Android 2 was created alongside her sister, Android 1 as prototypes using old Red Ribbon Army Research. They were both created in an attempt to continue the Red Ribbon Army's research and aid Android 21 in recreating the long lost faction. Before becoming an Android, Android 2 was created by Nakiya as a 'perfect Brenchian' female. However, the experiment ultimately failed and made her a prime candidate to be used as an Android.
She is the younger sister between the two android and therefore acts like it. She is very happy go lucky and easy going. However, she loves battle and loves playing with her opponents.

Physical Appearance:
History: Hakobe is the male genetically created Saiyan, counterpart to Kinoko, the earlier created female. His creator Nakiya, created him to be the perfect embodiment of current saiyan DNA. He was born with blond hair, blond tail and teal eyes as he was created to represent a Super Saiyan in his base form. Hakobe has yet to be born, and so this information will be filled out as his story begins.

The only thing is Hakobe needs the barrier charge for the right charge percentage for his ST-2 xD it states 40 on both st-1 and st-2 for him. Make this one alteration and I can approve them both x3

I believe its 60 for tier 2 barriers xD and you don't have to list it just rememebr st1 is up to 2 people defended by it and st2 is up to four
