Scion of the first blade
Name: Onzoshi of the first blade, a.k.a "Scion"
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Race: Wuxjings
Homeworld: Vesperius
Starting Planet: Earth
Appearance:
Scion is a 5"4 girl of 17 years old. She has a rather toned build though isn't muscular per say. She has long, naturally silver hair that reaches down past her buttocks and blue eyes so pale that they sometimes seem to be completely white. She is normally found wearing a purple pin striped dress covered by various pieces of armor, including a headpiece that keeps parts of her bangs up and out of her face. Around her waist, she carries a white furr belt to remind her of her homeworld.
Backstory:
Scion was born on the planet of Vesperius within the tribe of the first blade. Her mother was the lover of the prince of their tribe, though not his mate, which made her relationship within that tribe rather complicated. Regardless of her legitimacy, Scion was still the first born daughter of the prince, and as per the rules she was next in line to claim his position, therefore she was treated with forced respect by their clan.
Her mother, however, wasn't a woman who could sit still for very long. She was a smuggler and trader or Wuxjings technology, often doing these exchanges from the comfort of her own home. However, when she was discovered by the council and ordered to execution, she decided to flee the planet, although not without taking her daughter with her. Scion's mother cared little for her clan, thinking of them as narrow minded over-all boring people. She didn't want to leave her daughter in their hands, to be raised as one of them.
Being on the run from the Wuxjings was a thrill to her mother, and she lived every day seeking more and more adventure! However, the more adventure she found, the more trouble she got herself into until finally, she couldn't keep running anymore. The last planet Scion's mother was able to visit was planet Earth. She spent days on this planet searching for a suitable home for her daughter... one where she knew Scion would be treated with respect and grow up with a decent life, not the one of an abandoned child in a gutter. NO matter how much trouble she was in though, she wouldn't return Scion to her people on Vesperius.
Eventually, her mother found a Monastary in the Cold North, where the Knights reminded her so much of their home. While it did remind her of her clan, they were far different than they were and over the few days that she was able to observe them, she felt comfortable enough leaving Scion with them.
It was in no way a planned afair. That morning, Scion and her mother spoke about what was going to happen, that Scion was going to stay here with the Knights for a long time until her mother was able to come and get her again. Her mother made sure she had everything she needed, and finished their conversation by wrapping a white fur belt around the young girls waist, telling her that it was to remind Scion of her while she was gone. She made sure to promise to return many times before sending the young girl to the entrance of the Monastary.

As a young child, it was difficult for Scion to truly understand what was happening as her mother ushered her to the gates of the Monastery. Her mother did explain to her what was going on, that she would be leaving for a long time and wanted Scion to stay here where she would be safe... but it didn't sit right with the young girl... why was her mother crying? If she was coming back, then should Scion be crying too? The more Scion looked at her mother, the more she did in fact want to cry... her pale blue eyes filling up with water as she stood in front of the Monastery's gate, looking back at the retreating form of the only person she remembered ever being there for her...
~Mom...~ She would cry, choking on the words as she brought her hands up to her eyes. The tears were falling now, making it so that Scion couldn't see her mother anymore... she was gone, and the fear of what was happening finally setting into the little girls heart ~ MOM! COME BACK, PLEASE! ~ She yelled at the top of her lungs, crying out loudly as she fell onto the ground sobbing, clinging onto the plush form of her favorite stuffed animal.
The monks from within the Monastery were immediately alerted to the presence of someone outside their gates at the sound of the childs plea's. A few of the Knights would run over, throwing the gates open to find this small child, all alone and crying for her mother. It was truly a heartbreaking sight for anyone to look upon.
The Knights immediately moved to Scion's aid, gently approaching the small girl and kneeling down next to her, trying to comfort her in any way they could. Eventually, they would calm her down enough to take her inside where they could properly take care of her. Since they didn't know the circumstances behind the child's appearance, they needed to assess her to make sure she hadn't been abused before her apparent abandonment.
It took weeks before the Knights were able to break Scion out of her shell, the little girl was so sad and depressed that she often refused to eat or see anyone, containing herself in her room from sun up until sun down. Eventually, one of the female Knights had taken it upon herself to visit Scion every day. She would bring her her food and water, bring her new clothes to change, bring a brush to tame her wild hair... It was through her, that Scion would slowly accept her new life. Could a child truly forget about their parent? Even at such a young age?
Within the year, Scion took a liking to the Knights training. For some reason, it felt so natural to her that she began to pick it up even before she was formally being trained as a knight at all. Her Wuxjings blood kicking in as she learned the ways of Honor and the ways of a Warrior. It soon seemed like she did forget about her mother, as she clung to the Female Knight any time she wasn't training, always out to impress her with everything she did. However at night, Scion would often find herself dreaming of the mysterious woman who had left her at the front gate of the Monastery.
