Nach
Name: Nach
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Race: Kitsune-Saiyan Hybrid, Saiyan dominant
Homeworld: Earth
Starting Planet: Earth
Appearance:
Nach is a lean and well-fitted man for his age, though not an absolute powerhouse in the muscle department. As the Saiyan genes are more dominant, his hair, furry ears and tail are colored pitch black. Nach's head of hair is much more laid down, however, and not as pointy as most Saiyan hair would be. His skin is unusually pale, and his eyes are shaded in a piercing yellow. His pointed fox-ears are very noticable, though he often hides them under his hair. As for his single tail, not much strong as of yet, it is much more wild and fox-like in its appearance.
Nach often dresses himself very casually, even when he knows he's getting into a fight. His usual attire is comprised of a buttoned-up shirt over a hooded jacket, paired up with a pair of black dress pants and boots. He will alternate with colors on occasion, though it always comes back to red, white and black. Nach also alternates with clothing in general, from t-shirts and jeans to...whatever he can bother himself to throw on. Not exactly the most fashioned-minded person in the world, but Nach makes due with whatever he's got.
Backstory:
Nach's father was a Saiyan space pirate, he and his crew enacting chaos throughout the galaxy. While they certainly weren't among the most well known, they made sure to leave their mark on those that were unfortunate enough to come across them. However, a deal gone wrong had led the pirate crew to finding themselve on the run from several other criminals, some being former allies. With their ship heavily damaged, and no one else to turn to, Nach's father was left with few options. They needed to lay low, and Earth seemed like the proper hiding spot.
For a time, the crew were stranded, and the lull in their criminal acts were driving them up a wall. Eventually, Nach's father would come across a beautiful kitsune as he wandered into a nearby forest. She seemed curious about the alien, bombarding him with questions and curiosity, but the Saiyan came to take this to his advantage. The kitsune was soon captured and taken in by the crew to be the captain's "trophy", one of many that he had taken in his years of piracy. Several weeks later, as the crew was beginning to escape Earth, the kitsune lashed out and escaped into the forest with her life.
Eventually, she found her way into a church, discovered by a lone priest. The fox-woman was covered in wounds and scars, but what caught the pastor's eye the most was her heavily pregnant belly. He, along with the help of a nearby village, would help care for the fox-woman as she eventually gave birth. Nach was brought into the world, but his mother would succumb to the pain and die as a result of childbirth. The priest, Ben, would take the child under his wing as he laid the boy's mother to rest.
Growing up, Nach had never been one to fall in line, though he came to respect the sense of morality that his adoptive dad's teachings gave him. To be good, one had to go good without expecting anything in return, and Nach did his best to apply that to his life. Well, "try" being the keyword, as Nach had plenty of fun playing pranks and getting into fights with bullies and all-around jerks. Ben would scold him, time and time, but the fox-boy just couldn't help himself. Most saw him as a lost cause, but those who took the time to know him saw that he was a good kid, deep down.
Of course, being a kid with pointy ears and a bushy tail, Nach faced his fair share of scorn and mistreatment. He had also been keeping conversations with another spirit inside him, one that seemed darker and even more impulsive. At first, he thought he was being possessed by a demon, but he couldn't bring himself to talk to Ben about the voices. In time, he grew more restless and violent, not knowing just what the hell he was becoming. When the time came for Ben to tell the story of how he was born, Nach felt even more alienated.
As he became a man, Nach had decided that he would start finding the answers on his own. With nothing but the clothes on his back, Nach began to leave home to travel the world and see just what was waiting for him...

Roleplay Example:
Ever since he had been approached by the townspeople, Nach had been drawn to these woods. It has been said that this was the place where people tend to disappear, where things lurked in the dark. Nach was never much of a debunker, and he was enjoying his vacation in the town up until then but he wanted to put those stories to the test. His mind had long been made up at this point, and he certainly wasn't going to let anyone else go missing. The forest before him had seemed to have claim another life, a young girl, and Nach was set to pull a little rescue mission.
Nach didn't really carry much, and the wandering fox-saiyan didn't feel the need to do so. He certainly wasn't going to run head-first into whatever the hell was in there unprepared, though. Nach made a note to keep his guard up as he ventured in, his eyes and sense scanning through with every step. He could try and fly through, but then again, this forest was extremely thick and spanned wide, and he'd rather not crash his head into a huge tree. If anything strange was going on with these disappearances, Nach would scope it out soon enough.
An hour would pass as he continued onward, not finding much of anything. Nach certainly wasn't going to give up yet, though the silence was starting to get to him. The trees surrounding him brought about a strange sense of nostalgia, almost as if the fox-boy's mind and body was in tune with it. He quickly shook it off, however, not wanting to get too distracted. The fox would come to admit, thinking about nature eased the tension, but only for a slight moment. As far as he could see so far, it's just been him...alone and with no one around.
You know she'll be dead soon, another voice said within him.
"Shut up." Nach's voice was growling eerily, trying to block away the spirit as he paused. It's times like this that he wanted to hit it, but still, he needed to focus. He continued on, taking in some deep breaths. "Come on, spooky forest...surprise me."
