"Sir, the Autopilot will disengage in 1 minute."
The loudspeaker inside the ship woke Seigi up from his nap, the teenager groggily sitting upright and wiping the sleep out of his eyes. A single light was blinking on the console of the Capsule Corp ship, indicating it wished for him to take control. Seigi sat up, stretching and letting out a large lawn, before rising up to his feet, his gaze cast towards the landscape that was passing him through the windshield of the personal transport. His Uncle Lemmon (who wasn't really his Uncle but he called him that anyways) had "lent" him one of his ships to go investigate an anomaly in the Eastern Islands. A few days prior, they had picked up a radio frequency that was irregular for normal ships from Earth, prompting Seigi's mind to wander and see just exactly what it was for himself. He really didn't know what to expect, but he was hoping for a Saiyan ship. If it was a Saiyan ship, then maybe there was a Saiyan on board who could tell him how to get to Planet Vegeta, and if he did, then he'd be able to travel there and confront the Saiyan Death Squad who killed his parents. But for the moment, he needed to focus on just finding the damned thing before he got his hopes up. Letting out a sigh, Seigi walked over to the console, investigating the blinking light. Sitting down in the pilot's seat, he the rest of the console flickered to life, a heads-up display appearing over the cockpit's window. Seigi's finger found it's way over to a small switch below the light, hitting it. The light ceased to blink and the AI's voice rang up once more.
"Autopilot disengaged. We are 5 minutes away from destination. Would you like to land and approach on foot?" The AI asked, Seigi nodding.
"Yes. Activate manual landing procedures. I'm going to put her down on that small island to our northeast." Seigi said calmly, his hands moving to engage the landing gear and then take hold of the handles that guided the ship. The AI was silent to Seigi's request, simply allowing him to do it without argument. Seigi himself had been flying these things since he was 10 years old, and despite his young age, was a magnificent pilot, considered to be one of the best on Earth. He figured it was partially because not only did he have a decent amount of technical knowledge, but he also was able to fly himself. These together made him have a fundamental understanding above many other pilots, giving him an edge in the market. "Maybe some day, I'll be the best pilot in the GALAXY!" He often thought to himself, including now. The ship steered sideways, cutting in the air as Seigi used the ships own aerodynamics to slow it down, his hands then flipping another switch. The engines on the sides shifted from forward to upward, giving the ship a VTOL-like hover. Setting the ship down on the island, the back door bay opened up, revealing the open sea and many other small islands to be visible. Standing up from the pilot's chair, he made his way towards the bay and opened up a small compartment, taking a capsule out of it. The capsule itself was small, but inside it contained an entire scuba gear set. He wasn't sure exactly where the anomaly was, but he wouldn't be surprised if it was underwater. He wanted to have all of his bases covered.
Stepping out of the ship, the cargo bay would close behind him. Pulling a small radio out of his pocket, he adjusted it on his backpack.
"Testing, testing. Is this thing on?" Seigi said, checking to make sure it was in proper working order. The AI's voice spoke up over the radio.
"I can hear you, Pilot. I can track your position through the radio's signals. The anomaly's location is 3 miles to the southwest of here. I would advise making haste. My radar is showing another signature approaching it's location. It's origin is unknown but this area has been known be home to pirates."
Seigi knodded. "Got it. Be back soon."

Flying over the wreckage, Seigi was amazed that anyting was even left. The ship itself was pretty big, much bigger than they thought before. It was circular in shape with windows covering the top part, but all were smashed during the ship's crash. The crater it resided in was huge, meaning it hit the ground HARD. It was as if they hadn't even tried to stop before entering the atmosphere, and if anything, they sped up. It didn't make much sense to him. Dropping to the edge of the crater, Seigi's feet found the ground as he over looked it, then jumping in, sliding down the slope on his feet, stopping when he got close enough. The ship itself was eerily quiet, occasional snaps of loose electricity echoing from the inside. Jumping in through one of the broken windows, Seigi had no idea what to expect, his youthful curiosity not really caring. His feet found the ceramic floor, gazing at the insides of the alien ship. Bodies littered the ground, unmoving and devoid of life. They all seemed to wear a similar armor with some varying in color, but the fashion itself all similar. In fact, it seemed strangely familiar to Seigi, almost as if he had seen these before... And then it hit him. He HAD seen these before. The Saiyans from before, the death squad... THEY had been wearing this. But these aliens weren't Saiyans, not even close. They were humanoid, sure, but looked closer to bugs and lizards. Seigi didn't understand. He needed to investigate further. Stepping closer into the belly of the beast, a slight hum caught his ears, leading him to an interior room in the ship.
Stepping into the centermost room and looking around, Seigi saw a group of what looked like tanks filled with a strange liquid, or one of them was, at least. The rest were broken open, it's contents scattered and dried. In the middle of the tanks was a screen and a console, blinking into life as Seigi approached. The screen lit up, showing a frantic looking alien, speaking into the console. A video feed showed him looking over his shoulder and then back to the console.
"We never meant for this to happen or for him to escape. He's killed most of the crew and the rest of us have barricaded ourselves in here. I've set the autopilot to crash into the nearest planet, but I fear that may not be enough to kill him." A loud banging could be heard and the cry of despair. The Alien turned his back to the camera, looking to see what happened. All Seigi heard was a loud scream and the video feed disappeared. It was shortly after it disappeared that a banging could be heard through the ventilation ducts on the ship. Seigi took a step back from the console, his attention slowly shifting to the door.
"...That can't be good." He whispered to himself. Whatever happened here had been caused by something or someone dangerous. And if all of these aliens AND crashing a ship couldn't kill it, what hope did Seigi have? For the first time since he had met those Saiyans that killed his parents, he felt fear. But then, that fear was quickly replaced with knowing what he had to do. He had to find this thing and kill it before it hurt anyone else. He wasn't going to let some alien wreak havoc on HIS planet. Running quickly, he exited the center room, looking down the dimly lit hallway. A figure stood, silhoutted by flashing electrcity. It leaned against the wall with a single hand, taking a step towards Seigi. Gulping, his mind began to race as his options were being weighed.
"Hey, you! I'm giving you this one chance! Surrender and I won't hurt you!" He yelled. The figure took another step, silent as Seigi made his demands, but as it did, one of the broken windows from above it illuminated it, allowing Seigi to see it fully for what it was.
The alien was light green with purple eyes that were similar to a goat's. It's mouth was filled with razor sharp teeth and a long tail dragged behind it, the end barbed and curved. It's physique was almost human, but it's hands only contained three fingers each. It's gaze was empty but filled with disdain, Seigi feeling it's hatred from where he stood. Taking another step towards him, Seigi backed up.
"H-hey, this is your last chance! Surrender or-" He spoke once more, but the figure sped forward, not giving him the chance to say any more. It's knee collided with his gut, sending Seigi flying backwards, out of the ship, into the slope of the crater. Letting out a pained gasp, Seigi slowly stood up, recomposing himself. This thing was ridiculously strong. As Seigi stood up, it flew forwards, out of the hole in the ship that Seigi had created, it's barbed tail, rising above it's head. Seigi felt his own rage rising and clenched his fists.
"Hey now, if you think you can just go around picking on people, I've got some bad news for you, buddy!" Seigi's thumb pointing to himself and he then slid into an offensive fighting style stance.
"The name's Seigi Ikazuchi and I'm here to kick your ass!" He yelled. The alien only looked more curiously at the boy before opening it's mouth, revealing it's teeth, almost as if it was grinning. Seigi grit his teeth and pushed off against the ground, moving toward the alien at an intense speed.
The alien didn't expect Seigi to move as fast as he did, his eyes showing emotion for the first tim as Seigi's left leg collided with it's head, sending it spiraling out of the crater, onto the flat beach beside them. It slid a few feet before summersaulting onto it's feet, but Seigi was already moving to attack. A flurry of punches came from the boy's frame, connecting with the alien's torso and head, throwing it off balance. But at the end of the flurry of punches, it's tail swung forward, hooking itself into Seigi's shoulder. Letting out a cry of pain, Seigi grabbed around the tail with both hands, yelling. Both of his hands lit up as Ki blasts formed, severing the bottom part of the creature's tail from the body, the alien crying out in pain. The tail still hooked in Seigi's shoulder began to writher and squirm, Seigi reaching up and taking it out, wincing at the pain. Throwing it on the ground, he formed another Ki blast, incinerating it, the alien putting distance between them.
The alien seemed to curse Seigi in a language he couldn't understand, but obviously frustrated at the destruction of it's tail. Blood dripped from behind it the remained of it wipped back and forth.
"This is your final warning." Seigi said, raising his hand upwards, forming another Ki blast. "Surrender or die." He spoke, the ki blast illuminating his face as he did. The creature simply yelled at Seigi, it's body tensing.
"So be it." He spoke, releasing the blast. It rushed forward, connecting wit the beast, exploding on impact, creating a dust cloud as it did. Letting out a sigh, Seigi's arm reached up to his injured shoulder, feeling the wound created by the alien. As he began to turn around and leave, the sound of laughing erupted from where the beast had been.
As the smoke began to clear, the alien was still there, his forearms in an X, but something different about him. It was as if he had grown some sort of armor around his arms and torso. Some kind of organic mask had formed over his mouth as well. He had transformed into something else. Seigi's arm came down from his wound, the boy preparing himself for the alien's next move. The creature sped forward at a blinding speed, grabbing around Seigi's neck, only laughing ever more. Seigi struggled against the beast's grip but it seemed even more powerful than before. Whatever happened to this thing had given it a SERIOUS power boost. It rose Seigi up by his neck, lifting him up off the ground. Seigi continued to struggle, trying to breathe, trying to think of SOMETHING to do. His leg quickly rose up, catching the beast's chin in it's attack, the creature letting go of the boy. This was it. Seigi had no choice but to fight this thing. Quickly moving forward, having not even caught his breath yet, Seigi's fists collided with the creature's stomach, knocking the air out of him, then into an uppercut into the beast's head. The creature went with it, backflipping, landing and then speeding towards Seigi with his own attack. It kicked towards Seigi's head, the boy blocking it with his left arm, the beast then sending a flurry of punches at Seigi. He couldn't block all of them but he blocked the majority, moving his arms to counter when he could. Each hit was like thunder, echoing around them.
The beast aimed for another kick at Seigi, at his side, but the boy caught his leg, holding it close.
"Oh no you DON'T!" He yelled, his other hand filling with a Ki blast. Placing it against the beast's chest, the explosion was large, sending the thing flying away. Seigi knew this was his chance to finish it. Moving quickly, he moved past the alien, kicking it upward, now above the spacecraft, then caight up with it once more, bringing a hammerfist down into the beast's chest. It rocketed to the earth, crashing back into the spaceship. Huffing, Seigi's hands came together, charging up a Ki blast once more. He hated having to do this but this thing was pure evil and if he didn't do something about it right now... Who knows how powerful it would get. Light shone from his hands as they aimed towards the alien, Seigi letting out a roar of power multitudes of Ki blasts rained down on the spacecraft, erupting it into a huge explosion of metal and twisting inferno.
Catching his breath, Seigi lowered his hands, watching the fire that was raging beneath him. Nothing could survive that, could it? And with the explosion, any evidence of it's existence would be gone. At least, he hoped. He was a bit disappointed though. He had wanted to see if the ship had info on the Saiyan Death Squad and that thing had squandered his chance. But Seigi knew there were other ways. He would do whatever he had to to find Planet Vegeta and those scumbags. Sighing, he began flying towards the spacecraft that would take him home, away from there, his attention as a large ship in the distance. He paid no mind to it. It wasn't interfering with him. He just wanted to sleep.
Some hours later, this ship would dock just outside the island that the explosion erupted from, men in a strange green uniform flooding the beach. An older man in a uniform similar to theirs would step towards the crater, overlooking the wreckage of the ship. His clothes were those of a battle commander and his expresison was menacing.
"Men, clear this wreckage. I want anything you can find, anything we can use! Nothing goes to waste!" He said. His eyes traveled to the inferno once again, and a strange figure that laid just on it's edge...
