Coming straight out of a 7 year old's nightmare, Sno looks like what his race depicts. A demon. Sno's base form looks very much like Frieza's form, just sorta having a different color pallet. Instead of the purple, pink, and white that Frieza was, Sno is different variations of blue, and a dark grey, with deep red eyes. The Frost Demon is about 5'1, which was surprisingly tall for his race, but that is very small compared to others. He uses this to his advantage in any fights he seems to have trouble with.
Like many other Frost Demons, Sno has the ability to use forms to hide his true power. Remarkably, all of his forms strike an uncanny resemblance to his ancestor's forms, Frieza. The only notable difference between his and Frieza's forms are a color palette swap. This Frost Demon, like his ancestor's before, has 4 forms that Sno currently knows about. The first being his base form, the one he defaults to when he's not fighting or brawling. His 2nd form is something he likes to call his "Strength" form, is what he uses when he finds enemies to be a bit too tough for his base form. 3rd would be something he calls his "Speed" form, speedier than the last, as well as a direct upgrade. The last form the Frost Demon knows about is his True Form, what he was born in, what he trained so long to stay out of, so that one day he could have the thrill of going into it and wrecking face.
Backstory:
Being born before the first war between the Frost Demons and the Saiyan's was rough for the young Sno. The only survivors of the young Sno's family being his mother, whom left the city with Sno as soon as there had been a hint of an attack from the Saiyans. That wasn't the worst of it, though. In his toddler years, the young one had his mother taken away from him, due to the Tree of Might sapping the life from the Frost Demons shelter. He had no one to rely on other than an elderly Frost Demon that had taken in the family of two when the Saiyans attacked. The elderly Frost Demon taught the young Sno what hate was, and how to embrace his hatred towards the ones that took his mother, and his family away from him.
At the age of 11, he was told that his race would start anew, in the age of 1575. Sno soon learned that the elderly Frost Demon was one that was a descendant of the great Frieza himself! With Sno under the elder's wing, he'd start making his way into the military, and start climbing up. He was on many expeditions in his time with the military, and was quickly climbing the military ranks. He is now a general of the military, the elder having died in his expedition to conquer one of the Saiyan's planets. Life was good.

"What did you just say?" If you were to look now, you'd see a Frost Demon, standing at about a foot smaller than the person he was looking at. "You heard me, insect, I said get off of my planet before I k-" If someone were to look once more, Sno would be inserting his fist into the man's stomach, and out the other side. Sno had been pissed by this imbecile, a Saiyan who had dared speak to him. As Sno turned to walk away from the monkey carcass, it lashed it's hand out and grabbed him by the ankle. "We will... Never fall under you, you bastards." Sno grew a smile on his face, a malevolent smile. "We'll see soon enough, won't we?" Sno held out an open palm towards the large brute, and fired a loose beam of energy at him, eradicating everything but his wrist up from existence. Sno quickly shook off the hand, and weakly kicked it into the ashes of the Saiyan. "Today was a good day, none of you bother ruining it for me, or you'll face my wrath, got it?" A squadron of at least 25 soldiers stood at attention, and said "YES SIR" all in unison. "Good, that's what I like to hear. Go get the rest of this measly planet under control, I'm going back to my quarters."
