The night sky cascade over the cold barren wasteland of the North, but it wasn't as barren as one would presume. On numerous occasions since his last run back at the hidden mountain labratory; home to the robotic terrors. It seemed the more often he saw them the closer they got to their cottage, and Suusao had to pick and choose: which to destroy and which to disable. This due to someone reprogramming them to explode upon defeat, and this new program already caused Suusao to fall into the lake once before. This night obviously felt different though, and he'd never expected it to look as such tonight. Finally taking his health serious he adorned a short, but tight fitting white shirt beneath his jacket. Kinko taking an interest in his health fashioned him an extremely warm sweater; a white sweater with a design at each end similar to the design on his pants. Tonight it felt more calm and less threatening and the moonlight and stars created more light than the scattered lamps around the lake. Suusao and Kinko could be seen sitting next to one another on a small fishing dock, it wasn't everyday somebody could get a view of this as the moon touched the horizon as it ascended. While Kinko found this moment a bit romantic even for Suusao, she was happy as she smiled resting her head on his shoulders. Though what was really going on in this half-bloods mind was how he could get some form of training in, this for when he'd needed to face those bots once more. Kinko had finally fallen asleep on the his shoulder, and her soft face looked perfect in the light of the moon. She was missing a great view it was quite unlikely to ever see the moon this close to the Earth, as he took a look out over the horizon he was mesmerized by the sight of the moon in all it's glory.
The sight of the moon nearly caused the boy to nod off the young man looked over his shoulder at the woods, but he sensed nothing only thing he'd seen was the frozen trees. Suusao turned back looking over at the moon on the horizon, and feared the day he'd be exposed to the bultz rays raging beyond control. There were times that he'd found himself fighting back the raging beast inside, and wished not for the uncontrollable rage within to be released on this Earth. For now Kinko was the only person who'd made him continue to fight as hard as he could, and felt that way ever since he'd first stepped foot on Earth. Grabbing the girl he'd stood up and carried her back to their cottage, but once they'd arrived in front of the cottage something was amiss. Suusao remembered the lights he'd left on within the small transportable home, and after making the assumption that perhaps there could be intruders worried him. Kinko slowly was beginning to awake with a soft sneeze, and letting her feet touch the ground gently she began to rub her eyes. If the circumstances weren't dangerous, and things were a bit calmer this would have made a great romantic moment.
"Suusao-kun what is going on? Why are we standing outside?"
"Alright listen carefully Kinko-chan. Do you remember the day I'd finally gotten over my cold? The girl thought for a second as if it had slipped her mind, but given the fact she'd just awaken he'd move past that. "That same day I discovered this secret laboratory hidden deep within a cave up in the mountains, and I think it's some kind of genetics facility I'm not really sure. But while I was there I was attacked by these crazy freaky robots, and right now I think their in our cottage. Talking much faster than he'd normally would he because he wasn't a hundred percent sure if their enemies were aware that they were aware of their presence yet. He quickly briefed her of all that he knew including the most recent encounter with the robots, and how they could also possibly be targeting her as well. But to his surprise Kinko was more ready for the action than he was himself, and stood up flaring her ki which alarmed the robots. Suusao took a defensive stance and readied himself, and stood back to back with the girl. Within moments the two were surrounded by a more advanced group of robots than last time, and he'd noticed due to their design and attack patterns.
"OKAY! I'm ready Suusao!"
"HERE WE GO!"
One after the other the robots charged at the two teenagers, but it appeared they had not accounted for their secondary target to possess combat prowess. This must have been there way of always finding a way to one up Suusao; by reading his movements and strategies to find a way to successfully capture him. It was a pretty played out plan in essence though it would be effective, but with the raw power that he'd possessed it would prove more difficult than that. Kinko was doing far better than Suusao smashing away the bots with many different combinations of attacks involving throws, and it impressed Suusao at how well she was capable of protecting herself. It also gave him a new insight of humans on this planet, and how powerful they actually could become. This latent potential was similar to the power Suusao possessed, but he credits most of his power to the demon half of him. Though you would never verbally credit his father for such a thing, and it was the last thing on his mind that he would thank his father. Punching straight through the torso of a bot, and carelessly getting his hand stuck he'd fire a minor ki blast at the robot. Turning the scrap of metal to dust, and sending a few of his buddies flying into the lake. The majority short-circuited obviously unable to resist being damaged by water, but that never crossed his mind that water would be an effective weapon.
Suusao and Kinko slowly dwindled down the number of their assailants slowly, but still thoroughly as Kinko fired her own energy wave at a a large group of enemies. Turning them into dust as she fell down onto the cold snow, and let out a sigh followed by a really high pitch sneeze. Suusao had rammed two robots into one another making circuits and other parts fly everywhere. He'd noticed that Kinko looked like she had enough fun for one day, and approached the girl now that things were finally cooled down. He stood next to her with a sly smile on his face, and held out his hand bringing the girl back up on her feet. Her face turned a bright red hue as Suusao held her close to him, and as they approached the door their eyes locked with one another. As his crystal blue glass like irises fell upon her, and her heartbeat pounded from within her chest. They both leaned in to feel the soft touch of each others lips, and just before their lips touched..."ACHOO!"
"UGH DAMN IT KINKO! I just started feeling well!
