It was shaping up to be quite an exciting day for the Elemi girl! Atsuko had told her it was time to continue training...But that she also had something else to give her before training would begin. She couldn't really figure out what this thing could have been, but it must have been important from the way the Saiyaness spoke about it. Ayami had felt so proud, she had become so much stronger! It was like everything she dreamed for, maybe even a little more. She had more stamina now. The weights on her shoulders barely making a difference now as she was easily able to sit down with proper posture, not leaning or swaying even a little. It still reduced her power level, but she was still very strong despite that.
She had so much to learn today. She was determined to master this, just as Atsuko said that she had a chance to do. She wanted it more than anything, to be a martial arts master, to be strong and heroic, she couldn't help but be excited as she sat there and waited! She wasn't sure when Atsuko would arrive, but she would wait patiently for as long as she needed. Besides, she had company. Wata, the usual water wisp had been there, watching over her as she sat quietly, watching as her eyes were tightly shut, he spoke up, breaking the silence. "You have some impressive potential...You have only just begun your training and yet you already seek to master the art. What exactly will you do when all is said and done?"
"What I do best, of course! I'm gonna keep training myself further and further. I'll become just as strong as Atsuko...No, stronger! So I can protect her, so she doesn't have to sacrifice herself anymore." What she said there was stated with no hesitation, her words rang loud and true, this was what she hoped for, it was exactly what she was going to aim for regardless of what was to come. While she loved martial arts, it was more than enough to warrent going through with this, part of her wanted to finish it for other reasons. For exactly the reason she stated. She wanted to be strong enough to protect her friends, just like Atsuko did.
"... Well, you sound sincere. I believe everything you say. Perhaps even if such a thing cannot be, you will yet find another purpose just as great. I cannot provide much, but I still have more techniques I will teach you at some point. You have yet to master the things I've provided to you." She scratched her head, looking up at him. What exactly did he mean by all of that? Was her training ib his techniques really not finished? Water whip and Flowing Brook seemed like such useful abilities, she didn't exactly imagine they could get better. But he soon spoke up to prove they could.
"Water whip only uses your element, however it can be made to use your energy alongside the water. Much like your beam attacks, really. As for Flowing Brook...You have learned to sweep around attacks like flowing water, but you can still yet learn to move even faster, making it harder for someone to hit you." Ayami's eyes lit up as he spoke, these abilities! Becoming more proficient in them could prove beyond useful, and if she ever had to fight someone for real as she feared...Well, she didn't want to think about it, but being able to avoid their attacks more could be life saving, that much Ayami couldn't possibly deny. "Well, if you still more to show me, maybe after I'm finished here, we can go master that, too."
If he had a head, the water spirit would have certainly been shaking it. He calmly spoke up in protest. "You will not become stronger from over-exerting yourself. You have to take this one step at a time, young one." "But I-" "You will become stronger, I can promise. I feel it within you, you have a lot of potential, as if you were born to become strong...But pushing yourself after your body gives up...It's no way to become stronger, you will only hurt yourself, or worse - Put yourself in danger." Ayami looks down at the floor of the lookout. He wasn't wrong, but...She wanted this, she was okay with the idea of pushing herself, if she didn't push herself, who would? This was her life now, she couldn't sit back and wait like she used to be so content with doing, she wanted to pull that potential from within her out right this minute! She hardly had time for excuses! She took deep breaths immediately as the idea of not being able to fight alongside her friends flooded her emotions and tried to take hold of her judgment. It was proving difficult to keep at bay, she was never very good at controlling her emotions, she never really had to before. But now...Well, she had so much to worry about, so much keeping her from being purely happy and nothing else.
She worried about being as strong as her friends, about becoming like her rolemodel, it wasn't some deep worry that kept her up at night, but it was more than enough to control her emotions if she thought too hard on the matter. The water around her was already starting to flow very lightly as she kept taking deep breaths, trying to get her mind away from it before she got too mad again...She saw first hand just whatnshe could do if she were upset, she didn't want a repeat of that, but as she thought more abd more, silently trying to meditate, it kept taking a stronger grip, feeling stifling as she fought against the power, she hoped Atsuko would arrive soon so they could start their training, so she could get her mind off of this.

Today was an important day, and also a somewhat frightening one. Today she would be offering the Sacred Holy Water to another individual she cared about... Ayami didn't seem the type to be killed by it, so that brought her some measure of peace, but even so... It was going to be painful. The Knight really didn't like putting anyone through this, but it was a necessary trial. The power; both mental and physical, that they gained from it would potentially even save their lives one day. The Saiyan calmly makes her way towards the Water Elemi, seeing her holding pleasant conversation with her new friend.
...Even so, putting Ayami through something like this... Atsuko couldn't help but feel bad about it. The Albino Saiyan takes a moment to steel herself, and then keeps her pace towards the Elemi. "As you know, today you'll be continuing your training... But before we do that, we have something very important to do first. It is my belief that, after training with you, and seeing how you approach life... That you are worthy to drink the Sacred Holy Water.", the Knight explained. No doubt the Elemi's eyes would be lighting up at this very moment.
But the Knight would gesture with her hand, hoping to calm her down before she went too far into an excited rant. "It will strengthen you... Mentally and Physically, however you should be aware that the Sacred Holy Water also carries a great risk; the more darkness a person holds in their heart, the more pain it will inflict upon the one that drinks it... Death is a very real possibility.", the Albino Saiyan explained further. She takes a deep breath. "I don't think that you would die... But it would certainly be painful; just as it was for me."
The Knight added. "Everyone that has partaken in the Sacred Holy Water has not died, as well. But all the same, you should know the risks before make your decision.", Atsuko then stated. "Know that this is not mandatory; you do not need to drink the Sacred Holy Water. But I have deemed you worthy of it, and I felt that you should know everything involved in the risks of drinking it. If you don't wish to drink it, then we'll simply go straight into our training for the day.", the Albino Saiyan said, more than a little hesitant about this...
But she was hiding it well, people never seemed to take the risks very seriously, but even if they did it still didn't change much. People never seemed to care that their lives could be lost from such an action. Ayami could very well be just like them in that regard, and she'd most likely make a full recovery. But Atsuko couldn't speak with absolute certainty on any of this, but maybe this would help Ayami in more than just strengthening her... If she survived the Sacred Holy Water, it would purify her of any sins. Her personality may even change slightly.
Dark tendencies would seemingly vanish, but ultimately... Survival meant that she was no monster destined to be some destroyer. The golden sword at her side begins to glow, taking 'Human' form once again. "It's not going to be pleasant to drink the Sacred Holy Water. Even Atsuko was heavily affected by it. We'll do what we can to keep you stable, but... Just be aware of how dangerous it is.", Excalibur added her own thoughts on the subject. So with that, was there really anything else to go over? Ayami merely needed to make her decision now.
"If you want to drink the Sacred Holy Water... I can begin leading the way for you.", the Saiyan finally stated. The next moments would either carry an immense relief if Ayami decided against it, or be another moment of great fear in Atsuko's life, if the Water Elemi decided to go through with it... What's more, her young student had a bad tendency of pushing herself far too much. She hadn't even learned how to control those emotions and that greater power of hers... There was a lot to go over in their training, but the question was...
Would Ayami be fit to train after drinking the Sacred Holy Water? It was a very strong possibility that she would need to rest first. "Don't be surprised if you need to spend a little time to recover after drinking it, too. It's definitely not going to be easy on your body.", the Sacred Sword then said to the Elemi. Still, despite all of the worries that the pair had on the subject... Ayami had done a lot of growing from the training she received; even while wearing those Heavy Weights, her power had risen significantly. They also seemed to be affecting her less now.
It was likely that this training was going to strengthen her to a similar degree. And if the Sacred Holy Water was added on top of that... Well, Ayami was bound to make a lot of progress. Atsuko couldn't help but be impressed with her student's pace. The Saiyan remembered how hard she had to work just to get to a similar level... And to achieve everything she had now, even! The sheer dedication that had to be put in, in order to achieve new power was something that was very noticed by the Albino Saiyan.
But that being said... Atsuko did manage to achieve Super Saiyan 2. Something she should have been proud of, but instead she felt concern over it... The Knight wasn't able to control herself very well in that state; the power was immense, but the rage built up to entirely new levels. Even with all of the training she had received in order to control her energy didn't help, the problem perplexed her, but she would have to improve the form over time, no doubt. For the meantime, she could most likely just work off of her Super Saiyan form...
That one didn't blind her like the second form did.
Indeed her mind had been clouded with strife, but it soon subsided as she heard Atsuko, she perked up, getting onto her feet, she listened to her words, silently, but intently. Taking in everything she could so she understood full-well what she was getting into. She soon spoke as she started understanding the information being relayed to her. "Holy...Water?" She scratched her head, trying to understand just what this was, it definitely important by the sounds of it, by the way she spoke of it, and it's name too. "Holy water"...She kept listening, waiting to hear a further explaination on it.
Naturally, she began to get excited, but was stopped by the Kami's raised hand, she gave a confused look, not speaking up before she hears the rest of what Atsuko had to say. She tilted her head, looking concerned. "it hurts if your heart is dark...D...Do I hold darkness??" She was certainly concerned about this, was she worse than she thought? Would she be in danger despite thinking she led a pure life? She just didn't understand it all, why did Atsuko seem so reluctant, she said it carried a risk of death, but she stood there stronger than ever, there was no way it could be true, the Elemi thought to herself.
"It's not mandatory...I have a choice, huh...?" She thought the whole thing over long and hard, was there really a choice for Ayami? She felt as though a power boost like that could help immensely, it could push her beyond her limits, even more than she had previously displayed, it could clear her mind, maybe even ease her thoughts for all she knew, she still didn't know why the knight was so afraid of it, she could only guess, but still, she had thought it over long enough.
After a moment of silence, she finally nodded, staring Atsuko right in the eyes. "If you went through it, you're not going alone. I'm going to do it too." She quickly moved to silence the Kami before continuing. "And I don't know what has you so afraid of this water stuff, maybe you think it might hurt me, but I could become stronger, I could actually help you if I took this. I don't want to imagine passing up a boost like that, to both my mind and my body. I'm sorry if you don't want this, but mandatory or not, I've made up my mind."
"But Ayami, you stand at a very high risk of-" "The only thing I risk is not becoming stronger if I don't take this, I know you think I might be reckless, but I know what I'm deciding. I know this isn't going to be easy, I can tell from the way you're speaking to me, but I want this, I want to be as strong as my friends, I want to be there to do more than make them smile - I want to make sure they can keep smiling." The elemi raised her hand, balling it into a fist as she seemed far too determined at this point to stop.
She meant every word she said, the power up, protecting her friends, making sure Atsuko didn't have to fight alone anymore, she really did want all of this, maybe it was too much to ask for, but she felt she would be as unreasonable as needed if it meant being stronger for not just herself, but those around her too, there was just no other choice for her, she wanted to see herself improve beyond her limits, if this really did help mind and body so much, it would give her the boost she was looking for.
She turned to Excalibur, speaking up about what she had said. "I can handle it! If you're so afraid, I'll just have to show you that it's okay! And besides, that training can't wait any longer! I'll rest for a few minutes after, then we can get right to the next lesson." She smiled at both Atsuko and Excalibur, maybe she was naive, but she didn't care, she was going to see this through, and then she was going to use the boost to make her training that much more effective, she knew she could do it, after all!
Ayami seemed to reminesce alongside the saiyan in silence, she had come so far, going from useless to strong enough to hold her own in such a short time, meeting her friends...It changed her life in so many ways, it gave her new purpose, a purpose she didn't even know she could try for, that purpose was protecting those she cared about, making sure they were safe, that was what one of her new goals now was, and she had only grown to realize it slowly, but it sparked like an explosion.
There was just no other option for the Elemi, she didn't want to worry them, but it was far too late for her to turn back now, not when so much growth was at stake. The water spirit still objected. "I feel as though I must speak up on this matter, if it is indeed as volatile as stated, you could...Very well die. I understand your eagerness to become stronger, but please, just listen to what they're saying. They want only to protect you, after all-"
Ayami interrupted him, having a few things to say herself. "I know what they're saying! But it's too late, I've made up my mind and no one is changing it! Atsuko did it, so I wanna too!" She protested rather childishly, but she meant well, Atsuko had become something of a rolemodel to the girl, she wanted to be like her, to be strong, to carry someone when they're weak just as Atsuko had done to Ayami, she wanted to protect her home too, again much like the saiyaness had done in the past with her own two hands, Ayami wanted this no matter the risks, her emotions were starting to take hold again from it all.
The Water Elemi asked if she held darkness in her heart, the Albino Saiyan gave a calm shake of her head. "I don't truly believe that you do... But opinion can be quite subjective. If it hurt that much for me, I know that it will for you as well.", the Knight calmly explained on that point. Still, she could understand the Elemi's concerns on that front. It was another reason why she wanted to stress just how important of a decision this was going to be. But even so, it seemed that Ayami was set on drinking the Sacred Holy Water now.
Regardless of anything that they had to say on it. "Just because I went through it doesn't mean you need to... There's a lot that has happened to me that I wouldn't wish on anyone.", Atsuko responded, though she heard out the rest of Ayami's words all the same. "I respect your decision... Just please do understand the risks involved.", the Saiyan added. It seemed that Ayami's new companion shared the same mindset of just how dangerous this was, and how Ayami most likely didn't need to drink the water, as it was an unnecessary risk in her case.
Even so, there wasn't much to deter her from her path now... "There's more to life than power! I do understand where you're coming from, however... Yes, it's true. In order to defend Earth, a great amount of power is needed. But the reason why Atsuko feels the way she does is because she fears losing everyone she cares about; that's her greatest motivation to succeed, so that never happens.", the Sacred Sword began a retort for the Elemi. Even so, all Ayami had to respond with was that she could handle it, and that the training couldn't wait any longer.
The enthusiasm was rather infectious, Excalibur couldn't help but shake her head and let out a small sigh. "Well, if you feel that strongly about it... It's far from my place to keep anyone from seeking out what they want so much.", the woman in red finally replied. The wisp that had taken a liking to the Water Elemi then spoke up on the subject, wanting her to at least realize the very real possibility of death, but Ayami quickly silenced the words of caution with a final protest that she wanted to do it just because Atsuko had done so.
The Knight takes a deep breath, giving a nod. "This... Is going to be an unpleasant experience. Very well, it's this way.", Atsuko finally said, and then she began to walk towards the edge of the Lookout. She stops before actually stepping off, looking back at Ayami. "We're going to take a small trip to the Tower below the Lookout.", the Knight stated, and then she took flight, making her way down towards Korin's Tower, where she would wait for Ayami to arrive as well. It likely wasn't a very long wait, the Saiyan made a gesture for her to follow.
And then she began to descend a small flight of stairs. Shortly thereafter, they would arrive in front of a door. Atsuko opens it and steps through into a relatively dark room. In the middle is a table with a grail on top of it, alongside two cups. The Albino Saiyan keeps pace towards the table, and then turns her attention back to the Water Elemi once more. This was it... Just like with Leena and Cambia, she would give Ayami a final chance to decide against it, but she knew well that the Elemi wouldn't change her mind now.
"...The risks are the same as I described them before. If you want to leave now, there would be no shame in it. Otherwise, if you are truly decided on drinking the Sacred Holy Water...", the Saiyan then proceeded to pour some of the water into a cup. She carefully sets the grail down on the table, and then makes a small gesture to the now filled cup. "...Then you may do so now. I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that you live if you do.", the Saiyan then finished her explanation.
This... She really didn't want to see this again, the amount of pain it caused on anyone who drank it. But it was in some aspects a necessary trial. In another way, Ayami had already proven herself capable of drinking the water and surviving. Not just anyone could have so easily learned the teachings that Excalibur had to pass on, even more than that, the Elemi was far from an evil sort. Still, that didn't stop that from this being a life changing event. Any evil and darkness inside of her heart would be vanquished by the Sacred Holy Water.
"Well. This part is never a pleasant one, I certainly have to agree with Atsuko on that... And if it's that bad for people that are merely watching, you can imagine just how bad it's going to be when you drink it yourself. Your mind is made up, and I can see that from your eyes... Just don't say we didn't warn you, okay?", the Sacred Sword added her own final warning into the mix, not that it would have stopped Ayami at this point. Really, it was a bit of a pointless gesture to even attempt it. Her determination did have to be respected.
It reminded Atsuko a lot of herself. She knew that the Water Elemi saw her as a role model, which made sense given that the Knight was currently in a mentoring role for her. That left the question of what was going to happen now... If there was any good luck left, Atsuko would still have a student after this. She didn't care if the training had to be postponed for a time; just as long as Ayami was still alive, that would be enough for her. With all of that said, the moment of truth had arrived.
Ayami gave nods to each of them as they expressed their concerns, she understood somewhat, but she just had to do this. SHe protested again to what Excalibur had to say. "What if I feel that way too? I have friends I want to protect as well. Have I ever failed in taking something before?" She looked them both down with determination in her eyes, both of them seemed to understand, the wisp excused himself for now, not wishing to get in the way any further, his words wouldn't change her at this rate. And then she witnessed both Atsuko and Excalibur go down to the Tower.
"Tower...? I guess I missed that on the way here." She went over to the edge too, stepping off and then hovering down, it didn't take her too long to reach the tower below, following Atsuko down the stairway and straight into the room she had opened, it was dark...She was a little nervous, A lot nervous actually, the more she thought on it. But she took deep breaths, trying to keep her emotions in check. It wasn't easy for her, she had such a loose handle on them that they showed up often at a moment's notice.
"...It's not about pride." She retorted to the way Atsuko mentioned how there would be no shame in turning back, indeed Ayami wasn't doing this out of pride, she was doing this out of some sort of sense of duty, perhaps, a sense that doing this will help her better handle everything, her emotions, her friends, her entire life, it could become greater with this, she was sure of it. "I'm sorry, but this is my choice!" Those words she proved by shutting the door behind them, a sign that there was no turning back on her decision.
Ayami took one deep breath, approaching the table and putting her hands on the cup, her fingers running along it's sides as she seemed to examine it, just thinking over everything before she raised it carefully to her mouth, she looked at Atsuko with a sincere smile - though it was also clear that it hid a little bit of fear in it. She took a long, deep drink, making sure the cup was empty, some of the water trickled down her chin as it escaped from the contact between mouth and cup, it took a good second or so of gulping before she sat the cup onto the table, it had been emptied just like she planned, and in that instant, pain shot across her body as she recoiled. "...Khshh...?!" She tensed up, her body shaking as she tried her best to hold back the screams of pain, it burned, every inch of her body felt as though it were on fire.
But not only that, her vision blurred and stretched, she could no longer see Atsuko or Excalibur standing before her. "GY...AAHHHHHGGHHH!!!" She fell onto the floor in a fetal position, grasping her head as the pain coursed through both her body and mind, it was unlike anything she had ever felt. Her vision which before was blurred began shifting again, she moved her hands in front of her face as they seemingly turned to light and blinded her with pure white... She saw some kind of vision before her, a man and woman. They seemed to be powerful, her visual ki sense worked on them. They radiated a lot of energy, but she didn't know who they were. Yet...They felt so familiar to the Elemi, as if she did know who they were in some kind of...Almost instinctual sense.
Her perspective that she viewed them from was almost like she saw through the eyes of an infant, she heard them speak, but their voices sounded echoed, distant, it took all her effort to focus and hear them. "I hope our beautiful daughter has a bright future ahead of her..." "Her energy...You can see it, what does it look like?" "It's strong. I can tell she's going to handle carrying this entire kingdom one day..." Their voices sounded proud, but...Also filled with regret, like they were about to do something they didn't want. Sadly,
Before she could see what happened next, her visions changed to something else. It was like she was bodiless, flying through the galaxy at a rapid pace, she saw stars and planets fly past like they were the ones speeding by her, she couldn't feel anything as she went on this odd journey, suddenly she began to slow, Earth appearing before her, she flew closer and closer, like she was about to land., she broke through the atmosphere, seeing clouds go by as she slowed to a stop just above the ground, witnessing a random part of the world laying before her.
Her visions finally faded into white as she opened her eyes, she was back in the room from before with Atsuko and Excalibur. It seems she screamed until the pain made her pass out, she had been out for an hour, though it felt like those two odd dreams only took moments. She raised up, grunting and rubbing her head. "Di...Did I make it? What happened? What was with all the weird stuff I saw? How long did that take, anyway...?" She was confused and disoriented, she tried standing but stumbled and barely caught herself on that table, her head hurt, but...In some ways, it felt a little clearer too, like all the bad stuff got flushed out, her body ached as if her muscles had been put under a lot of strain, and her fatigue, however temporary was quite apparent, it seemed as though she had indeed made it through this experience, but she still wanted answers. What were those things she saw? Was it all real in some way? it did all feel familiar to the Elemi, like it was part of her memories, but she was never before able to remember something like this.
Ayami mentioned that she hadn't seen the tower before. That was somewhat to be expected, as she hadn't gone through the same method as everyone else, which was climbing up the tower all the way up to the Lookout. Well, this was a good time for her to become acquainted with it! The nervousness soon became plain, but even despite Atsuko's words... It seemingly just filled the Elemi with more resolve, she closed the door as if to further enhance her point, and then she marched right over to the table. She wasted little time in grabbing the cup, though...
A small hesitation, the Albino Saiyan wondered if maybe she wouldn't actually go through with it, but Ayami raised the cup to her mouth and, before drinking the water, she gave a sincere smile. With that the Water Elemi drank the Sacred Holy Water... The effects didn't take very long to settle in. The Knight closed her eyes, still preferring not to have to see this... The sounds weren't much better. Soon enough, the Elemi collapsed onto the ground in a fetal position. This was going to take awhile... And Atsuko's part in this was far from over, she walked over to the girl.
Then she knelt down, trying to move Ayami into a more comfortable resting position. With that, she retrieved Avalon and began to focus her energy. A soft golden glow filling the room as she focused that energy into Ayami, trying to keep her body as stable as could be managed. It wouldn't undo all of the negative effects that the Sacred Holy Water had, but it could very well keep Ayami from dying, it was with that in mind that Atsuko had to at least try and keep her going through all of this. She could only imagine what Ayami must be going through right now...
But this was her decision. The Saiyan put in her best efforts to convince her not to drink the Sacred Holy Water, but the Water Elemi wasn't taking no for an answer. There wasn't much to be done to change the past, all she could do now was just move forward and hope that her student would wake up from this. At least some of the worry began to fall away as she could still feel her student's energy. It may have been rather faint... But at this proximity, she could definitely feel it.
Atsuko's expression soon takes on a small smile, a relief washing over her for the moment... Eventually, the Elemi awakens, naturally confused over what she had just gone through, the Saiyan calmly shakes her head in response to her question. "I don't know what it is that you saw... It could have been part of your memories, or it could have been a vision of the future, in some small way. It even could have been related to your deepest fears. What's important is that it holds significance to you, and that the Sacred Holy Water didn't lead to your death..."
The Knight explained, now moving the sheath back to her side, then pulling the Water Elemi into a hug. "I really don't like having to see that happen to the people I care about... But you're alive, that's enough for me.", the Albino Saiyan then gently releases the hug, and begins to stand up. She offers a hand to help Ayami stand up as well. "Let's head back to the Lookout, and see if you're doing well enough to train.", Atsuko then stated. The Knight was keeping things to a somewhat slow pace, so that Ayami had a little time to adjust.
The Sacred Holy Water most certainly took it's toll on her... But soon enough, that pain would turn into power. It was another short flight back up to the Timeless Lookout, Atsuko making sure that the Water Elemi was able to keep up. In either case, once they arrived, reality began to shift around them once more, and they would be standing inside of the Reality Marble; where their previous training session took place... It was going to be an even longer training session this time. "Just take it easy for a moment, I'll demonstrate the next lesson for you."
Atsuko would begin. Then unsheathing her sword, Excalibur then conjuring up her large red greatsword. Both took stance. "Your first lesson in the Intermediate portion is an improvement over the stance. This time you will be looking for any potential opening in order to strike more effectively at your enemy. Let it be hewn into your mind!", the Saiyan explained, and then the Knight and the Sacred Sword surged towards each other, their blades clashing. The basic steps still looked very much like a battle, but this was becoming more elaborate, looking more like a dance.
The pair then separates with a final flourish of their blades, and Atsuko turns her gaze to the Water Elemi. "As I said before, you'll be looking for any openings that you can use. Keep in mind what the stance offers to you; a greater mobility and a difficult to read approach.", with that, her lecture was finished. The Knight would wait patiently for the Water Elemi to begin her attack. It was going to be another long training session... And something told her that this time, Ayami would be able to learn everything that Atsuko had to teach.
So that would make her the second student to master her Martial Arts in such a short time period... That meant there was still Christopher, who had a few more steps to go through in his own training, and then there was Cambia... Still expressing so much interest in growing more powerful. The Albino Saiyan knew why, but that would likely be the longest training session out of all of her students thus far. Her little sister would need to learn patience, how to use her power responsibly. That... Didn't really seem like her style, but she had to focus on that later.
For now, she was training Ayami!
WC: 1,011 Total WC: 3,035 _______________ Atsuko demonstrated Martial Arts [IN] with Excalibur!
The Elemi scratched her head, Atsuko didn't know what it was...So it was all in her mind for sure, then. She wanted to know so deeply what it was, but she just couldn't tell, Atsuko tried to provide some assumptions, but Ayami still remained unsure. Her eyes widened however, the Saiyaness had pulled her into a hug, it wasn't an unpleasant surprise, rather just one she wasn't really expecting. She had never seen Atsuko become so emotional, certainly not over something the Elemi couldn't entirely understand the significance of. But she accepted the offer for help standing up when it was given to her, she shook her head, letting the disoriented feeling fade a bit before following Atsuko.
She soon took flight to follow again, heading back up to the familiar lookout. She found that little tower interesting though, she thought to herself in passing that she may visit it by herself sometime. Regardless, she stood calmly as Atsuko shifted their usual training spot back in, she had become used to it by now even though it was still very interesting to see. Atsuko insisted on demonstrating another stance for the Elemi while she took a moment to come to her senses, she gave a nod, watching.
It was amazing just how well she was able to focus on this scene played out before her, only barely an hour ago she writhed in pain, unable to stand or even see, in that time she felt her heart beat so terribly fast, the sound of it blocked out her hearing then...It was a difficult experience, not just for Ayami it seemed. She felt some concern for the Saiyaness, for being so afraid for her friend, she would have to talk it over soon enough to make sure everything was okay.
For now however, she continued watching their example, she saw their blades fly out, it was even more elegant than the first stance. She watched as those warriors moved seemlessly to block, to dodge, to strike, and to keep going through it all almost as if it had been rehearsed, but she knew that wasn't the case. What they displayed here was their own pure skill, one she hoped to one day achieve, indeed perhaps one she could in fact reach if she gave it her all. Only time would tell, but she felt so much more sure of what she was capable of.
"Looking for potential openings...Right, I think...I understand." She stepped up to the stage, drawing her blade carefully, those weights that once made her sluggish and weak now only weakened her slightly as though they had become part of her attire at this point, the saiyaness likely would have felt pride at seeing someone else master the weights she once wore, and Ayami was certainly no stranger to the imporvement required to burden these without much effort, her enthusiasm and determination are what led to her being able to push forward despite all the odds, indeed it may have been the one thing that kept her alive through the holy water other than Avalon.
[Ayami is attempting to learn Martial Arts [IN]!]
Ayami took on the best stance she could manage, unlike her first session, the weights did not push her so far out of allignment, she was almost capable of perfectly mimicking the stance on her first attempt, even if the flaws were apparent to the master her capability remained. She braced up, moving her blade in a way that fit Atsuko's, she moved her feet just right, her body twisted to best use the momentum, all as Atsuko did. She took a few deep breaths, the Elemi had to better prove herself now as an increase to her power came with a greater expectation. She was a little more than nervous on whether or not she would be more successful, but regardless, she rushed forward! Far faster than what she was capable of last time they had done this, she closed the distance, her blade swinging straight at Atsuko's chest armor, her intent to hit was in full-force even if she had no intent to actually harm Atsuko. Ayami's attacks had become more fierce now, like she had become more confident.
She went back into position away from Atsuko, whether or not her attack connected, she spoke up. "One more time. I need to make sure I've got this!" She took up her stance again, going through all the steps, the feet, the body, the sword, it was all very close to Atsuko's own, only beaten out by the experience the saiyaness had. Ayami smiled excitedly as she rushed forth again, this was all fun to her, being able to improve herself like this...She couldn't be any happier with it, even if she got emotional at times over it.
Her attack was once again aimed at connecting with the Saiyaness, it still seemed as though there may have been slight hesitance, but she still seemed more confident, her weakness had faded away so quickly after all. She had gone from a measly 3,000 to something above 50,000. She hardly believed it whenever she was told of that, how could this little Elemi improve so quickly? It didn't entirely matter, what mattered was that she managed it and that she was slowly closing the power gap between her and some of her stronger friends.
After her attack finishing, she got back away, bowing a bit to signify that she was finished with that stance. Indeed it seemed despite it all she had done rather well in picking it up, she was ready to continue on to the next lesson, she was more than happy to see what was next, she would take it in stride regardless of what it was, always trying her best to do better and better. She stood back out of the way, allowing Atsuko and Excalibur room to demonstrate the next lesson! She was beyond excited right now, just like Ayami typically was!

The Water Elemi voiced that she understood the meaning behind her words, or at least, thought that she did. Soon after that Ayami began to take stance. Now the Heavy Weights didn't appear to throw her around so much, the Elemi was adjusting rather nicely to them... Soon enough, there would be a point where they wouldn't affect her at all, Atsuko felt that day wasn't very far off at all, given the amount of progress she was making in such a short amount of time. With the Sacred Holy Water placed atop the effects of the weights, well... Ayami was going to be a true warrior at this rate.
Atsuko moved her blade to deflect the Elemi's, she had closed the distance at a rather impressive speed, and her swings carried more strength behind them. There was little to doubt that if she wasn't wearing those weights right now... She'd be hitting pretty hard, indeed. But the reasons for her student wearing them were already plainly obvious, it was just too bad that Atsuko couldn't afford more of those weights for all of her students... Well, most of them were no doubt rather crafty in that regard, she almost recalled Christopher acquiring his own set.
Perhaps she was mistaken in that, but in either case, Ayami made it clear that she wanted to practice the stance just a little more, Atsuko gave a nod in response. Her moves and attacks may not have carried the same experience behind them, but the Elemi would soon reach the same level. Of course, that did leave the power gap. But her race seemed to carry a natural sort of strength, something that betrayed what would be their average power. It was a rather interesting trait, and with the right amount of guidance and pushing...
Ayami was going to shape up to be a fine Defender of Earth. Of that much, the Albino Saiyan was certain. The Water Elemi then backs off, and gives a bow to signify that she was satisfied with the lesson. Atsuko returned the bow, and then stood up straight. She seemed to grasp this lesson at a very fast pace; which made sense. Now that she had a grasp of the basic fundamentals, the rest should come easily enough. Although the lessons would get more complex from here on out, especially during the Advanced portion, and the Mark of Mastery...
But that would have to be tackled later, for now it was time to go over the next lesson. "Now that you've gotten a good grasp for the Intermediate stance... We'll be focusing on improving Invisible Air. You may recall from the first training session that I said it improves as your skill does.", the Knight explains in a calm tone of voice. "It still needs to be trained, as well, you'll need to be more careful in using it, the winds will grow more powerful. And the energy that you expend will be greater... It's the same for the step above it, to a greater degree."
The Saiyan elaborated further. "You'll want to use both of your hands to hold your blade steady. Other than that, the technique plays out mostly the same way... However, when you come to the end of the technique, instead of merely ending off on a powerful slash, you dispel the wind alongside it in a powerful gust to disrupt your foe.", the Albino Saiyan continued the lecture, there wasn't much more to go over, that meant it was time for the demonstration! She turns towards Excalibur, and the pair enter stance once more.
Atsuko held her blade with both of her hands, and began to channel her energy. The wind began to gather around her blade, but this time the wind was far more noticeable. Soon enough, she surged forth and began to unleash a flurry of blows towards the woman in red, who began to deflect every attack. The difference in strength and speed were almost immediately noticeable, this was a vast improvement of the basic technique. Finally, the technique comes to an end with a single large slash performed by the Knight, shooting out the wind alongside it, which causes Excalibur to skid back slightly.
But she holds her ground. With that, Atsuko then turns her attention to Ayami once more. "Now, I want you to use that technique on me. It's very likely that you'll need a moment to rest after you have performed this technique.... But that's alright. It will give us a chance to discuss a few things.", the Knight explained. With that, Atsuko took stance and awaited the Elemi's attack. This was going to be the final lesson for the Intermediate portion, which left the Advanced portion afterwards, and then the Mark of Mastery. Both of which had very difficult lessons.
The drain on one's energy was the real problem, frequent breaks would be needed for her students... As she learned was the case even for Bernael. That being said, the half demon did have a better control over his energy once the training was over with... No doubt that Ayami would be the same way. In some ways, that sounded like it would be almost frightening... The Water Elemi was already energetic to begin with, but even more energy for her to work with? Well, at least her antics generally put a smile on everyone's face.
She had even managed to win over Cambia, a feat not easily performed. As the Albino Saiyan could certainly attest to. Ayami wasn't just doing well in her training, but she was actually settling into a nice home for herself... Atsuko just needed to make sure that those emotions of hers never raged out of control, that would be another step in their training. But that would likely come after the Mark of Mastery, there was no need for the Saiyan to bring it up just yet. The Water Elemi needed to focus on one lesson at a time!

Ayami grinned at the results after the fact, she had actually finally managed to land a hit, even if it was easily withstood, it made her feel a little proud at her accomplishment. Even if it wasn't all that much compared to what some may have managed against Atsuko before, this was her moment and she wasn't going to let thoughts like that get in the way of enjoying it! She stood there with her hands at her hips, just taking in everything Atsuko had to say as if it were a life changing speech. IN a way, she supposed it was.
Right, invisible air! I love that one! I gotta use more energy though...Hmmm." She scratched her head a little, thinking it over. It sounded quite a bit stronger than what she had used before, that much lined up with Atsuko's words, even though she had no reason to doubt. Still, the water elemi seemed to grasp it all to a good enough degree. She was ready to move on, but she also nodded, sitting quietly as she watched Excalibur and Atsuko demonstrate once more, it was always fun for the Water Elemi to watch this spectacle, they were both so skilled at it. She did however note Atsuko's teachings as she watched.
"Grip it tightly with both hands...Like thiiiis~..." She wrapped her hands even further around the blade's hilt, though it was always a two-hander for her, she still tightened her grip as per Atsuko's instructions. She looked down at the grip once the demonstration between those two was finished, she quietly watched the blade, feeling the leather grip as her hands tightened, a not so unfamiliar sensation of preasure on her palms as she indeed checked to make sure she really was grabbing as tightly as possible.
"Right...I think I've got the right stance and grip." She double checked everything, making sure her stance, her grip, and her mind were all ready for this, she was going to be going rather fast, she knew she would have little time to think. So she would have to just go in there and do it all in one shot, she mentally prepared herself for what was about to happen, she knew there would be no judgement for not succeeding right away, but she felt that without effort put into this, she would never succeed regardless, even the illusion of success might never be as strong.
"Better get ready, here I come Atsuko~!" She got into position, remembering the stance and grip she had done in preperation while she was off to the side, as such, it didn't take her too long to get right back into it, pointing her blade at Atsuko while she had a bright smile on her face. It was clear she was having fun with this one, maybe because she was familiar enough with it to know that it'd go well regardless, but still, that enthusiastic little Water Elemi teased about the whole thing as she was now fully ready.
[Ayami is Attempting to learn Invisible Air [OT-2]!]
She looked Atsuko right in the eyes, bringing her blade back as she focused all of her energy into it, she could feel as air flooded across it, no longer did it meekly appear at a slow pace, it appeared fast, slower than what Atsuko had done, but still far faster than the Ayami from before had managed, she pushed as much energy as she could into her blade, feeling it - and seeing it go across the sword all the way to the tip, it was still a slow enough process that she couldn't just get straight into it, but it was once again faster than what the newbie Ayami had managed.
"Haaaghhhh....." Her body began to lightly tremble as she poured even her inner energies into this one attack, making sure it was one worthy of striking the Saiyan knight that stood before her. She was gonna make Atsuko feel this one, even if it didn't break her block! She was determined, but she still kept a happy air to herself, as she continued charging it all into this attack. Soon enough, she felt confident it was almost ready, she just spoke up once more.
"I'm putting everything I've got into this, so you better put everything you have into blocking it!" That was her one simple statement, she felt the blade shaking in her hands and knew it was ready, she gave a nod before she rushed forward in an instant! Closing the distance before one could even blink, she drew her blade forward, slashing right at Atsuko as she hit the right distance for a chance to connect, it was slower to execute, but she also "pushed" forward all of the wind built up into her blade, it all aiming right at Atsuko's guard, regardless of whether the slash connected.
She hopped back quickly, performing a few backflips and sticking the landing away from Atsuko. She was so caught up in the moment that she likely wouldn't realize the result of her effort until after the fact. She stood across from the kami, panting as she tried to catch her breath, Atsuko was indeed right in that it took more energy to pull that off, it left the Water Elemi winded enough that she wasn't able to go a second time for once, with that, she respectfully bowed, she felt she could try it again later.
Besides, she was proud of this result, her attack succeeding or not, she put a lot of power into that and she felt there was no reason to be ashamed of whatever the result was, she was feeling so much better about her abilities now that she had become stronger, and with the holy water working through her body, it only made her emotions a little better as they were now, it was hard to see her mood changing any time quickly, she just smiled at Atsuko, a confident proud smile at what she was managing.

The days so far had been interesting but she hadn't been learning as much as she'd have hoped at first. Sending regular reports back to Kaiyou and when she could engaging the warriors of the lookout in conversation. She believed she had some understanding on what friends were now or slowly understanding relationships as she observed them all. She wanted to see more of the cities of earth and as well some of its natural differences in nature compared to Blehbarry. But she couldn't easily get down from such a large structure on her own. An she didn't wish to impose any further then she already did while living on the lookout as a guess and ambassador in a sense for now. Often times just secluding herself to the room she'd been given at the points in the day when no one was around or off doing their daily duties.
She'd only so far watched Ayami from afar or tagged along asking questions to see if she couldn't gain a better understanding of the planet without imposing to much and keeping many of her requests to herself. This also another reason she'd yet to leave the lookout. She often as well watched the Kami from afar. Listening in silence and observation in respectful silence at times not wishing to bother her but merely just observing in study. Keeping herself entertained as well as observing something with her time rather then wasting her time.
However she did stumble along something strange... She'd indulged in a little food. Not that she needed it to survive but it was a nice delight she discovered and her body was able to convert it into more useful energy even if her natural core was a better energy supply. Kaiyou had designed them both to mimic and in a sense be able to learn and evolve into life like and feel like living organisms with enough evolution of their minds and personalities.
But what she saw after the delightful meal was a strange barrier? Some form of spherical creation that she couldn't quite make any sense off. Her sensors blaring off to scan it and learn from it. The anomaly not matching to anything in her memory storage and data banks. She blinked several times before approaching. Her eyes recording the scene and taking in the data as she was in data gathering mode reaching her finger tips out after she believed at least it didn't seem hostile or dangerous.
An much to her surprise it wasn't even solid. Her body moved within it easily as she dipped her finger tips through the end and slowly pushed through. Already linking to possible back up her mind via a orbiting earth satellite she'd hijacked secretly for reports and to keep her conscientiousness safe. So for now between her bored feelings of late and her curious sensors begging her to solve this new delightful mystery. She took the plunge and slowly walked her body slowly through the other end.
Her long legs and slender arms pushing through as she slowly would come into view as the battle raged within among the beautiful architecture that her her taken back for a moment. The beauty and intensity of the environment and the women in training had her pause briefly. Something strange warming within her and her cheeks feeling heated as she watched the figure of aqua intensity surging downward with her blade towards the other female and guardian known as Atsuko or Kami.
She drew in a breath out of reaction more then anything for how her expression programs worked given she didn't really need to breathe. Something about the altercation as well as the environment was a thing of... beauty perhaps? Her eyes tracing the figure as well of the aqua clad girl coming down strong with her blade against the benevolent Kami.
However in her moment of visual admiring and confusion as her mind still tried to make sense out of this chaotic and lightly entrancing moment. She felt a sudden gust shoot off as it seemed the attack roaring down had quite a bit of power in comparison to her own. The caste off energy itself more like a side effect of when a warrior boastfully charged their aura in sudden bursts. The gust of wind like ki to these two would have been barely noticeable but to the droid built more for collective and calm meetings not combat. It was like a brick wall smashing into her frame. An a massive gust shot her back towards the walls that existed within this strange creation she'd drawn herself into. A smashing sound heard after her purple figure and frame shot back with a mighty shot. Hitting the wall after spinning her back making a crashing sound. The angle in which she hit and landed might have done more severe damage to a organic being. But the girl herself was virtually unharmed. A few minor problems internally her self repairs were already taking care of given theywere very minor. She had landed upon the ground upside down after being shot back. Her eyes spinning quite literally rotating trying to adjust as her vision recalibrated. The lights within them fading in and out. In some ways looking both sad and comical as she seemed to be knocked dizzy from the caste off. As if the innocent entering the battle and suffering softly for it. She'd be fine but for the moment she seemed in a mechanical way at least dizzy and momentarily out of it. Although she did try to smile as not to impose or upset or 'friends?' For barging in one them in this action of battle or training. Her body still upside down as her eyes refocused. She didn't want to upset them after all as she spoke. "I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I" While upside down one of her hands smacked herself in the side of her head as the robotic repeat got knocked back to normal speech patterns. "I Apologize... Did I intrude? The Water Elemi naturally had a two-handed grip with her blade, it did seem to have a fair deal of weight to it. Not that it really slowed down Ayami anymore, it was the same deal for those Heavy Weights she was wearing... Just how much more power was the Elemi going to get? Atsuko couldn't help but be excited at the prospect, as her student was already almost at the point of being a proper Defender of Earth. Their little group had done a lot of growing, and it was now formally called the Knights of the Round... Students started off as Squires.
But those that were dedicated to their training and learned the most sacred art within the Style became Knights. Full fledged members of the Order that would stand against any foe at a moment's notice, the premise behind the creation of such a group was simple; for all of Atsuko's power, she couldn't handle everything alone... That didn't stop her from trying, but it was simple truth that those partaking in dark powers were far too numerous for any one warrior to handle, no matter how mighty they may have been. But a line of such fighters?
That changed things a great deal. The Albino Saiyan herself stood at the helm, though she didn't quite see herself as a leader... There was the fact that she was the most fit to be a Commander, she could feel incoming threats, keep track of them, and notify her Knights no matter how far they may be from her. It was a pretty good system to work off of... And something told the Saiyan that she was right to create such a faction for Earth. Though she had since come to at least believe that Nasu wouldn't start another war.
In any case, she was brought out of her musings by Ayami's next words. Atsuko gave a nod to show that she was in fact ready, and then the Elemi began to gather the wind into her blade, while it wasn't anywhere near as fast or as powerful as what the Albino Saiyan had managed, it was still noticeably more powerful than what the Water Elemi had conjured up until now. Of course, the drawback was the higher energy drain... But her students seemed to be well aware of that risk. Sadly, all of the techniques from here on out would become more demanding.
Ayami then spoke one more time, saying that she was going to put everything into it, shortly after that she surged forth and began to unleash a volley of slashes, which the Knight moved her blade in order to deflect each one that was coming her way. The power that the Water Elemi was able to put into this... It was really quite impressive! The Knight couldn't help but smile at how well she was pulling this off. Ayami ended off with a final slash that was slower to execute, but was backed by all of the wind she had conjured.
Atsuko once more moved her blade in order to impede the incoming force, and skids back slightly, though as to be expected, she holds no injuries. "Well, that was a resounding success! Take a moment to breathe and get your energy back, you'll need it for the next lessons.", the Saiyan calmly explained, also voicing her approval of Ayami's progress. That was the Intermediate portion out of the way... Which left the Advanced portion, and the Mark of Mastery. Bernael managed to go through those with relative ease, though the drain on his power was rather massive.
It was going to be the same for Ayami. But at the end of it, she would find that she had a greater reserve to call upon, as well as a more notable control over her energy. It was one of the most useful aspects of the Martial Arts Training. It really didn't seem like anything could go wrong today... It was after that, that she heard Emi's voice. The Albino Saiyan glances over in her direction, only to see the girl in a rather painful looking heap on the floor, but at least she appeared to be unharmed...
"Emi! Are you alright? I'm sorry, I wasn't expecting anyone to come inside at that moment...", the Knight stated as she would make her way over, trying to help the Android out of the rather awkward position she had gotten herself into. "As for what this place is... It's a training ground created by Excalibur. A Reality Marble, I suppose you were allowed in by her because she recognized you as an ally.", the Saiyan added, then glancing over to the woman in red, who was smiling confidently as always. "Of course! ...Though I do have to admit that I could have timed that better."
The Sacred Sword responded. At least there was no harm done... The Knight looked back to Emi. "You're not particularly intruding, no. I'm just training Ayami at the moment. I have more than a few students wanting to learn the Martial Arts that Excalibur has created.", the Albino Saiyan explained for the curious Android. "Although currently, we're taking a short break. The techniques prove to be rather draining, especially on those that haven't completed their training yet.", Atsuko added, then looking over to the Elemi and focusing her senses on her student's power.
It really would be a rather brief rest, thankfully. Still, it was somewhat good timing for the Android to show up; now they would have someone to join into the conversation when they needed to rest. Atsuko anticipated a much longer break needed once Ayami began practicing and learned how to properly use Invisible Air's most powerful form. The reason for that being, the Final Technique took a huge amount of energy as well, but it held a power unlike any other that the Elemi would have learned. She believed that the Water Elemi would be a perfect fit for it.

Ayami grinned proudly as she realized how well she managed to do there, happy to hear Atsuko praise her as she did, she agreed that it was time for a short break however as she was panting quite a bit from the strain, she put her sword into the sheath on her back, it slides in smoothly to a stop, she them puffs out her chest in pride. "I did pretty good huh?! Did you see how I made you slide?!" She almost couldn't contain her excitement as her hands raised up to her face, she squeed in exstaticness.
...Though she soon saw Atsuko running over to the side, and then saw poor Emi, the water elemi's eyes widened in shock as she too began to sprint over, visibly panicking. "E...EMI!!" She got to Emi's side, grabbing onto her hand as Atsuko helped her up. "I...I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hit you!" She stood once Emi was up, bowing several times in succession. "Please forgive me!" Her heart-rate had increased quite a bit as she remained panicked, unable to tell with her currently poor judgement that the android was okay, she hatede actually hurting people, that still hadn't changed.
"At...Atsuko, forgive me for not better controlling myself!" She was now beginning to let her emotions take hold, she was very afraid, a little angry at herself as well, her power was flaring up all around her as water began flowing around the water elemi. She was beginning to breathe heavier and heavier, believing she had actually hurt Emi, she cared about Emi, she still didn't understand why...But she just knew that she did, and to hurt her, whether it was an accident or not, it upset the water Elemi quite a bit, so much that she couldn't contain herself.
"I...Didn't mean to do that! Please don't be angry!"The poor Water Elemi was too innocent, she felt as though she had made quite a large mistake, it would take someone talking to her to relax her. It wasn't because she hated herself, rather...She knew what was said of her in the past, what if she was becoming just like that without even knowing? It terrified her, and her power that was displayed several times before shot up out of her, her power spiked very quickly, the other two could likely tell that it had as the waters around her swirled quickly like a torrent.
She tried her best to relax herself, constantly petting Emi, trying to convince herself it was fine, her own thoughts didn't seem to be enough right now as she fought back the urge to cry over it, she was certainly over reacting a bit...But she meant well, it was all only because she cared, because she didn't want to think her friends were hurt, especially when she was the one responsible for it. "S...Sorry, sorry for this, honest!" She tried to relax herself, closing her eyes for a moment.
She tried her best to hide how upset she was, it was a little embarrassing for her, she didn't know why...Maybe it was because of how she had started to feel for Emi lately, it was all so confusing, but she knew for sure she didn't want her rolemodel or Emi to see her like this, even if one of them already had, it felt more embarrassing this time. She tried to slow her breathing, it helped to a small degree, but the waters swirling around her still gave off how she was really feeling.
She just didn't understand...Why was she getting so worked up about Emi? What was so special about the android that made her want to panic when she thought Emi was hurt? Was it like how Atsuko and Bernael felt for eachother? But they were so much more obvious, it couldn't have been like that, she thought...The water elemi always assumed love was much more obvious, and as such couldn't draw that conclusion right now. She'd have to talk it over with someone eventually...But who exactly? Atsuko seemed the best choice, but would she know the answers?
"...Sorry, we should continue our training now. I'll be fine." She put up a fake smile so as not to be more of a burden, she didn't want them to see her like this, so she was going to do her best to convince them she was not upset, besides...She started to realize after a moment that Emi was okay, she audibly gave out a sigh of relief upon learning that, the waters continued, but she did start to seem legitimately calmed down to some degree, even if only a little.
"Would you...Like to watch, Emi?" She looked away from Emi...Just what was that girl doing to her? The Water Elemi was so confused about how she was feeling, she felt oddly embarrassed to ask that, trying not to let Emi see her face, those feelings kept coming back the more she tried to ignore them, maybe it really WAS time to try and understand them...But she still had to train, that needed to be finished first, as much as she knew those feelings needed tending to, her strength for her friends was a high priority for her.
Ayami smiled a little more genuinely, the waters finally subsiding. "It would...M-Make me really happy if you watched, Emi." She rubbed her arm a bit, looking the android in the eyes, she still didn't understand these weird feelings, but she just wasn't trying to fight them at this point, the water elemi's emotions were always so hard for her to control, and this new strange one seemed to be no exception. Atsuko and Emi both likely noticed how odd the Elemi was being...Perhaps one of them would understand her emotions far better than Ayami was at the moment. But regardless, the Elemi tried to shrug it off, laughing awkwardly. "D-don't have to, just an offer you know!"

Rubbing her head and with a little help from the kind Kami Emi took her the womans hand and with a little effort mad her way back to her feet. An it seemed while anyone else may have had aches and pains from such a blow she simply straighten up her agile body retaking its feminine posture. She'd rub her head and smiling at both Atsuko and Excalibur nodding kindly and brushing off her rear end of a bit of dust from the fall. "I was curious... But she nodded when it sounded or was at least implied a short break was to come to pass. Emi smiling and looking back to Excalibur briefly but her voice implied she was talking to both of them at times. "Well then I guess I came just in time? Can you tell me more of this place please? My processors are burning up with interest to know the mystery of such a magical and majestic place. The architecture is so lovely its... moving." She'd say placing a hand over her heart as she admired the way it all looked. Looking at Excalibur time and time again more closely on inspection her dress as well. Emi occasionally rubbing at her outfit perhaps implying she liked the dress. Or thought of other clothing herself but she always sh owed the signs of being reserved rather then risking upsetting her hosts and alliance connections.
She blinked a bit though when Ayami as well helped her up and time and time again bowed as she seemed to apologize with extreme intent. Emi Blinked though several times in clear confusion when she was being pet? Unsure what this gesture was supposed to mean. Perhaps part of some earthern form of apology. Even if as well to others the strange behavior may have set off several flags to anyone else. Emi was still learning and didn't seem able to digest what was happening her and instead merely nodded and smiled moving a step closer to Ayami. Placing on arm across her lower back and smiling mimicking close action to what she though a friend would do. Her finger tips and her forearm softly touching the lower back of Ayami. "I'd love to watch yes if you'd be ok with that. I thought Kami just said you were taking a break though? So am I mistaken?" Although even as Ayami had pet her and moved around during this little movement and time of embarrassing confrontation. In all the Chaos she may not have realized Emi had never let go of the other hand as she now stood face to face with Ayami smiling one hand holding her close with a one armed hug the other holding the girls hand. Emi completely oblivious to how it may have looked or felt emotionally for the other young girl. "I'd love to see all the agile and special moves you can show me. It makes me curious and excited to see all your bodies can do its such strenuous activity." Smiling and giggling a little keeping hold of the girl however. Clearly a little ditsy and not the brightest just yet. But slowly she'd been learning and getting better. Her voice now sounding less robotic as well as it slowly became more formed. She chuckled as then in the mids of it all she'd lean forward. And calmly and politely in her own way give Ayami a brief peck on the lips as a kiss just as she did with Berneal. Leaning back after and licking her lips giggling still. "I hope I'm mastering earthling greetings now? Do you guys think I'm getting better?" Turning to Atsuko and Excalibur with Ayami in her arm and her hand holding the other one almost looking like they were about to start dancing in this lovely architecture surrounding them. Completely unaware herself this all probably looked rather humorous to the other two women and was likely overly embarrassing for Ayami herself.

The Water Elemi began to panic, trying her best to help make the situation right. Starting by helping Emi to her feet, and then apologizing for what happened... More than a few times. The Knight shakes her head lightly. "It's alright, Ayami. I was under the impression that no one could come in here when we were in the middle of training. Luckily that attack was focused on me, so there was no way it could have done harm to her.", the Albino Saiyan responded. The Android then proceeded to ask just what it was that this place is, and seemed to like it's appearance as well.
"It's my Reality Marble! I was able to make it after Atsuko gathered a few materials for me. Anyone that's aligned with us can make use of it to enhance their training! It's also where we base our Martial Arts Training, of course.", the Sacred Sword would explain to Emi in a proud tone of voice. Excalibur seemed to love this place quite a lot, and it probably helped that Atsuko was getting so much use out of it as well. It wasn't the most farfetched to assume that this place could have gone unused once her training was finished...
Speaking of training, the Elemi should have gathered enough of her energy by now in order to continue, and made it clear that she wished to do so. "Well, this time it won't be a very long rest. Ayami has enough of her energy for us to continue. She's already up to the Advanced portion... After that, there's the Mark of Mastery. But both of these lessons will be very draining on her energy. So it is good timing that you showed up... Though, you may want to keep to a safe distance."
The Saiyan commented to Emi, then turning her gaze to Ayami. "There is one more thing I want to help you master, once we've gotten through all the lessons I have to teach for the Martial Arts...", the Knight began. "I know how you can access a greater power through your emotions. It is my belief that you can master them in order to make use of that power at will; not unlike a Super Saiyan.", Atsuko continued her explanation. "It may not work for any ascended stages that you may learn to access... At least, not right away.", the Knight added.
She averts her gaze slightly. "As I've learned with the Super Saiyan 2 form... That rage is incredibly difficult to control. Being in it for only a few moments dulls my mind. I've tried to repeat the process for mastering the first form, but...", the Knight lets out a small sigh. "It's going to take time, clearly. All the more reason we should get started on helping you with your ascensions.", the Saiyan then finished her point. There was little reason to put off the training anymore, so it was time to begin explaining the next lesson!
"Now then... We will begin focusing on the Advanced Stance. It incorporates everything that you have learned, but now you will be focusing on shifting your hold on your sword, attempting to take your opponent by surprise at every opportunity; as well as use their own power and energy against them... This is one of the most complex steps, Ayami. I'll demonstrate it for you, so watch closely.", with that, the Albino Saiyan would begin walking towards the center of the Reality Marble, Excalibur walking towards it as well. The two would face each other and then take stance with their respective blades.
The pair would shoot towards each other, and they would begin to attack in elegant motions. The previous step made it look more like a dance, but this... The sheer skill being put into it, their blades weren't just clashing against each other anymore. Instead sliding off in perfect parallels to each other. All in one fluid motion, it truly looked more like a choreographed dance of some sort, rather than a mere battle. Soon enough they would finish off with a final flourish with their blades, Atsuko and Excalibur would then bow to each other out of respect.
"Ah... I do so enjoy our dances! You haven't been slacking off in your training at all!", the woman in red commented, prompting the Saiyan to smile in response. "I enjoy it too, Excalibur... And of course, I can't afford to simply laze about just because things seem so peaceful. I need to be ready for anything.", the Albino Saiyan responds in a calm tone of voice. "More than that... I know that there's a third stage of Super Saiyan. I'm going to reach it someday, and I'll master that form too.", the Saiyan would then add as further reasoning.
Finally, Atsuko turns her to Ayami. "Now... When you're ready, I want you to begin practicing the Advanced Style with me. After this, there's just one more lesson for the Advanced portion. Then you will be taking the Mark of Mastery after you've had a break.", the Knight explained. "As I said, you'll be looking for openings, and seeking to make openings by changing up your stance and approach at unexpected times. It's a difficult concept to explain... But you'll learn by doing; it's one of the best methods from this point forward.", the Saiyan finished her lecture.
With that, Atsuko would take stance with her blade, and wait patiently for the Water Elemi to begin her assault. It was still a little surprising to think that Ayami had come so far in such a short amount of time... It wasn't very long ago that she had an incredibly small power, and no training whatsoever. Now she was becoming a Martial Arts Master, and a full fledged member of the Knights of the Round. Though she would still need help in controlling her emotions... The Albino Saiyan was essentially a perfect fit for that, especially if she could get control over Super Saiyan 2.
One step at a time... She had to focus on this lesson for now.

Ayami's emotions came under better control as she was stopped by the android, all of these strange feelings only became stronger however, she was being easily pulled about by Emi into positions she felt only lovers held. "I...It's perfectly fine to watch, but like she said, please stay off to the side! I don't want to hurt you, right? H..hahaha!" She used her free arm to rub the back of her head as Emi held her other hand. The feeling of those delicate yet hard fingers pressed against her back...The way Emi gripped her hand, her heart beat rather quickly as she blushed from this strange but not unpleasant feeling.
"Sorry, yes we're starting again like she said, it's super important to me to see this through! Still, having someone to show off too aside from master here wouldn't be so bad..." She smiled a bit, though...it turned into an awkward smile as Emi spoke again. Saying things about wanting to see Ayami's body, she took it pretty out of context, her face turning even redder. "We...Well, we can easily demonstrate our agility to you! Just watch and learn!" She laughed awkwardly, trying to mask her embarrassment.
She turned to look at Atsuko, and was about to pull away from Emi, but Emi's grip shifted slightly making Ayami turn back towards Emi...Just in time to see her pull in close, and then promptly kiss her right on the lips, even if it were rather brief. One could almost see steam rising from the Water Elemi's face. And of course, she couldn't bear telling Emi that it was done incorrectly, she hated seeing this girl upset, so she spoke up carefully. "Y...You're already improving, Emi! G...Good job, haha!" Still, she felt she might later regret telling her it was okay to kiss someone as a greeting.
Even while held still by Emi, she soon took to listening to Atsuko's serious statement, all about her powers, and about how she could master them if she trained it enough. "You...Really think it's a good idea? I...Almost blew up part of the lookout last time I accessed it.." She had rather justified restraints towards trying to tap into that power, she knew exactly how uncontrolled it was, like nature itself rebelling against those who pushed her into that state, it only became more terrifying to the Water Elemi as she grew stronger. But she reluctantly nods to give it a try.
She eventually brought herself to gently pull away from Emi, turning to face Atsuko and Excalibur once more as they began their next demonstration, it soon overtook her feelings of embarrassment, to watch them move so coordinatedly, to watch as they not just exchanged blows with their blades, but even managed to slide them across as if it was all planned out in advance. She wanted to do just like that as her eyes sparkled with excitement. "So cooooollll~..." She almost couldn't contain the excitement watching them perform so well, after they had finished, she knew it was her turn.
[Ayami is attempting to learn Martial Arts [AD]!]
She stepped up and readied her stance...But Atsuko told her to change it up, and so she gave it her best attempt, shifting into something quite interesting, but not too unusual, still it was different from the norm...It seemed she was rather quickly picking up on this. "Going to make you proud..." The stakes were a little higher to the Water Elemi, she now had three people watching her, all who she cared about and wanted to impress. This drive...it gave her a push.
A push that led to her stance being a perfect mimic of Atsuko's own. It would likely be impressive to see, she had come so far, from just a mere 3k pl that could barely hold the idea of a stance, to this...A stronger, more certain girl than before, perfectly matching the stance of the teacher. She closed her eyes and focused, feeling her energy move around her, she was mentally preparing herself for this, she was going to prove that all of her training had come to a perfect conclusion, even if this wasn't the final lesson.
She opened those deep blue glowing eyes, rushing forward in an instant! the weights did little to hold her back as her blade clashed with Atsuko's, it slide across Excalibur like the two were meant to connect, she danced around Atsuko, forcing the Saiyaness to keep up or be open to attack, it was elegant, so much like the demonstrations Ayami had watched, as her blade struck fiercely, there was no room for doubt left that Ayami had not fully grasped the lessons she was taught, she spun as if in a great dance, striking with all her force behind the blade, looking for one thing, to make Atsuko feel the power of her strikes, to prove that her training had finally matured and culminated into this one grand moment. It was a sight to see for Excalibur and Emi as the Water Elemi seemed on an entirely new level than what she was before, time felt as though it were at a stand still to Ayami, as her attacks continued, not letting up in their gracefulness for even a moment, she acted in unpredictable ways, her blade flying out almost seemingly at random to clash with Atsuko.
After she had finished, she hopped away, not even panting despite what would have winded most. She looked at Atsuko confidently, her stance not wavering for even a moment as she smiled, she felt she had finally matched up to her idol, even if she hadn't even scored a successful hit, this was more than enough for her, to see herself on what almost felt like an equal level to those she looked up to, even if their powers were miles apart, she was finally nearing the end of her training, she was about to become a grand defender of this world, right alongside Atsuko and Bernael.
