Things were progressing slowly with Xiao's training... very, very slowly, and it was driving the young demoness crazy. While she thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of planet Namek, it disturbed her! She was used to her constant training, to her attendant being just outside the door.. having set diner times and her training in politics... she'd much rather be sitting at a table planning a war, than she was frolicking around this place. It was so quiet, she felt like she could get jumped at any moment!
In fact, that's exactly what had happened to the poor young girl that night. She had decided to sleep under the stars, rather than to stay within her pod as she had done so many nights before. As she slept, she was rudely awakened by two pairs of green hands grabbing at her arms and legs, a third set of hands crudely tying a piece of fabric around her mouth while stuffing some sort of cloth over her head so that Aya couldn't see where she was going.
Instead of screaming, Aya would squirm, attempt to kick and punch at the Namekian's that grabbed and bound her. Even if she had attempted to scream, it was so muffled that not even the nearby spacepod would be able to pick up the sound. She could have reached out to the minds of these three Namekians ( She could sense that there were only 3 of them) but instead, chose to continue acting the damsel in distress. Here was an opportunity for Xiao to grow stronger... he could come to her, he could rescue her by fending off her attackers...
It wasn't until daylight rose once more that the fabric was taken off of Aya's head. She would have to blink several times as the light assaulted her eyes. She would groan softly as the irritation it caused them before glaring at the three men standing around her. Well, she hadn't quite thought they would take things to this extreme when she telepathically spoke to their leader...
She was currently lying in what looked like a crudely made summoning circle, each of the strangely colores Namekians claiming a spot around her.
<<Uhm... Mr Xiao... I could really use your help right now... I'm currently, literally, tied up by these weird looking Namekians...>> Aya would send out telepathically as she looked at each of the namekians in turn, while worming her way back up to her knees. Still unable to speak as her mouth was tightly gagged.
Out of nowhere, Xiao was disturbed from his training in the middle of nowhere. He had obtained the Heavily Weighted GI Garb from the village elder, who wanted him to train as best as he could using the weights. Xiao felt so much weaker, wearing them, as he couldn't move as fast and honestly felt a lot weaker now than he did when he actually fought Aya. Getting into a fight in these things would be a hassle... but, hey, he survived worse from the monster, and he felt even stronger with these weights on then he did back then! THAT MEANT PROGRESS! But of course, no progress could be met without some sort of struggle occurring, as the Namekian would slowly hear the words of Aya in his mind... feeling her telepathic speaking, he not only got scared but worried about why she was speaking to him this way.
But, with her next words... it was all clear what the hell was happening! The demon clan, or an off-shoot of them must have gotten to Aya... and were doing something to her. If she was tied up and everything with them... what could be going on? Were they trying to make some sort of sacrifice to make one of them into a Demon King class Namekian? Stories of those weren't exactly common, but perhaps this was their chance, seeing a defenseless girl on this planet. And so much peaceful time had gone by too... but this, he would have to fight them off... but that didn't mean he was all unprepared. His training, although slow, was certainly showing progress! If he had to... those damned demon namekians would go down in a snap... but he really wanted to keep on his Weighted Dragon Clan GI until he was able to reap all of the benefits from it. "Dammit..." he would say to himself before biting down lightly on his lip.
He would then look out to where the village was before looking to where he thought her telepathy was coming from... he had no time to waste. If it was the demon clan he had to rush anyways! Of course, with that, he would just use a burst of flight speed, although it was quite slow due to his heavily weighted clothing, to get going as fast as he could, looking for any distortions in the land, scanning it all with his eyes the best he could while trying to think! Where would they go in the light of day... but that was all fading away as he would just slowly start to lose hope... he really hoped that the channel between her and him was still open. <<Got any... descriptions to go off of? I could really use some help trying to find you... those guys are shady... and they like to use parts of the land that I would have no idea how to get to... come on Aya... I know you might not know exactly where but... landmarks, landmasses, anything you can see in this daylight?!>> he was honestly quite worried... he was gripping his hands tightly while trying to scan... he felt like he was getting closer... but he could easily pass overhead without noticing it. Hell, he could be right on top of it and never even know!
<< You make it sound like everything doesn't just look like rocks and water! Okay... okay hold on... >> Aya would respond with a mild tone of panic as her voice as one of the Namekians approached her. This one was the oddest looking of the bunch as he was actually purple instead of green. He was the thinnest one of them so obviously not the warrior... but that seemed to worry her even more. These guys were deviating way too far off the plan, and Aya had to assume the worst. She would play it out as long as it could but as soon as...
"Oooooooow!" Aya would whine, still muffled by the gag, as the purple Namekian had sunk a clawed finger into Aya's wrist, drawing a line upwards up her arm so that blood would freely start to flow from her arm, onto her dress and the ground below. She would glare daggers at the purple on, throwing a string of curses into the gag as she warned him of the repercussions of his actions. How dare he cut her!? Was he truly about to do what she thought he was? She recognized the summoning circle all too well... but it lacked one essential element... Thankfully by them not having it yet, their ritual couldn't be completed.
<< Okay okay... uhm... well for starters they've drawn a giant diagram on the ground. It'll be a bunch of weird scriptures in a circle... It's blue right now but it's quickly turning red because it's reacting to my blood... surroundings... there's... two mountain piques to my left... they're really close together so it might be one mountain with two piques... to my right is nothing but water for a long time... we're sort of hidden by an over looming cave.>> She would describe much more quickly this time as her eyes darted from left to right, looking between the two remaining namekians who actually looked to be... normal. One of them had to be the missing piece... there's no way that they weren't...
These bastards were going to sacrifice her, so that one of these two Namekians could absorb her power... She hadn't told them directly that she was a demon... but it seemed her looks betrayed her, or they simply made a wild assumption. NO harm done if she wasn't right? They'd just kill her and be done with it.
'I am going to kill then the second I get out of these binds...' She would think hostilely as she began to struggle more against her bind. This just earned her a kick behind the head, knocking her back down onto the ground. The purple Namekian would laugh at her and say something in their native tongue before pulling out a crudely made dagger and sinking it deepy into the hand of the arm that had already been cut, pinning it to the ground.
Aya would try to let out a scream at this point as the pain of being stabbed was a completely new sensation to her. She would flail her legs as wildly as she could, only to have one of the bigger Namekians put his foot down on her legs to stop her from moving, smirking down at her. He would lean forward, and whisper in very crude basic.
" Your power is going to taste delicious. I can't wait. " He would taunt her, earning a growl as he would just laugh and stay where he was as the rest of the circle would slowly change to red.
Hearing her talk back like that just made Xiao panic more, as he realized this was becoming a very bad situation! Was she going to die or something, these Namekians were going to have it once he got there... whenever he got there. It was just a matter of time as he would continue to spastic-ally search. He wanted to help Aya, and with what she was saying to him, it was just a normal, unidentifiable place. How could he find her, truly?! Was he just going to have to give up and take his losses... though, it didn't take too long at all for her to respond more with what sounded like actual looking.
It sounded... pretty damn average, but the over looming cave and mountain with two peaks, as well as a gigantic, far-seeing land of water. That was enough description for the Namekian as he just flew up even higher and started to look out over the land, searching for SOMETHING of that description. It didn't take long however, for the Namekian to see something that was roughly the same, to which he would pulse up his aura and charge straight towards those damn mountains and that cave, hoping that it was the exact same one that he heard of, making sure to stay directly on target before arriving above it, being close enough to hear the scream that came from Aya as she was stabbed. He would then scowl, before dropping right down into the cave and darting in, seeing the large number of Namekians surrounding the poor girl. How was he to help her.. she was leagues above him and they were keeping her down. He would probably have to drop his weights during all of this either way but he was going to try to have a rescue operation either way! He couldn't just let her be a sacrifice to this damned demon clan.
He would quickly notice the circle fill up with all of that blood, and hear what the one namekian was saying. The hell were they doing, try to absorb her like that damned beast was doing? Maybe... maybe he was a project from the Demon Clan, and they wanted to offer her as some sacrifice to make a new one or absorb her. But... the monster from that day, he really did absorb the power of the Guardian... was this all happening again to poor little Aya but with these stupid nameks? He couldn't let that happen... not today, not ever!
Within the next few moments, the Namekian would pulse up his muscles before pouncing towards the closest namekian, a fierce look on his face as his Namekian claws would bare, his hand trying to sink into its back and rip downwards, trying to throw it to the ground with a fierce grip and possibly incapacitate it. Otherwise, he was just attacking a random namekian and stabbing into the either way. He wasn't sure if all of this would work but he had no idea. "You get away from her you bastards, raaah!!!" he'd shout out as he did all of this, hoping he could stop this ritual from going down before he would turn to the other namekians and prepare himself for a fight with those stupid monstrosities.
The purple and normal, thin looking Namekian each made their way over to their respective sides of the circle, while the more built looking one remained holding Aya in place with his foot. He would only sneer down at the girl when he suddenly felt something stab into him, causing the Namekian to roar out in pain as he reached upwards in an attempt to grab who had just hurt him, though he quickly got slammed down to the ground by the hand that was still stabbed into him. He roared out again in agony as it tore at his flesh, and surprised him so much he couldn't do much of anything but lay there, prone.
The purple Namekian however would growl lowly at the intrusion.
"Who do you think you are, interrupting us! Damn you!" He could cry out towards Xiao with an angry expression on his face. He would bring both hands in front of him as fire erupted from his hands, and launched themselves towards Xiao in a spiral.
The thinner Namekian looked to be just as caught off guard as the first, however as his purple counter part seemed to take immediate action against the intruding Namekian, he decided to dart towards Aya. If there was one way to get him off their case, it was to threaten the one he was here to rescue, right?
With that, the Namekian dove towards Aya, grabbing the scruff of her shirt, as well as the dagger that was through her hands. He would swiftly pull it out, causing the girl to give a muffled cry again. Then, he would bring the knife around and quickly hold it to Aya's throat.
As soon as Xiao made himself known, the demon girl would cry out his name through the gag. She never thought she would actually be relieved for him to show up and save her! As if she needed saving in the first place... this was just an incredibly annoying situation she had put herself into... how the hell did her mother do things like this regularly, and not end up in her situation?
whenever the thin Namekian pulled the knife out of her hands, and the big one fell off of her, she tried to wriggle her way to freedom, levitating herself off of the ground before the thin Namekian grabbed her and instantly put the knife to her throat instead.
Everything seemed to get crazy as soon as the Namekian Dragon Clan had arrived on the scene, even though he was holding the one to the ground, he still felt this sense of regret as he came in so fast, feeling the attack actually injure the namekian on the ground as it was pinned down not able to really attack just yet. With that out of the way however... it seemed that two of them were still remaining, one even shooting scorching fire at the Namekian man! This wasn't a good situation to be in but he couldn't just let Aya go like this... he really couldn't, so of course he would course himself up and brace himself for the fire, feeling its fire burn over his arm, as it scorched the skin away and burnt up the Namekian.
"Agggh! Dammit.... this isn't good" he would say, holding onto himself as some of it creeped over and started to scorch his chest too! This really was a bad situation but the Namekian couldn't give up... not on Aya! She was helping to train him anyways! With that though, he would see the other Namekian who dived for Aya and started to hold the bloody knife from her hands up to her throat.... how dare he threaten her! She was just a little girl and they had no right to do what they were doing... the Demon Clan or whoever these people were, they were absolutely evil with intent and Xiao couldn't help but grimace as he looked towards that one.
But then he just had a shot of inspiration... it wasn't something very good but he just hoped that the Namekian wasn't too fast to react to this one! Xiao would quickly point his finger towards the Namekian that was holding Aya hostage before a little small bullet-like shot of ki fired out of his index finger. It wasn't too fast but he had to hope that it was faster than any of these creeps who would lay their hands and threaten the Princess. He couldn't believe any of them but from the feeling of the flames he could tell they meant business at the very least. But the thing that rang out through the Namekian's head through all of this was that he had to make the best attempt at protecting her in this possibly wounded or weakened state... for as far as he knew at least.

The Namekian holding the blade to Aya's throat would just smirk towards Xiao, his cruel intentions clearly written all over his face as he held her close, the blade already starting to dig into ribbon around her neck, cutting it free as it fell to the ground in front of the demoness.
"Heh heh. We don't need her alive to finish this, we just need her blood, so give me one good reason to cut her open." He would threaten as blood began to trickle down Aya's neck with the small cut. The girls eyes started to water, as much as she tried not to cry... this was the first crisis she had ever gotten into, and she had expected it to go so perfectly, how had it instead gone so wrong? She couldn't help but think that this was where she was going to die... Xiao was a long way from becoming Guru, so could she truly expect, or even ask for him to save her? No, she would die here on this planet and she would fail her mother...
Just then however, a bolt of ki shot out of Xiao's finger and the girl couldn't help the yelp that escaped her lips as the knife began digging deeper into her neck. That was until the blast hit her captor in the eye. This caused the namekian to instinctively drop the knife and cry out in pain as he brought his hands up to cover his wound.
At this point though, Aya was panicking as blood was flowing freely down the front of her neck. The cut wasn't deep enough to cause any life threatening damage, but it was still enough to make them think that it might have. She would quickly stumble towards the knife that had fallen onto the ground, attempting to grab it with her wrists. At first she would stumble, and only cut herself further, but she would soon manage to get a weak grip on it.
Swinging her legs around, Aya would then use the sloppy grip she had on the knife to slowly cut through the ropes binding her legs together. With that, she would stumble to her feet and run over towards Xiao, arms and mouth still bound, with the knife tightly wedged between her bound wrists.
"Tsh... little brat thinks she's so resourceful. You brought this on yourself kid. Pin Missiles!" the purple Namekian who had earlier launched fire at Xiao, now spread his arms wide to either side of his body. Deep purple needles of ki would form in front of him and soar through the air towards the demoness and her namekian counter part.
Xiao would almost immediately tense up seeing the namekian cut her a bit deeper but he was glad that his ki bullet had reached him in time to pacify them, it was a stroke of luck and he just wanted to believe that it was going to be all over soon and they would be able to survive through all of this. Once Aya was panicking and stumbled over to him, Xiao would quickly try to pull the binds on her mouth away, as well as pull off the binds of her arm as best as he could from the outside, just wanting it to all be over with and for her to be somewhat free. "Alright Aya... I don't know what is going on with this but you need to get out of here right now, okay? If you can at least... I'll try to keep them from following you but you've been cut and hurt enough and I don't want you to get hurt more in a possible fight" he would just say, continuing to try and finish off all the binds that he could before looking back to the purple namekian who was going on the offensive.
All those little needles of ki looked so weird... and Xiao would slowly just brace his body for impact. "Get behind me..." he would say towards Aya, his chest puffing up a bit as he would start to charge ki in it, an irritated look on his face as ki would build up in his throat at a quick rate. He was weaker by technicality then when Aya was training him but he didn't care... this wasn't some weird game of cat and mouse where the mouse had ultimate speed... this was survival of the fittest, and Xiao was ready to play their little game as he did his best to catch all the needles with his body if he could... energy pouring into his mouth as he would stop his offensive to concentrate for some time. He oh so wanted her to survive... even if he couldn't live through these three ganging up on him he wanted to make sure that she at least got away. But at the very least... one of them was incapacitated by an eye wound for a bit, so that would only leave the other two, one of which still seemed incapacitated from earlier being thrown on the ground.
It wouldn't be too long however for his chest to start feeling slightly overburdened by what he took, as he would quickly start losing focus and more or less missed out on his charge, just trying to fire out a small blast out of his mouth to see if he could incapacitate the purple namekian as well, hoping that it wouldn't kill any of them but they would be wounded for quite some time, hopefully.
"Thank you..." Aya would say finally as the binds were cut free from her mouth. Small tears had formed in the corner of the young girl's face, though she didn't look scared, in fact she looked rather angry as Xiao continued to finish cutting her free. With the last of the binds falling from her body, Aya's power would suddenly sky rocket up to it's maximum of 60,000. She would let out a sigh of relief, shakily bringing her still bleeding hands up so that she could look at the damage, wincing at the sole motion of moving them.
"Damn them..." She would whisper even as Xiao spoke to her, telling her to get away and that he would cover her escape. She barely heard his words however, instead just staring at her bloody hands with an angry, shocked look. She'd never been cut before, and the insult to her pride was huge. She didn't know hoe to deal with so much anger, and so the young princess would begin to shake lightly. She would only just manage to get behind Xiao, as instructed as the fight raged on. The purple Namekian fired his needle like Ki towards Xiao, hitting him again and again, and laughing as Xiao didn't seem to get out of the way.
"Idiot, that's right just stand there and take it! It'll make it that much easier to kill you!" The purple Namekian would taunt him, readying another attack, just as Xiao fired off his mouth blast. This time, the purple Namekian was ready, firing another fire breath attack towards Xiao's own.
On the ground below Xiao, the first Namekian he had incapacitated was slowly crawling towards him in an attempt to not be noticed. His arm extended to 3x it's normal length to grab at Xiao's ankle and trip him. However, before he could even reach the other Namekian, Aya stepped on the Namek's arm.
"What are you trying to do?" the girl would growl down to the Namekian, the first hints of darkness actually becoming visible in this one moment. Her eyes narrowed on him, and her expression would become over-all sinister. Her body would suddenly be engulfed in dark flames, the fire radiating from her body as if it was her ki itself. It would burn at everything immediately around her, which included the Namekians arm under her foot. There was a cry of pain from him as she continued to burn through the appendage, until she would finally burn right through it. Thankfully, she was just far enough from Xiao to not burn him.
At this point, she was barely listening to her Namekian ally as his breath attack, struggled against that of the purple Namekians. She would step closer to Xiao, this time making sure he was within her immediate radius so that he wasn't affected by what she was about to do. She would bring her right hand up above her head, the cruel, angry expression still on her face as blood dripped down from her open wound onto her face.
"Dark Pulse!" She would cry out as dark rings of energy began to radiate from her open palm. Wave after wave they would strike out at the three namekians surrounding them. The purple Namekian would freeze, allowing Xiao's breath attack to completely over take his fiery breath and knock him clean off his feet. The namekian with the damaged eye moved his hands from his injured eye to his head as a shriek escaped his lips, soon echoed by the cries of the Namekian on the ground who began to writhe in what looked like agony. Even the purple Namekian on the floor had a look of complete fear and panic on his face as he breathed heavily. Though he had been able to prevent himself from screaming for a while...
Xiao would just nod to the girl, seeing her sigh a bit as she was finally cut free. It seemed she was still in pain a lot from the injuries and he honestly couldn't fault her... she was being toyed and injured so much that it was only natural for her to be in pain until all of it healed completely, and even then it would probably be sore. He felt really bad that she had to be apart of all of this and was disappointed with himself considering he should have trained enough to surpass all of this already... if only he was already the Guru and everything, this girl could have come and went at this point! But, in the end it was just going to have to be a problem for them to get passed eventually.
The namekian sadly couldn't feel more confident, as he didn't have the ability to sense Aya's power skyrocket like it did... only being able to think that the fight would go the exact same as it has been, except with Aya being a bit more safe as she was out of their hands and no longer bound to their will. Even seeing Aya hurt as she was... all of it was terrifying and he didn't want her to be hurt... she was such a little girl and she definitely didn't deserve this, he hoped that perhaps she could be consoled after this with their defeat but for now he just had to take the pain of all of the needles piercing his body as he would just start to breath a lot more heavily, his chest heaving a lot as he would slowly let his arms down as the onslaught ceased, but his beam colliding with the purple namekian's as it became a struggle for the dominant attack. But even then, Xiao's focus would fall to the arm stretching towards him, the Namekian too slow to really react due to the struggle he was in but he would see his allies foot clamp down on the extending arm.
It was quite impressive... but also a bit more serious as this was the first time he saw the girl this serious. Her words... and the way she looked with that aura of her own overcoming her body or something, it was all pretty intense. However, it looked like it was some sort of immolation attack as well, burning right through the arm of the foe namekian. Of course, normally that would be quite the loss for any warrior but for a namekian it would just have to be a more focused restorative process and it would be back in an instant, ready for use once more. But that wasn't all that would happen, Xiao's eyes widening a bit as he saw her step over next to him with that same expression, next to him in a way that would let them attack together but that face... that face was what made his eyes widen as she let blood drip down from her hand.
The Dragon clansmen would slowly close his mouth once the Purple Namekian had let go of the struggle, feeling sort of relaxed that he won the fight for the time being, before all three of the other namekians got affected by some sort of dark noise attack. "W-What is going on..." Xiao would say, sort of tiredly breathing but in a healthy way more or less. He had taken hits but not enough to hinder him just yet... only to the point of making him feel drained and on the verge of taking heavy injuries. He was going to relax for the immediate time being as he looked over the namekians, seeing them more or less be completely subdued for now.
"Aya... what do you want to do. They hurt you so much so I understand if you want some sort of revenge on them, but I can't say I will help you fulfill it... I can't just go back on all of my teachings just to hurt them more. It'd taint my very soul, I would never be able to become Guru and that is the entire reason we are training, so I can help you as the Guru. But... I can't make you forgive them or spare them..." the Namekian would slowly clench his fists, biting his lip lightly before turning and moving a bit away, resting his body and energy a bit as he was calming down. "I will look away and not fault your moralities... if you don't want to leave" he saw that look on her face... he saw how she felt, and he couldn't fault her for it. It was truly all up to her what she wanted to do and he would look away, not like he could truly stop her due to how strong her skills were in the end.
'That's right you freaks, whatever it is you're scared of, I hope it tears you apart from the inside out!' Aya would mentally scream at the 3 Namekians crying out in terror. Each of them were living out their own versions of hell as their worst nightmares became reality. Their minds pumping so much adrenaline through their bodies to create that sense of fight or flight that it only made the experiences feel that much more real.
She enjoyed watching them suffer like this, the only thing that would make this moment all that much sweeter was if she was physically harming them herself. Truthfully, that wasn't such a bad idea, and her demonic blood cried out for her to do just that! To sate her blood lust with the torture of these fools who thought that they could take advantage of her... who thought that they could sacrifice the demonic princess to their pathetic little ritual.
However, as Xiao began to speak once more, his voice would slowly begin to penetrate her clouded mind. Her gaze would slowly return to a more normal glare as she glanced back towards him, listening to his words and heavily considering each one of them. She needed him to be Guru... she couldn't expect him to help her kill these bastards, or stand by and let her torture them for what they had done to her...
She would clench the hand over her head into a tight fist, gritting her teeth tightly as she looked back towards the downed Namekians. Slowly and seemingly uncertainly, she would lower her hand and the waves of kinetic energy would stop. 2 of the Demon clan Namekians would be left unconscious, while the purple one was left panting and barely holding onto his own consciousness.
As her features slowly returned to normal, tears would start to well up in the young girls eyes once more, even as she tried to continue putting on a brave face.
"D... Don't leave me..." She would say lowly as the tears would slowly begin to make their way down her cheeks. Part of it was acting, yes, but she had also been terrified and angry... so much so that she thought she was actually going to die... The last thing she wanted was to be left alone, and lose the only person she had any kind of connection to here on this planet.
She would turn around finally and run up to Xiao, hugging him from behind tightly while trying not to let her bloodied hands touch him. Those hands that were now trembling, showing just how sincere she was actually being just then.
