Number 21 also wear jeans with some rips onto it, kept tight by a yellow belt with a golden buckle with the sign of the Red Ribbon Army onto it. He has greenish warmers on his legs and white converse-type blue snickers with white tip.
History:
Quartz was born on Mount Paozu, in a small village where he lived peacefully with his parents. They were a family of farmers that earned their living by selling their dairy products to Satan City, then known as Orange Star City. The young human had a one year younger sister called Amethyst that he loved very much and got along perfectly. The duo had only one ambition: to get to know the world and, therefore, they loved to explore the area around their farm, hiking on the mounts nearby and swimming on the rivers that crossed their land. Life was peaceful indeed, until they were around sixteen years olds.
Quartz and Amethyst were both snatched by mysterious men wearing suits, that caught them when they finished hiking a small mount miles from their home. They never knew what happened and then, they were sedated. Unknown to them, they were taken by the remnants of the Red Ribbon Army, to be made into androids, as a continuation of their cyborg project that had been put into halt in order to substitute for full mechanical androids, that happened to be weaker than the cyborg versions.
However, when they were about to be finished, the initiative had to be taken down, as the Red Ribbon Army finally met his true and ultimate end. In a last effort to preserve their last memento, the duo was sent on a flying pod to outer space. Earth’s technology at the time wasn’t nearly as developed as it is on the present time, therefore, they were sent to drift on space for centuries. The twins were sent to different directions in order to ensure that, even if one of the pods was to be taken down by someone, there would still be a chance that the other would be safe.
After eight centuries drifting across the depths of space, Quartz pod reached a distant planet called Vegeta, the home of the saiyans. Luckily, the pod crashed at a distant location known as the Tuffle Ruins, where it remained unnoticed by the Saiyan Empire. When he finally woke up from his almost millennial sleep, Quartz was no longer himself. What the cyborg remembered was that he was named Number 21, and that his goal was to resurrect the infamous Red Ribbon Army and conquer Earth. Due to a miss function, he also knew that one of his planed goals was to gather some wish granting orbs known as dragon balls, that existed on Earth, in order to resurrect a deceased commander from the force, but the goal was not mandatory, and he felt no intention to fulfill it.
Number 21’s personality was pretty much free, as he wasn’t fully finished, and the one goal that he felt obliged to accomplish annoyed him quite a lot, as it depleted him from his full freedom. He was angered by that and feeling that his existence was almost meaningless. And, while he thought about his life, he came to think that recreating the Red Ribbon Army wasn’t all that bad. He had no superior, and no obligation to resurrect a person who would command him. He could command it himself and be the total lord of his own life… Or maybe more than that! As time passed, 21 thought that maybe he could find other people to end his loneliness. Well, he was, after all, an existence meant to be perfect, and, therefore, other people could like being around him. Perhaps he could even help those people find meaning to their lives, or even better! He could tell them what to do with their lives, as he would know better!
That goal was perfect and gave him ambition. To increase even more his drive to achieve that, his thoughts of people led to remember that he had a sister whose name was Number 22. With that new memory, he found himself some more motivation, as he wanted to find her. And she could be just as perfect as he was. Together, their home world could be theirs, and they could make it better, because, to exist a goal such as conquering it, there was definitely a problem with it.
Now that his mind was clear, it was about time he left his millennial inertia and start moving towards greatness.
