Things in the Alliance weren't as great as they may have seemed only a few days prior... Their new Overseer Nasu was now tainted by the purest of evil, his heart corrupted and his power level absurdly high. So high in fact that not even the four Councillor's put together could stop him if they needed too, and this was a problem.
Over their communication, Miso had stated that they all needed to meet, and Kyuri full heartedly agreed. She had no idea what their next move should be. She knew what it WAS going to be but she didn't like it in the slightest. And so, Kyuri found herself blasting through the skies of planet Natto as fast as she could, her crimson aura blaring around her wildly. She didn't need to hide her power level, as her body now did that naturally, and so she could use her full speed to catch up to Miso and Karota. Where the heck were they going to meet that was considered safe? Sure Kyuri controlled everything technology based on the planet, but it would do no good if Nasu came barrelling in.
Speaking of Nasu, Kyuri had brought at least 3 sets of ki cancelling cuffs. Not the same bulky one's she had used on Komatsu, but sleeker one's that looked like they were plain old wrist guards. She kept them securely fastened to her belt, hoping she wouldn't need to use them.
She would come to a landing in front of Council Hall, and would quickly rush inside to meet the other two.
"So? Any more news on what's going on?" Kyuri would ask them the instant she got close to Miso and Karota. It was a scarry time when Kyuri was the one asking for information as the elder woman usually had eyes and ears everywhere, and several different scenario plans.

Miso and Karota went to Jie Shan’s quarters but the only thing they found was two knocked out soldiers and an empty and damaged gravity chamber with her maximum gravitational simulation active, with uncanny one hundred times Earth’s gravity. The two super saiyans sighed in frustration as they had got there too late. The situation couldn’t be worse as, from what Karota had been sensing, Nasu was traveling from one place to another at an impossible to catch up speed. It was almost like he was testing his power and limits. The hybrid saiyaness Colonel massaged her temples in frustration and irritation and stared back at Miso.
Karota [Super Saiyan Full Power. Current Power Level: 1,572,400] [Ki Suppression On. Current Power Level: 5]
– It’s no use trying to keep up with him now, Miso. We must hurry and meet with Kyuri and Jie Shan. – she said. In all honesty, she actually hoped Jie Shan would show up. Even though the hybrid boy was a member of the council, he was still too fresh and he was the one who didn’t belong to the group of old timers of the council, and Karota still felt much more comfortable when he wasn’t around in their meetings, even though she was starting to actually like the boy. Miso made a brief nod to her, with a quite concerned expression on his face that he was completely incapable of hiding.
Miso [Super Saiyan Full Power. Current Power Level: 1,572,400]
– Kyuri is on her way to the Soy Council Hall, but Jie Shan isn’t wearing his scouter. I hope he gets the message, but we can’t waste our time waiting for him. We can brief him on the matter later. – he said and she agreed, with a tad bit of relief in her teal-colored super saiyan eyes. Then, they walked away from Jie Shan’s quarters and back into an open area where they flared their fiery-like golden ki aura and flew as fast as they could, scratching the dark crimson skies of Planet Natto’s dusk time, leaving a bright trail of golden ki energy behind them that really contrasted with the much darker tone of the sky.
They were fast and in a matter of seconds they were already at the Soy Council Hall. Luckily, the place was mostly whole, except for Nasu’s Overseer chambers that had been completely wrecked by his sheer rising power level. It was scary, the power of the super saiyan two and Karota knew that well. During the time of the Alliance-Empire War, Karota, while on her top form, could ascend to such a state. It wasn’t easy for her and required a lot of effort and rage, because she couldn’t yet control the form, but, still, she had it. Therefore, the hybrid saiyaness knew pretty well what Nasu could do right now and it was scary. Not even the four of them together, the four super saiyans, could hope to stop him; their combined power was slightly above Nasu’s own, but he could just as easily one hit knock out most of them, except for, maybe, Komatsu who, impressive enough, had managed to rise above all of them; his growth spur was uncanny, comparable only to Nasu’s own and their parents before them.
Even if, by some miracle, Kyuri had managed to unlock the super saiyan form, they would still fail. Miso had a plan, but Karota didn’t know about it yet and, therefore, she was close to being completely desperate, while the large male saiyan seemed more at easy, although still quite concerned, as it was to be expected in such a dire situation. – He is taking laps across the planet, Miso! At an obscene speed! – she mentioned as they headed towards one of the large meeting rooms of the Council. Miso just exhaled a bit. – Chill out a bit, will ya? There’s nothing we can accomplish by focusing on what cannot be tend to. – and, for once, there was quite a lot of wisdom in his words and that made Karota silence herself.
Once they reached the room, they sit on the chairs while they waited for Kyuri to arrive. Once the older counselor got there, she would find them in a quite rare state: Karota was beyond concerned and the stress was so obvious that even veins were popping out from her temples, while Miso was more at ease; the large saiyan was concerned, yes, but he seemed more serious and concentrated than really stressed and that was something quite odd, I mean, for Miso to be calm while Karota was desperate, but people can be surprising from time to time and not always the same person will come with a miraculous solution to every situation.
When Kyuri arrived, she didn’t even waste any time and outright asked if there was any news on the matter. Karota was hasty and stared at the woman. They were so concerned that they didn’t even revert back to their base forms, remaining as fully powered super saiyans. – He was just now taking laps around the planet. Now he is in the northern mountains firing ki blasts and destroying things, mountains and stuff. His power is absurd and is making the whole planet to shake, but you already know that… - she sighed, putting both her palms in her face. – He is out of control. And he is testing his power… I don’t know what to expect… - that was when Miso exhaled deeply and rolled his teal-colored eyes. – He may be tainted now, but he won’t blow the planet if that’s what you are afraid of. He won’t go that far and I know that. But, anyway, we need to talk and I have a plan. Kyuri, sit down already as we can’t afford to waste any more time! – he said, pointing to the chair in front of him with his head. Miso would wait for her to sit before he started speaking his plan.

The tension in the air of the council chambers was so thick, it would take two fully powered super saiyans to cut through it. They all had their own fears, their own worries and anxieties of the situation, but if anyone looked closely at the older woman, you could see her trembling. She wasn't scared of Nasu's power, not directly, she was scared of what he would do, who he would kill, of if he himself could die from the Demon Queen's taint. She couldn't lose him, no matter how evil he had become she just couldn't...
Her eyes would scan Karota desperately as she spoke, telling her that he was blowing up mountains and what have you up north, then shrugging it off, stating that Kyuri already knew that which... she didn't. She didn't take time to look at anything, her internal scanners were beeping like crazy, giving her a massive headache, but she didn't have time to check them, not until now. Even then, her focus was solely on Nasu, ignoring any other messages or security feeds that played through her systems.
"You don't know that he won't, Miso. You don't what what the hell this bitch did to his head! One stray blast could blow the whole place up, blow up entire settlements before he could even say 'oops!'!" Kyuri retorted to Miso's comment about the young boy. Sure if Nasu had attained this power naturally, even uncontrolled he'd still have SOME sort of sense to not blow up the very planet he was standing on... but this power was un natural, it was evil and corrupt... she could sense that much.
Then... Miso claimed he had a plan, and told Kyuri to have a seat in which he earned a death glare from the older woman. How the hell could she sit down? How the hell were THEY sitting down!? There was too much at stake for them to just be sitting down!
"Damn it..!" She cursed, forcing herself to take in a deep breath before storming towards her chair and forcefully sitting down. She would lean forward in her chair however, hands clasped firmly together to try and stop herself from shaking.
She was a veritable whirlwind of emotions right now, and frankly she was surprised she hadn't burst out into frustrated tears. Could the universe not just leave her family alone for 1 generation!? Just one!? She would bring her glasped hands up to her face, chewing on her thumb nail as she watched Miso, waiting to hear this big plan of his.
Meanwhile, a faint crimson aura could still be seen around the woman, showing just how worked up she was. Her scanners were also indicating a ridiculous rise in her power level, flashing several warnings for her to calm down while it pumped all sorts of different chemicals into her body to keep her stable.

Kyuri didn’t agree with Miso and voiced that outright. She claimed that they didn’t know what the demon queen did to his head and that was true, still, Miso believed in Nasu. Deep inside his heart he knew that his nephew wouldn’t blow up the planet or destroy something that couldn’t be restored or that would cause permanent damage. Karota quickly nodded in agreement and slapped her open palm on the table, but since she controlled her power so skillfully, she didn’t damage the table at all, and that was quite an impressive feat, considering how much stressed she was; Karota’s feelings right now were an open book for anyone around her to read. Deep inside her heart she was afraid to lose Nasu too. The hybrid saiyaness had a real trauma regarding losing her children and that hurt her deeply; she had endured the loss of a husband she loved dearly and her twins during the Alliance-Empire War, she couldn’t handle it again.
– That’s it! I agree with you! I don’t know how he can be so damn calm about this whole situation! This is a mess, Kyuri! I was there with them when we met that damn demoness, and she is evil! The water she gave Leena… it was completely rotten to the core and you saw the damage it did… Only… This time it’s different, it’s definitely not that water… I wouldn’t mistake that feeling… it’s something else, something much worse! And that’s what’s driving me freaking crazy! – she said, slapping the table one more time, only a tad bit stronger now. Then, she glared at Miso, almost like she wanted to jump at his neck and choke him. – Why are you so damn calm?! Tell me, for fuck sake! – she demanded. The hybrid saiyaness eyes were watering a bit, and that made Miso exhale again and roll his eyes in his orbits, getting really annoyed with all their extreme concern.
– Will you two chill out one second?! I can’t think straight when two old hags come at me with some premenstrual stress disorder, acting all crazy and bitchy! – he said and, once he finished that, Karota gritted her teeth and growled at him, feeling extremely irritated with his words, but his tone wasn’t one of teasing. In truth, he was all serious and stuff, and that was something really rare on him, and maybe that stopped Karota from jumping at him. Once he was certain she wasn’t going to do anything, he made a brief nod before starting to speak again. – Alright, now listen and listen quietly! Especially you, Karota. – he said, pausing briefly as she scoffed, gazed away from him and folded her arms, leaning her back towards her chair. – Well… We all know what’s pushing him to that extreme behavior, right?! He fucking hates Kimiko and I can’t even blame him for that. Well… We weren’t there, but Komatsu wasn’t all lovey-dopey with her anyway and he seemed to be in pretty good terms with her. Still, he sided with Nasu… On their own weird and fucked up way, yes, but they are actually getting along rather well… Or rather they were before this new incident, but you got me! – Miso shrugged, sighing briefly. – So… He wants to take on Kimiko on a battle… He wants revenge, the same revenge he couldn’t take it because, well… Komatsu ended up dying and she promised to resurrect him with the dragonballs if he stopped the attack. So, in short, his pride is shattered and it was completely cracked when he learned that she had become a super saiyan two while he hadn’t. You can already feel the damage, right? Yeah… I’ve been there when Natto became super saiyan and it drove me crazy! If there was a demon with a power-up bargain sale I would be the fucking first costumer in line! Did I want to actually kill Natto? Well… Yeah! – and he paused again, shortly.
– So… What’s my plan, you ask… I say we support him. – and that was quite shocking, so shocking that Karota couldn’t remain silent. – What?! Support him?! At this state?! Are you fucking out of your damn mind, you moron?! – she yelled at him, but then Miso growled back. – Would you shut the fuck up and let me finish?! – he asked her and she scoffed. – Alright, alright, go ahead… - she mocked him, already thinking his plan sucked, but he continued nonetheless. – Anyway, as I was saying… We support him! We agree to go to Earth with him and help him take his revenge. This will ease his furious heart and do a pretty damn good damage control around here! Look… We can’t have his credibility as a leader, something that was going pretty well lately get flushed down the toiled! Not after Etorin’s rule. This will freaking destroy this place and you two know that well! – he pointed out and Karota rolled her eyes, annoyed by the fact that Miso was actually right on that matter. – This will solve the first issue, which is not screwing up the Saiyan Alliance itself. Then, we must choose who will tag along and who will remain. That’s important because we will need to split the powerful ones. We can’t leave Nasu all by himself, and I will get to this part real soon, but we also can’t leave this place unprotected! Even though the Saiyan Empire is gone, the Planet Trade Organization and the Kold Empire are still threats! And it would be really shitty if we all went to Earth and found out that Planet Natto had been destroyed in the mean time! It would suck ass! – he said, chuckling a bit in bitterness as he picture such a terrible scenario. – Anyway, are you following my plan up to this point? Can I continue with the next part? – he asked the two of them, and Karota would let Kyuri to answer first.

"I know... I was there when he gave his blood to the damned bitch... she came out of some dark portal... damn it I knew something like this was going to happen. I didn't watch him closely enough...ARG" Her hands had then flown up to her head in aggravation as she was ready to tear her own locks out. For a moment, Kyuri's irises would flash a bright green as her internal sensors began to over load, warning anyone looking at her that there was definitely something wrong. Which, technically there was something wrong with all of them, Kyuri just had sensors to indicate it and couldn't hide it as well as the others could.
Her own eyes began to water as she looked away from the two super saiyans, falling silent as she listened to Miso speak. AS per usual, he started with an insult which actually put Kyuri a little bit more at ease... however when he started to speak of Nasu's shattered pride, her eyes would water more and more until silent tears would full out begin to slip down her cheeks. She understood better than even Miso could... pride was something she had learned to alter, changing it from a warriors pride to a scientists pride in a sense... she had worked so hard to bury it where it couldn't hurt her anymore... but Miso's words just brought it all back up and Kyuri suddenly found herself on her feet again.
"The two of you are such big fucking babies! you and Nasu! You want to talk to ME about shattered pride?! My daughter, her husband, you, my GRANDCHILDREN HAVE ALL BECOME SUPER FUCKING SAIYANS. IT ISN'T EVERYTHING FUCK! I'VE SPENT 40 YEARS TRYING TO DO IT AND YOU DON'T SEE ME RUNNING OFF TO SOME DEMON WHORE AT THE FIRST PROMISE OF POWER!" Kyuri yelled at him which even took her aback. She hadn't yelled at anyone like this in a very long time, but as the stress of the situation and all the anger built up inside of her, she couldn't stop herself. She was furious, furious with Nasu for making such a retarded deal, furious at herself for not stopping it the instant things started to head in this direction.
The aura that had picked up around Kyuri was suddenly an angry gold color as she ranted about the one thing she was finally becoming. Her long black hair turned to a furious gold while her eyes turned teal and actually stayed that way. She didn't even realize that she had done it as she continued to yell.
"And what if Kimiko kills him, hunh!? What if he doesn't leave her any god damned choice!? I'm not losing another one of my god damned children! Losing Tomo was enough and I can't... I can't let him go." Her throat felt tight as she listened to Miso's suggestion of letting him go to Earth. She didn't like the idea at all... sure by having an entourage with Nasu they could try to prevent death on either side... but she didn't even want to have to think about having to do that...
It wasn't Kimiko's fault she was sent to earth as a baby, and as much as they didn't know each other, she was still her grandmother too... they were still family and one way or another, Kyuri's family would get smaller if they let this happen. Kyuri would flop back down into her chair as she brought her hand up to wide the tears away from her eyes but they just kept coming. She would just glare at her own hand for being unable to stop them, still not noticing the golden aura, or the fact that her scanners had stabilized and were no longer flashing warnings at her.
As she finally listened to Miso though she knew he was right... the Alliance couldn't take another hit, another bad rules... she couldn't believe she even let her useless ex husband anywhere near the planet... it had fucked up more than just the few years he had been here... it had seriously fucked a large part of their future as well... and now with Nasu in this frame of mind... well no one would trust the council anymore to say the least... they had failed on account of two different leaders, and the saiyans would no doubt scatter to the corners of the galaxy. Without an Empire or an Alliance... what did the saiyans truly have? Nothing.
"God damn it Miso..." She would glower now, slowly settling down from her screaming match, though still clearly furious as her golden aura continued to rage around her and her seat.
"I can't go to Earth... as much as I want to protect him and see Kimiko, I'll just get in the way... I'll be useless the second i'm needed." She sounded rather defeated in her tone. She was still looking at Miso, but barely saw the man in front of her at all, too lost in herself to notice.

When Kyuri spoke, she started by saying she was there when he first met Nakiya, the demon queen, the day he gave her a sample of his blood. The duo of super saiyans knew well about that episode, because Kyuri didn’t waste any time and informed them of what happened. Karota stared at her with a comprehensive and sad look on her teal-colored eyes and sighed, running her hand through her golden and spiked hair. – Don’t blame yourself for that… There was nothing any of us could’ve done regarding to that… - she started, but before she could say anything else, something quite odd happened. Her irises flashed in a green tone, almost teal, for a brief second, but then it reverted back to its base black color. Miso just shook his head, believing he had just seen things, but Karota narrowed her eyes and mused on that for another moment. ”Was that… I mean, can she even… Like, she is an android now and stuff… But… That was definitely… Damn! Let’s wait and see… It’s really annoying I can’t sense her energy.” she would think to herself as she continued to stare at Kyuri, noticing her eyes beginning to water too and that pained her deeply, right at her heart. Then, as Miso began to speak, he eyes became even more watered until she started crying. Karota couldn’t resist that and shed a few tears too, but was hasty in wiping them out with her red wristband; she didn’t want to be crying, but it couldn’t really be helped at this point now.
And then she snapped; Miso’s words had hurt her sheltered pride and now she had to let it out. Kyuri yelled, calling both him and Nasu big fucking babies, and that made Miso’s eyes widen a bit, in surprise. Even Karota was surprised by her sudden outburst of anger. Then she mentioned the fact that pretty much her whole family had managed to become super saiyans at a much younger age and that she, even after forty years of trying it, still hadn’t manage to do so. Miso and Karota didn’t even know if it was still possible for her to ascend to the super saiyan form, considering she wasn’t a full biological being right now, and that made Karota gulp, unsure on what to say to her to make her feel better. Miso, on the other hand, scoffed, folding his arms and staring at her while she spoke her frustrations. She did have a fair point though, she didn’t seek power, but, again, Kyuri was more of a scientist than a warrior, and her pride couldn’t even compare to the ones of Nasu and Miso.
– Look, hag, I know it may suck… Believe me, I was there too, although just briefly, on the not transforming side, but… You see, there’s a huge difference in our pride. We are warriors… Full-fledged warriors and you are a scientist! You can’t even dream to compare our pride to yo… - but before he could even finish his sentence, Kyuri flared a bright golden aura, a super saiyan kind of aura, making Miso arch both his brows and hidden his eyes in surprise. – What the fuck?! – he exclaimed by instinct. Karota’s jaw dropped as she was too surprise to see Kyuri’s hair becoming golden in color and spiked and her eyes finally becoming teal. The unbelievable was happening and the whole shitty situation ended up being the necessary trigger for the older member of the Saiyan Alliance to transform and now she was too a super saiyan.
Kyuri continued to speak, bringing into account the possibility of Kimiko killing Nasu in case she didn’t leave her any other choice, and that was precisely why Miso was suggesting that a party would tag along with Nasu, but he still didn’t have the opportunity to tell that part of his plan and now he was sort of speechless by her unexpected transformation. Finally, she said that she couldn’t go to Earth, saying that, as much as she wanted to see Kimiko and help, she would be useless, and that made Miso scoff again. Karota, on the other hand, was the one to speak now. – Kyuri… You… Hmm… You’ve become a super saiyan! Didn’t you notice that?! Like… Right now! You’ve triggered it! That makes you far from useless! Actually… This makes you pretty useful, even in combat! You are the seventh super saiyan of the Alliance, now! – she said, still quite impressed with what had just happened. Miso, on the other just scoffed again, rolling his teal-colored eyes in his orbits, feeling rather humiliated at this point. – That’s great, just great! We have another super saiyan and, still, the brat would beat us all at once if we engaged him! There it goes… The remaining of my pride… Down the shithole together with my self-respect! – he said in a rather sarcastic tone, getting himself a glare from Karota. – Stop with the drama! Nobody has time for that shit, Miso! – she roared to her mate and he stared at her, scoffing yet again.
– I should look at the bright side, I suppose… At least we would feel more at ease if you stayed. The Alliance would be safer with, like, two or three super saiyans. Two is probably enough because we would be able to return… I mean, we would LIKELY be able to return in case there was a real problem… - he said, musing a bit on his words, as his index finger and thumb touched his chin, massaging it a bit. The, he sighed and stared at the two super saiyaness in front of him. – Well… May I continue with the plan now? – he asked, and Karota looked at Kyuri for a second and then turned to Miso and nodded. – Yes, go ahead. I’m curious to hear the other part of it, because the first part alone seems like a pretty shitty plan, honestly! – and she wasn’t teasing him now.

If looks could kill, Kyuri's gaze would of knocked Miso right off his feet as he started comparing the extent of their pride. Why the hell did he think she started applying herself to science in the first place? Because something was blocking her ki, her whole life there was something there, preventing her from advancing, and so she was forced to seek a way to fix that. The technology didn't exist then, at least not on planet Vegeta, and so she had to make it... but that required a lot of study, a lot of her free time which would normally be done training... She kept her mouth closed though, refusing to answer Miso at this point, though her irritation towards his comment was clear as her ki flared up for a moment before settling around herself once more. 'full fledged warriors my ass. You're both spoiled god damned brats who just want what someone else has.' She would think to herself in annoyance, crossing her arms angrily, but then just as suddenly uncrossing them to wipe at her eyes, this time succeeding in drying them up. Her outburst was out in the open, and as furious as she still was, she was at least able to restrain her tears for the moment.
That was when both Miso and Karota with these strange looks of shock on their face. Whatever, like she wasn't allowed to get angry now? Had she played the part of the good saiyan for so long they'd forgotten she was once a warrior of the Empire too? That she swallowed so much shit because she wanted to see the next generation change for the better? However, Karota finally said something about her becoming a Super Saiyan, and the older woman just glared at her, about to chew her out for mocking her like that... but she finally paid attention to her internal scouter and raised an eyebrow. Apparently she had set off several safety features which were now inactive...
She would bring her hand up in front of her, watching the golden aura dance off of her flesh and glanced upwards to the bang that always fell onto her face. Yep, there it was, as gold as the energy around her. She would return her gaze to her hand and glare at in intensely.
"Just fucking prove my point mute why don't you..." She scolded herself before glancing up to Karota and Miso. She couldn't bring herself to smile, to feel happy that she had done it... the situation was way too shitty... and she had been working towards this goal anyways through technological advancements... Damn it did it have to happen now, right when she was trying to make a point? It actually only served to put her into a more foul mood as she finally crossed her arms again and continued to glare at Miso. She was partially angry because of the situation, but the rage that coursed through her body with the new transformation didn't help in the slightest.
"Shut up with your god damned pride Miso..." She would snap suddenly, still glaring at him.
"Pride is the whole reason we're in this stupid mess to begin with! And from what I heard, you weren't against giving up your own blood at the meeting either." She said, not scolding him for acting like Nasu. Her voice echoed at the same time as Karota's scold, and she couldn't help but crack the very faintest of smiles at that. Of course, no one had really talked to her about the meeting, or filled her in on what happened... but she knew that was going to happen, and so it was rather easy to plant a drone in the Star Javelin and have it follow them. It was as tiny as a bug, so the Super Saiyans would never have noticed it.
"I guess I'll stay behind and watch over things here, then. But keep in mind who Komatsu is gone to get, that'll make 8 Super Saiyans in the alliance, at least temporarily. I"m sure Toru will be yearning to go back to Earth. NOt that I want to send the boy into such a shitty situation right after we got him back." She would add, a little more calmly this time. Then, Miso asked if he could continue with his plan, and Kyuri would just bring up her left hand in a motion that would tell him to continue as she stayed silent.

Karota would blink twice while staring at Kyuri as the older android saiyaness came to realize that she had ascended into the legendary status too, becoming a super saiyan. If the situation wasn’t so dire and shitty, Karota would probably giggled at that situation as, in a sense, Kyuri’s reaction was rather funny and it would have become even funnier when she mentioned that it rendered proving her point mute, but then she went silent again; her mood was terrible, as was Karota’s mood. Then, the new super saiyan told Miso to shut up about his pride, making the large super saiyan to glare at her with anger crossing inside his eyes; Miso wasn’t known for being really patient and he had been outgrowing himself quite a lot by remaining the calmer in this particular situation. It was quite a respectable feat for him, but, still, his blood wasn’t cold. Luckily, he chose to mostly ignore her comment and move on. Yet, Kyuri continued to talk about pride, saying it was because of it that they were in such stupid mess of a situation to begin with and Karota nodded in agreement.
While the hybrid saiyaness also had her pride, she was partially earthling and she could handle it in a much better fashion than most saiyans could, even the Alliance kind of saiyan, who were already quite an improvement from imperial saiyans. Then, she brought up him offering his blood and that made Karota sigh in annoyance as she was reminded of that terrible meeting with the demon queen. The hybrid saiyaness glared at Miso and he rolled his eyes in annoyance, exhaling deeply as he gazed away from them. – Oh, for fuck sake! It was either that or having the stupid girl drink the damn evil water! I correctly thought that giving up my blood was a better choice, and I’m still convinced it was! – he answered angrily, staring back at them. – If I was still so infatuated by pride, I would be going crazy by now! I’ve been serving as example of failure plenty of times, be it against that stupid little Leena brat, be it against Komatsu to help him learn the Soy School techniques! For crying out loud, if I was still so overly attached to my god damn pride I would be the one searching for the fucking demon queen and making a deal to get me some power, as I’m clearly needing, right?! I’m a fucking General who has been surpassed by his underlings! Heh!... We eventually grow up a bit, hag! Happened to me too, as impressive as it may seem! – he finished his answer by glaring at them with anger in his eyes. To be fair, Miso was a much much better person than he used to be in his younger days.
Finally, she accepted to stay behind and keep things safe and Miso nodded. Karota stared from one to the other, waiting to see what they would say. Then she mentioned the fact that Komatsu was picking up Toru and that would make it eight super saiyans in the Alliance, and that was quite good. Karota and Miso nodded briefly and then Kyuri mentioned that he would like to go to Earth most likely, since, well, it used to be his home. She also pointed out that she didn’t want to send him there after his immediate rescue, but he would probably offer himself to go nonetheless; Toru was quite a stubborn one, and they remembered that well. Karota, however, sighed deeply. – If he is still capable of transforming. We hybrids tend to lose quite a lot of power when I spent too long without training… Just look at myself… - she said with grief in her tone, but she had a pretty good point to be taken into account. Miso made a brief nod and added to that. – We will see when he returns… But now, let me continue with my plan, so you can tell me your opinions on it with a solid base. – he said, pausing a bit to make sure he wouldn’t get interrupted this time.
– Alright! We go to Earth with a selected party capable of stopping either him or Kimiko when they are damaged enough. It goes without saying that they will all need to be super saiyans. Anyway… With that in mind, we allow them to fight but we do our best to avoid the final causalities. If Nasu wins, we can stop him from killing her and, once he gets back to his senses, he will have restored his pride. If he ends up losing, we may have a more difficult time, but he would have had his rematch and lost, fair and square. We will be on his side and that will make him chill out a bit, because, right now, he thinks we are all against him and that’s why he had been avoiding us. Well… He had already started avoiding us even before he got this new power, so… There’s that. – he paused briefly. – Then… Once that is settled, we work on trying to mend this goddamn damage to this family relationship, and I believe we will have to beat some sense and humility on Kimiko too, because I don’t take her for a saint not even for a second… Anyway… We will also be there to stop shit from going completely south. Let me explain… To stop her allies from interfering. Nasu kept on bitching about their lack of honor, pride and treacherous ways, and he even mentioned that Kimiko only accepted to fight alone when she was sure she could win. While I don’t really blindly believe on his words, I can see that happening, yes and that concerns me… Because, with Nasu on such a state, if anyone interferes, shit will go more south than South Galaxy! And we won’t be able to do shit. – he sighed, leaning his back towards the chair. – While I know it’s not the perfect plan, I honestly believe this is the best we have at our disposal. Which, should the two of you agree, leaves us with only one thing left do decide. Who will be going with us. So… What do you two say? – he asked, and Karota stared at Kyuri, allowing her to speak first.

The only sound that escaped Kyuri was a 'hmph' as Miso went through his own short comings as General of the Alliance. Of course all of his points were valid one's... it would suck for anyone to be in his situation... but she still only had her own situation to compare it too, and so thought herself much worse off than the large saiyan.
'At least he's never been helpless... sure he's been beaten but I haven't been able to do shit since Etorin first started beating the shit out of me... damn it... damn that man.' She would think to herself in annoyance, her golden aura growing larger before shrinking every time something seemed to annoy of frustrate her. Which was quite a lot, so her aura was always shifting around her, obviously unable to control it like the other two could.
She would look away from Miso with the same angered expression on her face and look towards Karota as she brought up the fact that hybrids tended to lose their power, using herself as an example and Kyuri would nod. She was right... Karota hadn't been the first one it had happened to either... she had seen it often enough in her many years... it was sad when you considered how much effort went into building yourself up that far, only to lose it like you never had it at all... At least Karota was building herself back up! Toru however might be a different story... It would be fantastic if he could still turn into a Super Saiyan 2... at least then maybe he could stand a chance at restraining Nasu if it came to that. She really hoped that he could... that kid continued to surprise her at every turn. Even though she wasn't his biological mother, she'd come to treat him like a son over the years, especially as he and Tomo grew closer to each other.
Her train of thought was interrupted when Miso finally began to speak of his plan, and she continued to stay silent as she listened to him speak his plan. Of course it was a continuation of his earlier plan of willingly going to Earth, which both she and Karota didn't like. It was an inevitability though... what could they really do otherwise? Sit here and wait for the battle to be over? Earth would be reduced to space dust by the time those two were done... there were still many younger saiyans on the blue planet, and it would be a tragedy to see them die for this stupid honor battle...
However... if they went along... then at least they could help insure that the battle remained a 1 on 1 fight between the two sibling... this would remove outside interference which could lead Nasu to claiming that Kimiko cheated in some way... but why should the earthlings trust that they would defend Kimiko at all if she was to lose? All out war could break out between the Alliance and the Earths defenders if they weren't careful.
Kyuri would sigh as she leaned back into her chair, bringing a hand up to her forehead and pushing her golden hair back as she stared at the ceiling for a moment. She would let the room fall quiet after Miso explained everything, waiting a good minute before straightening out and looking over at Miso seriously.
"I hate it, and I hate every damn aspect of it... but if we sit by and hide here then we're doing more damage than if we were to go and monitor the situation. I'm not against the two fighting... Komatsu already told me that Nasu planned on going back to beat Kimiko because he was worried of what repercussions it would have on Nasu... So I've come to accept that but... this evil... Even weakened I don't know what he's going to be like, how much power either of them will have in reserve... that mark is a huge variable... and I hate having variables in my information." She would start as she would bring her arm up to her arm reat, leaning her head against it as she was clearly in deep thought about the whole thing.
"We don't really have much of a choice on this do we..? There won't be a perfect plan because there's just too much we don't know... so this is the best we can do. Komatsu will want to go, and I strongly recommend we send him along. If there's anyone close enough to Nasu to at least try to talk some sense into him, it's either him, or Leena... which the later won't do us much good in that regards. As for Toru... I'll let him make his own decision as to whether he wants to go, or stay behind... whatever he choses, I'll do the opposite so that at least one of us can keep an eye on the Alliance... as for Jie Shan... I recommend keeping him here as well. I know Nasu trusts him and might feel better having him at his side but I don't feel Jie is ready for this... besides it would be good to have two councillor's remain here, while two go to Earth." She would finish, looking from Miso to Karota as if she had just volunteered them both go. They were much stronger than she was, and even Jie Shan was just about at their level, so it at least split their forces evenly in case of an attack.
'How's Komatsu going to take going back to Earth... right back into the same situation he was in when he was killed... he might opt to stay here... I don't know how deep a scar that left on him...' Kyuri thought to herself, her eyes growing sad once more, though this time no tears escaped her. She didn't want to lose either of them... but Komatsu... she hoped he'd grown up enough that he wouldn't throw himself in front of an attack for his brother. This was Nasu's fight, and she hoped Komatsu could respect that...

Miso’s concern regarding Kimiko’s allies interfering was well-place. Nasu would be absolutely mad if that were to happen and there was no telling on how he would react, nor what he would end up doing if that was the case. It was most definitely the worst case scenario and they needed to bring a force strong enough to fight all of them should they really stick up their noses into the duel between the siblings. It needed to be fair and Miso believed, deep inside his heart, that Nasu still believed in such things and wasn’t a completely uncontrolled killing machine. The main reason he believed that was because of the two soldiers he had knocked out just outside of Jie Shan’s quarters; they were alive and weren’t seriously injured, meaning Nasu still cared about their lives, just not as much as he was caring a few days prior to the meeting with Jarvis, the King Caesar of the Cerulean Empire, and his ally, the Demon Queen Nakiya.
Kyuri let the silence reign for a bit as she brought her hand to her forehead, pushing her super saiyan hair back, staring at the ceiling. Karota sighed and was about to start speaking, but the elder saiyaness spoke first, making her close her opened mouth once more. She hated it, the plan. But she also knew that if they sit there, staring at a monitor they would be doing far more damage. She stated that she wasn’t against the two siblings fighting and that Komatsu had already told her that Nasu had planned on having another match against her anyway out of preoccupation. She also pointed out that the mark was a dangerous variable and Karota nodded energetically and even Miso nodded, but just once. – Yes! That mark is evil! More so than the water that corrupted Leena! – the hybrid saiyaness added.
At least the elder saiyaness recognized that this was the best available plan with the little information they had. Then, she added that Komatsu was very likely to want to go and the duo nodded too; it was pretty obvious. Kyuri recommended he went since he was the closest to Nasu. Well, him and Leena, but Leena was far from reliable at her current situation and, therefore, having only her to tag along would be complicated. Kyuri anticipated the final part of their conversation, bringing up Toru, suggesting they allow him to choose whether he wants to go there or not, and that she would choose the opposite of him so that the Alliance had people guarding it. She also suggested that Jie Shan should stay too as she believed he wasn’t ready for what was to come, and they both nodded again, agreeing with her.
– I also agree with the plan, even though I don’t like it one beat. It’s the best option we have and… Honestly… Maybe settling the score will be enough for him, maybe killing just her will be enough for him. I can’t say I particularly care the same for Kimiko, since I’ve never seen her after Natto and Tomoroko sent her to Earth. I mean… Of course I don’t want any of them to die, but, if it takes her death to make him settle down and return to his past, improved self, that’s a sacrifice I can live with. – Karota was like that, she was able to make rough calls ever since she lost everything she had during the War and her opinion made a hell of sense; she was starting to see both Nasu and Komatsu as her new children, almost like they were filling the spots of Mato and Rota, and that made her quite protective of them. She accepted life as it was, not as she wanted it to be and knew pretty well that, sometimes, we need to break a couple eggs to save something important to us. Impressive enough, Miso grimaced. – That won’t work for me… I promised my brother I would protect his children on his death bed… So… Nasu will have to settle for beating her. I can’t fail Natto… not again. – one of Miso’s odder and most impressive traits was the loyalty he had developed towards Natto. It was almost unbelievable that he used to hate his younger brother in the past, to the point of becoming his true enemy and invading the Saiyan Alliance, while, now, he was the loyal protector of his memory and legacy. – If I need to sacrifice my life to do that, I don’t give a shit! At least I will be able to face him with pride after having failed him so many times in my goddamn shitty life! Heh! – he said, cracking a nostalgic and saddened grin on his face.
Miso missed Natto more than anyone, more than his parents. When little Tamari was born, he named after his mother, the one who first sacrificed her life for his, but he always told Karota that, if he was to have a boy one day, this boy would be named Natto, and that wasn’t a secret and even Kyuri knew that. – And… Although I barely know Kimiko, she is my niece! I won’t have her dying on me! I won’t have any of you dying on me! I’m the General, for fuck sake! I die before my underlings! And, as I may as well remember you both, Colonels! Heh! – he said, putting a lot of emphasis on the “Colonel” word as he chuckled. – In the army, you are my underlings! Don’t you forget that! Hehehe! – he finished by saying that and that made Karota shed a tear and smile at her. She loved him, and it was now obvious in her teal-colored eyes, as well as the reason she loved him; Miso liked to pretend he was a careless motherfucker, but, in truth, he was quite the opposite. He cared about everyone from his family and, not only that, he cared about the people in the Alliance and even cared about the people he barely knew.
– Miso, you… - the hybrid saiyaness would start speaking, but he stopped her. – Hey! Don’t start that shitty lollygagging on me now! We have important business to define! Like… Let’s focus again on the damn formation! The war party, and I’m calling it that because, like it or not, this duel is a war. – he said, exhaling deeply. – So… Kyuri, there’s no fucking way I will allow you to go! We need you here to rule this place. Jie Shan is too fresh and Toru is just about to come back after almost a decade in prison. The Alliance will be quite foreign to him for a while and most of the younger cadets don’t even know him. – he correctly pointed out. – Therefore, we need both you and Jie Shan here to keep everything safe and, on top of that, in order! – he paused and Karota continued. – Me and Miso will be going… - and the saiyan General nodded, agreeing. – As well as Komatsu and Toru, if he wants to, which I take it for granted already. I believe we should take Leena too. Although I don’t think she will help much, if we need fighting, she will be ready and she is a strength we could use. – she said, staring from Miso to Kyuri. – Yeah… She may cause trouble staying here. I would rather have close eyes on her. – and Karota nodded.
– Finally… We will be taking Pepper too. He will be guarding the mothership and he is reliable on his duty as well as a decent pilot if we need to withdraw quickly, while, at the same time, keeping the ship safe and out of the planet. – she paused again, sighing. – And I guess that’s it. Nasu, Me, Miso, Komatsu, Leena, Toru and Pepper. A party of seven. We will take both the Star Javelin and the Brave Vesperia with us. – she finished, waiting for Kyuri’s answer.

"It's definitely not the same as that Corrupted Water... If I had to guess it's got something to do with the fact that she has his blood... but even that's just a hypothesis. I've never studied magic or demons at all. Frankly I didn't think we'd ever need to know about them, since I thought they were tied to the after life." Kyuri would reason in response to Karota's exclamation about the mark of evil Nasu now bore on his forehead. Until someone managed to find it's origin, it would remain a mystery, and she highly doubted she could find that information even with her vast network. It didn't feel like it was a power that was even from this world, and that scared her too... What had the demon queen unleashed? why Nasu? and where would this lead..?
A sigh would escape her lips as she fell silent, listening to Karota now as she also agreed with the plan, though hated it just as much as Kyuri herself did. She also went so far as to state that Kimiko could be an acceptable loss if it brought back the Nasu they had before. Kyuri wasn't so sure about that... one way or another Kimiko was still her grandchild as well, and it wasn't her fault that she'd grown up away from her family... to consider her an acceptable loss was... no, Kyuri couldn't accept that. She was family, and they needed to make sure everyone left this alive. They could speak to Kimiko once all of this was said and done. They could teach her about their ways, and maybe help her see why she infuriated Nasu to this degree.
She was about to voice her opinion on that, when Miso beat her to it and the super saiyaness nodded briefly with his statement. They couldn't let her die. Miso himself said he would rather throw his life away to protect her and that surprised Kyuri a little. It was very rare that she found Miso acting noble, and this was one of those rare occasions. He was acting like a true General, and not just some jerk with a shit eating grin. She would smile faintly as she listened to him, only to roll her eyes whenever he emphasized the fact that he outranked them. He couldn't just stay serious could he? Kyuri couldn't help but keep up the small smile, a chuckle actually escaping her lips as Karota seemed to be head over heels for him quite suddenly.
"Right, so I get to play temporary Overseer while you two take charge of this situation. Wouldn't that mean that I would temporarily outrank you, General?" Kyuri wouldn't help but throw her own tease at him once he made it clear that they would need her here. She agreed a hundred percent on that... most everyone on the planet knew who she was, as she was one of the original founders of the alliance, as well as the chief of security of the planet.
"About Leena... is it wise to take her? I mean even if she does start up trouble here, with this new form I should be able to keep up with her, and Jie Shan is still stronger than she is. I'm not sure what her relationship with Toru is going to be like... I haven't exactly had time to check the security feeds on Komatsu's squad yet..." She would ask them curiously. Leena was just as much of a loose cannon as Nasu was, only difference was that her corruption didn't make her as ridiculously powerful. Then again... if she did go to Earth...
Kyuri sat up straight in her chair as the sudden realization hit her! They were going to the Lookout right? The previous Kami had something similar to what the Demon Queen was now boasting, before the mark on Nasu's forehead.
"Holy Water... Holy shit didn't the previous Kami have that!? If memory serves from when we were there... doesn't it cleanse the soul of whoever drinks it? What if that's it?! What if that's what we need to get rid of the corruption in both of them??" Kyuri would explain, silently kicking herself for not thinking of such a solution earlier. She had no idea if it would work at all... but it would definitely be worth a shot right? And that definitely meant that they couldn't accept Kimiko's loss... they had to fight just as hard to keep her alive too!
"And if shit hits the fan then there's always those dragonballs..." She continued, looking between the two for some form of acknowledgement to her plan.

Indeed the Majin Mark Nasu had acquired was quite different from the cursed water Leena drank while on the nameless planet where the meeting took place. Kyuri theorized that it had something to do with his blood and Miso didn’t even have a prototype of a clue on the subject, but that made Karota think for a moment, touching her lips with her index finger and humming a bit. – Hmm… I don’t know… - she thought to herself; never in her life she had heard of such kind of blood magic and she had quite a decent knowledge about such weird skills because of the fact she was raised on Earth, where plenty of weird shit take place. Earth was quite a weird little planet, almost like the center of all weirdness of the universe, from ancient forces of destruction, such as Majin Buu, and as point of interest from Gods of Creation and Destruction alike. It even had portals to other dimensions and stuff. Karota tried to come up with some sort of answer, but she failed and then she shrugged and sighed in frustration. – Dammit! Nothing comes to mind… But I feel we will be finding our answer so enough, though. – the hybrid saiyaness stated, staring at both Kyuri and Miso.
Then, after they spoke and Miso teased them, trying to lighten the mood a little bit, Kyuri also got into play and, as she would be acting like interim Overseer, mentioning she would temporarily outrank him, making him laugh out loud. – Hehehehehe! You wish, old hag! I will be in the Overseer’s party, so… In a sense, I will be out of your jurisdiction! Yeah… While I know it must be a dream for you ladies to get on top of me, it’s not for everyone! Heh! – he said, teasing her amidst his laugher and staring at Karota, who was rolling her eyes in her orbits. – Dear lord… You can be such a fool! – she muttered and he laughed a tad bit more with that comment. Then, the topic became serious again as Kyuri brought up Leena and her current state of spirit and mind, asking if it was really a good idea to bring her along, mentioning that maybe allowing her to stay would be better, because Jie Shan was likely to be able to stop her if she caused trouble. The counselor also mentioned the other variable, which was her relationship with Toru, which was still a mystery and Miso nodded. Karota exhaled a bit, but before they could answer to defend their decision, Kyuri had a moment of clarity and remembered about the holy water.
When she exclaimed its name, Karota’s eyes widened quite a lot, as she was reminded of that, while Miso stared at the two of them with clear confusion in his eyes; he was puzzled by that item or object or whatever the heck it was, but as Kyuri began to explain, even Miso managed to understand what it was and the value it had. Miso whistled thinking about that and Karota cracked a large smirk. – I had almost forgotten about that with all this shit going on! And yes, Kyuri! I’ve saw the sacred holy water before, with the previous Kami. And it can most definitely clean Leena. In a sense, the holy water is the exact opposite of the cursed water and they may nullify each other. It’s used to clear corruption from one’s soul! It’s perfect for Leena and now that’s all the more reason to bring her along. – she said, making a confident nod. Miso got really interested in that topic. – I see! So… Would that work on Nasu too, then? If it cleanses corruption and stuff? – and with that question, Karota’s smirk vanished from her face as she sighed deeply in frustration.
She massaged her temples a little bit, closing her eyes, before opening them again. – It’s not likely to work. No… it won’t work on him at all. He is not corrupted by an outside force. Nasu’s evil comes from his own heart. While I can’t really tell how this thing works perfectly I can feel all the flow of his ki energy and I can tell for sure that it all comes from him. In a sense, it’s like this thing they placed on him enhanced all his bad traits while, at the same time, suppressing his good sides. – she explained. – In the end, I have no clue on how we will be able to help revert him back to his former self, but I know for sure that the sacred holy water will not work on him… Seems like we can’t have it all, can we? – she said with a bit of sadness in her tone. Miso sighed too, frustrated; it would make things much easier if they could use it to heal them both.
But then Kyuri brought up another thing, one thing that was very likely to work on Nasu and even be able to make things right if shit really did hit the fan: the dragon balls. Miso stared at them with curiosity; although he knew about the wishing orbs, he wasn’t quite sure on what it could do or the fullest extent of its power, but that suggestion made Karota’s smile to return to her face and she chuckled in excitement. – Kyuri! You are a genius! The dragon balls would most definitely be able to heal Nasu’s evil. On top of that, if something really bad happens, we will all be able to revert it! It’s a perfect contention plan!! – she said, and that also brought some relief to Miso. So… Worst case scenario they would have to search for the wishing orbs and wish for Nasu to get cleansed of his evil self. While it didn’t seem like the most practical thing to be done, it was a good last resort sort of plan.
– Well… Then I guess we have decided, right? How this plan will work? We will support Nasu’s revenge, at least pretend to tag along with all of it and, once the victor is defined, we will save whoever is about to die, no matter who it is. We have also decided to use the sacred water or whatever the fuck this is called to cure Leena and, if we need to, collect the damn balls to bring Nasu back to his normal mindset. – he said, pausing briefly only to see Karota nodding in agreement. – And the party has also been decided. There will be seven of us. Which reminds me… Kyuri, I will formally assign Cabba, Negi and Luffa to work as your assistants for the time being… Also! I almost forgot about it, goddammit! – he said, slapping his forehead, making Karota arch one of her eyebrows. – Maybe it would be good to bring that irritating woman… What’s her name again? That friend of Leena, the brenchian hybrid one… - he said, trying to remember her name. – Gina. – Karota said and Miso slapped the table, making an accidental crack on it. – Yes! Gina! That annoying shit! Heh! Yeah… Maybe we should consider bringing her along… Maybe having a friend nearby will help keep Leena’s emotion into check! – he suggested and Karota just shrugged. – Can’t hurt. At worse we will have one extra soldier to hold the Z-Fighters if they decide to stick up their nose. Being eight we shouldn’t be outmatched by a large number, if we are even outmatched to begin with. – she answered, making a brief nod, showing she agreed on bringing the new private too. Now they just needed Kyuri to state her opinion and they could end this emergency meeting.

"Oh please, Miso, don't be afraid to admit you couldn't handle me being on top of you." She would tease, waving her hand dismissively towards the Saiyan General though she couldn't help but crack a smirk. She was slowly getting a grip on the rage that was swirling around inside of her, and the more they discussed this plan of there's, the calmer she would be. It was going from a total shit situation to having a clear silver lining. If they were careful, then they could really pull this off with the smallest amount of damage possible.
It was no surprise that Karota had heard of the Sacred Holy Water as well as the Dragonballs before, and as soon as she brought them up, the younger saiyaness' face lit up with excitement. They had an out... if they could pull things off right, they could get both NAsu and Leena back to the way they were before the Demon Queen began sticking her nose into Alliance affairs. Then, Karota stated that she was a genius, and Kyuri had to bite her tongue before she started sounding like Miso normally did and tooted her own horn.
She was the brains of the group, and so it was her job to come up with these sorts of solutions. She was just glad that she'd thought of this now... otherwise she would have had to bring it up with Nasu nearby, and that could have spelled disaster.
"Right... Miso your plan is starting to suck a lot less thanks to me." She would tease as Miso would go over the plan again, summing things up for everyone. Her part to play was clear, she was to stay here and guard planet Natto while a large number of their forces going off to Earth.
"Alright... I can inform all those going along with you much more discreetly that you guys flying around trying to tell them all the plan. As for the Dragonballs... I might be able to make some sort of radar to help us find them... It'll be tough but I think I can pull it off rather quickly... I..." Kyuri stopped talking as she would suddenly bring her hand up to the side of her head. She didn't look like she was in pain or anything, more so like she was concentrating. A look of surprise crossed her face as the data passed through her and she looked back towards Miso and Karota.
"Looks like Koma's back early... There wasn't any trouble on the planet like I expected there to be... looks like this Jarvis guy's a man of his word..." She would say before she would quickly start sending a signal out to Komatsu's scouter, labelling it as an emergency frequency on his private line so that only he would get the message.
------------
As she ship landed at the docks, Komatsu would yawn widely and stretch his legs before pushing himself up out of the co pilots chair. He's been up for roughly 24hrs straight, still maintaining his Super Saiyan Full Power form. While it wasn't as taxing to maintain as the other Super Saiyan forms were, the young man was exhausted. He so desperately just wanted to crawl into bed and sleep for the next 24hrs.
However, just as he got up to leave the ship, his scouter immediately activated, a red light flashing it's warning and Komatsu raised an eyebrow. He would press the button to listen to the message, and his grandmother's voice would be heard in a rather urgent tone.
<" Komatsu, welcome back, listen we need you in Council Hall immediately, bring Toru with you. There's a lot we need to talk about. Leave the saiyans to Negi's team and get here, now."> The message was pretty clear that there was something going on, and Koma couldn't help but narrow his eyes on the scouter. Why was HE being summoned to Council Hall so urgently? Was this seriously something Nasu and the four of them couldn't handle? It struck him as extremely strange, but Komatsu wasted no time in turning around and facing the squad he had taken with him in the first place. He didn't see the Captain right away however, and instead turned his focus on Negi.
" Well Corporal, I need to run. I'm leaving you in charge of these guys. Have them all register at the information tower. There should already be a list of accomodations for them. If any of them give you trouble, just put them in line. None of them are stronger than you." He would inform the boy before turning back around to leave the ship. He turned face to face with Toru who had a quite serious expression on his face, but Komatsu couldn't help but smile up at his uncle.
"Grandma's asking for you too, uncle Toru. Guess they aren't wasting any time putting you to work hunh?" He would ask with a chuckle. Kohlrabi would no doubt get mad that he left without her, but he couldn't bring her along, not this time... she was probably better off staying with Negi.
"She was never any fun, always too serious." He would say towards Komatsu, though his eyes remained focused on the furious Leena. He'd barely spoken a word to the girl the entire flight home... she was incredibly upset with him, and as much as she had gone through... there was no way Toru could make up for it. There was no way he could be sorry enough for what happened to her. He didn't want to leave her again at the moment, but he had too... he owed it to the alliance for rescuing him anyways...
"Anyways better not keep her waiting! Come on, I'll race you" Toru would say as his expression softened with a sigh. The two boys would step out of the ship and immediately take to the air, flying off towards Council hall as fast as they could. Komatsu clearly the victor in this little race, as Toru found himself unable to even transform into a basic Super Saiyan to catch up.
There was something not right on planet Natto, and both of them could sense that... there was a great evil lingering on or near Nasu... He felt ridiculously powerful, and Komatsu knew he had missed something rather important...
As they made it to Council Hall, Komatsu would lead the way inside, Toru hot on his heels as he walked into the Council Chambers, taking the scouter off of his face as he walked up to the three of them.
"General... Councillors? What is this about?" He would ask of them, causing Toru to raise an eyebrow at his nephews very militaristic attitude. Komatsu had changed so much sine Toru last saw him, he wondered if he was even the same boy! The only reason he believed it was him were those insanely long locks of hair. Toru would smirk as he placed his hand on top of Komatsu's head, ruffling his hair before stepping forward.
"You guys sure made this place spiffy!" He would comment with a smirk.
Kyuri would stand up when the two entered... she was super happy to see Toru, but the look of the male saiyan killed her. He was much thinner than you would expect a male saiyan to be, his face was scarred up in several places, and the look in his eyes looked defeated, even as he tried to jest and make light of the situation.

Teasing was good and a perfect tool to lighten the mood and the Super Saiyan General couldn’t help but to laugh a bit when Kyuri teased him back on the matter of being “on top”, and he couldn’t help himself but to answer her accordingly. – Of course not! I couldn’t even dream to handle the weight of your old age, you hag! Hehehehe! – he said in a jokingly tone, making Karota shake her head in a mild disapproval, but also chuckling at their exchange of words. – Yeah… Cool you two still can have a sense of humor under such situation. Maybe I can still learn something with you old timers! – she said, giggling a bit as she said that as she teased her fellow counselors and friends. Then, as they discussed a little bit more of their plan, Kyuri said that Miso’s plan sucked less right now, making him chuckle again; it wasn’t perfect, and that was a fact, but it was the best thing they had available at the current moment, and it wasn’t very likely that they would be able to come up with a better plan anyway, so they would have to settle for that.
Kyuri went beyond and decided to be the one to deploy the orders as she was able to do that in a much more discrete fashion than they could. It was crucial that the plan was discrete and that they made silent approach on Earth, because they didn’t want to alert the Z-Figthers and, at the same time, they didn’t want to warn the population and the rest of the Alliance’s army. Miso made a nod and stared at Kyuri. – That will be perfect. Let’s make it a classified information, top secret only for those with Major clearance and above. Making a special exception for Second Lieutenant Pepper, of course, as he is part of the squad. – he pointed out and Karota was quick to grab her blue-colored advanced scouter and start configuring the orders and clearance levels. After that, Kyuri said that she may be able to develop something like a radar to search for the dragon balls’ energies and that could be something quite useful. Karota smirked and stared at her. – Some people on Earth had gadgets like that… And if they can do it, I’m sure you can, Kyuri! – she said, cheering on their top scientist. Then, as Kyuri noticed something, so did Karota with her impressive ability to sense ki energies and, when Kyuri mentioned that Komatsu was back, she nodded in agreement.
– Oh, that’s convenient. – commented Miso. Jarvis proved to be indeed a man of his word and that helped putting Karota more at peace, as she was the one who orchestrated the deal in the first place; they had saved not only the lives of plenty of saiyans rebels, but also saved one of their close friends, Toru, who they thought was long dead. Karota felt rather anxious as she wanted to see him. She could already sense his power level and it was impressive how much it decreased; indeed hybrids had an amazing biology for quicker gains and quicker unlocking of their special transformations, but once they stopped training they lost it at an incredible rate, something the pure-blooded saiyans didn’t suffer. ”Guess our potential is compensated by the quick loss… It’s fair in the end…” she thought to herself, more at peace with her own loss. What made her happy was that, just like her, Toru was more than capable of getting back into his proper shape and she would be willing to help him with that.
– Let’s wait for him to get here. Could you summon him, Kyuri? – Miso asked and Kyuri did that right away, ordering to bring Toru along.
Meanwhile…
The trip had been peaceful and Negi got to know a little bit more of his high ranking officials and he actually liked Komatsu. It was amazing to see that another saiyan, even younger than him, was capable of reaching such an uncanny potential. It gave him enough hope that he would get there and would be finally able to avenge the deaths of his parents at the foul hands of the Planet Trade Organization. The trip, although peaceful, was quite tiring and Negi carved for his bed on his quarters, but he knew he had to hold himself and wait until the mission was finally over.
Then, out of nowhere, Komatsu turned to Negi, making the hybrid arch both of his brows; he had been ordered to take charge of the rescued saiyans, in order to register them properly and assign them to their accommodations. The young red-haired hybrid gulped, feeling rather nervous right now.
Negi [Power Level: 70,197]
– M-me? But the Cap… I mean! Okay, Major, sir! I will… Do my best! – he said, gulping again. It was quite a load of responsibilities on the shoulders of a mere Corporal, even though he had an unbelievable power level of over seventy thousand. Then, he didn’t waste any time into following Major Komatsu’s orders and turned towards the saiyans they had just rescued.
– Okay, people! We are now going to the information tower where we will register you all. Please remain in line and follow me! Don’t cause trouble! This is your new home now. The Empire is gone and I know it may be difficult for some of you, but the Alliance is welcoming you with open arms, don’t spit in such generosity, alright?! – he said and, luckily, most of the prisoners had been way too scared for their lives back at the Cerulean Empire’s prison to be willing to cause trouble right now and they quickly formed a line. Then, Negi stared at Komatsu and made a nod, almost like he was saying he was actually managing to handle it and, afterwards, followed to the tower.
The registration of the new members of the Alliance was done without any incidents, and that made Negi start being noticed by other high ranking officials; he was growing quickly among the ranks in regards to recognition for his hard work and potential, and soon he would be rising up in the ranks too, but that’s for another time. Once he had every one properly registered, he started assigning them, with the aid of Private Cabba, who had been just located at that sector in order to help.
As usual, Cabba looked completely distressed to be doing such job and dealing with such odd-looking foreign saiyans that could be potentially dangerous, but, in a sense, he felt safe around Negi and the hybrid had always treated him decently enough. They were assign to dormitories near the outskirts of the Soy Capital, where they would remain for a while under heavy surveillance to make sure they wouldn’t be causing any trouble. They were also sorted by gender and age, to avoid creating an environment that favored violence or other sources of abuse of any nature. Once he had finished that, Negi and Cabba went back to the information tower to write the reports so that Komatsu could read later and see if they needed to change anything.
Hopefully that wouldn’t be needed as they had done a pretty good job. Negi even volunteered to be coordinating the guarding on the first night, despite his tiredness, but Luffa insisted on taking his place once he knew about that, for the hybrid’s relief.
Back at the Council Hall…
It didn’t take them very long to arrive at the meeting room and, as soon as they got inside, Komatsu wasted no time in asking what it was all about. Following him was Toru and, as soon as the hybrid entered the room and made a comment, allowing them to hear his voice for the first time in many years, Karota jumped from her chair and hugged him tightly; ignoring the sorry state he was in. – Toru! You are really here! - she exclaimed. – We thought we had lost you too! You don’t even know how relieved I am… We are! – Karota felt bonded to Toru because they were very much alike; the both of them were earth-raised hybrid saiyan-humans who were at first mistrustful of Natto and Tomoroko’s ideals, but later grew to believe in it by heart, and to see that he was back to the Alliance made her heart get filled with joy. Miso chuckled a bit, also happy to see him, but he couldn’t help himself.
– I would feel jealous right now, but you look like shit! Heh! No way I will lose my woman to you, Toru! Hehe! – he said with his cheeky smirk on his face. Of course he was just teasing and joking, and that was his way to say welcome to his old comrade; they were never really close of really friends, but Miso appreciated him for being strong and strong-willed, and to have him back meant that the Alliance had become even stronger, or would become as soon as he was back into his proper shape. Then, Karota let go of him, with a kind and honest smile on her face, as she made her way back to her chair. – Come on, guys, sit… We have much to talk about… - she said, wiping some of the new tears that shed from her teal-colored super saiyan eyes. Miso stared from Komatsu to Toru and then to Kyuri and back at them, like if he was trying to decide who would start explaining things, as Karota clearly didn’t seem like the one wanting to do that.

"I think if we didn't laugh at SOMETHING we'd be going insane about now... and hey! Cut it out with the old lady comments, the way I'm going, i'm going to outlive you both~" Kyuri would muse as now even Karota was calling her old. Honestly, it felt like most of the 'older' generation were all their age... there really wasn't anyone here as old as she was... hell even Etorin had been a little bit younger. It was one thing that had come to bother her... while she loved her family, and extended family very much, it wasn't the same as having someone in the same age group. Someone she could relate to.
Then, when Miso stated that they would keep this as classified, Kyuri would not briefly before already setting several different programs in motion from her spot. She had simultaneously summoned Komatsu to Council Hall without even uttering a word here, while Komatsu would actually hear her voice there. When Karota mentioned the fact that Earth already had something like a radar to find the dragonballs, Kyuri would nod and smile. Good, that would no doubt make it a lot easier. Information was very easy to steal from Earth, so long as it was on someone's computer. She'd have to spend some time finding it, but even if she didn't, she could probably figure that out.
As she mused on the subject, that was when Komatsu walked in, immediately asking them why they had been summoned and Kyuri couldn't help but chuckle. He'd reacted the exact same way she did when she first arrived. She stood up from her chair finally so she could turn to face the pair of them.
Komatsu's eyes went wide as he looked at his grandmother, his mouth dropping slightly as he took in the golden hair and aura, as well as her teal eyes. When had she transformed?!? When did she figure out how?!
"What the hell did I miss! Grandma! When did you become a Super Saiyan!?" He would exclaim his surprise, and again Kyuri had almost forgotten that she had transformed at all. The constant rile of emotions pushing to keep her in this state. She would only smirk as she placed her hands on her hips.
"What, thought I was too old to join the Super Saiyan Club, brat?" She asked her grandson who only stuttered, trying to correct himself as he didn't want to insult her. However, when Karota nearly flew down in front of them, wrapping her arms around Toru, Komatsu was definitely glad for the sudden change of topic.
"haha hey Karota~ I couldn't just let them take me down! NO way, Tomie would of been so mad if I did~ Besides! I had a kid to at least TRY and look out for!" He exclaimed as he looked over to Komatsu and winked. The two of them had been through hell and back, on several occasions, but Toru was always determined to try and take the majority of the torture off of Komatsu... and for a good while it worked, it even got Komatsu removed from the prison entirely... and that was when he had stopped hearing from the boy until now.
"..." Komatsu tried to say something about that, but again found himself speechless. He felt ridiculously guilty for what had happened, even if it was years ago... it was all his fault Toru got captured again... and what was worse, he was made to forget about him until recently. He could have gone back to save him earlier... Koma would just look away from Toru, walking up towards Kyuri and Miso as he let them all welcome his uncle back while trying to emotionally distance himself.
Toru watched him walk away with a small sigh, though as Karota hugged him, he gave her a hug back before looking back up towards Miso and sticking out his tongue towards him, as he normally did with... pretty much anyone actually.
"You're no fun, you know you could at least share for a day! 8 years is a long time!" Toru would tease right back towards Miso, though he couldn't help but laugh as he pat Karota's shoulder before flying up the steps towards Kyuri. He would give Komatsu another awkward glance before going right up to the old saiyaness and hug her now too. This hug lasted a tad bit longer than it did with Karota. Not to say he liked her any less, but he had come to see Kyuri as his own mother, and he was relieved to see that she was okay.
"I missed you..." He would mumble, glad that she had such long hair to hide the expression of pain that had crossed his face just then. Kyuri would put her arms around him now too and comfortingly pat the back of his head.
"I'm so glad you're alright Toru... I'm so sorry about what happened... and I'm more sorry we're going to throw you right back into things but Karota is right, we've got a lot to talk about and a lot to do... so we can talk more in a bit, alright?" She would say warmly, kissing Toru's forehead before they pulled apart. The look of pain on his face remained for just a brief moment aftwards but it would fade into a more serious look as he nodded. He'd look over to Komatsu and walk back over to him, patting him on the shoulder now and leaning down so that the two were more eye leveled.
"We'll talk about what happened, I promise we will, but stop beating yourself up about it, alright?" Toru would say gently, earning a nod from the youngest Super Saiyan as Toru would finally take up a seat, Komatsu taking suit silently. It was obvious that there was history there, but this wasn't the particular time to talk about it.
"Right! So, I can still sense things, and they feel pretty messed up right now! So what is all this urgency about?" Toru would ask, watching as Kyuri would finally take up her own seat again. She took a deep breath before she would start to explain what happened, starting from the first encounter with the Demon Queen, and how it led to their current situation with a Corrupt Overseer and Sargent, but how both of their corruptions where different. When it came time to talk about the plan though, she would look over towards Miso to let him take over that part.
