Turrel gave a sigh as he threw a black cloak over his Saiyan armor. Today he brandished a shiny purple colored armor, however due to his experiences within the capital he'd rather go about his business unnoticed by the public eye. After all he was the only Saiyan who didn't really do much at all to improve the surroundings, or even the planet for that matter. Turrel was more of the loner, if not outcast among Saiyans. Luckily he wasn't normally pointed out, so long as he didn't show the signs of being a Saiyan warrior. Turrel was still troubled going to the capital for other reasons since he had a tendency to speak outwardly so often, otherwise everything would be fine.
Whatever the case he needed to head into the capital quickly as he opened his door heading from the outskirts of town at quick speeds. His toned figured hidden under his body let him blend in easily as he landed from flight among the other occupants of the capital. Quickly Turrel moved into a local restroom taking the cloak off his body revealing a bag upon his body. Within a few moments the Saiyan changed out of his armor into something a bit more flashy. A leather jacket clung to his modest sized arms as the middle of his jacket remained unzipped. Between the flaps of the jacket a loose training shirt could be seen and a black pair of jeans dawned the scene under the jacket. Turrel even took the time to change out of his Saiyan boots into regular casual footwear. Quickly throwing the remaining cloths into his large bag as he left the restroom with his new disguise.
Turrel gave a smirk on his face as he once again merged into the civilians. This time he stood out a bit more, but not like a Saiyan warrior, nor an elite. He seemed to be more around the level of a common thug, a delinquent with no sense of direction. The case being all the opposite as Turrel had no ill intent. Never the less the civilians seemed to drift away from Turrel even packing together into a tight crowd to avoid the strange boy. Turrel sighed taking a quick turn through the alleys to cool himself.
He never expected the Capital to be as big as it was as he walked through the alley. Then again he hadn't come back for some time. Turrel seemed to take flight once more rising from the ground and quickly ascending above the roof tops about twenty more feet just around a hundred feet in the air throwing his right hand over his eye brows to block out the beaming sun as he looked around for the lower section of the Capital, instantly assuming that his father wouldn't have made it any further up the social ladder with his unwillingness to continue forth in his life. Turrel didn't care all he came back for was to settle the fact that he wasn't his fathers slave. He knew he'd have to say it to the mans face, and take whatever actions came next very seriously, however he'd have to find him first as he continued to search from the sky.
Lotuce was sat at a small cafe somewhere in the city, whilst he found most of the Saiyan Capital to be disingenuous to the root of Saiyan Pride, he still enjoyed taking his time during the day occasionally to enjoy the good food and drink that could only be located in the Capital, a mish-mash of various cultures from other planets and such had long since found their way to Sadala and had decided to try to ply their trade or find some other kind of work in the city. He found it annoying to see so many different aliens in a city made by Saiyans originally for Saiyans.
Lotuce was sat at the one and only alien facility he liked, a coffee shop that had a fantastic brew of a somehow woody flavored coffee. Since it was a beautiful day in the Saiyan Capital he had decided to sit out within the bounds of the outside seating area, sipping the large mug of the dark colored liquid with a light steam coming off of it still. It was a pretty good day, it was then that he noticed something strange not too far in the distance but in the air, something that definitely stood out in the city: Someone floating and flying.
This was strange because it was an unwritten and unspoken yet still understood rule that unless something major was happening most people did not fly in the limits of the city since that could cause issues that most people might not expect. Sighing the Saiyan knew his curiosity would get the best of him in this case as it tended to do so quite often. He did not really want to do anything today but drink that one cup of coffee and then go about his business.
But as it always happens, something must interrupt his desires to make his day more eventful. Placing the mug of coffee down as well as a few zeni to pay for the beverage he slowly flew up towards the man, an air of superiority to him as he spoke. “Ok then, lets go, back to the ground you know you aren’t supposed ta fly up in the area of the capital, sure its not illegal but its just rude and you could cause some sort of damage or something to a building, lets go...” He then let his voice trail off as he started to float back to the ground himself.
He was not sure if the person would be floating down as well but for now he was going to give him the benefit of the doubt to see if the person would actually do as he was asked, he hoped that the man would so he would not need do much more than this today. WC: 467 Power Level: 4,164
Turrel let out a sigh as he lifted into the air. Originally he had thought it was a idea action since the Capital could only be so bid. Unfortunately for Turrel he lacked the history behind the Planet. As was hummed the case as soon as he got to the peak of height he noticed all around him were structures larger than he had seen before, however looking for the lower class might be harder than Turrel first imagined not having expected the Race to have grown nearly as fast as it had. Although Turrel wasn't all that old he spent many of years hiding from the Capital, only to come back and realize it was much larger than it was when he was but a child fresh out of training.
Turrel hummed for a moment in a attempt to think about his situation, which Turrel did a lot of. This time in which is seemed to catch his in a off guard like posture as his right hand raised caressing his chin letting his thumb slowly run up and down his cheek as if trying to calm himself, however it seem to only work a bit as his eyes began to show the aggression he'd pent up for some many years as if the flood gate had cracked letting loose a spurt of aggression flow and fill inside Turrels mind. What Turrel didn't know was the fact he had an unexpected visitor, and without the use of Ki Sensing he couldn't feel as the man made his way towards him, not that he would have otherwise so deep in thought that nothing else mattered, not rules, not the hierarchy, not even the idea of conflict mattered at this point. His only goal for now was to meet his father which was going poorly.
As the man spoke Turrel would realize him for the first time only paying him a little attention as his gaze seemed to look past the newcomer. Turrel gave a sigh towards the man as he seemed to be trying to convince Turrel to place his feet once more upon solid ground. Turrel gritted his teeth as the man finished his comment. Although Turrel was normally calm minded he was always outward, and didn't need someone to explain the laws to him. "I'm busy here kid" Turrel shot back with a coler tone than the one he had received with little to no care at all.
"I'll get down from here after I find what I'm looking for, otherwise not at all" Turrel shot back once more "So unless you know the way to the lower district buzz off already" Turrel added just as coldly staring towards the man leaving around a fifteen foot distance between the two. Since it was the first time Turrel ever met this man he had little to no intention to pay him no mind in fear of a cheap shot from the fellow warrior. Turrel could only assume he was a warrior of course due to his current attire. None the less Turrel waited patiently for the mans next comment or even action.
Lotuce did not like the tone that the man was giving him, it angered him greatly. He then allowed his Ki to charge just a little bit as he suddenly turned back towards the man and flew towards him, quickly covering the distance between them in a manner that made it seem like he was just going to get up in his face to yell at him. When just as suddenly as he had turned around, Lotuce kicked his foot hard straight at the chest and stomach of the man standing in front of him, taking no further time to discuss and debate this he decided it was time for a Saiyan Kick.
If the kick had landed the Saiyan would give the man a final chance to land on the ground safely without further hindrance. “Search all you like, but you will not speak to me in such a way nor will you do something that civilized Saiyan’s have long since agreed was of poor taste.” Lotuce then slowly started to float back down once more, knowing that most likely now that he had shown how serious he was regarding the situation the idiot would do as he was instructed.
“Learn some manners next time foolish one, maybe you won’t get hurt.” He muttered to himself as he wondered what the foolish man would do next. WC: 229 Power Level: 4,164 Techniques: Saiyan Kick [25% Damage] Stamina: 3/3 Remaining.
Turrel seemed to grit his teeth as the man took an aggressive look upon his face. Turrel knew all too well how dangerous a Saiyan becomes when you tug on the wrong cord, however Turrel didn't care not in the slightest bit as his eyes never stopped looking at the man. This was something Turrel had done even before the first words were spoken. The distance between them was no mistake either as time seemed to move in slow motion for Turrel as his Speed bulking began to take effect. Ki seemed to swelter around him in a moment almost thin and invisible as Turrel watched the man spring forward Letting his right hand hang as a blue aura engulfed it.
As the new Saiyan would make his first attack instantly he'd be able to tell Turrel seemed to have done something to turn himself into something that of a human bullet. As Lotuce would arrive to Turrels position the blue sphere within his hand would be a little more intense. Now moving at twice his original speed Turrel seemed to outmatch Lotuce in a test of speed. All the same Turrel wasn't sure it was time to collect his winnings yet as he prepared his counter attack for his aggressive opponent.
Turrel would shift his body instead of the fist connecting to his gut like originally attended Turrel would let it hit his left hand as his lower body lifted. His counter attack would come swifter than Lotuce was probably ready for as Turrel's right shin would attempt to connect to his temple moving at double Turrel's original speed, that accompanied with Turrel twisting his hand with the motion shooting a large half a foot in diameter beam towards the chest of Lotuce giving the man two choices. One being forcing knock back from the kick, the latter being taking a Ki blast on directly which in Turrel's current form wouldn't be the most harmful.All the same the young Saiyan hadn't seen everything the other man was capable of.
-- WC:339 Power Level: 4,101 Offensive Tech: Ki Arrow [25%] Passive Tech: Speed Bulking [-x3/-2x] - Battle Desc: Turrel would wait in position readying up a Ki blast in his right hand and activating his speed bulking. The attack would connect with Turrel sending severe pain through his entire left shoulder(Due to Turrrels speed boost he's able to redirect the impact of the blow), however pushing through the attack Turrel was able to attempt a solid ax kick towards Lotuce's skull/temple, and attempt a low tier ki blast towards his chest - Health: 4,101 x 2.5 (250% for Defense PL)= 10252 - 1041 = 9211 Health remaining
Lotuce was a bit surprised to see the man seemingly vanish to the side suddenly, as if one were watching a video and a frame or two were missing while he shifted slightly. This however did not stop him from noticing the sudden counter attack coming his way. Without warning, Lotuce suddenly vanished using his own speed to his advantage, sure he could not move this fast normally but it allowed him to suddenly disappear from sight. Though he was not gone from the field of battle, using the burst of speed he had left an Afterimage behind, something to make the man notice that he was still there long enough to use his follow up attack still.
Lotuce then from behind the man, tried the to kick once more, this time not a Saiyan Kick but a regular one; suddenly slamming his foot into the back of the man dead center of his thoracic spine right where it turned into his lumbar spine. The kick was planted in the spot where roughly the gut would be located if looking at the man anteriorly instead of posteriorly. Lotuce was a savage fighter in his own way, someone who showed absolutely no mercy, though the sudden exertion left him breathing a bit raggedly.
“So you want to be taught a lesson then? Fine we shall just do this the hard way then asshole!” Lotuce however was not one to let his potentially minor victory in that small initial skirmish blind him to the possibility of a counter attack from the man, no he was waiting for what could be coming next from the black haired man. Lotuce’s eyes locked on his form wherever he might have gone to next, he wanted to test his strength almost as much as he wanted to send him down to the ground at this point. WC: 300 Power Level: 4,164 Health: 10,410 Stamina: 1/3 Remaining Techniques Used: Afterimage [150% Dodge, 6,246PL dodge] | [Basic attack, 5% Damage]
Turrel thought that he had caught the man with his surprising attack his shoulder bothering him a bit as his attack dissipated, quickly Turrel would realize his attack shouldn't have been strong enough to entirely disintegrate his body. Turrel seemed to be questioning as to how the events had led to this moment. Without the ability to sense Ki Turrel was totally unable to feel the presence suddenly appear from behind him. It would have been devastating to have taken the blast, however with his opponents quick wits he was quickly struck in the back by his opponents kick. This utterly dumbfounded Turrel as he growled in pain letting the kick from behind take control and with the motivation he began to flip in the air due to the sudden strike on his upper back.
It was then that Turrel heard him speak and quickly faced the man albeit upside down from him. It was a much odder style than what Turrel was use to however he didn't have a choice in the matter. Quickly as the man spoke Turrel would begin frantically growling his fists curling together tightly into balls. Quickly as his hands shifted with his additional speed Turrel's right leg extended attempting to kick the man roughly in the chest while Turrel's left hand did something odd.
A pulsing blue light could be seen from Turrels right hand the same parlor trick from before, however now the two seemed to only have about 5 feet between each other, and without a second thought Turrel Shot off his Ki Blast towards The other Saiyan's chest and legs making sure to avoid hitting his own leg with the blast in case it'd hinder him later. Time would only tell what the other Saiyan would do as the bright blue blast and kick came towards him, and Turrel hoped he'd just fall already as his powers and previous injuries began to hinder him.

WC:300 Power Level: 4,101 Offensive Tech: Ki Arrow [25%] Passive Tech: Speed Bulking [-x3/-2x] - Battle desc: Turrel whom didn't know of the technique his opponent had was kicked upon his spine, however it felt more like a be sting than an actual attempt to break his spin. Turrel used the counter weight to flip his body upside-down to face Lotuce in what can only be considered an odd position. Without hesitation Turrel's kick would fly towards Lotuce as he let loose a Ki blast from his separate hand about half a foot from where his kick was intended to land. - Health: 9211 - 208 (kick) = 9003
Lotuce watched the man flip through the air from his weak kick, a smirk on his face as he laughed a bit. Though his mirth was soon interrupted by his opponent’s counter attack. Thanks to his ability to sense Ki he could feel the man building Ki up in his right hand before he even reached his target location. Using this and seeing the telegraphed kick coming, Lotuce decided to screw with the man a little bit. He easily flew to the side moving himself just out of the range of the follow up Ki-Blast but still took the initial kick, the pain was pretty decent but the he was just barely able to bring his arms up in time to block the blast the man had fired out. He cursed his lack of stamina at this point, but he was not yet out of this fight.
Once the foolish man had fired his Ki Blast at him Lotuce cocked his right fist back and aimed his fist, aiming to slam it into the man’s face as hard as he could suddenly, a cheap suckpunch by some but the man was fighting back harder than he had thought and it was beginning to annoy Lotuce now. He wondered who would be the first to give up though as that was likely. His arm had some blast scoring on it but overall his damage was not too bad, he had also scored some of the first hits on his opponent as well. Lotuce hoped that that would be the decisive victory point in this fight, but he knew that he would need to work harder still if he wanted to ensure his own victory in this brawl with this ignorant Saiyan scum. At this point in the fight it was not so much a point of who was right or wrong but rather a point of pride for him.
“If you retreat and land now, I will forgive you and we need not continue this fight you foolish man, do not make me harm you more than you expect, do not make me truly pull out my big guns on you lest you wish to find yourself in a world of hurt.” Lotuce glared at the man from his semi-guard that he had put up in the meantime to help him try to recover some of his stamina. He hoped the man would fall for it lest he need to dig deep and pull out his Saiyan Soul. WC: 417 Power Level: 4,164 Techniques: Basic Attack [5% Damage]
