from a digital clock.
The red haired youth who just recently stepped in his thirteenth name day groaned as he tried to smack the built in alarm that reminded him it’s time to wake up. Honestly, after the h ellish training day in the academy, he thought he deserved some little more sleep. He’s a morning person, but yesterday’s last drill nearly took everything out from him… and here he was, the one who was admitted to be a prodigy in his strength growth. If it still knocked him out enough that he didn’t even bothered to take a bath or change his clothes and just like that flops on his bed in his boxers, he had no idea what it would be for the other.
...By the way, one might call him stupid for not using the medical machine, but screw them. He love his sleep. It’s the second thing he feels would make the world a brighter place. The first is of course his girlfriend.

The red haired teen groggily got up from his bed walked to the bathroom, groaning all the way about not wanting to work. Of all thing, he honestly wanted to just… just sleep and rest, but considering that he is under the Leader Komatsu’s squad, he… probably not allowed even a free day without work. Plus he gotta train with his master, you know the drill.
The teen’s name is Beat. Gone the scrawny 144cm kid, he has grown about ten centimeters over the span of a year. His voice started to crack as his adam’s apple starting to form. At first he dislikes it. He sounded… strange. But eventually he got used to it. Still, his growth still haven’t yet completed. He hated how he often stumbled at nothing just because he’s growing. Eventually, he got used to it.
The boy stepped out from the shower room, towel on his waist. He was about to directly go to his room, but momentarily distracted when he saw his reflection on a mirror.
“...Hee…” he cannot help but to let out a sound of admiration at his new body. He always think that he’s scrawny before, but now… this is a dream warrior body for him. The perfectly defined muscles, the healthy tan and the strength that oozes out from it. Beat flexed his bicep proudly. “....Maan, look at the peak... The result of training is really showing, huh…”
Slowly, he turned around to give a look at his back, and poked his abs. It felt so weird that he can’t help but to chuckle. Before it’s just… flat, really flat. Slightly starving looking even. He could even poke at his ribs. Now instead he could feel the obliques, and his chest no longer so thin. He don’t even need to hit most muscular to feel the depth of them. He could just easily touch them. Before, a saiyan girl was worried if he’s eating right when he first came to the citadel, and now he’s packing more mass than most Saiyans of his age, closer to an adult one.
“Boy, can’t hate all of those training if they make me this cool looking~”
He never had the chance to admire his body before. He’s always too busy training. Six hours sleep is what he have if not four… and at times he often ended up not taking a bath at all because he had to cram so many things in his head. It was ridiculous. But that’s what he have to do if he want to graduate from the academy in two years. He purposely accelerated his graduation.
While he’s not lacking in the strength department, considering how he could turn into Super Saiyan at tender age of 11, he’s not so… experienced. Some other older saiyans still beat his ass pretty easily from how different their lifestyle was, and everytime they did, Koma would add more menu to his training… on top of already hellish drill. Pleasing his squad leader is a herculean task.
Speaking of that, he still trained under his master’s watchful eyes on the School of Dragon Spirit way of fighting. He just recently mastered the intermediate one few months ago… and even then, if anything, it doesn’t make his master praise him either. If anything, the last stretch become literal purgatory session to him. During the three months before the graduation, he had to practically live as close as possible to his master and at times resume training without a blink of sleep and tossed in medical chamber to recuperate, then pulled back for more training. In a sense, he wondered if this what Yami felt back then.
...It was a serious hell. But thanks to that, if he’s not mistaken, he’s on 368.000 PL mark. It made him happy, accomplished… and at the same time, it made him cry tears of blood. He’s determined, but man, talk about hell sergeant. It’s not a secret that Beat refers his boss as Onitaisho (Demon General) behind his back. Still, he can’t complain at length. His training works, and this body he have… boy, he wondered if Lucky gonna at least praise him or something.
...OK, maybe not, but at the very least, he just want a day after all this madness to spend with his girl. Unfortunately, their schedule often didn’t match up, so they often make most of it by eating breakfast together.
“...But if I recall it right, she was… argh, she is on a mission huh…”
...It was three days mission. He hoped that at least she would be one of the first ones to see him in his new uniform. His new squad uniform, with that fancy shield and sword of Remnant Alliance logo. He wanted her to see it, to see that he’s not the bum she once accused before… yes, he’s still holding grudge on that.
Beat dressed himself in his favorite purple sleeveless shirt and navy blue jeans, deciding to go with something a bit casual before reporting in… and make a breakfast probably. At first, he thought that he’s going to live with his mother and father… and his newly born twin younger brother and sister, but turned out not. After two months living together, they leave him to his own device, thinking that it might be the best for him when he’s so focused on what he’s doing, academy stuff and all.
While he felt guilty to his siblings, he understood that if he had to hear baby crying after all the tiring day, he’ll grew to get annoyed with them or hell, snap and just pour all his annoyance at them, which would damage their bond. So for the sake of their harmonious sibling relationship, they had to live in other house. He visited now and then of course, and he really loves them.
The younger sister is Lyria, a curious girl, the quieter of the two. She’s seem to be a bit shy when he tried to talk with her, but she also the one who loves to cling on him the most. Unlike him, she got blond hair and orangish eyes. The hair came from their grandmother apparently, while the eyes came from their grandfather. Lyri often try to catch his attention by tugging on his tail. It’s cute.
The younger brother is Allegro, a rambunctious troublemaker. He’s what a Saiyan is honestly. A lot says that he’s the naughtier version of Beat. They also looked kinda identical except the hairstyle. Allegro loves to mimic Beat’s training. Compared to being closer to Beat in personality, he’s much closer to Rensu now that he think of it. He just hope their half brother doesn’t mind the toddler followed him around for whatever reason later on. Beat honestly is really envious of the young Allegro. His training probably going to shape him into far better warrior than he is, and he got two brothers to train him when he’s old enough. Even so, he loves his lil bro dearly.
With that being said, the only real roommate he have is Lucky in this huge mansion. At first it’s awkward, but eventually he grew accustomed to her presence. He cooked for her and at times he would talk to her and they train together. But most of the time, their schedule clashed so the only time they would meet up in this huge house is the morning where afterward Beat would immediately run to the academy, then whenever Koma is available and ready to train him, he’ll train.
…He often felt guilty honestly toward his girlfriend. He promised himself that his first wage will be to treat her anything she want and buy her a present.
At any rate, maybe it’s a good idea to just in case cook and see what’s happened for the day.
Lucky had indeed been out on a mission over the last two days. She had been sent to investigate a local planet that had fallen under suspicion of sentient trafficking. Seeing as Lucky was still so young, her mission was simply to observe, get a feel for the situation and call in the saiyans if things became too much for her to handle. However, Lucky being Lucky, didn’t heed that advice at all.
She did her job, and she did it well, reporting her findings back to headquarters as she should, though instead of returning to Namek right away, Lucky wanted to take a look inside. This wasn’t the biggest slaving ring she’d ever heard of… Honestly there might only be a handful of people stuck here as slaves, and judging by the lax guards they must be older in age… usually younger slaves would fetch a higher price, meaning there would be more heavy security.
‘Not good that they are getting so close to Namek though… I should warn the Overseer, incase the Namekians end up getting involved…’ She thought to herself as she crept around the dark cave the slavers had taken residence in. Inside, it took her quite a while to find the slave pen but she could finally see what kind of slaves they were keeping there. Inside there were a few older slaves, as she had expected, male aliens of a rather large build, meaning that they had been used for manual labour… inside there was one older woman, clinging desperately to a small green skinned boy. The woman and child looked like they were Brenchians… or a race similar to them anyways… and that little boy looked really weak. She hadn’t felt him at all, and even this close she could only barely feel his ki signature.
She waited in her hiding spot for quite some time, waiting until the guards would change their shifts a few times so she could time it just right before sneaking up to the cage. She reached into her pocket and retrieved what looked like a small gun. Looking into the slave pen, she motioned for them all to stay quiet before activating the little gun which turned out to be some kind of laser cutter.
She cut through the bars keeping them inside, picking up the metal piece and setting it aside quietly before motioning for the slaves to follow her out. When the woman came with the child, she immediately offered to help her carry him. The woman needed her strength to run, and Lucky had more than enough to carry one boy.
The entire rescue was fairly uneventful. All of them made it to the planets surface where the men immediately ran away from the slavers camp and vanished into the planets wilderness. The woman though stayed by Lucky’s side for as long as she would.
However, their streak of good luck didn’t last forever. Alarms started to blaze in the underground camp, alerting everyone to the slave’s escape. This was their cue to move a hell of a lot faster! Lucky ran towards her ship with the child in her arms and the woman in tow behind her, but somehow she had managed to miss the fact that one of their guards had quite the high powerlevel… she hadn’t sensed it before, but all of a sudden the man appeared in front of her, towering over her as he stood a good 7 feet tall.
Lucky’s eyes narrowed on the ridiculously large alien as she stood so short in comparison, huffing as if the universe had made it a point to send some oversized, jumbo warrior after her.
“Stand down! In the name of the Galact-” POW. The warrior didn’t waste any time listening to the girls words, soaring forward and landing his fist in her face with no resistance. Lucky dropped the child as she was sent hurling away from the man and crashing into the ground below. She’d left quite the drag mark through the dust before coming to a stop, whining in pain as blood would poor freely from her nose.
The woman she had been escorting suddenly screamed as two more goons came up and grabbed her, tying her up promptly and dragging her back towards the camp.
“Hey! Let her go!” Lucky yelled at them as she launched herself forward towards the woman, only to be intercepted by the brute once more. Again and again their song and dance repeated, Lucky charging forward to try and save the woman and the child, only to be knocked away again with intense force. Her body was covered in cuts and bruises, blood smeared over her Patrol uniform and matted into her fur… though she didn’t give up. With one more ploy, she managed to get her hands on the little boy once more, but didn’t stay still as she started running towards her ship at full speed! Even as she climbed aboard she didn’t put the boy down, typing away with one hand and slamming the acceleration as hard as she could.
The two would soar away from the planet, and Lucky would sigh in relief which only caused her to start coughing as her internal injuries were becoming too much for her to handle. She’d refuse to let go of the boy still, sitting down in the captain’s chair and clinging to him tightly, shutting her eyes for a moment as she leaned back to try and forget the amount of pain she was in. She could afford to do this right? They were safe…
What Lucky didn’t know was that they weren’t. As she fell unconscious in her chair, the 3 goons from earlier had all taken their all small ships and had started to pursue her.

The day… somehow started up rather uneventful. His girlfriend still hadn’t shown herself at all. He wondered if she was OK… He’s honestly starting to get worried, really worried. He knew that there are some types of missions where utmost stealth was needed, so he knew he couldn’t carelessly contact her through the advanced scanner with built in communication systems or telepathy. He also knew he was supposed to report to Komatsu today, but… something, something in the back of his mind felt wrong, felt all rustled. This reflected on his tail. It has been swinging rather agitatedly since an hour ago.
...And that’s when he suddenly noticed the strange power reading that arrived inside the planet’s atmosphere. Beat, at first, was overjoyed. It looked like he wouldn’t need to be punished. Maybe he’d make a quick breakfast for her and let her rest, then report to his boss--until he suddenly felt how weak the power reading was. His heart felt like it just sunk to the pit of his stomach. Not only that, Lucky was not alone in that ship, she was with someone with near corpse level of power level. Is this person who is with her dying? He had no idea, but Beat’s instinct acted faster than his logic. His crimson colored ki blazed as he boosted his already high power level to five times of its usual amount. His goal? The place where the ship most likely would land.
Adrenaline pumped to his system. He’s panicking. His mind already braced for the worst case scenario, but he had no idea if these individuals were hostile or friendly. In case of them being hostile, he was ready to retaliate. If they were friendly however… well… wait, if they’re friendly, they should have taken care of her first right!?
His mind just overloaded with all possible scenarios and before he knew it, he was already there, right in front of Lucky’s ship. Not caring about the damage that would be done, the half Saiyan hastily tore up the cockpit windshield, making a note to pay up for the repair later. All that he could think of just then was the safety of his girlfriend. He jumped into the cockpit and checked her condition. He did see a Brenchian boy, really weak… as egotistic as it was however, the boy was not his main focus. His focus was his girlfriend. When his eyes landed on her figure, he gasped.
It felt like his blood suddenly frozen when he saw what happened to his beloved redhead. Blood, so much blood. His hands trembling too much to keep a steady grasp on her. Luckily he learnt Ki Sense prior, so he knew she wasn’t dead… but at the same time, these wounds...
“...Lucky… hang on, I’ll get you outta here. You can count on that.”
Beat quickly activated his telepathy and tried to contact Komatsu.
Boss, emergency, Lucky’s critically injured on a mission, she brought a kid with her… Brenchian from how he looks. This one’s barely alive . Requesting permission to not report directly to you. I might be--
His little transmission probably would be disrupted when whatever in the three ship interrupted it. Beat most likely managed to pull the two unconscious individual out of the ship before that. His red eyes glared at whoever dared to interrupt. WC: 573 TWC: 2165
As the windshield of the ship was ripped off, Lucky’s grip instinctively tightened around the child in her arms. She wasn’t aware of what she was doing of course as she was still unconscious, but a part of her would always remain a protector, and this child’’s only chance was if she protected him no matter what…
Outside the ship, the two smaller fighters started to shoot towards Lucky’s ship, and seeing as the shields were down, it blasted against it’s armor and rocking those inside. They fired again and again until the ship eventually blew up just as Beat managed to pull those within out to safety.
The leader, the larger brute from before landed his ship a safe ways away from Beat and Lucky, stepping out nonchalantly, like he still didn’t consider Beat’s strength a threat. He looked deathly serious as he stared the red head down, walking towards him and the flaming wreckage of the ship.
“We have no interest in you, hand over the child now, it’s our property, and that girl is a thief. In fact, proper compensation for the rest of the property she stole says she should be taking their place, so you might as well hand her over too.” The man’s deep voice demanded, a small chuckle escaping his lips as he approached the angry saiyans. He was well aware that they were on hostile territory…. A faction of the saiyans had made their homes here on Namek which was the only reason the slavers had stayed away from the planet for so long… Though he didn’t expect to be here too long. He just had to make one little saiyan surrender and gain a much more valuable slave…

Meanwhile, back at the Citadel Komatsu was rather startled by the sudden interruption to his thoughts. Beat’s voice sounded in his head as clearly as if the hybrid was standing right next to him. It had been quite some time since anyone had spoken to him telepathically that he almost forgot what it had felt like…
By the sounds of Beat’s voice, whatever was going on was pretty urgent… though Komatsu himself was wrapped up in several local issues as it was. He let out a sigh before turning to Zeno who had also been apart of the meeting they were currently sitting in.
“Sorry for the interruption, but Zeno. I need you to go and check on Beat, whatever’s going on sounds pretty serious.” He stated to which the green haired man would just smirk and immediately stand up.
“Sure thing! This meeting was pretty boring anyways… no offense mr King sir…” Zeno would state towards the Galactic King, mocking a salute before scurrying outside of the meeting room and soaring off towards Beat’s rising energy signature.

If previously it didn’t make the young halfling angry, this one… was enough, more than enough actually. Hell, they already crossed the line the moment he knew they were hostile. Different from his usual anger, Beat’s hostility now became pure killing intent.
“...I see, you opportunist leeches claiming people’s lives like they’re property, huh? Well, that explains it. You know, I could…” at this moment, his ki rose so drastically, hair turning dark purple, eyes glows redder like never before “...rant at you about how you’re against Galactic Order or something, but… I’m not even in the mood for that…”
Beat cracked his knuckles then his neck. “...I’m going to kill you all. Screw justice, screw law. You’re messing with my girl, my mate. That’s enough reason for me to waste all of you.”
The ground underneath the boy shook the moment he ascended further into his Super Saiyan form. His red eyes remained fixed on the brute and his cohorts. He had no idea what was the result of his transmission, but he needed to make sure everyone’s here was safe. Beat assumed the Dragon School fighting stance and launched himself towards the leader, fully intending to test his power with a series of kicks and punches aimed at his stomach, chest, and one axe kick to the head before striking him with a ki coated palm strike. There was no need to shout out the name of an attack as it was best for him if his enemies had no idea about the name of the attack or how it was executed. BEAT <TSSJ>
“Hahahaha” The man laughed at Beat as his two lackeys would land behind him and run up to either side of him, each of them assuming a fighting stance of their own when Beat did. It was clear that the two lackeys were nowhere near as strong as Beat had just become, but it didn’t stop them from facing off against him. The larger man however didn’t even bother to assume a fighting stance and instead crossed his arms over his chest as his grin only grew ever so much wider.
“You two, get the boy and that Patrolman, leave this brat to me.” He’d say in the utmost confidence. Even as Beat transformed into something the man had never seen before, he didn’t budge. There were many things out there he had never seen, but this boy’s strength felt to be close to his own, so there was no reason for him to fear Beat. Not yet.
As Beat charged at him, the man unfolded his arms and then started to catch every single one of Beat’s melee strikes with his hands, deflecting them away from him as if he was the weakest person he’d ever fought.
“I knew Saiyans were an angry bunch, but to see it first hand is really a treat. Why are you so mad boy, you should be thanking me for taking the girl off your hands. Mates are nothing but nagging prudes, I just saved you a lifetime of misery. Huahahahaha. Besides, a man has to make a living! If you aren’t strong enough to keep yourself safe, then you shouldn’t go lookin for trouble!” The man continued to laugh as he firmly planted his foot into the ground, his energy and power rising up around him as he swung his leg towards Beat in a powerful side kick, his arms coming up in a block as he fully planned to take Beat’s blast and use it as a distraction to get his own Ki empowered kick through.

“OH NO YOU DON--!” but it was too late. He already focused on the head honcho instead of the lackeys. Doing so was his faux pas. While his attacks were all parried, his attention wasn’t fully on the battle but on Lucky and the Brenchian boy instead. This moment of hesitation was enough for the attack to land squarely on the boy’s ribs. The pain nullification of his special Super Saiyan form was working, but still he still could feel wind knocked out from his lungs.
“GAHA---!!”
Even so, this force was enough for him to redirect himself toward where Lucky and the boy should be! His mind was taking the best shortcut to reach his beloved girlfriend. His mind almost blanking from just how angry he was at the moment. These guys… they’re pests that were trying to get their hands on Lucky…!
“GET YOUR DIRTY HANDS OFF HER!!” the super saiyan youth barked. He quickly shoot a ki blast, this time aimed at the closest lackey to his girlfriend. Bright blue stream of energy accented with lightning released from the boy’s palm. He had calculated the angle beforehand. If it were to be deflected or missed its mark, it won’t hit Lucky. He poured in all of his strength in that strike!
He needed to kill them fast, then go in for the head bozo. He won’t fail this time around. NEVER. He had seen his brother killed because he was too weak to even help in that battle, he had failed saving his father once… NOT HIS GIRLFRIEND THIS TIME AROUND!! ---------------------------------- Beat <TSSJ> PL: 7.000.000 STA: 5/5 -> 4/5 Action: [OT-2] Voltic Blast -> 50% + 20% (Warrior Spirit x 2) -> 70% -> 4.900.000 heading toward closest lackey

The first lackey had made it next to Lucky and the child in no time at all, his speed clearly superior to his buddies. He had just managed to put his hands on the kid when he felt the pressure of Beat’s attack. The power behind it was absolutely staggering! He’d never sensed anything like that before! Was that really what a saiyan was capable of? Was this why they were told to leave Namek alone? This was just a kid and he was easily being overpowered!!
“B...Boss!!” The lackey cried out in fear as he clutched the child tightly, attempting to bring him up to use as a shield against Beat’s attack, but the unconscious Lucky refused to relinquish her grip. His eyes grew wide as he realized he was a sitting duck! The blast collided with the man, forcing him to let go of the child as he was knocked back away from the hair, a hole eventually being torn into his chest as the blast would pass right through him.
The second lackey took this as his opportunity however, grabbing hold of Lucky and hoisting her onto his shoulders, quickly taking off away from Beat with all of the speed he could muster. Meanwhile, the larger alien came barrelling down on Beat, a dark blue aura surrounding his body like a shield as he tried to ram the dark Super Saiyan with as much strength as he could muster. If he was successful then the strike would be more than enough to snap Beat’s back. If the boy countered, then whatever did hit him would still hurt like a bitch.
While all of this was going on, Zeno approached the scene with a serious look on his face. He didn’t immediately recognize Beat by his features, but he did recognize the power…
“What happened to you…” He muttered as he flew over one of the aliens escaping with Lucky and a green kid. He scoffed as he suddenly came plummeting out of the sky and kicked the lackey in the head. It forced him to let go of Lucky, and as she fell Zeno caught her and the kid with ease. She was totally wrecked! All of this moving her around probably wasn’t any good for her either, they really needed to get her back to a medical machine right away…
He would pull something from his pocket and slip it into both lucky and the kids mouth. Unlike senzu means, this ‘pill’ had been designed to dissolve as soon as enough saliva touched it. It wouldn’t heal them right up either, but it would at least stabilize them long enough to get back.
Zeno would wince as a blast collided with his back, causing him to stumble forward and nearly trip as he tried to balance himself and maintain his grip on Lucky and the kid.
“Wrong move…” Zeno growled at the Lackey, his body starting to transform and growing bigger by the moment. Soon enough he would look like a tailless crocodile on two legs. He’d growl viciously at the man as a warning, trying to find a way to balance his charge and attack him.

Gruesome, that was how he felt the situation was. That damned fly dared to try to use a dying kid as a shield. It just utterly disgusted him, so much that if this is not a battle that he cannot let his attention slip, he would have retched. Either that or punch another hole on the corpse. Yes, that’s right, it’s a successful attack, although he never thought it gonna be like this.
Beat felt his breath slowly become ragged. Is it because of fatigue, or more a side effect of his fury? Either way, the blast making a hole on the lackey’s chest was satisfying to the boy. But he did not feel that this was a time to celebrate. His saner side felt a bit guilty, but there was this part of him that totally enjoyed the sensation of a one hit kill.
This felt so wrong… so wrong yet so liberating. My second kill, it felt both sickening and satisfying. How can such feelings mixing together like this?
The other lackey suddenly hauled Lucky and the kid. Beat was a bit too weak to fire the same skill at him, and with Lucky being so close, it could end up with her getting harmed! Cowards! Cowards all of them! His anger growing worse and worse as it goes… All he want now is to tore new hole or two in these money-grabbing sickos’ bodies.
“BASTA---!!”
He didn’t even have the time to chase after him, instead, he was rammed in the side with full powered attack from the bozo. He only managed to put up a lame guard against the hulk. Even if he did get a bit taller in this form, the difference in frame made it easier for the slave trader to overpower him. Pain resistance be praised. Had it not been for the ability, he probably would have been too weak to counter the strike, even with adrenaline circulating in his system.
“OUTTA MY FUCKING WAY!!”
Beat grabbed the man’s head and attempted a headbutt to at least give him a concussion. He knew how hard his head was, and honestly, he wasn’t even sure that he should be proud of it, but whatever! Anything to stun the guy!
Luckily, he did not have to wrestle free. A familiar ki signature approaching quickly.
ZENO-SAN, GRAB LUCKY!! It was a haphazard attempt to communicate at best, but in this urgent time, he had no choice. At least with Zeno here, Lucky’s safety could be guaranteed. Well his strike wasn’t exactly on target, which sucked for the boss as he had been aiming to end this fight with one super powered move. Oh well, it wasn’t the end of the world. His strike still hit and it pissed the boy off. What got to him though, was the lack of the sound of pain from this kid… He was taking his hits, but they didn’t seem to hurt him? Did he have more strength hidden in there? It wasn’t uncommon for saiyans to have multiple transformations. Maybe he should turn things up a notch and force him to use that energy?
“Hehehe, stupid brat. You shouldn’t have tried to get in my wa-ow!” His words were interrupted by Beat’s head smashing against his own. It was enough to disorient him for a few moments, but not enough to do any real damage. The man scoffed as he retaliated by attempting to grab Beat by the throat.
Seeing as the two weren’t that far apart, this would no doubt turn into another melee bout, but with his size he could easily over-power the kid if this was the case! He’d smirk as he was sure his victory had already been assured. The only thing that managed to wipe the smirk off of his face was the appearance of Zeno. This guy’s power level was even stronger than Beat’s was, and the girl and kid were in his possession no… How irritating. He grit his teeth as he looked over to his companion who was facing off against this green newcomer.
“HEY! Don’t you dare fucking lose or give up! A girl like that is worth 20x your life!” He yelled out at his companion while still being preoccupied with Beat.
Meanwhile, Zeno and the other lackey were going at it, Zeno unable to call on his full strength due to the fact he was holding the two injured kids. This was really turning to be a pain in the ass… He chanced a glance over towards Beat just as Beat sent him a yelling, telepathic message to his mind.
‘I’d love to get them out of here kid, but I can’t protect them and take care of this guy properly’ He would think to himself, wondering if Beat might be able to pick up on his thoughts as if he had sent him a message back. He had no idea how telepathy worked…. But he hoped that this did the trick.
The fight between Zeno and the lackey seemed pretty even, the two exchanging blows one for one, though Zeno was limited to using his legs and very little ki energy. A few times he’d been knocked over or thrown back, but every time he held onto the kids as tightly as he could to protect them.

“This KID bites!” Beat countered after his head collided against the man’s. Honestly, he swore he saw stars from the impact. When was the last time he did something this daring? Oh right, when he fought against Rensu. That spar was damn good. He somehow has taken a bit of his half brother’s bravado. Still, just as he was about to gain some distance, the man recovered faster than he thought.
Motherfucker, would you go down and DIE already!? Beat spat mentally. Unfortunately, that time frame was enough for the man to manage to grab the half saiyan by his throat. No matter how bulked up he was at the moment compared to his normal form, the feeling of his windpipe choked with force so strong made him try to claw for air. The pain was not there, but the dizziness of oxygen failing to be supplied to his brain was.
“WHY DON’T YOU--” Beat raises his tail up and then like a pendulum swung it right to the man’s crotch, full force “---LET ME GO RIGHT HERE AND NOW!?”
The ring on Beat’s tail has been remodeled somewhat. The hardness now is enough for it to be classified as a “weapon”. Whatever the case was, if that attack was successful, or at least, enough for the man to let him go, Beat would try his best to gain distance. Mentally, he would wince if it hits considering he also shared that one particular part. Being hit there definitely WAS NOT PLEASANT IN THE SLIGHTEST. If he cant, he would continuously claw on the bozo’s hand, hoping for a release. Unfortunately, at the moment, it’s not enough for him to summon higher power. As desperate as he is, his rage still lacked a snapping moment. Zeno’s attempt at telepathy was indeed heard by the boy, but he could not even respond properly. The man was about ready to scoff at Beat again when he started to gasp for air, clawing at his massive hands in an attempt to get free. It really did amuse him to be fighting someone so strong and winning. Hell, maybe he could even bag this saiyan if he beat him down enough… though it was probably best to not get too greedy with one man down. Although whenever Beat started to yell at him to let go, he just laughed at his though it was promptly cut short as Beat’s tail ring hit him right in the nuts.
The man visibly went cross eyed for a moment as pain radiated from his groin up through the rest of his body, although instead of letting go of Beat his grip had instinctively tightened. He did double over however, his head leaning forward between the arms still clinging to Beat’s neck as a whine escaped him. Instead of letting go of Beat, the brute crossed his legs as if that would help sooth the pain that was emerging from the impact.
“You little… son of a...bitch… That’s… it…” He squeaked, trying to back up his thread but he was completely stunned as he tried to recover from the hit.
Zeno on the other hand wasn’t having as much luck hitting his target. In fact, transforming had only just made him a bigger target, and the lackey had been able to hit him on several occasions. While it didn’t hurt all ther much, it did give the lackey the opening he needed to tear Lucky and the kid out of his arms and dart away.
“Beat!” He cried out, looking back towards the Super Saiyan who was otherwise preoccupied. He cursed audibly before taking off after the lackey again.
Meanwhile… all of the movement and shouting caused Lucky to stirr, groaning audibly as she was swung into someone’s arms. As her eyes fluttered open, she started to panic as she didn’t realize who it was that was holding her! She couldn’t move though, and her sword was still in the ship before it blew up…
“Hey! Let… me… go!” Lucky’s voice would finally sound as she started trying to struggle against the man, only to cry out in pain as her broken rib continued to brush up against her lungs with every move.

The feeling of metal on flesh (nut?) was really satisfying to Beat had it not been for the effect of that attack. This son of a bitch just had to tighten his grip on his neck! The sudden applied force made the boy frantically clawed for release even more than before. His legs flailing, trying to hit the head honcho somewhere on his body. Short body be damned, he can’t even make the tip of his shoe touch the man’s massive body!
While he had trained himself in situation where oxygen is scarce, the force from the choke, added with building up damage made it harder for him to keep his strength at its peak. Beat’s clawing slowly got weaker and weaker the more oxygen he lacked. He heard Zeno, but he… couldn’t even muster a sound to reply, only sharp gasps. It wasn’t the sound of his girlfriend struggling for release that snapped him out of it, but the fact that he sensed her in the enemy’s hands, and what’s worse, there are massive possibility that she’s going to be taken out of the planet.
NOT THIS… AGAIN! I CAN’T LOSE HER TOO! I HAD ENOUGH… ENOUGH OF BEING WEAK!!
In defiance, the boy grabbed the head honcho’s wrist. His nails sinking in from the amount of power he’s exerting. Beat’s golden hair starting to take a different glow as he pulled out more and more ki from his body. He promised to not use this form because it would shorten his life, but this is not the time.
“...GH…. HHH… RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!”
The boy’s ki suddenly EXPLODED, rising further to a level he never knew he had. The sudden power rising bulked his body further, forcing him to grow taller. His clothes ripped apart, no longer able to hold the expanded frame with only his jeans left. Beat’s eyes gained a bestial shine to it, amberish in color. His pupils elongated, now looking slitted and full of madness. His spiky hair gained more volume to it. The gold color had faded into dirtier, paler gold with slight green touch to it. His ki’s flare was no longer gold but lime green instead, complete with a bio electric current zapping and crackling around his body.
“...my… way…”
The newly evolved Beat exuded killing intent even fiercer than before. He grabbed his opponent by his face and attempted to slam him to the ground in a brute display of power.
“OUTTA MY WAY!!”
His voice gained such bestial edge to it. Ignoring the big honcho, Beat propelled himself like a torpedo toward where his girlfriend was about to be carried to. In fury, even before the lackey could use any of the two for blocking, Beat aimed a fully powered palm strike to his face. The said attack empowered by the power of divine dragon, resulting in devastating blow that unable to be blocked. The moment the attack hit he attempted to grab Lucky and the kid. If he managed to do it, he would purr contently, nuzzling his girlfriend in tender, affectionate moment. But his rage still too high. All this beast wanted at the moment was to inflict as much damage as he could to the remaining slave trader.
His eyes landed on Zeno. The playful Beat he first met… there’s so little trace of it now. What lies in those eyes were a desire for destruction personified. It might because his form has grown to its full potential and the anger he’s feeling, but he felt it’s much harder to control this form than before.
“...Zeno….san… Lucky, take care of her…. Run. Can’t… hold… any longer...”
Yet, he seemed to still retain some of his sanity towards the people he cared about. That moment, though, was transient. The beast roared in fury and launched himself once again to fight the head honcho. The lackey was so excited that he was going to manage to get away, booking it back towards his ship as fast as he could. He’d grip onto Lucky tightly, completely ignoring her protests other than constantly telling her to shut the hell up. If Lucky could have, she would have kicked him just then, but it was hard enough to stay conscious as it was.
The brute that had Beat in his grasp, still doubled over in pain would suddenly let go of the young boy and take a step backwards as he started to grow. Once more his body started to change as he transformed… but the little pipsqueak was now just as big as he was! And the power seeping off of him was scary… let alone the look in his eyes…. He’d seen that look a few times before, and that was the look of a murderer.
Before he could say or do anything else however, Beat grabbed hold of his face and slammed him down into the ground hard, causing the alien man to cry out into the dirt where he stayed immobile for a moment as his brain really shook from all the impacts it was getting today.
As for the lackey, his face suddenly met with the brick wall that was Beat’s hand. It stopped him dead in his tracks as he was pushed pack effortlessly. The lackey would crash into the side of the mountain where he would stay unmoving, his face pissing blood in every which direction as his face was quite literally broken.
Meanwhile, Zeno caught up with the group, carefully eyeing Beat as he panted heavily from his round with the lacky.
“Wow, Beat…” Zeno would murmur as his eyes locked onto Beat’s as the boy asked him to once more take care of Lucky and the kid. By this point, Lucky was in Beat’s arms, still wincing and whining in pain as his cuddling her, while appreciated, hurt like hell. Lucky would place her hand and her head against Beat’s chest for a moment, though was glad when Zeno gave over to collect her and the little boy. She took a deep breath to refill her lungs before going back into another coughing fit.
“... Be careful Beat… I’ll be right back okay?” Zeno told the hulking best with a light nod of his head. He’d never been face to face with a legendary Super Saiyan before, and might normally have feared it… but while uncontrolled, this was still Beat… He would chance the boy one final glance before transforming back to normal and flying off as fast as he could towards the infirmary.
The boss man who had been face first flat in the dirt finally began to sit up, a groan escaping his lips as he dusted some of the dirt off his face. When he straightened out, he saw just what he was up against, and saw Zeno retreating with his prey…
‘Damn it… that bitch… this is all coming out of my pay. Shit…’ The man thought to himself in annoyance before he started to make a break for his ship, hopefully before Beat could notice him leaving. Unfortunately for him that wouldn’t be the case as Beat leapt onto him like some predatory cat bounding onto its prey.
The man was face first in the dirt once more, an angry cry of irritation leaving his lips as his ki gathered around his body and began to explode outwards like tiny little bombs in an attempt to get Beat off of him.
